Amazing quality and amazing people!

Every part of working with Brittany and her team for our wedding was an amazing experience. Our florals were truly magical and exceeded our expectations in every way. She put so much thought into every detail that went into our florals, and the final result was absolutely breathtaking. I received an unreal amount of compliments on her work!

On top of her incredibly high quality work and attention to detail, she was also SUCH a pleasure to work with. Leading up to the wedding she had fabulous communication and really went the extra mile to make sure she understood my vision and brought it to life. She is incredibly professional, asked thoughtful questions to make sure the little details were ironed out, and gave very helpful suggestions and recommendations. She was flexible and helped accommodate changes or surprises as the popped up. She is also just a kind and caring person, as well as her team - I got to meet her day-of assistants at the end of the my wedding night and they were SO sweet and caring.

Lastly, she stepped in and helped with bringing the overall decor to life at our reception, which was outside of the scope of work we were expecting from her. Where other vendors of ours missed the mark a bit, our family & friends let us know that Brittany stepped up to help make everything smooth and cohesive, and did so without asking and without bringing the need to my attention so my wedding day was stress free.

Amazing experience!

I cannot say enough great things about Brittany and team! Living in Oklahoma and planning a wedding in Winter Park, CO is not easy! Finding Brittany months before the wedding was a true blessing and she did such a fantastic job of making everything PERFECT for our daughter’s special day. Florals were gorgeous and decor turned out so beautifully. We are beyond grateful to Brittany and the Prive team!!

Best Wedding Coordination/Floral Experience

Couldn’t say enough good things about Prive! For starters- a vendor that can do beautiful florals and planning is genius. It streamlines setup fees and makes the decor/planning process run more smoothly.

The florals were stunning and the team was mindful of our budget. In addition, they offer decor packages with candles, signage, card boxes etc so you don’t have to buy and manage your own- absolutely genius.

Lastly- Kiersten, our day-of-coordinator, was incredible- organized, responsive and consultative. She managed our entire timeline, start to finish, made sure the vendors had what they needed so we could focus on the important things, and made our vision come to life!

We started planning a year in advance and the entire experience was a joy from start to finish. Brittany made the whole adventure not just easy, it was also fun and exciting. Couldn't have been better!

We had 250 guests, we catered the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the brunch with millions of moving parts from the flowers, to the band, to the lion dance! A million moving parts and not one ball was dropped!! We couldn't have asked for anything better!!

Best wedding coordinator, floral, and design combo!

We can't say enough positive things in support of Briana and Kiersten from Prive. Briana executed our floral vision flawlessly, down to non-traditional requests like creating sachets combining floral petals and rice for our recessional. She created the perfect color palette and coordinated with Kiersten to match the items we selected from the decor package.

Working with Kiersten on day of coordination was about so much more than just the day of - Kiersten helped us execute our vision across the ceremony, cocktail hour setup, dinner, and dancing in a way that many others couldn't. She took detailed notes on our place setting and favor preferences, the flow of events, and our directions for our getaway car. She also spent so much additional time helping us craft a cohesive design vision alongside floral and the design package, then made it come to life on day-of.

The value, time saving, and ease of working with Prive for floral, planning, and decor is unmatched. We knew we were in great hands from day 1 and knew Prive would be a vendor/team we could count on!

We had the pleasure of working with Prive and specifically Alana and Kiersten during our wedding planning process. Kiersten mostly took care of initial wedding planning and florals. This process was easy and efficient! Kiersten was kind and helpful.

As our day got closer Alana was assigned to us as our day of coordinator. I cannot express enough how absolutely AMAZING Alana was during the planning process. She took care of so many small details, was super communicative, and took care of any question or thought I had with intention and care. The day of our wedding, and the day before during the rehearsal, Alana was superhuman. She executed every plan and detail precisely, thought of any last minute question, and got everything in order perfectly. Our wedding day went exceptionally smooth and that is thanks to Alana. She was such a calming presence while still somehow wrangling every vendor, family member, and friend where they needed to be and perfectly on schedule! They always tell you that something is going to go wrong on your wedding day and that did not happen to us all thanks to Alana.

Highly recommend

I'm really excited to share my wonderful experience with Privé Event Design! The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and Sam was super responsive during the whole process! We ordered an additional bouquet for my flower girl one day before the wedding and Sam and her team made it possible despite such a short notice!

But honestly, what really made our experience outstanding was our wedding planner, Jaime Brown. Jaime was there every step of the way, making sure everything was stress-free for me and my husband on our special day. Jaime’s organization and attention to detail made the whole wedding planning process feel smooth and easy. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without any worries, knowing that she and her team had everything covered.

One note for the brides who want to preserve their bouquets, please make sure to discuss expected freshness duration of the flowers with your florist. I had hoped to preserve my bouquet, but sadly, it didn't last as long as I'd hoped.

Overall, aside from these points, our wedding was wonderful! I highly recommend Privé Event Design. They're a fantastic team that will make your wedding planning journey and the big day itself truly special and memorable.

Incredible in every way!

Privé was nothing but amazing to work with. We worked with both Sam and Jaime for floral and coordination. They really listened to us and made our dreams come true. Our florals were stunning, and Jaime made our day run so smoothly. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a THING on our wedding day because we knew Jaime had it covered. Jaime & Prive were Absolutely Fantastic!

Jaime Brown and the team at Prive were absolutely fantastic from start to finish for our recent wedding at Piney River Ranch near Vail, Colorado. Jaime was on top of everything and very impressive making everything before, during and after the wedding run smoothly like a Swiss watch. As a bonus, Prive also provided and set up our flowers which helped ease coordination with one less vendor to organize. She went above and beyond even assisting our photographer for our lake shoot by paddling the canoe! We really enjoyed working with Jaime and would love to work with her again for another event!

Perfect Planning From Start To Finish!

I was the officiant and a semi-day-of planner for a couple who used Prive as their wedding planning team. I work in the events/wedding industry so I have high expectations, and they were absolutely exceeded! Heading into the big day, the couple had nothing but good things to say about Prive, notably their planner McKenzie. Prior to the wedding, she was in correspondence with me to add my services and details into her incredibly detailed timeline - so I already felt the couple was in good hands. The day before, McKenzie was planning to come to the rehearsal dinner at the couples' house to do a run through of the ceremony, final details - etc, but horrid weather intervened. This didn't deter her, and she worked with us to have a fully-remote facetime meeting, spent as much time as we needed, and helped us all feel very comfortable heading into the big day. On the day of the wedding she and her team were SO helpful, organized, and very kind. This team is truly professional, and I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a seamless, stress free wedding!

We could not recommend Jaime enough!

She was incredibly detail oriented, a great project manager, and was so wonderful on our wedding day. It was the little stuff for us; the way she gently checked in, saved our favorite booze at the bar for us, helped me (the bride) get into my high tops for dancing, she truly went above and beyond! The night itself went so smooth and the design and floral were all so beautiful. Beautiful arrangements and great service

Privé did an amazing job with the flower arrangements at our wedding. Along with the bouquets, center pieces, and cake decoration. Everything they set up was just perfect! Amazing florals

I loved working with Briana and her team. She made my wedding look amazing. We had bad weather day of and had to change to an inside ceremony space and she did an amazing job with the late change. The BEST florist!

Prive Events truly made dreams come true with my ceremony and reception at Spruce Mountain Ranch. The floral aspect of our wedding was extremely important to me, and Brittany and her team went above and beyond. Every piece was a work of art and there were so many small details they added so every corner of the venue was beautiful. Brittany truly worked with our budget and found creative ways to add small touches that we could afford. I am truly blown away at the work they created and am so thankful they were available for our wedding. I could go on and on, but I could not recommend them enough and they are worth every penny!

Fairytale Fall Wedding

Jaime was our planner, she was completely wonderful. From the start she made communication so easy! She got us in touch with our vendors (we did an inclusive package through our venue and her facilitation of that was such a relief) on a really nice low stress schedule. She created a very clear itinerary for the day. She gave us great recommendations for additional vendors we would need and where good spots for rehearsal dinners in the area were. Anyone would be beyond lucky to have the chance to work with her! Multiple family members actually asked if they could take her home to plan their own lives!

Brittany is who we worked with on our vision for the florals. We had a discussion about inspiration and she put together a beautiful proposal and gave us the chance to get back to her with what we wanted. The final product was GORGEOUS! Above our expectations! Hugely recommend this group they do incredible work!

Perfect flowers & outstanding planning

Privé Events provided the flowers and event planning for my daughter's wedding. I honestly had no idea where to start with planning my wedding. I already had so much going on as I was graduating college and had a huge term paper to write in the months leading up to my big day. Jessica literally saved me on so many of the details. She had everything down to a tee and was super organized so I didn't have to be. Honestly, I wasn't stressed planning my wedding and I am thankful for that. She made my dream wedding come true and made it so easy and painless. On the day of the wedding, I was so relaxed and they made sure nothing went wrong (and if something did go wrong they were able to handle it with the help of my bridesmaids). Absolutely amazing!! 10/10 Recommend!!

Cannot speak highly enough about my wife and I's experience working with Prive Events. They are a one stop shop for flowers and planners, (which I highly recommend doing a month of planner and working with Jamie Brown). Briana and her team did an amazing job making my wife's flower vision a reality. They understood what she wanted and went above and beyond to create the most beautiful flower arrangements. We received SO many compliments, and the bride's mother (who is very picky on flowers) could not stop saying how blown away she was! As I mentioned above, they also provide wedding planners which makes the process so much smoother and easier because everyone is on the same page. Our wedding planner, Jamie Brown, was a life saver. She went above and beyond for us leading up to the wedding and made sure our wedding day went as smooth and stress free as possible. She was so detail oriented and so kind. We had our 15 month old son as a part of our wedding and when things seemed to become overwhelming, she stepped right in and took all the stress away. Seriously a life saver! We cannot recommend Prive enough! If we could give them 10 stars, we would!!

Perfect wedding day

Briana and her staff are amazing. Our decorations were set up perfectly and packed up neatly as well. Briana also fixed a broken decoration, helped get a button back on the grooms suit. She kept us organized, on time and hydrated. Briana is professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. Best decision we made in planning this wedding was hiring Briana.

The most Perfect Wedding of our Dreams

Wow. Where to even start with Prive?! We worked with Briana for petals and planning and it was the best decision. She is an organizational queen and took so much stress off of the week-of details. The florals, decorations, and overall planning was above and beyond what we were expecting. My bouquet was to die for! They have an unlimited decor package which was a lifesaver, especially as we don't live where we got married. The Prive team helped create a detailed day-of schedule and was great with talking through all our wants and needs for the day. Prive Event Design means everything to us. From the very beginning of planning to the wedding day, we have nothing but postive things to say about this company and especially sweet, wonderful Brittany who worked so closely with us and brought all of our visions and ideas to life. Brittany guided us every step of the way, met with us on zoom multiple times, and answered all of our questions which could probably be alot for her at times hahah but she was an angel through it all. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and we owe that to Prive, Brittany, and her team!They are the ones who brought it all to life. We would also like to thank Jessica who met us and ran our rehearsal, took all of our stuff we wanted at the wedding the day before so that we wouldn't have to worry about it the wedding morning, and was just such a nice addition to our wedding planning. Expert Planning and Beautiful Flowers!

Briana did an incredible job as our coordinator and florist. We originally chose Prive because they offered both planning and floral services, and we are so happy we did! I don’t know much about flowers, but Briana was able to take our color scheme and a few pictures I sent and create the most beautiful arrangements. Everything in our wedding fit together perfectly because of her expert planning. Briana created a schedule for our wedding weekend, and attended our venue meeting and rehearsal dinner to walk us through final planning details. She was extremely efficient and meticulous in going through all the details that I hadn’t thought of, and she made our wedding day so much easier because I knew that she would handle any problems that came up. I would highly recommend using Prive for planning and flowers!

Lifesavers and Wedding Planning Pros

I can't thank Brittany and this team enough! Planning a destination wedding is hard enough, but planning one during a pandemic adds a whole other level of stress I was not prepared for. Brittany was extremely helpful in all the planning aspects and made sure there was no stone unturned in the process. She was always reachable by email, gave me plenty of tools and resources, as well as reliable vendor suggestions! On the day of the wedding, they were an amazing support system, made sure everything was running smoothly and on time, they even ran out to find eyelash glue when my falsies started running away.

Prive' Events was also our floral team and holy cow! Everything from the floral arrangements to the boutonnieres was exquisite!
Their decoration package was a lifesaver, I highly recommend it for anyone! It made life a million times easier knowing I wasn't going to purchase extra decorations to only use once and then figure out how to get said decorations all the way back to Alaska.

Once everything was set up I was close to tears with how perfect everything turned out. Seriously, there is nothing this team can't do. I couldn't be more happy or grateful that Brittany and Prive' Events were part of the planning process and our big day. Thank you!!

Wonderful experience

We were thrilled with the florals they did for my daughter's intimate home wedding. The bridal bouquets were stunning and the design for our home was breathtaking! Brittany is absolutely amazing! I originally hadn't wanted to hire a coordinator, my venue required it, but I cannot now imagine how my wedding could have happened without her! The most STUNNING flowers!

First off, I dried my flowers and put them all around the house because I was so obsessed with my bouquet! I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid and decided on a last minute elopement. Brittany & the team at Prive went above and beyond! I sent my inspiration flowers which where a bit unique and a specific color scheme. My bouquet was not only perfect but even better than I could have dreamed! With such a last minute wedding I wasn’t sure what was possible and I couldn’t have wished for a better team. Amazing!!!

Prive Events is the best!!!! Briana was our day-of-coordinator and florist. The flowers were gorgeous. She listened to what I wanted and looked at my Pinterest pictures, and then went above and beyond. I was blown away by how beautiful the bouquets were, the table centerpieces, everything. She and her assistant Alix also made our wedding day SO relaxing and easy.....leading up to it I was worried about being stressed and not getting to enjoy the day. That was not the case with Briana and Alix there. They took care of everything from set-up to tear-down, timing, coordinating with the DJ, you name it. If you want to enjoy your wedding day, you have to go with Prive.

Mother of the Bride

Briana was such a pleasure to work with especially during the uncertain times of COVID-19. We had to cancel the big wedding 1&1/2 months before the date due to the lockdown and plan just a reception for 3 months later. She was both our coordinator and florist and did a phenomenal job with both. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and I will never forget the beautiful bridal bouquets made for both the last minute backyard wedding and the actual big reception later. Highly recommend them!

Prive events was absolutely amazing from the start of our planning through the event. Planning a wedding during covid took a lot of adaptability, but more than anything it is the kindness from Prive Events that we are more thankful for. Brittany became a friend and took every single opportunity to go above and beyond to make our special day memorable. We had to change our date, change the layout of the venue, change invites and numbers, and ultimately planned 3 weddings in order to pull off one spectacular event. No stone was left unturned! The entire team stepped in to help Brittany. I couldn't recommend Prive Events any more for both wedding coordination and floral. The floral arrangement was out of this world beautiful! One of the Best Floral Teams Around!

You won't find a better team of ladies for your event. Not only do they have such a sweet, caring nature about them but they truly love what they do. And boy does it show! Every piece of floral I have seen them create makes you stop and stare. And each arrangement is different too! Amazing planner

Brittany and her team were so helpful during the entire process! She responded to emails, texts and calls immediately and even helped me months in advance. While other planners charge upwards of $20,000 for the same level of service, Privé was moderately priced AND if you go for the floral add-on you will not be disappointed! I work in the floral business and could not be happier with the results on the day-of! I am so glad I chose Privé as my planner, and florist! Perfect Wedding Planning

Brittany did an amazing job for the entire wedding planning process. She was fully engaged throughout and always kept all the details together. She was extremely helpful with the vendor selection process and saved us a lot of time. All of her suggestions were great and everyone worked well together. She had numerous tools to make the planning straightforward and keep us on track. Her inventory of wedding day decorations were a great added benefit for the day of too. Her all inclusive package is really worth the money. She spent countless hours with us on email or phone calls to make sure everything was perfect. Additionally, she had a great meeting space in downtown Denver that was really convenient. The week and day of the wedding she really shined. Everything was executed perfectly. She directed the vendors to make sure they all kept to the plan. Without her the wedding day would not have been so smooth. She also did the floral arrangements for us. The quality of her flowers and the ease of working with her to synchronize the day of design is wonderful. Definitely worth combining her planning services with floral. If you are having a wedding in the mountains or the Denver area cannot recommend her enough.

Wonderful experience with Briana and Prive Florals

Briana and Jess were all-star coordinators for our wedding day! We had two separate locations between the ceremony and reception and things could not have been smoother and easier on us! Briana and Jess set up and took down everything, met all vendors, packed up our personal items and helped troubleshoot the very minor nuances of the day. Before the wedding, it was incredibly helpful to have Briana confirm all of our vendors and align them with the timeline she put together for us. Fabulous Experience & Florals!!!

I am overflowing with joy over the fabulous florals Brittany and her team created for my daughter’s September wedding day. Brittany designed our vision of sunflowers with cranberry and wine colored flowers from our first conversation. It was a pleasure to work with her and her flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful- all that I imagined and much more. They were gorgeous!! Let me tell you one thing: our special day would not have been nearly as special without the brilliance and execution of Briana from Privé! With her, we didn’t just have a vendor, but a partner, and (dare I say) friend! From the minute she arrived at our rehearsal dinner and mingled with our closest friends and family to the moment she departed, she seamlessly shined and overdelivered on everything we could possibly expect from her. Not only does she have the ability to see a couple’s vision for their wedding day through their eyes, but she also has the skillset to bring each and every detail to life to exceed that vision. I’ll end my review with an anecdote that perfectly summed up her professionalism and commitment to the couple: as I was standing at the end of the aisle with my father about to walk down to my now husband, my dad leaned over to me and said, “Your planner put me in my place this morning.” I didn’t exactly know how to respond. “Is everything okay?” “Honestly, it was awesome! I cannot rave enough about Brittany and her team at Prive events. They did the floral arrangements and tent/dinner decoration for our outdoor wedding last week, and every single day since, we receive notices from our guests about how beautiful the space was and that it was one of the most beautiful dinner tents they've ever seen. WE AGREE. She truly understood the vision we had - I would say probably more than anyone else we worked with for our wedding. She also had such a great rapport with all of our other vendors and is clearly so well respected, professional, and was timely/communicative in a way that made it so easy to work with her! Can't thank Briana enough for her services as wedding coordinator during our daughter's wedding at The Manor House, Littleton Colorado. My husband and I worked with Briana and Alix at Privé Events for the entire year preceding our wedding. They helped us plan and execute our day, and provided our florals! It’s easy to forgo a wedding planner when you are looking at the cost of everything else you are expected to provide when you throw a wedding, but the one thing I tell every upcoming bride now is, GET A PLANNER. Worth every single penny and I was beyond grateful to have Briana and Alix in my corner throughout the process of organizing and executing my big day. On my wedding day, my dad pulled me aside and said, “So… your planners are serious professionals, aren’t they? They know what they are doing!” And they do. Prive was truly a blessing for us! I'm not the most organized, and Natalie and her team made sure that every detail was attended too! The event went perfectly, and if something went wrong we never knew it! The team was exceedingly professional, and took care of us and our guests so well! Natalie even did our flowers, and made my dreams come true! The flowers were so beautiful! We loved working with Natalie, and would highly recommend Prive to everyone!

If you want a stress-free day, go with Prive!

Natalie was AWESOME. We booked her as a combination day-of coordinator and florist, and it was one of our best decisions. First of all, she is just a lovely, sweet person and feels like a friend, and we were totally comfortable with her from day one (that's what you want in a coordinator!). She was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, she was accommodating, and very flexible with last minute changes. As someone who didn't really totally know what I wanted when we started the process, she was wonderful at laying out our options and helping us develop our opinions. AND she made sure to suggest options and create a custom package that worked with out budget.

As for our actual wedding day, she did a phenomenal job rolling with the punches and keeping things running smoothly, EVEN with last-minute changes due to inclement weather. She took care of moving the cocktail hour inside seamlessly, and my husband, mother, and I didn't have an ounce of worry the entire day! THAT'S THE DREAM. Oh, and I loved how our florals turned out :) We went with simple greenery to go with out mountain setting, and I loved it.

Natalie really went above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Brittany and her team were the DREAM TEAM!! Seriously, I cannot thank them enough for making my dreams a reality, from the flowers to the planning, you nailed it! I may be subjective, but everything was stunning, from the tiny details to the major pieces of putting this destination wedding together. She assisted in everything from helping me pick the vendors from the very beginning to putting my name tags on the mini hot sauce bottles-which she also recommended from a stellar mom and pop company! Brittany was our wedding coordinator and florist and we couldn't of been happier with our decision. Prive Events’ fees are very affordable and Brittany is incredibly sweet. Prive was amazing!! We had them for day-of wedding coordination as well as florsit. Brittany and Natalie were both so kind and easy to work with. They were super on top of everything which made me have so much peace of mind leading up to my wedding. We did a destination wedding to CO, so having someone there to help recommend vendors and make sure everything was on track was a life saver. I told them what I wanted and they totally brought it to life. Everything looked so beautiful on our wedding day and I literally didn't worry about a thing. Their pricing was very affordable compared to many event planning companies as well. I couldn't be happier with Prive and would recommend to anyone looking for event planning or flowers!

My now husband and I decided that we really wanted to get a wedding planner so that we weren't completely bogged down by the process. I truly can't express enough how happy I am that we went with Brittany. Not only was her pricing extremely fair (and worth every.single.penny.), but her work is simply stunning. She also happens to be a lovely person, and is so much fun to work with. She took care of every detail and did it flawlessly, not to mention while she was expecting a little one. Five stars for Brittany--do yourself a favor and hire her!! My husband and I planned a wedding from Texas and Brittany made it super easy. I knew I had to pick Brittany as my wedding planner from the first time we spoke on the phone--she made everything clear and easy to understand. We ran into a few minor challenges on the way, but Brittany was on top of it. My husband and I couldn't have been happier throughout the planning process and on the actual day!! I had multiple family members mention how organized she was and were very impressed with her work.

Hiring Brittany was the best decision! She is amazing, and I don't know what I would have done without her! She is so sweet, professional, and easy to work with. Knowing that she was there the whole wedding day, taking care of pretty much everything, allowed me to fully enjoy my wedding without any stress. She also can literally handle anything. For example, one of our toilets flooded and she took care of the problem so quickly, I didn’t even know it happened until the following day! Also, if you hire her (which you should), you should use her for your flowers as well. She far exceeded my expectations- the flowers were beyond gorgeous!! And she has her own rentals, like candle votives, which was super helpful. Bottom line, hire Brittany! You won’t regret your decision!

I cannot begin to explain how easy it was for my husband and I to put our trust in Brittany's hands. We planned a Colorado wedding from L.A. in the middle of graduating, doing new job training, and moving. Honestly, we were pretty hands off from the beginning but we were so comfortable knowing that Brittany had asked us all the right questions about what was important to us and the style we were aiming for. Brittany took on the role of decision making for us much of the time and the day she prepared for us was stunning.

The day of our wedding, we could not be more grateful that all we had to think about was the promises we were about to make each other and the family and friends we had the chance to celebrate with. Despite a torrential downpour that pushed our start time back, Brittany and her team still made sure that everything ran smoothly and that the things we valued most about the day were still included.

I could never have dreamed a day as beautiful as our wedding day was, and I sure haven't thanked Brittany and Prive Events enough for that! Not to mention, Britt did it all AND starred in the wedding party as a gorgeous bridesmaid at the same time. There is no one I would recommend more highly for you to hire with event planning and floral design than Prive Events.

P.S. Whether you're more hands off like us or a detail-oriented bridezilla, Brittany and her team are bubbling with a positivity and excitement to make your dream come true. They have the heart to serve YOU!

I cannot say enough good things about Brittany and Natalie from Prive Events. We planned our wedding within 4 months, and were referred to Brittany by a well known (and therefore already booked) florist. She listened to everything we were interested in, priced a "high" and "low" version of everything, and worked with us to add and subtract items to stay within budget but still keep the look/atmosphere we wanted. She patiently listened to what colors/types of flowers I thought I'd want (I realized that as a bride, I quickly knew what I didn't like but had a hard time explaining what specifically I was looking for) and was flexible when I had to change the quantity of centerpieces last-minute. All the flowers and decor rentals turned out more beautifully than I could've even imagined, and honestly I couldn't stop looking at the bouquets all night!! I would recommend Prive Events in a heartbeat!! Its also a huge bonus that they're part of Bliss Bridal Boutiques along with Jenny from Fluffed and Frosted, so our flowers/decor rentals and cake/dessert display were coordinated and all from the same boutique!

Let me start by saying that hiring a day of coordinator is worth every penny! My venue required us to hire a day off coordinator and at first I was a little hesitant about this added expense. But, throughout the process Brittany did so much for us that I don’t know what we would have done without her. The day of the wedding was a complete blur and had I not had Brittany and her crew it would have been a disaster.
Brittany and her crew are very friendly and easy to get along with but these are my top 3 reasons to book with Privé:
1. Two for the price of one! Brittany always brings an assistant to weddings and it makes such a big difference to have two people working than one. Our venue was spread out so I was happy that we had one coordinator setting up the ceremony while the other set up the reception.
2. RENTALS! This is key when it comes to wedding planning because no one wants to spend hundreds of dollars buying 50 candle holders or chalk board signs that they will never use again. We saved so much money and stress by doing Prive’s unlimited rental package and were able to have beautiful décor.
3. Flowers! If you use Privé for day of coordination I recommend you do flowers through them as well. Privé's flowers are beautiful and it was wonderful to have one less person to coordinate. Throughout our meetings Brittany understood my vision so that the day of the wedding I didn't have to explain anything, she knew exactly what to do and how to make it look just the way I wanted it.
We are so trilled with the way our wedding turned out and it was all thanks to Privé events!

Brittany was incredible! She made our venue look amazing on our wedding day, and we were so in love with our florals! She nailed the color pallet I had wanted, and gave me many options while still on a smaller budget. She was on time, delivered, and had a crew tear down (worth every penny)! She was very friendly, easy to work with, and truly has a knack for what she does.... I literally flip flopped on things 2 or 3 times thinking I was forgetting something, and she was so understanding of it. I feel like I can not say enough good things about her, and her work. She had a small window of time to put everything together before our ceremony, and made it look spectacular! Thank you Brittany!!

I was one of those people who didn't want to hire a wedding planner and thought I could do it all myself. I finally gave in after being insanely overwhelmed and hearing rave reviews from other local brides about Prive Events and hired Suzanna. It was seriously the best decision that I have ever made. I have no idea how I would've survived wedding planning without her. I feel like they far exceeded any expectations that I had. The package that I purchased included the use of all of their decor, which is not only great for saving money and time stressing about decor, but you also don't have to figure out what to do with all this wedding decor in your house after the wedding is over. We had three meetings with Suzanna, but she was always available to discuss any questions that I had from the time we hired her until the wedding and I asked a lot of questions. She coordinated all of my vendors (even the more difficult to get a-hold-of ones) and also found me some amazing ones to work with. She provided a checklist for us to go over every month and make sure we were on track with all of our planning. The day of the wedding was so easy. Suzanna set up all of the decor and yard games etc.. which looked absolutely amazing. I was all smiles all day. If anything went awry she was there to handle it. They take such good care of their brides too! In the chaos of the wedding we forgot to have our maid of honor and best man sign our marriage license (woops!) so Suzanna tracked them down while we were on our honeymoon for their signatures which was totally above and beyond and extremely sweet of her to do. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend them.

I have so many positive things to say about Brittany and her team, I'm not even sure where to start! They are so thoughtful, compassionate, kind, accommodating, and willing to get every single detail right. Brittany coordinated MUCH more than just day-of: she spent countless hours talking with other vendors, creating beautiful decor mock-ups, comparing price options, etc, etc, etc. Brittany was the ONLY floral designer willing to stay within my tight budget and help me make creative substitutions for types of flowers, center pieces, etc to not break the bank. She and her team allowed me to totally relax on our wedding day because they took complete charge of coordinating the bridal party and every single vendor. They managed hiccups with total grace. If you don't hire Prive Events, you are making a mistake!

Brittany with Privé did such an amazing job on our flowers!! She exceeded our expectations and delivered us beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our day!
Brittany was great to work with--even accommodating my crazy request to grow my own succulents for our bouquets...and then being flexible and ordering them for us when I didn't have quite enough succulents to deliver on the wedding day! I can't recommend Brittany and Privé enough--We talked about ideas of what I wanted and she ran with it and delivered. She even added a family handkerchief to my bridal bouquet--Brittany went the Extra mile to make our day special!

I hardly know where to begin as I am filled with both praise and gratitude for Brittany Tolibas and Suz Healy at Privé Events. Brittany worked closely with my daughter planning the perfect wedding...that almost didn't happen! The original venue was hit with several feet of snow the night before and day of the wedding making it impossible for the wedding to take place at the chosen venue. Brittany and Suz "stepped up to the plate" as if this catastrophe were happening to their own sister; they managed to secure a new venue, get all the vendors relocated, contacted guests, and decorated the new location as if it had been the original spot...and they pulled it off within a couple of hours!!! They also managed to keep smiles on their faces as they continued to reassure the bride (my daughter) that her day would still be wonderful even though it was no longer the day she had dreamed of for so long. Everyone was truly in awe of what these two ladies did to make the wedding simply perfect! I am still shaking my head in amazement...had the guests not been told to go to a new location, you would have never known it was not the original venue!

Brittany and her team were fantastic to work with! My husband (the frugal one) said that hiring Prive Events was the best money that we spent of all of the wedding expenses. Brittany and her team made what was already a hectic day (my MOH and myself had to be sewn into our dresses because zippers broke - incredibly annoying when you spend a lot of $$$$$ on them) run incredibly smoothly. I don't know how she did it, but somehow she wrangled everyone in to get us back on time when pictures took a little too long. I did not have to worry about anything on that day (I am super type A so this was already going to be difficult for me) and it was fantastic. My family didn't have to worry about anything, which was a relief for me. Brittany and her team set everything up just how I envisioned it and packed everything away when the festivities ended. That alone paid for itself. Not having to worry about me, my family or wedding party putting everything in place or tearing everything down allowed everyone to enjoy the entire day and evening festivities.

The team was incredibly professional! Additionally and most importantly, they are very responsive!

I should also mention how beautiful my flowers turned out! I showed her several pictures on Pinterest and she replicated exactly what I wanted! They were so incredibly beautiful!

If you want someone to take the stress out of your big day, I would highly recommend hiring Prive Events!

Brittany and her team of experts were absolutely fabulous! Even my fiancé (now husband) told me how flawless our wedding day went and all thanks to Prive Events! Prive events is run by two amazing young women who 'get' exactly what is it like to be a bride. You can tell they really enjoy doing this. They know all the current vendors and prices and reviews. And they know exactly how to use your Pinterest page to help you. From the beginning they not only understood my image but helped me pull it off beautifully without stress. They were so flexible in those moments (and there were a few) where I changed my mind on things.

FLOWERS! The flowers will always stand out in my mind as AMAZING at my wedding. EVERYONE complemented me on them - of course Prive did all the work for an extremely reasonable price. (Believe me, I shopped around.) Brittany went to the wholesale florist two days before my wedding and made sure my flowers were in perfect shape from arrangement, to transport, to set up, etc. She even got them to the right temperatures at the right time so they bloomed exactly on time. Unreal. I did tulips and peonies- various colors. The ribbons coordinated with all the colors and Brittany incorporate lace from my gown. She made the bouquets EXACTLY (if not better) than a picture I found on Pinterest.

Having Prive Events as my wedding planner and florist was the best decision I made. I didn't have to worry about anything. Its like working with a good friend who is there to help. They referred me to an amazing makeup artists and a fabulous hairstylist. Brittany was available no matter what popped up during the planning process. She had an answer for everything- even recommended the perfect park where we had our rehearsal party and food truck. (They know Colorado really well). And the props she used for my welcome table were exactly what I wanted to go with my taste. Everything was so classy and fun and picturesque. There are ups and downs to every wedding and vendor you use- HOWEVER- I don't have one single complaint about Prive Events. They rock!

Privé Events did an excellent job helping me plan my dream wedding!! Brittany was full of ideas that were sentimental and kept my monetary constraints in mind. My centerpieces and floral arrangements came out just how I imagined. Brittany even added my grandma's special necklace on my bouquet! Also, they kept the flow of the entire day fluid so I didn't stress one bit. I highly recommend using a planner, and Privé events will not disappoint.
