Rhonda was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and could be a "one-stop-shop" with her vast wedding resources. She really came through by dropping off tablecloths the day before and packed up leftovers herself, which had to be brought back the day after the event. Our guests loved her cooking and the chocolate fountain too!

That was an exact quote from one of our guests. We could not have picked a better caterer for our wedding. From the tasting to the service day of, everything was above and beyond what we had expected. Rhonda worked with us to create the perfect menu for our event, even adding in some things that aren't normally on the menu because someone had an allergy or because it was the groom's favorite side. I don't think you'll find a nicer team anywhere. The day of the wedding everything was ready to go and the staff there worked seamlessly to keep food filled and clear plates from our guests and never once did it seem like they were "in the way". The staff at our event was also very kind.
While all of that is important, I can not say enough good things about the food. I think the food may have gotten more compliments than I did, but for good reason. Everything had great taste, it is some of the best fried chicken I think I've ever had in my life.
Possibly the only thing better than the food and service (which was hard to beat) was the price. I feel that we paid an unbelievably good price for our package. We did the Let's Cookout package, and no other caterer that we looked at before finding the Putnam Inn came close to the price and value we received.
I have been recommending them to everyone, and if I am ever planning an event that needs a caterer again, I know who I am calling. -

Wedding 5-11-2019
We used the Putnam Inn for our wedding and let me tell you it was beyond fantastic! Food was delicious, guests talked about how great the food was, and not to mention the service. Staff was around helping everyone with anything they needed... making sure everyone was happy! Set up was beautiful as well. 100% recommended using them!Putnam Inn's reply:

Flexible professional and fun! The Putnam Inn is fantastic!
The Putnam Inn made our wedding day extra special with a super fun and delicious “Breakfast for Dinner” theme! From the biscuits and gravy, to the cheesey hash brown casserole, cinnamon rolls and more; our guests raved about our food! We had a super fun bartender for the evening, all of the staff were great! The Putnam Inn also created our wedding cake which was also perfect! -

Everything was excellent! We could not have been happier!
The planning process was professional and very helpful. We felt like every detail was covered and that we were in good hands. We felt like there were so many options with the food as well as the extra details that we could have things just as we wanted them. The food was wonderful. We got so many compliments from our guests. The service was fantastic! Again, there were so many comments about how professional and pleasant the servers were. Rhonda was amazing as well! We felt so lucky to have Putnam Inn taking care of us on our special day! -

Above All Expectations!
The team, quality of food, options of packages, services, etc - all was outstanding! This was not only the best bang for our buck, but the ribs/chicken and all sides were beyond what we expected. Our guests were full and talk about our food to this day!Putnam Inn's reply:

Amazing! The very best!
We LOVE the Putnam Inn! Without Rhonda, we truly could not have had the beautiful wedding we had, Rhonda was flexible with us to meet our budget while not sacrificing quality and service. The service before and day of, for our wedding was amazing. I have recommended the Putnam Inn for friends weddings and also use them constantly for catering for our events at school. They ALWAYS knock it out of the park! I can hardly begin to explain how amazing the Putnam Inn is, every single aspect of their service! And the food is soooo good! Our guests are our wedding raved about the food, how often does that happen?! Most people hardly remember the food, but it was a highlight at our wedding. We also used the Putnam Inn for our bar and they were so flexible here with our budget as well, and were able to include sangria for cocktail hour! It was so nice how we were able to do so many things with the Putnam Inn, including linens, plates and silverware. We also had a champagne toast that the staff passed around to each guest. In addition, coming from Pittsburgh we have a tradition of cookie tables, while Rhonda and her staff had never done a cookie table, they were excited and super helpful in making sure this tradition continued here for us. They helped collect the cookies and set them out for us at the wedding. Again, too many great things! They are the very best!!Putnam Inn's reply:

We hired Putnam Inn to cater our June 19, 2021 wedding. We went over their food options in the wedding package & asked for a food tasting. It all tasted fantastic & we chose our menu for the reception.
Rhonda is easy to work with, flexible with the menu options and extremely organized. They served the bridal party lunch at Owl Ridge & delivered the grooms party lunch at our house.
The set up was pretty and functional. Food was hot & delicious. For appetizers we had their meatballs, caprese kabobs and stuffed peppers. Everyone goes crazy over their peppers. It was a must have from a wedding we had attended earlier in the year.
For dinner, Caesar salad along with prime rib and chicken parm for main course. Sides were steamed veggies, loaded mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese. It was all hot and scrumptious. We had many compliments about the food.
Dessert we also had a berry cobbler and an apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. People really loved the cobbler.
The staff was professional and efficient in serving and cleaning up. Highly recommend them for an event.
We also had an open bar and they were on it! We had Sam & Brad and they helped keep the party going with their personalities & ability to keep up with demand. Drinks were good! Passion fruit margaritas were a hit with the ladies. -

If you want great food and no worries go with Putnam Inn
It’s so nice when you go with a vendor that always delivers great food and outstanding service. Rhonda (owner) is so pleasant to work with. Special requests? No problem!
