  I was thrilled with Billy's organization, communication, and willingness to make our big day unique to us!

  As I began searching for a wedding DJ, I contacted Billy Quesenberry via email. He responded in minutes friendly set up a Zoom call to learn more about my future husband and I as a couple and our big day.
  
  I was thrilled with Billy's organization, communication, and willingness to make our big day unique to us. As our wedding day grew closer, Billy set up two more times for us to Zoom where we went through the website and documents he created for us to ensure our day was outlined and just the way we wanted it.
  
  The day of our wedding I was 100% worry free because of Billy. I felt relieved to know that he was keeping us on our timeline and also orchestrating the fun for guests!
  
  Our families LOVED the lighting, music, and environment Billy provided. After our wedding, we had family and friends texting us and calling us telling us how much they loved our DJ! I was happy to share Q It Up's name and contact information.
  
  Two weeks after our wedding, Billy sent us an incredible surprise that truly made our wedding memories last a lifetime. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful experience with Billy. If you or someone you know needs a DJ, this is the guy for you!

  Favorite Vendor of the Night

  Billy was a fantastic DJ! He added a trivia game to dinner which made the buffet line move very quickly and entertained the guests while they waited. His songs kept the dance floor going all night too. We unexpectedly got audio and video clips of the night too but were very thankful to have. 10/10 on organization and preparedness too. We could not recommend a DJ more!

  Billy was phenomenal, can't thank him enough!

  Billy was Phenomenal! Through out the entire planning process Billy was helpful, professional, organized, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. During the chaos of wedding planning, working with Billy provided a level of comfort & peace of mind; putting us at ease that not matter what happened the day of, Billy would be able to handle and roll with it. When the day-of came, Billy set up at the Omni Severin without any issues and his station was very clean, nice, and professional. He had everything finalized well before the day-of and knew exactly what to do. Billy balanced going above and beyond without being intrusive or distracting in any way. During the reception, we threw him a curveball and he was able to easily improv, as we needed more time than planned to visit guest's tables. The dancing later on was fantastic, Billy was able to keep the dance floor full and going the entire evening. Keeping a good balance of high energy/dancing songs with slower mood songs. A very nice, unexpected touch was a short highlights clip of the dancing that Billy took and provided after. My wife and I can't thank Billy enough and would highly recommend him to anyone for their wedding.

  Best dj in around!

  If you are looking for a dj who will help you make your big day or a party special, billy with Q it up is the man! I am not the one to usually be on the dance floor unless it’s a slow song, but billy had my wife and I on the dance floor all night long having the time of our life! To have this kind of dj, billy goes above and beyond behind the scenes getting to know you as a couple and as a person so he can give you the exact experience you are looking for with a dj.

  If you are looking for a dj who will help you make your big day or a party special, billy with Q it up is the man!   My Advice? Hire Billy!

  I am a wedding photographer who worked a wedding with Billy this past February. It was a dry wedding and he had people on the dance floor dancing it up alllll night! I was amazed and danced over to his booth to ask if he was available for my wedding in the fall. (Spoiler he was!) Once me and my now husband were engaged Billy was the first vendor we hired.
  
  The meetings with him were so extremely helpful. He even went over the timeline for the day with us and gave us some advice on what to switch around to make the day flow the best way possible.
  
  After the wedding (Which could not have gone more perfect!) we got sooo many compliments on the dance party and how people loved the DJ.

  Billy was absolutely outstanding. From our first conversation, we knew we wanted Billy to be a part of our big day. When you hire Billy, you will get more than just a DJ. Billy took away a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. I think he was a wedding planner in his past life. He created a perfect schedule for us, communicated with every single one of our vendors, and always went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed. Many of our guests even said that he was one of the best wedding DJ's they'd ever heard. His photo booth was a huge hit! Billy will piece together a video of all the photos and videos your guests take, and his assistant captured many videos of us all singing and dancing to our favorite songs. This is a video we will cherish forever! We can't thank Billy enough for making our dream wedding a success.

  My husband and I were married on June 10th, 2023 at Orchard Ridge Country Club in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. We didn't know anything about DJ's when we started our search, but quickly found Billy on Wedding Wire. He had five stars from every client and raving reviews. At first, we though, this must be too good to be true? But we decided to take the leap and contact him. From the very beginning, Billy was the consummate professional. We had three Skype meetings prior to our wedding to discuss all the details regarding pricing, timetable, our expectations of him and music preferences. Billy clearly communicated throughout the entire process, and was always responsive to our questions. The day of the wedding, Billy arrived four and half hours prior to the ceremony to ensure evrything was set up perfectly. The ceremony music was flawless, but nothing compares to our recption.   DJ for our wedding

  Billy was excellent to work with as our DJ of our wedding. He communicated extremely well before and during the wedding. He is passionate about his job and knowledgeable. He is organized and prompt and also a good coordinator during the whole wedding and reception!

  Billy was by far one of the best investments we made in our wedding. I knew from the start that I wanted a DJ who was personal, easy to work with and open to special requests. If there's one thing I love it's carefully-curated playlists, and Billy gave us the reigns to add our own songs and make our own playlists. Because of that, I got to play music I knew my guests would love during the ceremony (shout out to acoustic/instrumental pop covers), cocktail hour and dinner. Not only was Billy an excellent DJ, he was an amazing MC who made sure our night went smoothly and that everyone was having fun. In the grand scheme of wedding planning, Billy was one of the most enjoyable vendors to work with and I always looked forward to our consultations. Our wedding was customized perfectly to our taste and I could not be happier with the end result! We got sooo many compliments about our "kick-a** DJ." Erase all doubt from your mind - hire Billy and invest in a quality DJ who will truly make your wedding one to remember.

  Billy was the perfect DJ for our wedding! We first met Billy at a friend's wedding and knew that he was exactly what we were looking for. He did an excellent job controlling the evening and bent over backwards to make sure the night was perfect for us. he is extremely organized and made everything super easy for us so we could focus on enjoying our big day.

  Billy is the best!

  Billy was hands down the best choice we could have made for our wedding DJ. He helped make the night absolutely perfect with preparation, skill, and ability to read the room. His transitions between songs and overall order of songs kept the party going all night long! He worked so well with our photographer and venue. We chose his photobooth service as well and it was so great to not need another vendor! We had multiple preparation meetings with Billy and his website for song requests for each part of our ceremony and reception was so easy to use! One of my favorite thing about Billy was his dedication to our wedding. He told us he treats each wedding as the super bowl because to each couple, it IS our super bowl! I cannot recommend Billy enough!

  Best Wedding DJ!

  We hired Billy as our Wedding DJ, and we are so glad that we did! Billy was extremely organized throughout our entire wedding planning process, and made himself available and accessible whenever we had questions or needed advice! He is truly a professional in his field and helped walk us through how to plan the timeline of our day, and the different music we should plan for. Our dance floor was PACKED, and we had so much fun dancing the night away with the great music! We highly recommend Billy - you won't regret it!

Billy was extremely organized throughout our entire wedding planning process, and made himself available and accessible whenever we had questions or needed advice! He is truly a professional in his field and helped walk us through how to plan the timeline of our day, and the different music we should plan for. Our dance floor was PACKED, and we had so much fun dancing the night away with the great music! We highly recommend Billy - you won't regret it!

  Amazing experience

  I don’t even know where to start… From the second we first got in contact with Billy he was seriously amazing.. Before we officially booked he was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had no matter how stupid those questions may have been. We had two meetings with him before the wedding which he went above and beyond in helping us understand everything that went into scheduling the day and even helped me decide things that really were above his pay grade lol. I had such a peace of mind going into my wedding reception because he was truly so organized, so well planned, and so informative during all of the planning sessions I just knew everything would go smoothly.. which is exactly how a bride wants to feel going into her big day! Not to mention how quick to respond and how friendly he was every time I needed to communicate with him before hand. During our reception he ran around like crazy making sure the photographer, videographer, bar tender, etc were all perfectly timed for each thing that was to come next.. he even did things that he totally did not need to do like went and found us a knife to cut our desert lol. I could go on and on about how amazing of an experience we had with Billy as our wedding DJ, but my point is that he is 100% is the best DJ and you will not regret booking with him!!!

  Bride and Groom

  Very professional, punctual, talked to us multiple times leading up to the wedding so he was totally prepared. He was ready the day of with a complete set up and kept the party moving along according to our time line. He even brought us drinks up at our table so we didn't have to run around so much. The mood lighting was great set up around the reception room, 10/10 would recommend. We gave him songs we wanted to hear and he included them all through out the night. His friendly attitude makes the whole process very easy and comfortable.

We had nothing to worry about leading up to the big day because we knew Billy had already thought of everything. Our ceremony and reception ran perfectly, and the dance floor was always busy thanks to the great music choices!

  Billy did a phenomenal job making sure our wedding was perfect. We had no idea how much of an impact your DJ has on the day. Billy was so much more than a DJ. He met with us multiple times before the wedding, answered any question we had, worked with our vendors day of, kept the entire evening moving smoothly, and played awesome music. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ and would recommend him to anyone. He offers many additional things to add onto your package and we personally chose to add glow sticks and his photo booth. The guests loved the glow sticks and thought it made the dancing super fun. The photo booth was worth every penny. Our guests had so much fun creating pictures, videos, boomerangs, and even adding filters to the pictures. The pictures were incredibly clear and sent directly to your phone with a link. The photo booth was a huge hit and we highly recommend adding it to your package. You will not regret booking with Billy.

  Billy is THE best! I'm glad I got to snag possibly his last slot in 2022. Initially decided to go with Billy because of his professionalism, but he went above and beyond prior to and on the wedding day. Billy met with us several times and I loved his system that he uses and that we used Zoom so we can talk face to face. It felt like we knew each other before meeting on the wedding day. He had a whole template for all the different songs we needed to fill in and a great system where I could upload spotify playlists for pre-ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dancing. It was easy-peasy for us as a couple. Also, in one of our initial touch base meetings, Billy sensed that Run and I hadn't really thought out what we were going to do for our ceremony and provided a lot of suggestions that got our brains churning. Billy was flexible and made us feel at ease and made sure we had everything we needed during dinner. Billy didn't just play music for us during the dancing, he was able to read the crowd, field song requests appropriately, and hyped the dance floor up!   Billy was awesome at being a DJ. We had some email exchanges and some zoom meetings with him. He walked us through different stages of the wedding ceremony and reception. We were able to easily choose a song for each of the important parts. He even allows you to add songs to an online portfolio that you would like played during the reception. Overall he was easy and great to work with.

  Billy was amazing!! He was so thorough and meticulous in his planning. He was always checking with us about our thoughts on every single detail, even the details we didn’t consider.
