    Wedding Linen Rentals

    We used PPR for our linen rentals for our Asheville wedding. Everything turned out beautiful and was so smooth. So easy to work with, would definitely recommend!

    Best vendor for all your wedding needs!

    Great vendor, extremely quick and helpful communication! Would absolutely use them again. Allisa at the Asheville location was so fabulous to work with, so patient, thorough and everything was perfect!

    Wonderful selection and service!

    Professional Party Rentals is amazing! They had everything we needed and were so flexible up to the few days before the wedding when we had some count changes and additional items. They are very responsive, have a great selection of items, and everything looked just as it did in the pictures when it arrived in person. The delivery team arrived on time and was efficient at unloading/loading. Very happy with their services and items!!

    Very good, professional and caring, rental company

    We used Professional Party Rentals for a Willow Falls Events wedding of our daughter and her fiancé in June 2021. This is a very professional, thoughtful company; you are in good hands with them! They even offering us an upgrade to the tent we had ordered. Easy to work with, good communicators, very good line of rental products, on time, considerate, and professional!

    Fantastic!

    I love that they are so friendly and accommodating! We had to move the delivery day up a little sooner and they were so easy to work with! The mainline connects you to the main office. But contingent on where the location of your wedding is, you you may be referred to a different office. That would be the only thing I would think that they could improve on!

    Great experience!

    Loved working with PPR! They had so many amazing rentals to pick from, including a super cute wine barrel as a cake stand! They were reasonably priced and did a great job following up throughout the planning process.

    They had exactly what we wanted!

    Loved working for PPR in Cashiers! Shelby was awesome! We visited they’re showroom before placing our order to put together place settings, and Shelby knew exactly our style! The X back chairs were also perfect for our special day! Couldn’t have been more beautiful, thanks to them!

    Very Satisfied!

    While my wedding coordinator and venue communicated directly with Professional Party Rentals and took care of all delivery details, my family and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of linens and glassware. Their blue goblets and beaded chargers made my tables look STUNNING! So happy to have had them as a preferred vendor!

    Jim was soooo helpful in planning out what I needed for my outdoor wedding. I was so nervous about weather and our guest size, but planning for the worst case scenario really helped me feel at ease. Then, closer to our day, Jim worked with me to update and tweak the plan to be exactly what we needed, and it was absolutely beautiful! Tent liner was gorgeous - I highly recommend that if you are getting a tent. The dance floor and lighting was also perfect for dancing under the stars (we didn't skimp on lighting, and I'm so glad! worth every penny). The guys who delivered and set everything up were fantastic - so helpful and sweet, and fast. I had talked early on with another rental company, but changed to PPR, and I'm so glad I did. They have the inventory to make your vision a reality (very important, as some others will just subcontract with other companies for items), and are incredibly professional folks. Some of our guests even said it was the most beautiful wedding they had even been to.

    Working with the staff at Professional Party Rental was a breeze for our destination wedding in Asheville, NC. They are very responsive, accommodating, and go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy. They gave us a very reasonable quote and were the only company willing to deliver within the strict time window provided by our site vendor. The furniture looked great at our ceremony and staff were punctual and professional on the day of the wedding.

    Tracey at PPR made the process of renting chairs and linens for our wedding a breeze. Truly easy quote/invoice process and they were so incredibly professional and timely. I didn’t have to worry at all about the service or products I was provided.

    I love PPR. As an event planner I have used them several times for other events and knew that we would use them for our wedding too. I have always worked with Tracie and she has always been so helpful and she really knew how to accomplish the look we were going for at our wedding. She spent time with us looking at different fabrics for the tables/napkins and once we decided she let us take samples with us so we could reference them in the rest of the planning/decor process. Their team is always professional, on time, and sets everything and breaks down. I highly recommend them!

    Janice was great to work with! We did a lot of changing to our invoice and she was great about getting back to us in a timely manner! They have a huge selection with just about anything you need! There was a mix up with something the week of the wedding - the warehouse sent the wrong size and their truck delivered it to our house that same night! They went above and beyond to make it right!

    PPR (Jason and team at the Cashiers location) was absolutely incredible to work with when planning our Cashier wedding. We greatly appreciated his expertise and willingness to open the PPR showroom so that we could select our tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc in person, and he even offered to transfer inventory from the PPR Greenville location to meet our needs. Every item was of excellent quality, from the tent to the ceremony benches, and the team's wedding day set up, management (of sound equipment), and take down was absolutely seamless. PPR had all of the items we wanted and excellent customer service, and our wedding went more smoothly and turned out more beautiful than expected. Thank you PPR!

    PPR was very easy to work with, and my representative, Janice, was very good at replying quickly to requests and staying in contact with me up until the event. We rented garden chairs and the farmhouse benches and both looked fabulous at our ceremony and reception and were delivered on time. There was one snafu during pickup, but they fixed their mistake and were very apologetic. No harm, no foul. Thanks again PPR!

    Jason was wonderful to work with for our wedding rentals. He helped us pick out the farm tables, chairs, an Arbor for the ceremony and extra serving platters for our family-style dinner. The pricing was fair and the quality was superb. They truly helped bring our garden-style themed wedding come to reality.

    We are so thrilled with this team. They were friendly and accommodating from day one. After reading rave reviews, we reached out to them to set up a meeting and Jason was so kind and welcoming. He let us customize certain aspects to make everything perfect. They worked with our budget and timeline, without any hesitation or attitude! They were always kind through emails and phone conversations and efficient in every way. We are so happy we choose this team. We were nervous because there was a chance of rain every day before our (outdoor) wedding and Jason let us wait until the last possible minute before deciding if we needed a tent, I have never worked with anyone so kind and understanding! It was such a relief not to have to worry about the rentals at my wedding. I knew we picked the right team and could relax all evening knowing everything was taken care of. THANK YOU PPR, you made our wedding day better than our dreams!

    They have EVERYTHING and the prices are really great. They were super flexible as I changed my order around a few times, never lost patience with me, and were great - the rental is actually for a few days, so they were willing to deliver at one spot and pick up another so I could get double use of a few of my rentals. There honestly wasn't a single thing I could even *think* of wanting that they didn't have.

    PPR--specifically Marlene was fantastic to work with! For our reception we rented table cloths, easels (for bridal portraits) and chivari chairs to complete our desired look. And for the day-after brunch at my parents house, we rented everything from tables and chairs, to linens, plates, glassware, etc.

    Marlene made sure that we weren't overlooking any detail, even setting up a table in their store with our choices so that we could get an idea of what our room would look like. Such a delight to work with, everything was on time, and exactly what we discussed/wanted. They dropped off everything at my parents house the Thursday before the wedding, and worked around OUR schedule, and when things were convenient for us, they came by after the brunch was over Sunday afternoon and grabbed everything, insisting on us leaving the dishes dirty, that we did not need to worry about cleaning them. They even knocked down the price because someone else was using our same pieces from our reception the next day-- how often to wedding vendors find extra ways to SAVE you money? So thoughtful and absolutely wonderful to work with!

    Great for wedding receptions, or any type of gathering or large party you have in mind!

    I put off rentals until about a month before my wedding but Professional Party Rentals made it stress free and easy to order!! And even though I changed my order a few times, they were able to accommodate me with no problems and super helpful, they are very reasonably priced too! I won a silent raffle at the wedding show for some $$ towards their products that benefited the Humane Society - they are a good company and are animal lovers too!

    Tracey Hill was a lifesaver several times throughout the wedding planning process. As having the most unglamorous task in the process, she made it a treat to meet with her. She created the look of our reception with specialty rose linens with LED lights, provided the cake stand, used a new type of chair for our ceremony because we did not like the traditional look, created a fun Bridal Brunch through farm house tables, and even had a tent on standby for our reception that still gave our guests the beautiful views of Hotel Domestique. She is not only an amazing party planner, but one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I hope we have many more events just so that we can work with her again!

    I rented all my chivari chairs for my reception from them as well as our table overlays, sashes and everything we needed for the church. It was all beautiful and great quality, I highly recommend PPR.

    From the sales people (Marlene, Tracy, Jim, etc...) to the gentlemen in the warehouse, PPR is the best rental store in Greenville! My in-laws rented chairs for the rehearsal dinner from another store in the area, and, while only slightly less expensive than PPR, the other store was dirty, cluttered, and ran by an un-enthused woman with a very big attitude. Spend the few extra cents and give yourself the piece of mind that your rentals will be on-time and come from a clean environment with sales people who actually care about making your special day a success.

    PPR provided us with anything and everything we needed for our ceremony and reception; from the tables, chairs, podium, and arch to the dance floor, linens, silverware, and even our gift box! Extremely professional and so easy to work with, Janice helped us every step of the way; answering any questions in a very timely manner and even changing/updating our order to as late as the morning of the wedding! She worked in sync with one of our caterers and our bartender to make sure we had exactly what and how much we needed of all the rental supplies. She really helped make the process of planning a wedding run smoothly and there was no doubt we would be prepared for our big day. Would definitely use PPR again and recommend to others! Thanks!

She carefully helped us pick out the pieces that we needed to make our event complete. She knew exactly the right amount of items that we needed to accommodate our number of guests.     Awesome rentals. We used them for our tent rental as well as fabric rentals to decorate around the reception and chairs. They were nothing but helpful. They sent someone to measure the area for our tent to make sure that there would be no problems the day of. We kept in contact throughout the whole process and they were very helpful! I would definitely suggest them to anyone in need of rentals!

    PPR worked very closely with Larkin's in getting everything we needed rented for our wedding and it all looked great! The chairs were quality chairs for the ceremony and reception, our arbor looked great as did everything else we rented from them.

    I loved working with PPR. The employees were very friendly and so helpful and truly professional. We rented linens from them for my Bridal Luncheon as well as for our wedding reception at the Westin Poinsett, downtown Greenville. For both of these events the tables looked awesome and linens were in great condition. We also rented our candelabra for our unity candle as well as the candles which was very convenient. I will definitely go back to PPR anytime I have another event to plan in Greenville and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free, quality place for event rentals.

    I decided to use Professional Party Rentals only 6 weeks before my wedding. My Wedding day was one of the most popular wedding days of all time. They did everything they could to make sure that I had EXACTLY what I wanted & when for my big day!! They also provided the rentals for my Rehearsal dinner!! The Price is pretty average...Overall, Absolutely Wonderful Job...I highly recommend them.

    They were amazing! My brother-in-law forgot to take the Unity canelabra back after the wedding, and when we took it back after our honeymoon, they just smiled and said it was ok. No late fee or anything. Very understanding!

    Really, I don't have anything to complain about here. They were so great, sweet, helpful and returned my phone calls VERY promptly. They provided my chairs. I got the basic black chairs and they were so cheap but very comfy. We picked them up, so I didn't experience their delivery, but I'm sure it was wonderful also.

    Professional Party Rentals was awesome to work with! We searched the area for the best price because we had an outside reception at my parents house for about 300 people and wanted chairs / tables for everyone. Once everything was set up (which they did themselves!..how nice!) we realized we were a few lights short for one of the tents -- they sent someone out with it immediately! They also picked everything up! It was wonderful.

    Great showroom and service

    Professional Party Rentals makes shopping for party rentals a pleasure. First, their website is great with pictures and pricing. This made it easy for me to make my list before I visited. Next, their showroom is quite impressive. I visited on a weekday without an appointment and Leigh Newman greeted me immediately. She was very efficient in walking me around to see in person every item on my list. Finally, their customer service is top-notch. The week of my wedding was colder than expected and Leigh rounded up some patio heaters as a last minute addition to my order. I ordered 2 and she sent me 3 just in case we had a problem with one (which we did not.) Everything was delivered promptly on Friday for my Sunday event and picked up on Monday. My order was complete and everything was in perfect condition. I would recommend Professional Party Rentals.

Tracey walked me through rental options based on my desired layout and budget, making sure that my wedding would be exactly as I pictured it in my mind.     I spoke with numerous people at PPR while getting everything ready for my wedding this month. I had to change numbers, textures, tablecloths, delete and add numerous times. And each time they helped me with smiling faces and charged me a great price for all I needed. They even found something extra in their van that could have been mine (or not), and they brought an extra over next day in case I had needed it. It went off without a hitch, and that was lovely to have their responsiveness and professionalism to rely on! Thanks for helping us create a beautiful wedding day!

    We rented Chivari chairs and table overlays to make the feel of our wedding reception more luxurious. Maria at Professional Party Rental was very easy to work with and there was no problem when we needed to change our count right before the wedding. The cost was a little bit expensive, but worth it once we saw the finished product at the reception! They delivered and picked up to and from the hotel and we didn't have to worry about a thing!

    PPR supplied our tablecloths for the reception and everything looked beautiful. When picking out the linens originally, we were able to go into the warehouse and try a couple of different options on a dummy table to see how it would all come together. They made the reservation process simple and took care of delivery & pick-up.

    Like any event like this, we had a few last minute changes and they easily handled all of our requests. The day they delivered our rentals, some items were not delivered. We called them and they very quickly fixed the problem.

    We worked with Tracy at PPR. She was super nice and extremely helpful. She allowed us to change our rental list several times.     Professional Party Rentals provided the tables, chairs, and linens for our wedding reception recently. Our coordinator at our reception venue worked with them primarily, but they were able to provide everything we needed and it was all there on time and looked great!     We rented a few decorative linens for our reception at the Westin Poinsett. We also rented chairs and tables for a brunch at our house the next day. All rentals came in great condition. PPR was easy to work with. I wish they could have picked up the rentals on Sunday because we were leaving on our honeymoon and most everyone else was from out of town, but hey, they need a day off too! Thanks PPR.

    I had a great experience working with the staff at PPR. They allowed me to make changes and substitutions and called to ensure everything was in order. They did forget a few items, but worked quickly to rush them to the reception site. I was very pleased and would definitely do business with them again.

    highly recommend!

    My planner did all the communication and coordination - so I can't comment on that part, but everything seemed to go very smoothly, and we had no issues. There were so many different options to choose from, and they were very upfront about all the pricing. We didn't pick anything out until ~5 weeks before the wedding and there were no issues getting everything we wanted!

    Wonderful Staff

    Linda and Shelby at the Cashiers office were wonderful to work with in preparation for our wedding. They were helpful and responsive when we had questions and changes to our event rentals.
    The quality of the rental items themselves was a little disappointing, but everything worked out fine. For example, the chairs were a little more scuffed and scratched than I'd expected. Also, the table we rented for our sweetheart table was splintering and a little warped (but you couldn't tell once it was covered.)

    I rented a few tables from Prof Party Rentals. Their tables showed much wear so I had to use tablecloths to cover them. They did seem slightly wobbly but nothing that kept people from using them at the reception. They were not least costly option but the best quality for the money.

    I had friends pick-up and return the tables to cut out the delivery fees. PPR were flexible about when they were picked-up and we the entire Monday to return them.
    If they had stayed open later on Saturday, we could've returned them that same evening...

    I enjoyed working with the people from PPR. They were quite helpful and spent much time assisting us in picking out just the right ceremony accessories. The shop was even fun to visit.     We rented linens and a farm table from Professional Party Rentals and both looked amazing! It really helped that they let me borrow (at no charge) 2 different shades of linen tablecloths to try out when I couldn't decide which color I wanted (this was before I had even ordered from them). However, the table we got was supposed to be a lower height and when we set the table up we realized it was elevated and needed different chairs than the ones we were planning on using. We were able to adjust, but definitely check everything when you pick it up or when it is delivered to make sure it is right. They are definitely pricier than other companies in the area, but this is reflected in the higher quality of their products and services (you definitely get what you pay for in this case).

    Professional Party Rentals were great. They met all our expectations except for a minor set back, which was handled with professionalism. We appreciate all they did for us to make our big day happen. Definitely the best event rentals in the Upstate area!

    I chose PPR because they had the best selection of décor to choose from. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with them. The folks in the office were very patient and helpful the few times I visited and offered excellent suggestions to create the look for my wedding day! All were professional and responsive to my needs. I was disappointed with a few things on my wedding day. The silver branched candelabras were gorgeous except the candles provided would not stand up straight (this was even with tapes and putties used). My coordinator stated she felt they did not fit together properly at all. This made me uncomfortable during my reception...and ruined otherwise gorgeous pictures of the hall. If I were to do it again, I would keep the chandeliers and just use votive candles and flower bowls and skip the leaning candles! Also...PPR had to make four trips on my wedding day because they had failed to bring knives, napkins, lanterns and another item. The lanterns provided were not the ones I had requested and did not have the look I wanted and planned for. The napkins provided were the right color but not the type of fabric I requested. These are minor details of course...and everything else was great...but I was disappointed with these small details I expected and paid for. If I had not had a coordinator that day, I would have been worried and frustrated on my big day calling them back 3 times to deliver everything I reserved.

    I went to PPR to pick out my linens in January for my April wedding, and my venue communicated with PPR to have them delivered. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the venue, my linens were wrong. I was assured (by the venue, not PPR, who did not answer when I contacted them) that the linens were more expensive than the ones I requested but I was charged the same price; however, they were not the linens I wanted. Different texture, different look, and I am not sure what the purpose of my selecting linens 3 months ahead of time was if they weren't going to be available for my event. I am not pleased with not having been notified that what I ordered was not available, and I'm not pleased that PPR never responded when I tried to contact them. I received no apology or explanation from PPR. As far as I know, the rest of the rentals were fine, and I know they're "just linens," and in the big picture of the event, it doesn't really matter, but this is their business, and they made money off of this, whether I was happy or not.

    My advice would be to get in writing that your linens will be available and that they will contact you for your opinion on what the replacements will be if they are not; I have had no other experience with this company, so I cannot say for sure that I would recommend them or not.

    At first I had a great start with this company. Then the table cloths had burn marks on them. The runners was not pressed. They could have done better on that. I should not have to call and complain to someone I paid good money to.

    A sour experience on the sweetest weekend

    Poor communication from Professional Party Rentals throughout the planning process and wedding weekend (they were recommended by our caterer). Rentals were delivered 1.5 hours after the stated window of time and there was not any communication from the vendor regarding this. Due to my (amazing!) venue’s rules, all rentals had to picked up by Sunday at 10 am. This was explicitly laid out in the rental agreement and we were charged an additional $150 for early Sunday morning pick up. Despite this, the rentals were not picked up by the agreed upon time. The morning after our blissful wedding involved trying to track down anyone from PPR and apologizing to our venue events director. Despite multiple voicemails left for PPR, no one—not a single employee—returned our voicemails. With so many other companies available with beautiful products and good service, absolutely would not recommend PPR.
