Best covid wedding ever
Primetime had my delivery on time and had everything set up so quick it was unreal! The selection I had to pick from was huge and I was able to find everything I dreamed of for my big day! We got so many compliments on all of our rentals and will gladly recommend them to everyone! -

Great experience!
We rented a tent and chairs from PrimeTime, and were extremely happy with the entire process. The tent was perfect for our needs, and the team at PrimeTime was wonderful to work with and very responsive. -

So Easy To Work With!
The team at Prime Time was great to work with! They have an awesome selection to accommodate many budgets. We rented some tables, linens, china, and more - they were so incredibly easy to work with and their delivery services were extremely convenient! -

Prompt and professional service!
Prime Time Party Rental was recommended to us by our wedding venue. They are reasonably priced, very organized, and professional and were always available when I had questions about our order. They arrived promptly the day of the wedding and set up the outdoor ceremony chairs exactly the way I had envisioned and conveyed to them. The white garden chairs were of excellent quality. We were very pleased we chose to rent from Prime Time Party Rental. -

I cannot say enough about Andrea at Prime Time Rentals. She is an amazing Sales Representative to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about all the products PT offers and great alternative ideas to replace items that had already been rented from their inventory. Her kind helpful, sweet spirit was so comforting to deal with, my daughter and I always enjoyed going in to see Andrea. I used PT for two Bridal Showers and my daughters wedding at Top of the Market. PT had all my rental items to the venue when it was scheduled and it was in wonderful clean condition. Everyone I dealt with at PT was over the top professional and so accommodating. I recommend them for any of your upcoming events. I can't wait to work with them for my Wedding Design Company, The Way to Wed, Llc. Thank you PT for making my daughter's wedding over the top gorgeous. Every Bride should want to be a Christmas Bride!!!-

We went and picked out our linens and table settings, and all the employees started to help out! You can tell they really love what they do! And our wedding was absolutely stunning, just our taste: tailored, classy, and with a few vintage and rustic aspects! I couldn't have been happier!! -

Prime Time was a wonderful vendor to work with! They had a great wedding show that we attended, and they offered some very nice discounts, and had examples of their rentals set up all over their spacious building.
They allow the option to pick up your rentals to save some money, which is very nice.
The only inconvenience is their operating hours, they are open during the regular work day, so the show they put on was very helpful to be able to view their services. -

We had absolutely NO problems with them. They have GORGEOUS table settings, linens etc. We got our table covers (cream sequined) from them, china, glassware, chair bows, etc. from them. They did an outstanding job. Delivered it all to the venue for a fair fee, picked it all back up, we didn't have to do anything. We visited their beautiful showroom, full of great ideas and samples, picked out what we liked, signed on the dotted line and paid for it. Nick did a stellar job. Worry free on our end.! -

I priced out my rentals from a company in Cincinnati and was floored by the cost. A family member mentioned they had heard great things about Primetime so I went to Dayton one afternoon to check them out. They were super busy on a Saturday and they set everything aside to help me find the perfect selections for our wedding. We pulled half of the samples off the racks make table arrangements and they refused to let us clean up after ourselves! Once we made the selections we found they were MUCH more reasonably priced and had fantastic customer service. We made lots of changes along the way and they never balked when I asked for updated estimates and bombarded them with tons of questions. For a small fee, the rental order was delivered (exactly as ordered) and they even picked it up afterwards. I would definitely use them again! -

Having an outdoor wedding was hard because it decided to rain on my big day. But they stepped up and changed around all of the layouts and made the ceremony part of it very intimate, which we absolutely loved! We said "Why didn't we think of this when we were planning?!" They started putting up the tent a day early in case of any incidentals, and were there for any adjustments, and questions. -

You guys rock! From helping us load up the rental items, and be flexible with multiple trips back and forth with items. The price was great the product was all there in perfect condition. Everyone at Prime Time was wonderful to work with. If I had a question or concern about my rentals, they were quick to respond and take care of any concerns. My centerpieces, chair covers and linens were delivered right on time. When deciding on what I wanted for the tables, they set up a sample table for me and were great with figuring out what would look best. When I placed my order, they made notes on the invoice so I would remember where everything should be placed (we went months before the event). The staff is friendly, professional and great to work with, I would highly recommend them. -

Prime Time services were amazing. We went to play around with table cloths and decor to get the perfect look for our venue. We picked the perfect table runner, candle votive center pieces, overlays, and they had the color of napkins we had been looking for. It made our reception room look absolutely amazing! Great company to work with. Best prices anywhere. We rented China, glassware, cutlery, table decorations and dance floor. All was wonderful and we were able to pick up the decorations early so we could add to them. The people we talked to were all friendly and helpful without being pushy. It's worth the drive to South Dayton to their showroom. The venue was very happy with them as well and also gave them additional business. -

When my daughter requested that we hold her wedding in our backyard we knew that we would need to contact someone who could provide everything that would transpose our backyard into a beautiful wedding and reception site. Prime Time did just that. We contacted Jeff. He wrote up our initial contract. Throughout all of the changes and adjustments, Jeff and the staff at Prime Time remained patient and flexible. We ended up with a beautiful 40x80 foot tent with 20 guest tables and the head tables. We rented all of the ceremony chairs and linens from them as well. They have EVERYTHING that you need to make your event exactly what you want. (we rented two bars and chill tables, bistro tables, cake stand and easel)
The crew came on Wednesday and put up the tent, tables and reception chairs. They were very polite and professional. They returned on Saturday to place the ceremony chairs. On Monday morning the crew returned and removed everything. They were just as professional and friendly. I highly recommend Prime Time Party Rentals! -

I totally spaced on renting 10 chairs for my ceremony. I called up Prime Time and within 15 minutes had my order placed and ready to pickup 5 days later! They were awesome with getting my items for me and even said we could pick up the day before and drop off that Monday, keeping us from having to run all over the place during the wedding!! They rock! -

THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Our wedding was in Cincinnati, and they drove all the way down! SO SO very nice on the phone and very helpful and knowledgable! We had a LOT of issues with our church and due to those Prime Time came and delivered and set up our tent at 11 PM and they were there for HOURS! THEN the same guys came to set up the lights at 7am the next morning! So friendly and eager to help! I will use them in the future and I recommend them to ALL BRIDES!! Their prices were some of the best in the city as well!!! :) -

We rented a large wedding tent, chairs, columns, and double hung pipe & drapes with tie sashes. Our order, invoicing, changes were handled very efficiently by phone & email with highly skilled inhouse personnel. The delivery, set-up, tear down went very smoothly as well. The crew was efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. Prime Time proved to be a great vendor, meeting all our needs, and we highly recommend them. -

Had everything I needed and the prices were reasonable. We had some issues getting the sound system to work with our Ipod during the rehearsal but everything was fine for the wedding. You need a 1/8 inch RCA cable to have it work. Best advice - try everything out at the Rental place. Make them show you how it works. -

I can't begin to say enough "GREAT" things about this company. Their personal attention as well as every employees attention to detail were outstanding from the moment I arrived at the showroom, to the phone calls and then continued through to the delivery of the rental items.
The associates were professional and very easy to work with, always making me feel as though I was their only customer. All rental items were delivered clean and easily packaged which allowed everyone on my end helping to find what they needed without a lot of questions. A true "top notch" company from beginning to the end of the event. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of party rental items.

I found Prime Time Party Rental to be extremely helpful with my selections. They had everything I needed. There were other vendors who offered some of the same things at a slightly more economical price, but I'm one of those "one-stop-shoppers" and I didn't want to have to pay a variety of different transportation charges. Also I love the environment of the showfloor.....presentation means a lot when it comes to decorating for an event such as a wedding and/or reception. So their floor set-ups gave me some really great ideas of how to set up for my wedding reception. Delivery and pick up was very timely and everything was set up in a timely manner considering there was quite a bit to be delivered. In the city of Dayton and surrounding suburbs, I don't think you'll find a better place to shop for a special event. Last but not least, I've been a customer service rep for 20 years, and their customer service reps were A1. I felt very much in good hands with them, and I got a couple of courtesy calls as a reminder regarding pick up and different things and I greatly appreciated that. -

I had to change a few things a couple days before the wedding, and they were completely accomodating! Added a table, down-sized on some table cloths, and added some different sizes... no problem. Pick up was easy, the staff was professional and very pleasant. They even gave me a couple extra chair covers & sashes just incase! I will definitely recommend them to everyone! -

Prime time provided the linens and dance floor for our wedding reception. They were affordable and easy to work with. We worked with Sara Sutherland who was kind and very flexible when we had to add more to our contract. I would recommend Prime Time to anyone in need of table linens and dance floors. Only complaint was that a couple of the white tablecloths had black marks (small ones). -

I have nothing but good things to say. Prime time helped me brainstorm our family style head table in our somewhat cramped space. In addition it's great to be able to go to the warehouse and visualize what the table set up might look like.

All the girls were very friendly and helpful. I looked at items online and placed an initial order based on what I saw. I then went to the store to view the items and make sure they were what I expected. Items met my expectations. They even put together the one table I was considering renting so that I could see what it looks like put together. They were very flexible with my continuously-changing order. Did a great job sending me the updated contracts. Very organized when contacting the hall for delivery...could provide me with dates of phone calls and actions taken. -

Amber S. was our sales rep; she was responsive and made everything easy! We changed our rentals several times (before the due date) and she always followed up quickly and enthusiastically. Payment was easy as well.
I do wish communication about drop-off/pickup process, dates and times was more clear. I asked several times about when things would be dropped off/picked up but couldn't get a definitive answer, so I was worried something wouldn't work out.
Everything was dropped off a day earlier than expected, which was great, but no one called to let me know it was there -- I had to call my venue to verify. The rentals were picked up earlier than expected, which again was great, but no communication that it was collected so I was worried. -

They answered the phone each time I called and sent me the updated information within minutes of hanging up. They were in contact with the venue to ensure delivery and pick-up times. Friendly folks via the telephone!
Value - they came recommended through my venue as one of the most reasonably priced (and they were, after my searching). The chairs were great and I'm glad I decided on it - although, paying $6 per chair felt like a lot considering they get to take them back! -

The ladies at Prime Time were always helpful and took their time with you. We spent hours deciding what decor to go with and they were constantly ready to assist in developing ideas and setting up mock tables. We also found them to be cheaper than any other rental companies in the Dayton area although, tent rentals more expensive here thus I recommend Kosins for the tent rental. -

I ended up getting Chivari chairs from them and it was a great decision to work with them. My venue had very special delivery requests and they were willing to work with me on every request that I needed. Prime time was great for my reception. Pretty much the only choice around Dayton for rental, and many event venues will only work with Prime Time for their rentals. The delivery was professional and all of the equipment came in good shape. They were able to accomodate a few last minute changes without problem and have a great selection. -

I wanted to have gold flatware for my wedding to match the gold decor. I found the Fiori Gold flatware on Primetime's website and was super impressed with the price and color. I called (this was about five weeks before the wedding) and the rep Amber was super helpful and we set up a contract and I paid in full that day.
Everything was great until about 9 a.m. the Thursday before my wedding, when were planning to pick up the flatware. Amber called and told me that the bride from the previous weekend had not returned the flatware. They tried many different methods to get it, but ultimately were not able to. They had almost enough for my event still, so I was thinking about using it and just having one table with silver flatware. Primetime apologized MANY times and offered to compensate any silver flatware for free.
However, when I looked at a sample of the gold flatware, I realized it wasn't gold at all anyway. It looked gold in the pictures online, but in real life it just looked like regular silver flatware. Even if I could have gotten all the pieces, I would have been disappointed to have spent the extra money.
In the end, I chose to get a refund and not use any of the flatware. I just used the regular silver flatware my caterer had, which was fine. On my wedding day the last thing I was thinking about was the flatware!
Amber was beyond professional and apologetic about the whole mess. She did everything she could and I know she felt really bad. The only thing I will say is I wish they had told me sooner. The flatware was supposed to be returned Monday and I didn't find out until Thursday it wasn't. I know they were hoping it would be, but if I'd known sooner I maybe could have found something else in time. I genuinely appreciated their apology though and I know they did what they could. However, a caution to future brides - the Fiori Gold flatware is NOT gold like it looks in the pictures online. -

Everything was beautiful and was definetly a great value for the money. The only thing though was the last minute panic that was created. Two weeks before the wedding I was told I wasn't going to be able to receive the items I had reserved 4 months earlier. That I was going to have to pay all of these additional charges to get them when you guys were open and it just seemed very messy. Everything else was wonderful, but how would you feel being told that on one of the most important days of your life, that your not going to be able to receive the items that you had reserved months ahead when you needed them most. When you had absolutely no time to find anyone else.
So again, besides the last minute panic, everything was great.

I think that the price that is charged and ultimately paid to rent linens and chair covers is ridiculous. However, in comparison to other companies it was a good value. They did work well with me in the store itself. But, when they delivered the items to my mother's house one of the delivery guys was rude to her. My mom just had a massive heart attack about a month ago and REALLY did not need any added stress. I did let them know what happened and they apologized. I think that this vendor could keep you better informed of the drop off and pick up of their rental items, but they did a good job. -

CHEERS: We made changes and they accepted all of them. We were able to take the linens home and put them on our event tables ahead of time to see what it would look like on wedding day.
JEERS: Nasty attitude from everyone from the manager down. They messed up our order MANY MANY MANY times. We were constantly calling them to tell them they had deleted or added stuff that was wrong. Only for them to send us a revised copy that was wrong again! We spent more time re-reviewing our contract with them. I would advise that you not let AMY CASSANOVA help you. She is horrendous!!! She butchered everything !! We avoided her on purpose when we went into the store because she was that incompetent. CAN ONLY SLIGHTLY RECOMMEND (if you do use them, have your wedding planner man-handle them) -

Highly disappointed
First I’ll say that I originally spoke with Sarah. I asked about a quote that I had put in, she gave me a price and I said I’d call back. During that call I was told Lawn Connect 4 would not be available that day but she was able to give me Giant Jenga(something that is not listed on the site). I called the next day to pay but Sarah was not available and apparently neither was my quote. I spoke with Brittany and she asked for everything I wanted on my order along with my payment since she could not find what Sarah had already started on. I asked for the nacho machine, the PRIZE wheel, Giant Jenga, and Crazy Golf.
The wrong wheel was selected and the one we were given was rusty, dirty, the plastic is torn, chipped and over half of the prongs are missing the rubber piece on the end. I would be fine with the mishap if the wheel was actually of good quality but it is not and I was highly disappointed.
The nacho machine doesn’t seem very clean and looks unprofessional.
Crazy Golf is extremely rusty, the logo is peeling off exposing more rust, doesn’t come with instruction and the golf balls were just thrown into a Ziploc bag.
Giant Jenga is not what we were expecting. It does not seem giant to anyone and it was just thrown into a small green crate. We paid $40 for small blocks that we could’ve made ourselves.
I did not expect this from Prime Time Party Rental. I used their products for my Mother’s wedding in the past and this is not the same quality that I received then. I am extremely disappointed. We were looking forward to using your company again in the future for events such as these but the quality of your products did not meet our expectations. They also did not respond to my very polite email regarding this situation. What great customer service :/
The delivery driver was friendly and splendid though.

THE OWNER HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND VERY RUDE! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. HE YELLED AND HE IS NOT WILLING TO LISTEN! Very upset about the lack of Customer Service provided. I rented a fountain from here a few years back and was advised it was ok to put fruit in the fountain, advised by Prime Time Rental staff. Fountain clogged, looked horrible, couldn't use for the event. After the event we contacted Prime time, they said yeah we will make it right. Ended up needing to rent another fountain, and advised prime time of the promise and the previous issue, the rep said she would advise manager have her call us. Of course no call back, finally contacted the manager she said no staff would advise us fruit in the fountain would be ok. Basically calling us a liar, and having no customer service skills. I would have been satisfied with an apology possibly a $5 credit, off of a $200 purchase we ordered. I'm pretty upset but since i've already paid 50% down what can i do? Just warn other customers of the lack of customer service. -

HORRIBLE. Was promised 4 different times for delivery of tables, chairs, and table cloths and after I had to call for the 4th time an entire day later they showed up....but my dad sat down in one of the "white" chairs and it snapped in half, luckily it wasnt one of my wedding guests. There was old food and old gum stuck to the tables, the "white" chairs had dirt and pop ALL OVER my mom spent most of the time we had to set up just cleaning the chairs so they were not sticky to sit on. There was a rip in one of my tablecloths. ..i spent well over 1000 dollars with this company and was given 224 dollars back....i received terrible service and this was the best they could do. Wow. My advice, dont even bother with this company that clearly does not have enough time for all customers. -

I used Prime Time for my chair covers and backdrop for my ceremony. Aside from them being extremely expensive they were also unprofessional across the board. I dealt with Ashley and she was extremely rude and made it seem that she was just trying to get me out of the building. She never told me that they wouldn't set up the chair covers nor that I needed sashes to tie up the panels on the backdrop. I found all of this out the day before the wedding. We had to make a special trip to pick up the sashes and had to tie them ourselves. Needless to say they looked horrible. I will never use this company again and advise everyone to look elsewhere. -
