  Wedding Month of Coordinator

  I truly thought I could plan our wedding entirely on our own. After many sleepless nights, we decided to hire Keshia as our month of coordinator. Keshia was incredible. I would recommend her for everything. She kept us calm the month of our wedding, helped us keep on track of tasks, helped to point out all of the tiny things we hadn’t thought about, and communicated with our vendors for us. She was worth her weight in gold. Pride in Planning was also reasonably priced so we felt like we could get the help we needed without adding too much to our budget. Hire her, you will not regret it.

  An Adding Experience

  Keshia was a great help with planning our wedding. She was easy to work with and helped us stay on track with the long list of wedding to-dos. She was our advocate and voice when navigating extremely challenging moments with our wedding venue and another vendor making sure we got the experience we deserved as the bride and groom. We loved having access to her decor warehouse as well, it was a great help for planning and budgeting. Also, she has a great network of vendors she recommended for all of our ideas during the planning process. We appreciate having her on our team and not sure how we would have gotten through the wedding planning process without her.

  Highly recommended!

  Keshia and her team not only made our wedding day run smoothly, but were there every step of the way as we created the reflection of who we are for our special day. We feel lucky to have had Keshia as our coordinator because she gave sound advice and was a huge help during the planning process. She also had some great vendor recommendations that we ended up using. The part where we felt that Keshia and her team went truly above and beyond was in the setup of our day, especially in regards to setting up the floral arrangements. We were so grateful for her care and expertise.

  Professional, Efficient, & Friendly

  There were a lot of beautiful moving parts for Sarah & Jarrett's Wedding Celebration at Vignon Manor Farm ~ a vendor team of 16, a guest count of over 200, a venue that went on forever, along with one of the best planning teams to keep it all together. From a collaborative email a few weeks prior to a final outline a few days before to being everywhere needed the day of, Keshia ran an incredibly smooth & stunning event. She oversaw the entire day's operations efficiently, professionally, & in a friendly, approachable manner. Keshia was everywhere with everything ~ items, questions, answers, directions, & suggestions. Thank you for a fantastic start to the 2023 wedding season, Keshia ~ I will be recommending Pride in Planning! :)

  An Amazing Planner!

  We didn't have to worry about anything the day of our wedding because Keisha was so proactive in helping us plan the wedding. Through a handful of meetings we got all the details sorted out and had everything go perfectly the day of our wedding. An amazing day brought to life by this amazing Planner!

  Keshia and her team did an amazing job to ensure our wedding went smoothly and exactly as we envisioned! From the early planning stages, Keshia asked all the questions and details we hadn’t even thought of! As we rolled into the month of she helped us define our timeline and helped ease the last minute stress by handling communication with other vendors. We had no clue how to run a ceremony but Keshia guided us every step of the way during the rehearsal.
  
  For the actual day of Keshia and her team did a wonderful job setting up our decor without any direction from us and it looked great. She anticipated all of our needs, I’d be about to ask someone for help and she would pop up ready to lend a hand. We had about 5 people attempt my bustle and finally Keshia was able to - without her I was worried I wouldn’t be able to dance and move but she saved me!

  Keshia was an absolute pleasure to work with. We chose her services for the month of. She was organized, always on time, had great knowledge and always went above and beyond. Keshia has so much to offer anyone who works with her. We were also able to rent decor from her to fit our theme. Our day would not have come together or had been as successful without her!   Great Coordinator - kept us all on track!

  Keshia and her assistant were great. They were professional, organized, responsive, everything one would want in a day of coordinator. We did one of her smaller packages where she got involved about two weeks out, so we had already planned out most of the details and she expertly provided inputs and took over vendor coordination during the home stretch. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if we didn’t have Keshia there with us on the day of. She solved all the little problems that came up, just kept us informed but assured us she was on top of it. She was fun to work with as well. Would highly recommend her!!

  I absolutely recommend Pride in Planning! We booked a partial planning package, which worked out perfectly for us. Keshia was such a joy to work with!! From beginning to end she went above and beyond to answer any questions we had (and I had a LOT), make suggestions for small details that we may have missed, and made the entire process a breeze. Pride in Planning did an excellent job bringing our vision to life and keeping things on track during the ceremony and reception. Our wedding was a dream come true!!

  Hire a day of coordinator

  Keshia made my wedding day absolutely flawless. When people ask me what I recommend the most in wedding planning, it is GET A DAY OF COORDINATOR. I had her two weeks out from the big day, and she took care of everything! She helped me develop a timeline, managed the vendors and made sure they were there on time, and on the big day she made sure everything went so smoothly I was so impressed. I am a type A personality, and planned everything down to the last detail, so I tend to feel like I have to micromanage to get things just right. I didn't have to do that with Keshia at all because I trusted her and she absolutely delivered! Also, she gives a military discount for you servicemembers! 10/10 recommend

  Dr. Pride helped me become much more organize for my day. When we had to move 100 guest from outside to an inside venue in less than 24hrs. Dr.Pride delivered!! In such a Short Time and saved the day!

  Everything We Needed And More

  Keshia and her team did such an incredible job supporting us through wedding planning through a pandemic. She was always easy to contact, always available to answer questions, and did an amazing job with coordination of all things under the sun. When it came time for the wedding day, her team took care of absolutely everything. My parents raved about how smoothly things went, and we were all impressed with Pride In Planning's work. I'm so happy to have had Keshia by my side to help with planning and to make our day come to life. She brought a lot of her own decor items which also was a big bonus for us. Couldn't recommend her enough!

  Planning a wedding during COVID was extremely stressful. However, Keshia treated us with much grace, flexibility, and kindness throughout the entire process. We hired Keshia as our day-of-coordinator. However, she was very involved in the entire planning process. She provided a lot of useful advice and coordination along the entire wedding journey, and we definitely received much more than a "day-of-coordinator". We are very grateful for all of her help, and would definitely recommend to all future couples.
