Rabbi David married us last weekend and it was a fantastic experience overall. He and Cantor Lee were so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and the ceremony was so beautiful. We received so many compliments from our guests on the service and my husband and I have great stories and some laughs from the ceremony we will remember forever. Thank you for being such a special part of our special day. Absolutely recommend! -

Choosing Rabbi David and Cantor Lee to officiate our wedding was the best decision we could have ever made! They arrived with smiles and good energy that permeated throughout our ceremony. Cantor Lee has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. Our guests were in awe of our beautiful ceremony, as were we. We are so gracious for their time as well as the magic they helped us create for our day. We will always remember our wedding ceremony as a peaceful and joyous time and we thank Rabbi David and Cantor Lee for making that possible for us! -

We wanted very specific combination of a Jewish wedding that was both conservative and more reformed and they were so flexible! Super communicative and responsive through the entire process and the ceremony was beautiful! -

Lee was exactly what we were looking for: so professional and well spoken. She was available for questions when they came up. She guided the ceremony expertly which was wonderful because my husband and I were so nervous! She pronounced our names correctly which no one else seemed able to do! I would hire her again but hopefully I won’t have to :P -

It was wonderful to have Rabbi David and Cantor Lee officiate our wedding in Miami. They clearly have such a beautiful, supportive relationship and brought even more love to our ceremony. They were very flexible throughout the planning process and made it easy for us when we had to move our wedding date and location due to COVID-19. Rabbi David and Cantor Lee were absolutely a joy to work with over the last year as we planned our wedding. They were happy to meet with us virtually and plan the ceremony to exactly what we were looking for in an interfaith ceremony. Rabbi David took the time to explain the Jewish aspects of our ceremony to us (several times before) and to our guests during the wedding. Our guests LOVED Rabbi David and the flow of the ceremony. As we were beginning to walk down the aisle it looked like it was about to pour, so without us knowing or realizing until later, Rabbi David switched around pieces of the ceremony (the "I Do" part) to earlier on to just make sure we were *officially* married. We had such a great experience! -

We are an interfaith couple, and I had never even attended a Jewish ceremony before, so I really had no idea what to expect. Rabbi David and Cantor Lee were so kind and made the entire experience wonderful. They quietly helped me through the ceremony so I didn't feel like an idiot not knowing what I was doing, and made me feel truly at ease and in the moment. They are so kind and the ceremony was beautiful. We were so happy to have them! -

Professional with a personal touch
Rabbi David has married 2 of our children in the most beautiful and meaningful ceremonies! He and Cantor Lee take the time to really know each couple and what they want from their ceremony. We love that personal feel, and we will use them again when the rest of our kids marry! -

I highly recommend Rabbi David and Cantor Lee Degani! Highly. My wedding day was picture perfect because of this lovely couple! They created a ceremony that overflowed with warmth, depth, fluidity, meaning, and beauty. My guests were from all religious backgrounds and couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful ceremony. All night they’d say things like....the rabbi did a wonderful job at explaining the meaning behind certain traditions, the rabbi gave wise tips on how to work through hard times, the rabbi seamlessly delivered a beautiful message that united guests from all backgrounds, the rabbi added humor when needed, and the Cantor’s voice was simply angelic. It was a moving experience that created a memory to last a lifetime! -

Rabbi David and Cantor Lee are gems of human beings. They hopped on Zoom, FaceTime, and the phone to walk us through every step of our ceremony planning process; from an initial consult call to learn about us and our blended family, to walking us through typical traditions we could or could not include in our ceremony, to helping us troubleshoot ways to integrate multiple family members in our ceremony, answering all my questions about the Jewish religion and a Jewish wedding ceremony, truly everything! They were early to our wedding venue, facilitated the most special ketubah signing, and rocked our ceremony! Cantor Lee has a beautiful voice and Rabbi David shared such special and touching words. As someone who planned a Tampa wedding from Tallahassee, I HIGHLY recommend them as an officiant for a Jewish couple or an interfaith couple (as we are), they were superb, seamless, and made everything so special. -
