Working with Pervez and Nicole Taufiq was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first conversation, it felt like we were talking to friends—not just vendors. PTaufiq and team were absolutely phenomenal as our wedding photographers. Pervez is the GOAT, true entrepreneur and partner who collaborates effectively, articulates his vision and delivers the highest quality photos and videos. P and his team’s talent and creative vision shone through in every shot, from the early morning detailed shots and first look to capturing the most breathtaking moments throughout our special day. From utilizing unique and unconventional spaces to shooting between the trees, they brought a refreshing out-of-the-box approach to our photoshoot.
The attention to detail was truly impressive, and their calm presence helped us feel at ease during the entire process. Their time management skills were on point, ensuring everything flowed smoothly, even during family photos, which can be quite challenging with large groups. They took the extra step to make sure every member of our family was perfectly captured in the frame, leaving us with cherished memories to treasure forever.
The lighting they used was next level (big shout out to Juniper!) elevating the beauty of each photograph to new heights. At the reception, they didn't miss a beat, going above and beyond to capture those magical moments, like the water fountain at the Westin Princeton, which became a key highlight in our wedding album.
Besides their immense talent, PTaufiq and the team were incredibly easygoing and fun to be around. They made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free, allowing us to be ourselves and radiate genuine happiness throughout the day.
Our NPS score for PTaufiq is a 100: we will be recommending them to our nieces, nephews, friends, cousins, coworkers - anyone looking for a wedding photographer. Just amazing.
My husband, Rutvij, and I could not be more happy with our experience with Pervez and the entire PTaufiq team. It’s one thing to love your own vendor but to have so many of our guests rave about his team, professionalism, talent and personality is just another validation in our decision to go with Pervez. From the beginning, he takes such an interest and puts in effort to get to know you personally, what kind of vision you have, what is important to you, and executes the photography and videography with excellence. Honestly, for as emotional as a wedding can be, i spent most of the weekend smiling through it without crying too much. However, we just got our highlight reel back and i don’t know how he did it but to revisit our wedding weekend through Pervez’ lens was just a whole other experience and brought back all that emotion. The teams ability to bring our vision to life is just such a talent and we could not be happier with our photos and videos. I highly recommend PTaufiq Photography because you are getting so much more than just talent. Your getting a personalized experience, professionals at the top of their game, creativity thats just pushed to another level and literally the nicest photo/video team I have ever encountered at a wedding. -

I am overwhelmed with all sorts of exciting emotions by the content this dude makes! I really recommend this photographer and his team to all people that look for a dedicated and unique photographer. It was absolutely worth the time , I can recommend PTaufiq Photography as the best studio out there. Their approach is personalized and accommodates all types of photo needs. The team is friendly and the final results speak for themselves. Highly recommended. They do gorgeous photography and videography. Magical work and finish to the albums (as options!). A must invest in your big moments and you will never regret it. Everything is in its perfection stage from the poses they ask you to do (wedding in my case), to photo lighting, and much more. AND their approach is not just about taking the best photos—it’s also about how the team makes you feel. This is an experience from the first initial connection to the final deliverables; it all must be consistent and flawless. Interacting with the couple during the planning stages was the key in his process. He is truly the best ever. Pervez is not only the greatest photographer you’ll meet, but he is by far the greatest wedding vendor and one of the best humans you’ll meet. We can’t explain the magic he created within our day. He cares about the photos, but cares about the people even more. We are a Boston based couple who got married during the covid-19 pandemic. Pervez and his team came to Lincoln, MA to do a wedding shoot with us at a sculpture park. He listens, he is kind, and beyond helpful. Every photo he has taken brings a smile to my face over and over again. We have certainly found our photographer for life and I can’t wait to hire him again and again! When I say that he is the absolute best, I mean it. I cannot begin to tell brides how amazing Pervez is. I was immediately struck by his talent, his eye for detail, and his ability to really capture the personality of a couple. Pervez and his team have a way of making the world around you appear more beautiful and you look your absolute most stunning-without the use of crazy filters or excessive photoshop. When you look back in fifty years, you are going to want to see yourself and the love you have for each other and Pervez manages to see that within minutes of meeting you. I cannot recommend him enough: his work, his work ethic, and his contributions to our day. Pervez & Team shot our wedding shower, mehendi, welcome dinner, wedding and reception. We spent the most time with Pervez during the week of our wedding and we are having so much withdrawal from it! Pervez is so calming, positive, fun to be around, and so passionate about getting the most epic shots (& Dad jokes). Our videos and pictures came out so great and he was quick to get us footage to share with our families and friends. We would not have changed a thing and Pervez and his team became a part of the wedding. Vinh and Matty did an amazing job coming up with creative ideas to shoot! We will definitely have Pervez at all of our events going forward! Thank you so much for making our week so epic. -

Pervez is by far the best photographer, he goes the extra mile to take the best shots that are just jaw dropping and out of this world! He has a great personality and is so great to work with! He will forever be our family photographer. No doubt about it. - if you want wedding pictures people will talk about for years to come he is your guy! One of the best wedding decisions made!
We first met Nicole at Kunal’s brother’s wedding and decided to try them out for our winter pre-wedding shoot in New Hampshire about 10 months before our wedding. Since our wedding was to happen in India and we were getting recommendations from our wedding planner there, we didn’t actually consider PTaufiq photography right off the bat for the wedding itself, but the moment we met Nicole, Pervez and their kids in NH for the shoot, we knew that nobody else can be as crazy and passionate both about their work and family as Pervez and Nicole! We reached NH late in the night with the idea that the photoshoot would happen the next morning, but they were ready to start shooting that very night and already had ideas for it (it was almost like they read our minds for the smoke bombs and had them ready even before we told them about it). Pervez literally almost got run over by a car on an isolated bridge at 3am taking an epic pic of us!
Not only did they travel all the way to India to capture every event of ours, they had regular conversations with us in the months before to get to know us better as a couple, about our wedding theme, outfits etc and to understand our vision such that they could make it personal in every way possible. They were also extremely accommodating throughout, for instance they agreed for an impromptu photoshoot in India a few days before the wedding and fulfilled our crazy last minute request for a pre-wedding video to be played during our reception. We literally completed the shoot for that on our mehendi day and Pervez put together our pre-wedding video overnight. We also really liked their openness to our feedback during the editing process, such that we could combine their creativity with our personal touch.
PTaufiq team has this unique sense of space, time, body language and emotions, which enables them to capture the best angles at the most opportune moments. Pervez would also never fail to make you laugh through the shooting process and Nicole with her grace, elegance and modeling background helped us a lot with couple portraits (which we never thought we could look good in, we both tend to usually only like the more candid photos). Nicole also gave me the best advice on the morning of our wedding, while I waited for the baraat to come; I could then completely calm down and spend the time reflecting on our love and life together without stressing about anything else. That truly made me deeply enjoy every moment. They also sneakily recorded us after the reception for an interview and the words that were spoken then became one of the most beautiful memories for us as part of our wedding trailer. Thank you Nicole, Pervez, and the rest of the team for that and each and every amazing memory you have left us with, cannot thank you enough for that! We will forever cherish the teaser, trailer and films that the PTaufiq team made for us as it brought back memories from that day. We could not have asked for better finished products, such that its hard for us to resist watching it every day.
Photography and videography is not just a job to them, they live and breathe it in every moment of their lives. They are these extremely creative souls, who can find unconventional ways to capture and freeze any moment. This is evident not just from their professional portfolio but also from their own family photos and videos, all of which exude love. In fact, they initially started shooting to capture their own family moments and then expanded it to make it their professional job. Anything that has its origin in family and love can only lead to multiplying more love and magic, which is exactly what they create wherever they go. You just cannot go wrong with them for your big day. We were so impressed by their work and enjoyed shooting with them so much, that we want to keep shooting with them. We are hoping to do a photoshoot with them again at our one year anniversary and cannot wait to be captured by them again. When they were leaving the hotel after our wedding, we didn’t feel a vendor was leaving, but were in fact sad to say bye to the part of our family/friend circle that they had become by then. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Pervez, Nicole and their team capturing it and without their friendship.

My husband Alman and I are so happy to share our experience of working with PTaufiq Photography as one of our easiest choices for a wedding vendor as we may be the pickiest people on the planet when it comes to music, art, direction, photography, etc. We are both from strong artistic families, and my husband is a musician/artist himself. It became a mission for us along with our families to find a vendor that matches our need for epicness, creative mastery, and mutual understanding. I remember my first conversation with Pervez where he confidently told me "Oh I'm doing this wedding." And we thought "Oh this is our kind of person!" Right of the bat we clicked, but it wasn't until we talked further that we really came to appreciate Pervez, Nicole, and Team. They just seemed to get it all while wrapped in love, passion, comfort, and warmth. Throughout the wedding weekend they worked tirelessly to make sure all of our vision came to life with smiles on their face the entire time. To be honest, many of our guests' feedback was that they loved our photo and video team. They didn't just come to work, they left a lasting impression even on our guests. And the work....well that just spoke for itself! The Team listened to our desires for editing while also putting their own creative twist on it. Oh, it was just magical. As a family we have looked at our pictures and videos as often as we can because we just can't get enough of it. And I can whole heartedly say that my father watches our wedding video at least ONCE A DAY no exaggeration in the slightest. If the father of the bride aka the toughest critic is happy, the rest is cake. Pervez and Nicole have stayed in touch even after the wedding and we've all become great friends. It's truly wonderful to work with individuals who give you results you paid for while making the experience unforgettable. They will always have a special place in our heart as they have given us the ultimate gift that will be viewed for generations to come. That's a big responsibility, and we couldn't have been more relieved to place it in the hands of the right Team. We couldn't recommend them more. 100 stars. -

COVID 19 Wedding
Pervez and his team was the best decision to add to our small backyard covid 19 wedding. Not only they did such an amazing job, but they treated us as a family/friend and comforted us throughout our virtual wedding without family around. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate and get us access to some electronics/gadgets from other vendors complimentary to make our day smooth.
The way they worked on our photos and video shocked everyone that it was a small Covid 19 backyard wedding. They didnt hesitate to go extra mile to help us like friends and made us feel special. Thank you very much Pervez! Me and Ryan will always be very grateful to you -

Amazing work and team!
We met Pervez and Nicole at a bridal bash and connected with them. We checked out his work online and scheduled a call to speak soon after. We knew right away that he will be the best choice for our wedding photography and video. He was the first vendor we booked after finalizing our wedding venue. He and his team did such a tremendous job and we loved our wedding photographs. They captured our special day beautifully. My favorite was the highlight video we got from him. It literally brought tears of joy, re-living those memories when we first saw it, as it was so beautifully captured. Pervez has such a personable personality and he is so passionate about his work. My husband, Ted, and I first met Pervez at the historic Paramount Theatre in Boston for our engagement shoot. Throughout the next 2 hours, Ted and I were amazed by the unedited shots we were privy to. Pervez has an exceptional ability to use natural light to his advantage when capturing shots and movement. Throughout our wedding photography and videography, I noticed “that look in his eyes” whenever he liked how the natural light around us would dance to his vision. Pervez and his colleague, Ven, took their time to capture our most candid wedding moments. Oprah Winfrey once said, “Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.” This quote rings quite true for the passion and excitement that Pervez has towards his craft. Light is also energy. I am convinced that his passion allows him to literally feel the power and energy from natural lights when he shoots. It is something that can only truly be experienced by working with Pervez and seeing him in action. Thank you to Pervez and his team for capturing our wedding bliss. -

Pervez and his team were such a pleasure to work with during our wedding events! We hired them for our nikkah ceremony, mehndi night, and shaadi reception and we could not have asked for a better team to work with both professionally and on a personal level. Pervez and his wife Nicole both come with a vision from which you can tell they truly have a passion for their work- and it shows in the end results! Not only that but they are both easy to work with on a personal level as the entire team is super friendly and make you feel at ease throughout your entire event.
My husband and I are most definitely not model material but we sure felt like it day of thanks to Pervez and his team. They will walk you through poses and ensure you feel comfortable throughout. Nicole even went above and beyond and stayed later than anticipated during our mehndi night when things were running behind schedule as they do during desi weddings. They will send a questionnaire to help create an itinerary for the day but when my husband wanted to capture moments of him getting ready for the reception last minute Pervez and his wife were both so accommodating and flexible which is always so appreciated.
I am so delighted with the results as our big day(s) and could not recommend PTaufiq Photography enough! Thank you guys!! -

How do I give Pervez and his crew more than 5 stars???? It's hard to express in words how amazing Pervez is -- as a person & as a photographer. My wife Krishna, family, and friends loved him and how passionate he is about his work. He was also constantly in touch with both of us to remind us of things we needed to do and always made himself available for a chat or a meeting. Me, my husband and our families were incredibly blessed to have Pervez’s team capture the amazingness of our wedding. First, our package included an engagement shoot where Pervez personally photographed and talked with us for a while to really understand us as a couple. I will say that Pervez and his wife Nicole are also two of the nicest, sweetest and most welcoming couple I have ever met. Their personalities really helped ease the stress of wedding planning and we were able to be super open about everything when talking to them. That way he was able to photograph and create the wedding video to match our personalities and love for each other. Communication with Pervez was very easy throughout the process, and he worked within the budget we had without losing quality of work. Both my husband and I have mixed south Asian backgrounds and Pervez’s team was able to capture the diversity of our families really well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer/videographer for their wedding. -

The photos are stunning!! Their professionalism and drive to get the “Wow” photos is unmatched. Most weddings I’ve been to, the photographers are more concerned with the standard shots, but PTaufiq's team manages to get both your legacy wish list AND photos that you are super excited to frame and put in your wedding album. I cannot count the number of times a friend or family member told us how excited they are to see our photos! It’s apparent how much the team cares and the effort they put into each shot. They also do a great job making you feel confident/comfortable and give you direction to get the best possible shots. If you follow their lead, you will be incredibly happy with the results. We are so happy we chose them as they perfectly captured our happiness and all the details and planning we put into the celebrations. As i was perusing portfolios, i stumbled upon a photo of our friends (whose wedding we had attended), on the PTaufiq Photography page. I dove into the profile and was quickly impressed by the incredible photos i saw — but nothing could compare to actually meeting the PTaufiq team. Pervez and Nicole (owners) had us in for a test photo shoot - we were so impressed by their creativity, attention to detail and overall skill. We quickly hired them — one of the best decisions of the wedding.
The photos they take are not cookie-cutter. They go above and beyond - and push you - to get the crazy beautiful shot that you will have hanging on your mantel (or in your bedroom). Beyond that, they are so personable and warm that you feel like you’re with friends. They make the experience comfortable and enjoyable! (I felt like a princess and model the whole time!).
Following the wedding, every guest has asked me about the photos. They all commented on how amazing the team was and asked to see the pics. Pervez’s preview facebook post came with rave reviews - blown away! Can’t wait to see the full set.

His creativity and hands on approach brought out the beauty and vibrancy of an Indian wedding without being overbearing on us (he's pretty much a photo/video ninja). Jill Sent on 01/22/2018Pervez did an AMAZING job with all aspects of our wedding photography from our initial sit down meeting to the last moments captured on the dance floor! He is incredibly talented & knowledgeable about the best lightening for each element of your venue. We had an outdoor evening ceremony in a vineyard followed by cocktail hour in a barn followed by an outdoor tent reception- so having someone so skilled in lighting & angles was key! He was also extremely professional while still being approachable, warm & funny. He blended right in with our guests. When we got back our amazing wedding photos- there were great ones... where I did not even notice that he was there capturing the moments! We would HIGHLY recommend Pervez to anyone in need of a wedding photographer- or any event for that matter!

We got referred to PTaufiq through one of our friends and were just so incredibly impressed with the epic shots of that couple. In fact, one of our favorite pictures of the two of us was a picture from that wedding. Pervez is a creative genius and a true artist - while we haven't received our professional shots yet (we only got married 2 weeks ago!), we're so incredibly excited for the pictures and videos.
We got to work with many members of his team over the course of our pre-wedding shoot, pre-wedding event, and ceremony and reception. Pervez, Steven, Danillo, Ivan and Chris are all total rockstars and made us and our families feel at such ease.
