If you're getting married in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, look no further – Mindy is the absolute best wedding planner you could ever ask for. She went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more.
Mindy completely understood our vision. She knew where we wanted to invest and where we could save without compromising on what mattered to us. Her expertise shone through in every recommendation – she guided us to the perfect vendors, ones that matched both our style and our budget. She was so experienced and insightful, making every choice feel easy and aligned with what we wanted.
We were fairly relaxed, but we had strong opinions on certain things, like the decor, and Mindy just *got* it. She connected us with the right people to bring our vision to life. Even with many voices in the planning process, Mindy made sure everyone felt heard and helped us make decisions we were all thrilled with. She never once made us feel like we were asking too much or being annoying. In fact, she made the whole journey enjoyable.
Mindy also went out of her way to make sure our guests had an incredible time. She knew exactly what would make our wedding feel special and fun. For example, she organized a "ring for a drink" station that our guests absolutely loved, and insisted on a Polaroid guest book that turned out to be a huge hit. She even had a perfect sense of timing for the flow of events, like the order of dances, ensuring there was never a dull moment.
Her DIY skills were incredible. Mindy made our programs, which looked like they came straight out of a Ralph Lauren restaurant. She also created the "ring for a drink" stand herself and carefully transported it to the venue. If we really wanted something specific for the decor, Mindy either found it at an affordable price or had recommendations on how she could DIY it. Her creativity and resourcefulness made everything look stunning without breaking the bank.
Our guests were just as impressed as we were. Mindy made everyone feel accommodated and cared for – she arranged golf carts for anyone who needed assistance around the venue, set up welcome and snack stations to make sure everyone knew what was happening, and even worked with the venue to make sure every guest had a perfect experience, from boat rides to accessibility needs. People raved about her; she was the behind-the-scenes magic that made our wedding feel like something out of a Pinterest board.
Thanks to Mindy, we were able to truly relax and soak in every moment of our special day. She’s not just a wedding planner – she’s a miracle worker. If you’re getting married in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, trust me: you need Mindy. She’s simply the best. -

My wife and I live in Boston but wanted to have a barn wedding in the New Hampshire Lakes Region. We found our perfect venue in Sandwich, NH and Mindy came recommended by the hosts. Over the next year of planning Mindy made sure that our day was perfectly planned, and our vendors knew exactly what was expected of them. Day of, Mindy and her team went above and beyond making sure everything ran smoothly and looked beautiful, I'm sure there is plenty that we didn't even know about that she handled for us! She cares deeply about each one of her events, and we would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get married in NH! -

Mindy was so much fun to work with. She seems so relaxed but behind the scenes she has every detail covered. Her knowledge and connections were invaluable for us as we planned an out of town wedding. When you plan a wedding at a lake…with the service on an island…and the reception in barn, you need someone to navigate all the coordinating details from busses to boats to when to throw the bouquet! Mindy and her team were on top of it all. She’s professional and knowledgeable and fun! -

The best of the best
We utilized Mindy's month of wedding coordination services but she stepped in so much earlier to help us make every detail perfect and make our vision a reality. She was incredibly reliable and very communicative - always available over text or call and at any time of day.
We chose Mindy for several reasons, but one area we were particularly excited about was her experience to help coordinate and communicate with our guests regarding lodging arrangements and payment. We had a very unique setup that required a lot of communication, answering guest questions, etc and she handled it like a pro. This was tremendously helpful so that we could focus on other wedding details and saved us a ton of time and effort.
Mindy was also a great resource for us with design and decor ideas and I felt confident that she could execute on anything I asked her to do. The photo backdrop and place card display that she built for us turned out perfectly and having her take on all of our day-of stationery was a life saver.
She worked very well with out other vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. Most importantly, she made me, as the bride feel very comfortable that I could trust her to take care of every little detail and handle any issues that came up during the week and day of the wedding. She made sure that everyone had what they needed during the event and took special care to attend to my every need including helping me with my change of shoes, finding any item I needed, and guiding us every step of the way.
I was so sad to say goodbye to Mindy after our wedding day because it was so nice to get to know her throughout our planning process. -

We had the absolute BEST experience working with Mindy! She was the true superstar and MVP of our planning process and day- we could not have done it without her! She was absolutely integral to creating the vision for our day and executing it seamlessly. From selecting a venue, to hiring vendors, to design, to set up, to handling communications, to managing *near* snafus, to day of pacing - Mindy was there through it all with outstanding insight, advice, professionalism, expertise, and FUN. She really took time to get to know us and our likes/dislikes- it was such a collaborative process and she truly anticipated our every wedding need! She is an excellent communicator and expert- she 1000% is someone you want by your side (and on your side) during planning --especially in the Winnipesaukee region. We had to contend with COVID during our planning process and we were not local, so the trust we built with Mindy REALLY carried us through. Not only was our wedding the most perfect and wonderful day (and beautifully paced)- beyond what we imagined- it was STRESS FREE because we knew we had Mindy! My whole family misses working with Mindy and we are forever grateful and thankful for her. She helped make our wedding vision a beautiful reality. There aren't enough superlatives to describe Mindy and what she means to our family. Our daughter and her husband were (finally) married in June of 2022, their third try due to Covid. With a wedding planning period that ended up spanning three years, I honestly don't know what we would have done without Mindy. She kept us on track, she calmed us down, and she shared her wisdom and many, many talents. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, and she had an answer for all of our questions and concerns. She got us on a manageable timeline and kept track of when vendor payments were due, and what needed to be decided and done when. Communication with her was easy, timely, and fun! Making things even more difficult, the wedding weekend events were held in three different locations, and Mindy somehow magically made sure that all the logistics ran smoothly. Her day-of schedule was a pages-long organizational masterpiece! Our reception venue caused us a ridiculous amount of stress in the three months leading up to the wedding day, due to staff and management issues (we went through three venue event coordinators there over the three years, and the last one, unfortunately, was basically incompetent). Our reception would most certainly have been a disaster without Mindy going above and beyond the call of duty that night. She was everywhere all day, smoothing out any issues that cropped up and making sure that everyone and everything was taken care of. She has an eye and talent for making everything stunningly beautiful, and we couldn't have been happier with the day that she put together with us and for us. All of her other reviews say it all...Mindy will be the best decision you will make as you plan for your happy, joyous day. She became family to us, and what says more than that? -

Apart from deciding to marry each other, working with Mindy was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding.
We worked with Mindy over the course of 3.5 years and 3 postponed wedding dates, from January 2019 until we finally had our big celebration in May 2022. She was an incredible advocate, partner, and friend to us from the initial ideation and planning phase, to the uncertainty of early COVID, and finally during the intense logistics of the big weekend once it arrived.
Mindy had an uncanny ability to guide us to the right decisions without ever dictating what we should do. She completely respected and honored our initial vision for our wedding, while also sharing informed perspective and guidance from having done so many weddings over the course of her career. She poured her entire heart and soul into our wedding weekend, our guest experience, and our experience as bride and groom. I don't know what we did in a past life to deserve Mindy, but it must have been something great!!!
Our wedding was particularly tough on the logistics — it involved a multi-day celebration, a Sri Lankan/American fusion ceremony that we wrote from scratch and needed intense rehearsing, many guests traveling internationally, and managing our 8-month-old son throughout the process. Mindy made it all work. I truly don't know how, but she did.
Mindy also has excellent, extensive vendor relationships and connected us with our florist (Lotus Floral Designs), our videographer (Ryan Denning Creative), and our band (Wilson Stevens - The Connection). All these vendors were incredible, and they all clearly love working with Mindy... which added up to a beautiful, seamless, flawlessly executed, heartfelt and fun-filled wedding weekend. Seriously, thinking back on it feels like a dream. It was so easy for us to enjoy our wedding because we had full trust in Mindy to handle everything (and she did!).
Our only issue with Mindy is that she needs to raise her prices!!! The value of her expert planning, her keen guidance, and her emotional support FAR exceeds even her highest tier package. After 3 postponements, we're thrilled our wedding finally happened, but at the same time... we wish we were getting married again just so we could work with her again! -

Mindy was invaluable to our wedding and the best decision we made to ensure our wedding was a total success!
We booked Mindy for month of coordination but she was there for us through everything and went so far above and beyond for us in so many ways -- she was there for us through a postponement due to the pandemic, venue hiccups, vendor recommendations, decor choices, and so much more.
Mindy was interwoven throughout every single part of our wedding. She created an impeccable day-of-timeline and shared it with all of our vendors, she read through and had a pulse on all of our vendor contracts, she ran our rehearsal, she didn't blink twice at any last minute changes to our wedding, she shared her wedding decor inventory with us which helped a ton with our budget, she allowed us to ship other decor directly to her which was a huge relief as we were planning our wedding from out of state, she connected us with an incredible videographer who jumped at the opportunity to do another wedding with Mindy, and most importantly she was our biggest confidant and advocate. She truly took away as much of the stress and anxiety from the wedding planning process that she could for us, which was a huge endeavor given my Type A personality! This alone was the biggest gift. She stepped in wherever she could to make sure our wedding was the one of our dreams and delivered on that beyond our wildest expectations.
Vendors LOVE working with Mindy. She has an incredible reputation, a loyal client and vendor base, and the love she has for her job truly shines through. She loves weddings, and she approaches them with real joy and emotion while also being incredibly professional and organized.
She knows what works and what doesn't. Everyone from guests, to parents, to vendors loved her. She was always trying to think of things to do to make the wedding easier for us, from planning months in advance to day-of changes. She did everything big and small, getting us copious amounts of water as we took wedding portraits on our very hot wedding day!
I could go on and on on and on. She feels like a close friend to us now and we are forever grateful for everything she did for us. You need Mindy at your wedding! -

My husband and I chose to marry at a private property on a lake, so it wasn't your average wedding venue. Mindy met us at the venue, and it was clear that Mindy knew the property in and out, and exactly how a wedding would take place there. It was tough to envision how this would work, but we trusted Mindy's confidence.
We purchased Mindy's "month of" package, and in the 30 days leading up to the wedding she was very responsive, answering all my questions via text and email. I informed her of all the little details I was hoping to incorporate on the wedding day, and she helped me make them all happen, and did an excellent job at filling in all of the missing pieces. She had votives, tape, chalk boards, etc. on deck to fill in the details I may not have thought about. She helped me check the boxes with all of my other vendors, making sure no one missed a beat. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she communicated arrival times and all the details to the rest of the vendors—it was nice to have this taken off my plate in the days leading up to the wedding. When it came time to rehearse, all of my friends commented on Mindy's professionalism and how they just "really liked her." On Wedding day, I met with Mindy for 10 minutes to review her schedule/checklist. After that, she made everything happen, and hardly needed anything from me! (As a bride, it's amazing how un-useful you become on your wedding day lol.) After the ceremony, Mindy and her team were like magical fairies. They would pop in from time to time to give me a sip of a drink, or a bite of a stuffed mushroom, in between photos. At one point, I took a bite of a messy hors d'oeuvres, and Mindy's employee caught it with a napkin, preventing it from getting on my dress—witnesses applauded. Mindy and her team felt like guests at our wedding, rather than robotic vendors. Again, the entire wedding party commented on Mindy's excellence. I would recommend her to anybody! -

We do not have enough good things to say about working with Mindy for our wedding. She did full planning and coordination for us. She was understanding, patient, knowledgeable, competent, organized, realistic, and dependable. She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and a dream come true. Her suggestions were always on point, and she knows how to manage all of the different personalities and priorities that can make planning a wedding such a challenge.
Mindy is someone whom you can trust and whom you can depend on, and she will take care of all the stress and worry so that you can just enjoy!
She is genuinely invested in her couples and making sure that you have the best day ever. Our wedding with Mindy blew away our expectations. We would recommend her to anyone! -

Mindy is the best!!
Hiring Mindy as our month-of-coordinator was by far and away the best decision my husband and I made in our wedding planning process. The plan we had in mind for our ceremony and reception was extremely complicated and there is a 0% chance we could have pulled it off without Mindy's coordination and advice at every turn. Mindy knows the wedding industry in NH like the back of her hand and could not have guided us more expertly (and kindly) throughout the entire planning process. She introduced us to vendors and helped us navigate the various timelines, contracts and weird quirks that come from throwing a wedding in the woods and on a lake. Leading up to the wedding, she worked with me for hours and hours and hours on what might have been the most complicated day-of-timeline in wedding history, and was available any time of the day by email, text, or conference call for questions, advice or venting sessions. She helped us tackle last minute planning emergencies and brainstorm and collect so many of the day-of-details items that all ended up working together so perfectly. The day of, she flawlessly coordinated with all of our transportation vendors (boats, buses, trolleys, etc.) to somehow keep everything running according to our plan which had left virtually no wiggle room. Everything ran smoothly, despite the fact that the weather didn't fully cooperate and at my insistence we'd stuck with our Plan A. As if she hadn't already gone above and beyond, Mindy also so generously created the most beautiful signature cocktail display as a surprise gift to us at the wedding.
This review is well overdue, but I can't sing Mindy's praises enough. We couldn't have planned our wedding without her help and because of her it was more perfect than we ever could have imagined. Thank you again Mindy!!! -

Mindy was absolutely amazing and I could not imagine having a wedding without her. Her style and work speaks for itself, but what it doesn't show is all of her behind the scenes hard work and dedication. She was available 24/7 for whatever we needed and anytime an issue arose, she found a solution. She helped put together an amazing team of vendors and managed them to perfection. I cannot even express how grateful we are that we found Mindy. From our first phone call, Mindy was professional, organized, fun, considerate, and had a clear vision of what we wanted. Not only did she pull together the absolute A-Team for our wedding, she gave us peace of mind throughout the whole planning process.
We got married July 13, 2017, in my grandparents' backyard on Squam Lake. The stress of a backyard wedding was handled wonderfully by Mindy and when any little hiccup arose, she knew exactly how to handle it so that we didn't have to stress.
Because my husband (so cool to say that!) and I live in Colorado, we spent the first 7 months of the planning process communicating with Mindy via email, text, and phone. Without even meeting her in person, she completely saw our vision. When we finally met in May, everything truly clicked. She was able to take our wedding from a vision to an absolute dream! Our day would not have been half as beautiful or a seamless without her.
I'm sad the day is over but I can tell you I will remember it, and Mindy, forever.

Having a wedding at a private residence meant we needed a lot of help! We had no idea where to start but Mindy assisted with recommending great vendors and gave us all the information we needed and things to think about. Over the wedding weekend Mindy ensured everything would be taken care of. Last minute things we forgot about or had overlooked, Mindy responded with: "No worries, I will bring that" She coordinated with all the vendors, set up the ceremony site and site and it was all breathtaking. When my sister went down for a first look at her reception, she had tears in her eyes and a smile that never left her face. With Mindy all of the stress of the wedding day was taken care of and we were able to relax and enjoy the day to its fullest. I highly recommend this passionate and hard working company. They truly care about making your wedding day as perfect as you could ever dream of and more. -
