I WISH I COULD GIVE QUEEN A MILLION STARS! Queen and her staff did an amazing job helping to coordinate my two weddings. Queen was always available, on top of things, resourceful, kind, and was always a step ahead of things! She was always punctual, got things running smoothly even with my large wedding. She was just on it n she knows what she’s doing! Very very experienced! Even my guests called her “the MVP” her and her team will go above and beyond for you, trust me! I will miss her and our planning meetings! She exceeded my expectations. -

Queen has been an amazing coordinator for our wedding. She is always on top of things and she is very detailed in what she does.
I was so stressed out because I had no idea what I need to do to plan the wedding, but she guided me with every detail and even gave amazing ideas and recommendations. Her professional, long years of experience in her field definitely shows when you work with her. She’s so friendly, caring, and genuine that I am a bit sad it was over.
The day-of, I was so stressed out if everything is in order. Having Queen there drove all my worries away. I was able to just focus on enjoying the day.

My husband and I were very happy with Queen's wedding planning and execution services and most definitely recommend her for your SF bay area wedding!
Queen is an absolute pleasure to work with - she's very amiable and professional. She helped us pull our wedding together in less than 5 months (we reached out to her at the end of May and by mid October of the same year, we got married). She helps you stay on track with all of the intricacies of planning. And more importantly, saves you whenever a crisis occurs (ours included finding out 3 days before the event that the oven at the venue was broken). Most importantly, she makes sure your day runs smoothly and on time. She shouldered all burdens of coordinating vendors with so they would know what they needed to do when and where. It meant that my husband, myself, and our families were able to enjoy the day worry free.

If Wedding Wire had six, seven...two hundred star options, it wouldn't be enough. Queen (owner) is phenomenal. She is not just incredibly organized, patient, and supportive but she really emphasizes that she wants you to not have to worry about anything* on your wedding day. And you don't, when you have Queen. My family didn't have to worry about anything...my husband was supported...and so was I. Everything went on behind the scenes and was absolutely perfect. And I just hired her for the "day of coordinator." To be honest, I could have used her for more so I would go with a more comprehensive package but if that's all money will allow, do the day of package! This is something you will never, ever regret. My sister also used Queen's services and support 7 years ago and I will be referring everyone I know to her for the rest of my LIFE. She's absolutely amazing and your wedding will be a day of more not less, love not stress! -

Queen was an amazing 😻 vendor, she was great from day one on her call with my now wife until our last day. She took great care of us and our event. She was calm, punctual, accommodating and on the top of things. She was in contact with all vendors and made sure everything went smooth and as we requested and or wishes were met. -

Queen is absolutely amazing and made our vision come to life! I wanted a candle lit night time wedding and it was everything I dreamed. She made planning a wedding so simple and stress free. I would 100% recommend her for any event you have! -

Ashley Sent on 06/06/2024Disappointed with Full-Service Experience from Queen's Creative Events
I had envisioned a stress-free wedding planning process, which is why I hired Queen's Creative Events as my full-service wedding planner and day-of coordinator. Their glowing reviews and our initial meeting with Queen instilled confidence. Unfortunately, the reality didn't match expectations.
I specifically wanted a planner to handle design, vendor research, communication, and pricing comparisons. However, I found myself doing most of the heavy lifting, which added significant stress to an already busy time in my life.
While Queen suggested some vendors, many didn't seem well-researched nor did they align with our pre-discussed budget, except for the fantastic DJ that was recommended. Throughout the planning process, it felt like Queen was more focused on "following my lead" rather than taking initiative as a full-service planner.
We addressed these concerns four months before the wedding, but by then, a lot of groundwork was set. Thankfully, the last few months were more productive. Queen helped with the timeline, layout, meal selections, and acted as a liaison with the venue.
The wedding day wasn't entirely smooth sailing either. The venue had questions that seemed like they should have been handled by the planner but instead were handled by my mother and family. There were also mishaps, like incorrect ceremony seating setup and she initially brought the wrong plate chargers. Surprisingly, family and friends ended up placing most of the table cards, a task I expected the planner's team to manage. It seemed she needed a larger team to help with day of set up.
Despite the challenges, the wedding itself was beautiful, filled with love, and everyone had a great time. If you're planning a large event and envision a planner who takes charge of design, vendor selection, and execution while you make final decisions, I would recommend looking elsewhere. While Queen's Creative Events did add value to the planning process and day-of coordination, the level of service and value fell short of what I expected from a full-service package.
