The most incredible food we've ever had, hands down. All of our guests are still talking about our wedding food weeks later!! From the rehearsal dinner, with 65 handmade pizzas, to the wedding meal itself, everything was truly perfect. The pork milanese was INSANE, and our Italian family could not stop raving about the meatballs - they were literally going up to the cook tent asking for the recipe.
Brandon, Fernando, and their entire team were so kind, so accommodating, and such a pleasure to work with. They even incorporated our honey from our farm into the menu, which made it feel so personal and special to us. The passed appetizers, the portions, the presentation, and the amount of food was flawless.
If you're lucky enough that Promises Kept is available for your wedding or your event, don't hesitate!!!! Great food brings people together like nothing else, and you absolutely won't regret it - they are truly the best of the best. -

We cannot recommend Promises Kept Events highly enough. Working with Brandon and the entire PKE team was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding experience. From the very beginning, Brandon's sense of humor and professionalism made the planning process easy, enjoyable, and even fun. He’s clearly incredibly experienced, but also super friendly, funny and genuinely invested in making your day beyond what you could expect.
What stood out most to us was how flexible and creative the team was. They tailored the menu to our tastes, adjusting items based on our feedback and offering interesting, flavorful options that simply cannot be described as your typical wedding food. The result was a meal that was outstanding—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We continue to hear how much our guests enjoyed the food.
PKE’s attention to detail is unmatched. We had a few guests with severe allergies, and their system for accommodating dietary needs was so thorough and reassuring. Everyone felt completely taken care of. Their entire staff was professional, friendly, and top-notch from start to finish.
Truly, PKE delivers exceptional meals with the care and hospitality of a close-knit team. They played such a big role in making our day joyful and stress-free, and we’re so grateful. They were such a blast to work with. If you’re considering them for your wedding or event—do it. You’ll be in the best hands. -

We committed to Promises Kept as our caterer for our wedding before ever trying their food. And boy are we glad we did. Brandon, Fernando, Anna and the rest of the PK team did an absolutely outstanding job. From the get go, they were so professional, kind and accommodating. We are big foodies and were really wanting the food at our wedding to reflect our taste and for our friends and family to feel like they were at the best dinner party ever. We had a hard time narrowing down our menu from their extensive list of options as every dish sounded better than the last. Our jaws dropped when we had our tasting as the dishes were as amazing as they sounded. We have had so many of our guests tell us how incredible the food was at our wedding and how special it felt. We couldn't agree more. If you are looking for unique flavors, incredible dishes and utmost professionalism for a private dining experience whether it be a wedding or other type of event, look no further than Promises Kept. -

We knew from our very first call with Brandon and team that we made the right decision, but it was so special to see it all come to life. The Promises Kept team helped us create custom menus for not one but three (!) different wedding events in one weekend. They were truly the backbone of the entire event, driving our ideas forward and bringing our vision to life. They are exceptionally skilled at telling a story with food, pairing exactly the right things together. Many of our guests even said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!! Brandon and his team were professional, answered every one of our emails in excruciating detail, and truly left no stone unturned. They even helped fill in the gaps where other vendors missed the mark. You often hear it said, but it’s truly the case here - hiring PKE was the single best choice we could have made for our wedding. Hire them while you can!!! I can’t imagine any availability they have will last too long. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for PKE. -

We cannot say enough about Brandon and the entire PKE team. For us, incredible food was a priority for our wedding and PKE was the first vendor we hired (even before our venue!). We thought they would be great, but they completely blew our expectations out of the water - it's not just the best "wedding food" we've had, it's some of the best food we've had overall. The steak melted in your mouth, the seafood portions were generous, the sides were exciting, the canapés were inventive, the staff was warmly and friendly, and the planning process leading up to the event was easy and incredibly organized. On top of that...you're hiring truly good people. They love what they do, they execute brilliantly, they really care about you, and they care about their food from farm to table. Brandon, Anna, and the entire team were amazing. Hire them for your wedding or follow them on Instagram to find their pizza at a local community event - whatever you do, make sure you eat their food, it is truly memorable. -

We feel so lucky to have been able to work with Promises Kept, Brandon, Fernando, Anna and their whole team! They made the planning process so easy and fun and were so creative when planning out our menu. Even pulled off a full raw bar for 170 people in the middle of a horse field! We can't rave enough about the food, it was incredible. Every single guest said it was the best, most delicious, fresh, etc. food they've ever had at a wedding and as the bride and groom, we only wish we ate more of it! Also can't forget about the delicious late night pizza either :) The whole team is insanely talented, consider yourself lucky if you get to work with them! -

If you want folks who give a chef experience and care for every detail for your wedding or event go with promises kept. not only are they kind, patient and inspired to work with the food was delicious, looked incredible and served that our guests were floored. recommend and then some more! -

From our first phone call, I knew we had found our food partners! The love and care Brandon, Fernando, Anna, Cyan, and the whole team had for good food, local ingredients, & the details of our event was evident from start to finish. We had a weekend wedding in the Poconos and PKE was with us for three full days – they did a wood-fired pizza welcome dinner (with a dope mobile oven they brought on site!), the wedding canapes & dinner, as well as a sendoff brunch. Each meal was thoughtfully planned and curated for our preferences, vibe, and location/season. Our planning calls never felt like a burden – they were fun and creative and helpful. Throughout the weekend, it was a delight to have the PKE team around and they EXECUTED! Our guests are still talking about the food, weeks later, especially the miso cod – divine. Endless gratitude to the PKE team for the most magical, delicious, humbling weekend. -

So food is of monumental importance to us and the foundation in which our relationship is built on. When it came down to searching for a vendor for our wedding, we narrowed in on Brandon and Promises Kept. Between the open flame cooking and the beautiful aesthetics, you could tell they cared about food like how we did. During the process, Brandon was super responsive, got a feel for our palate, and worked with us in crafting our menu (pork baos for the win!); he’s willing to work with you in any way he can. From there, he linked us up with Chef Fernando who fit our specific food vibe. On the day of the event, Cyan, Fernando, and team worked seamlessly to deliver plate after plate of outstanding food. My family owned a restaurant for 37 years and walked away very impressed with how well-oiled the entire process was. Promises Kept really cares about food and delivering an exceptional experience. Our guests could not stop raving and we’re talking after every one of the courses! Thank you to Brandon, Cyan, and Fernando for bringing the best of the best on our big day. You guys truly provide something special and we would love to work with you again. -

Could not be topped!
Brandon of Promises Kept is charming, professional, clearly loves to cook, and very easy to work with - he made what could have been a stressful occasion pleasant and easy, with great memories. For us, he catered the rehearsal dinner for a truly wonderful wedding all from a temporary kitchen he created outside our venue. His advice was sound and the food he made was both beautiful on the plate and absolutely delicious. We only heard resounding compliments from all our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We cannot recommend him more highly. -

Brandon and his team were beyond amazing. I got married on 10.08 up in the Poconos, and it was truly magical. We got the Bleu Cheese Burgers, Tacos Al Pastor, Smoked Duck, Korean Fried Chicken, and Braised Lamb. My family who is a mix of picky and adventurous eaters were all thrilled. The attention to detail, personalization, and variety that Brandon offers is amazing for both micro and larger events. Cyan, Brandon’s assistant was also truly an angel sent from Heaven. She made sure all my questions were answered along the way, was extremely responsive, and made sure we were kept in the loop even the day of the event. I will be forever grateful for Promises Kept -

This company goes above and beyond the call of duty as far as caterers are concerned. There is a lot of stress that comes from planning a wedding, but this company made the catering portion of the wedding incredibly stress-free. I would have been happy with them even if the food had been mediocre, but the food was TO DIE FOR! I may have to divorce my wife and marry her all over again just to have Promises Kept’s food one more time. This company really does provide the whole package and more. Do you and your wedding guests a favor and pick Promises Kept.
