Hiring Priti Sweet Weddings was the BEST decision ever!
Hiring Priti Sweet Weddings was the BEST decision we ever made. Priti was on top of everything, and it made the last weeks leading up to my wedding more fun than stressful! She called all the vendors, created an amazing day of schedule, contacted our wedding party and made a separate schedule for them as well as the vendors, took care of getting our place cards printed and SO much more. She called me the morning of the wedding to check in and see how I was doing! She was so kind and organized, I really could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend her to anyone and we cannot thank her enough for helping us create our dream wedding!Hiring Priti Sweet Weddings was the BEST decision we ever made. Great planner
Priti was beyond amazing with planning our wedding which included multiple events and dates. She is very personable, organized and amazing at what she does. She eliminated a lot of stress for my wife and I and cannot recommend her enough for anyone starting to plan their wedding. Best Weekend Ever!
Priti was such an amazing wedding planner, friend, confidant, etc. during this process for my wife and I. There were so many times where getting everything to come together properly seemed impossible given the level of detail we were hoping for and the level of grandness we were hoping to achieve, but looking back I shouldn’t have been worried at all as we had the absolute best wedding planner in the Chicagoland area at our side helping us prepare for our special weekend. The weekend itself went off without a hitch and it was undoubtedly the best weekend of my wife and I’s lives to this point. Priti is a magician at listening to her couples, staying true to her vision, and aptly flexing her years of experience to create stunning events that will remain burned in your guests’ brains and your families’ hearts for years/decades to come!Priti was such an amazing wedding planner, friend, confidant, etc. during this process for my wife and I. Priti came up with a rustic look for my wedding after discussing with me how I envisioned my dream wedding. She has a beautiful vision and made my dream wedding come to life. We can't thank her enough for all the hard work (hours and hours and hours) and love she put into it to make her stunning vision come to life. Priti’s incredible organization from beginning to end made the event flawless. Priti is very resourceful and she led her vendors with respect, kindness and professionalism.
Priti was a pleasure to work with and became a friend and confidant throughout the wedding planning process. Priti approaches her work with passion, warmth and enthusiasm! She brings creativity and out of the box thinking to all situations. She gives 110% to every task. Where do I begin...when I think of Priti and her team, from Priti Sweet Weddings so many wonderful things come to mind. From the initial phone consultation I was already impressed after calling many other planners. Most importantly Priti understood my vision for our special day right away...so not only was I beyond impressed with her planning capabilities but also her vision for the design. Without much thought we immediately went with Priti Sweet Weddings. Let me tell you her team has the connections and move quickly to exceed your expectations!!! Our minds were blown away...anytime we thought of something within a couple days appointments were made and/or tasks were confirmed and completed!! Talk about Wonder Woman!! Considering my husband and I were extremely busy leading up to our big day...Priti and her team made everything effortless and I completely had trust in her. Although always professional they seemed like an extension of our family and that meant a lot to me...we were more than just a “customer”, she was passionate from beginning to the end and she wanted to fully execute my vision. I can go on and on and write a book about my positive wedding experience with Priti Sweet Weddings. Stress Free Wedding
Priti was incredible and I highly recommend her for your wedding. From the beginning of signing our contract to the day of the wedding, Priti was extremely attentive and helpful in all facets of our wedding, from negotiating contracts, setting up tastings, going over timelines, being at all our vendor meetings, and having a seamless and stress free weekend
We had a formal Indian wedding which means multiple days and everything was done to the smallest detail. My wife and I had the greatest weekend and had no stress as Priti made a plan and executed the plan, even making sure we had the opportunity to eat at every event. I highly recommend Priti for your wedding!Priti was incredible and I highly recommend her for your wedding. Working with Priti from PSW was an incredible experience. Priti has been so great and kind throughout this whole wedding process. Everything was seamless on my end Priti took my vision and brought it to life!! I had seen Priti's work in previous weddings and immediately knew I wanted to hire her for mine. I didn't even bother shopping around for other planners.
Priti, thank you for all of your hard work. My family could not stop raving on how great this wedding was and how everything was so organized. That wouldn’t have been possible without you!!! I would throw a wedding every weekend if I could have you help me with it! As you know, all of the wedding planning was left to me with limited support from my family. You helped me so much and guided me as a family member would. THANK YOU!
PSW treats you like a family member and Priti cares about your wedding as much as it is one of her own events. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful she was. She provided all the vendors that suited my budget and my vision. With her connections in the industry, working with other vendors was effortless. Priti did all the pre-work with the vendors so when a contract was presented to me, it already had exactly what I needed, and little to no back and forth.
As mentioned, Priti treats you like family. She and her team did so much for us to ensure a well executed wedding. Priti even left me with a parting wedding gift. I used Priti Sweet Weddings services for my wedding. They are excellent wedding planners. I thought I could plan my wedding all by myself. I was totally wrong. We hired Priti Sweet Weddings for our wedding. They were very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and vendors. They helped us with vendor negotiation, decor ideas, welcome drinks and food menu suggestions and also recommended us a reasonable DJ and cake vendor. They made sure that all the festivities were thoroughly enjoyed by our guests without any undue stress to us. All the activities and guest entertainment were carefully designed for our very special day and all within budget!

Excellent planner
Priti helped us plan our reception in the Chicago area. Since we live in California, we really needed a planner that could connect us with the right vendors at good prices and Priti did an excellent job. Priti and her team were absolutely amazing! We worked with them for day of coordination for our wedding/reception day and they were on top of everything. I did not have to worry about a thing, which is exactly what I wanted so my husband and I could enjoy the day with our family and friends and still have the wedding of our dreams. Also, they are professional and also absolutely personable so you really feel like you've got the best team to have your back. I could not recommend her and her team enough!! You Need Priti on Your Team
Priti made our perfect wedding weekend possible. I literally could not imagine planning my wedding without her. We hired Priti to plan our mehndi/sangeet combo night and coordinate our wedding day and everything was so effortless on my end, as the bride, thanks to her. We are not very traditional as far as Indian weddings go and Priti did a great job of reflecting that in her planning and ensuring all of our needs were met. The sangeet/mehndi combo night was absolutely perfect and had a great reflection of my Indian roots and my husband’s Jamaican heritage. It was so nice not having to worry about this event at all because I knew Priti had it covered. On my wedding day, Priti and Avani were literal lifesavers and helped put out any fires before I was even aware of them. I loved the itinerary she made, even if it wasn’t closely followed, but she helped us get back on track and ensured that all the major things still got done. Everything turned out perfectly thanks to Priti and I simply got to enjoy my wedding and have the best day because I knew she had my back! I would definitely recommend that every bride should get a planner/coordinator and that planner/coordinater should be Priti Sweet Weddings!Priti made our perfect wedding weekend possible. Amazing! Detail oriented
Priti Sweet weddings does the best wedding planning to provide Bride and Groom a stress free events. I didn't have time to talk to vendors, deal with headaches and didn't know proper vendors. Priti Katwala and her team came in advice me and saved me a ton of money and time. Invaluable service. Also my wife was less stressed! PSW - best decision for your wedding
Having PSW was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Priti was very helpful from the beginning and thoroughly walked me through the process of what to expect starting from a month out, and she was very prompt with reaching out for questions and building a timeline. We really enjoyed our big day and that was all possible thanks to our vendors, but most importantly Priti and her execution. Everything went to schedule, despite having a tight timeline with several moving pieces, which we could not have done without PSW's help. We also had several guests at the wedding raving about how awesome of a job she did, with her punctuality and attention to detail to make sure we had a flawless day. I'm very happy to have chosen PSW for our big day - thank you so much Priti!Having PSW was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! A wedding planner that has got it ALL covered!
Priti helped us with picking some of our vendors as well as day of coordination. She was always prepared for all of our meetings whether it was with just us or with the vendors. She’s very knowledgeable, organized, full of awesome ideas/tips, and professional (but somehow it felt like she was one of our really good friends!). Our wedding day felt like a breeze with her around. We truly got to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything because we knew Priti was handling it, our friends and family would also agree with that. She communicated very well with all of our vendors who also had nothing but positive things to say about her. For example, our venue coordinator mentioned how respectful and professional she was with them and that’s not always a given with every planner. Bonus points for that! I would definitely recommend Priti for your future events because she will make your vision come to life while ensuring everything goes as smoothly as possible! Incredible wedding coordinators
It isn't an exaggeration when I say hiring PritiSweetWeddings to be our wedding coordinator was the best thing my wife and I could have done to make our wedding a success! We worked directly with Avani for our wedding, and from the moment we began working with her we knew we were in great hands! Avani hit the ground running in our introductory meeting and asked us detailed questions about minute details related to the wedding we hadn't remotely considered until she brought it up. She was willing to call/meet with us during all hours of the day and never rushed us. Whatever issues arose during our three wedding events were quickly addressed by Avani and her team on the day-of - I'm sure there were problems that we didn't even learn about because Avani handled them before we were aware. She helped ensure we stuck to the timeline and schedule she created, adjusting on the fly to ensure we didn't run significantly behind. It's not an exaggeration to say we could not have held a successful event without Avani and PritiSweetWeddings! Priti and her team did an awesome job. Without her we would not have managed to put on a fun wedding. She executed at a high level during all our events and during our tight and strict timeline. She was really good at responding throughout the entire process and was very reassuring and able to improvise when needed. Her knowledge of vendors is endless and comes in great use, and she makes your wedding week stress free with her approach. Best planner we could have found
Earlier this month, in September 2025, my youngest daughter got married. Last year, in 2024, my daughter and I reached out to Priti for help with our wedding planning. We were looking for a planner who could manage the entire process from start to finish, help us find the best vendors, and guide us in making the right decisions along the way. Priti checked all those boxes.
She brought us fantastic ideas and alternative options whenever necessary. Her relationships with each vendor were exceptional, and she made sure to allow us to make the final decisions while offering valuable input when needed. It was important to us that we worked with someone who wouldn’t push their own views but would instead collaborate with us, and Priti did just that.
We had a South Indian wedding, and Priti's experience with the traditions and rituals was evident throughout the planning. The wedding itself was a success, with many guests commenting on how flawlessly each event was executed.
