Phenomenal!

I contacted QCQ based on other online reviews and am so glad I did. Fantastic experience! From their responsiveness to my initial contact to the last note played at my daughter’s wedding they were outstanding. I chose them because they are a true quartet. A group of friends that teach music in their daily professional careers, they practice and perform together as QCQ for events. They do not substitute from a list of random performers as do others in the area.

Their play list is extensive yet they are also willing to work up any requested pieces. It seems they can play anything and any style. We chose contemporary renditions and were so pleased.

A real value for your money, there were no hidden fees. Price quote was upfront and payment was simple. If you’re looking for quality and professionalism for your event look no further.

If you know your event date, be sure to book them soon as they are in demand!

Beautiful music for your wedding day!

We hired the Queen City Quartet for our June wedding at the Cincinnati Art Museum and we are so happy we found them. They were phenomenal! They did a custom arrangement during our ceremony and it turned out beautiful. They were easy to work with and they have great songs to choose from.
We received so many compliments on the music from our guests. I would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!

Talented, romantic and perfect for wedding ceremony!

Queen City Quartet were fabulous on our wedding day! I knew I wanted strings during the ceremony for a classic and romantic feel, and I'm so glad we chose this group. I was super impressed by their repertoire and selections of classical and more modern songs. Loved that I could have current music played on strings! Anything they don't know you can ask them to learn for a small fee, which was a nice touch to customize your day even more. Although I didn't get to hear a lot of it until I got to the aisle, I've heard nothing but rave reviews from my family and guests. Even hearing my song as I began walking down the aisle contributed to the major butterflies I already had. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Amazing music!

My husband and I originally selected QCQ for our wedding pre-pandemic, but had to postpone. QCQ kept in communication with me and was very accommodating. They were able to play The Office theme song (hubby's request) as we recessed and it was a hit with a lot of our guests! All in all I thought they were very reasonably priced and they made a huge addition to our wedding!

Just book them already !!

Queen City quartet was so amazing to work with, they give you and endless list of songs to choose from and they even are willing to add ones on, I had wanted a specific song playing while the wedding party was going down the isle and they were able to play the song without an issue, our guest raved about how beautiful they sounded. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful music and very professional

The music that they provided for our wedding ceremony was elegant and beautiful. I got the feeling that I always wanting walking down the aisle and that is in part due to their music. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for your event.

Fantastic Wedding Quartet!!

I can’t say enough nice things about Chrissy and her team. Our guests went on and on about how having a live quartet for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner was one of their favorite parts of our wedding. Not only was the music beautiful, but Chrissy communicated very quickly and kindly every time I had a question (this was extremely helpful, especially due to the pandemic and having to postpone our wedding!). They offered both classical and contemporary musical selections. If you’re looking for elegant, live music for your wedding, book Queen City Quartet. You’ll be thrilled you did.

Father of the bride was absolutely thrilled!

Our daughter was married one week ago at the Cincinnati Club. Working with Chrissy and The Queen City Quartet was not only seamless but it was one of the best decisions we made in planning! They are awesome and their music is simply wonderful! They are incredibly talented musicians! Chrissy was accessible, responsive, flexible and calming leading up to the wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event!

People loved it

Working with Queen City Quartet was really easy! We had them play for our ceremony (and beforehand as well) and I had several people comment how much they loved the music. I unfortunately didn't get to hear much since I was waiting in another room, but I did love my processional song. They were professional and I did not have to worry about them at all, which is how it should be. Great experience!

Queen City Quartet is simply amazing!!!!! everything exceeded my expectations. They played for our wedding ceremony and made my dreams come true. our guests were bragging about how elegant their music made the whole experience. I literally had happy tears as soon as I heard the ceremony start because I love this type of music and for the simple fact that they were playing at our wedding was truly magical and I couldn't have asked for anything more on the way their music made me feel the entire time. Their pricing was great, they gave me a huge variety of music to choose from and were super easy to work with on what I wanted. They were always easy to get in touch with if I ever needed anything or had any questions they responded back really quick. This wonderful team is perfection and I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will always recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you Queen City Quartet !!!

The Queen City Quartet played at my son's wedding. They were a perfect addition to the ceremony, bringing it to a different level. The guests all commented on the beautiful music and the great mix of songs. The whole process from the beginning to end was so easy. Wonderful to work with and very professional. Highly recommend.

Queen City Quartet were wonderful, we used them for our wedding this past November 2017 for the ceremony and cocktail hour. They have a wide variety of music selection, from traditional, classical and contemporary, and are open to suggestions of additional music to add if they can find the sheet music. Chrissy was very accomodating to adding additional music and went above and beyond. She answered emails within a timely manner - I would definitely use again and recommend to others!

When I think of Queen City Quartet, I think of my first dance with my husband: hearing the beautiful strings behind us, over the silence of the guests, and feeling so intimate and beautiful in that moment. When music is performed well, it can bring out emotions - and I felt so many with Queen City Quartet on our wedding day! I remember hearing them during cocktail hour, and wanting to wrap up photos so I could go over and listen! The way the play will draw you in. Chrissy Bender was incredible to work with, as our special request was a cover of our first-dance song, with an added layer of complexity: adding a Tabla player (a drummer) to their quartet for the cover! She sent a rehearsal recording, they worked with the artist, and they played beautifully on our big day! They play the classics, but also offer an amazing list of pop/top hits that were so fun to pick from! I loved pulling from those for our cocktail hour. I would highly suggest Queen City Quartet for any tri-state couples considering a Quartet on their big day, or for any occasion! Very professional, and a job well done!

The Queen City Quartet was the perfect touch to help my ceremony stand out!! So many of the guests commented on how special it was to have them play and what a fantastic job they did! The song I wanted to walk down the aisle to was not on their list but they found an arrangement and it was perfect. I LOVED being able to walk down the aisle to "our song" with a unique twist!

Queen City Quartet was such a beautiful addition to my son's wedding. For me, music is an emotional part of the wedding and they were everything I could have asked for. As the mother of the groom, this was an important part of the ceremony that I wanted to help them with.
Chrissy was easy to work with, worked with the kids on the music they wanted played, even seeking out music the kids wanted that they did not have, and reasonably priced.
The Quartet was very professional, came in, set up, played beautifully, and then were gone while the venue turned over. I highly recommend them, I will always recommend them!

I honestly can say that this group MADE my fairytale dreams come true. I picked the songs for them to play, they played them absolutely perfectly and beautifully. I loved every minute of the ceremony because the songs were so special to me. They learned the songs for my day and helped make my day perfect. Chrissy is so responsive and easy to work with. Queen City Quartet played for a surprise proposal I planned. The music was perfect and there selection of classical and pop music was ideal. They are top professionals and were extremely precise and dependable. They really made our day one to remember and I would highly recommend them!

I booked Queen City Quartet for my November wedding at Music Hall. They played so beautifully and gave the ballroom such an elegant feel from the minute you walked in. They were easy to work with and played all of my song requests. They even saved Taylor Swift for last so I could be sure to hear it! They are amazing and the music was wonderful. We were so pleased with the Queen City Quartet, and they did an absolutely lovely job playing the ceremony music for our June wedding! It was so great working with Chrissy to pick our music choices and filling out the online music planning form was a breeze! I did not know many classical music titles myself, and the Queen City Quartet made everything so easy and stress free! On the wedding day, they arrived promptly, and everything went perfectly! The music was amazing and I received many compliments! Also - the price was very reasonable! I would recommend the Queen City Quartet to anyone getting married!

Queen City Quartet provided music for our wedding ceremony in Covington, KY. They did a wonderful job and we had so many compliments from our guests! During the planning process Chrissy checked in with us often, answered any questions we had and provided suggestions for music when we were not sure what to choose! The performance by the Queen City Quartet created a beautiful ambiance before, during and after our ceremony. The music was beautiful. The quartet did a great job. The only thing I would have ask them to do differently was to arrive at the ceremony earlier so they could tune up and warm up before guests arrived.

This Quartet is Great... If it is also called the Queen City Quartet. They were easy to work with, a little hard to contact but no big deal. They just showed up at the ceremony, not the rehearsal and did great. Played all the music I asked for just wish I could have heard the beginning!
