Beautiful Clutches

Seriously so amazing, I couldn't recommend the clutches more. I got my name and wedding date and it's seriously the perfect keepsake. Highly recommend. Turnaround time for it was 4 weeks, which was to be expected.

Will be recommending to future brides, this is a must have!

Love the robes! Purchased custom satin robes for my daughters 5th birthday spa party, they were a huge hit! Customer service via email was so personably friendly and responsive. My order was packaged nicely and came quick. I was unable to preview my order online while creating it, but the robes and glitter text exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend Pretty Robes!

Excellent Robes!

Working with Pretty Robes was amazing. The service was great, all of my questions were answered quickly via email. Most importantly, the robes were of excellent quality. I ordered 1 robe as a tester from an etsy shop and that did not go as I had hoped unfortunately. I ordered several Royal Blue robes with metallic gold customization and the robes came out perfectly. I will be ordering more in the future from Pretty Robes, and will be recommending you to everyone!

The Perfect Robes!

Loved the robes! We needed 17 robes and all of them were perfect!

My bridesmaids wore blush robes with personalized names in the Bebas font in Navy writing and I wore a white robe with my name the same font and color. Everything came out as expected, I had high expectations and Pretty Robes def. exceeded them. I've already recommend them to so many brides!

Amazing end product; great customer service team

I had some problems with picking up my order; the SmartPost wasn't allowing me to hold my package, change the delivery address, and Fedex was pretty unhelpful. By the time I got around to calling and emailing the Pretty Robes team, I was super upset and a lot ruder to them than I probably should have been. Despite my initial bad attitude, the team worked with me quickly to help hold my order at a pickup location near me, and I was able to get my hands on it the next day. Once I got the order, the customization on the robes was PERFECT. Would DEFINITELY order again, or recommend for others!

Everything is what I expected and more. From the designs, the packaging and also being informed by email and text the status of my robes, very impressed. Must Buy Robes!

Everything came out perfect! I needed bridesmaid robes and some favors. Everything we needed for our event came out as promised. I wish they had a preview of the artwork before you make the purchase, though! It's hard to know for sure how a rose gold text will look on a white robe and a navy robe. Either way, everything we ordered was delivered turned out better than I expected. For the favors I purchased their luggage tags. Those were perfect as well! Only $5!

GREAT customer service!

The waffle robes I ordered for my daughter - the bride- and her bridesmaids are just what I was looking for - something inexpensive and fun to wear while getting ready for the wedding. They're light weight, easy to pack up in a suitcase. I would have preferred to get non-glittery lettering on the backs, but the sparkles are kind of cute. The standout thing about my order experience was the outstanding customer service. I was very concerned that I would get them in time for the bridal shower and the customer service folks got back to me immediately, put a rush on production, sent a personal email as soon as they were shipped, and followed up with another personal email the day of delivery to make sure I got them. You don't get that kind of service from very many places!

Beautiful PJs

I had never heard of this company before but found them on google. Their pajama selection was limited but they had the color and sizes we needed. I ordered 8 pjs from XS to L. Each PJ hung a little off the body which I think all of my bridesmaids really liked. The PJs are more of a loose fit overall. Along with the fit, the customization was nice. I put monograms on the front pocket of each PJ. In general I think robes are little outdated to be honest and hard to reuse down the line so I'm glad I went with the Pjs. I didn't have to deal with customer service or have any interaction with the company other than placing the order so I can't speak to that but I recieved my items well before my need by date and everything I ordered was perfect. So in my book this company is awesome and worth considering if you need Pjs. They have robes too, but again I didn't buy any but their selection of robes was substantially larger than their pjs.

My Swimsuits Were Perfect!

Just received my swimsuits for by bachelorette party and they came out perfect!!!!!!!!!!

The colors we needed were rose gold and white. We needed smalls and mediums for our group and each swimsuit fit perfectly and the colors were true to the website.

A few things that really stood out to me. 1) The packaging, everything came in these really cute personalized bags. 2) The white was NOT see through! I don't know why is this is so hard for so many companies to get right. I even tried 2 white swimsuits from 2 sellers on ETSY and both were see through once they were wet, which is super frustrating to have to deal with. If you're going to order from any company, I always recommend testing their white before you order any other color for this issue. 3) The rose gold color was exactly the color we needed. I've been searching everywhere and couldn't find this color.

Overall the quality, the cut, fit, and material were perfect.

Last and but not least, the customization on these were spot on for us. We did the rose gold swimsuits in white and my white in a rose gold text and it came out perfect!

I seriously couldn't recommend this company enough if you needed swimsuits. Everything was perfect and the swimsuits were literally half the price of other places online. So happy with you guys and I promise I will be ordering again!!!

Robes Were Perfect! (Floral Peach)

I received my robes today and I couldn't wait to leave a review! I ordered floral peach robes for my bridesmaids and they are beyond beautiful! My wedding colors are blush and navy and I am beyond happy with the quality and feel of these robes, literally silk! I cannot wait to give these out!

I ordered them on Monday and got them Friday - no rush shipping or rush production needed. I am located in New Orleans so maybe that's why I got them as quickly as I did without paying for anything extra.

Robes and boxes were perfect! I customized all of the boxes and the robes I ordered as is. The boxes were amazing, they arrived flat which seriously threw me off but when you put it together it looks beautiful. It didnt take long but was unexpected. I will be ordering again in the future and would recommend them if robes and boxes are needed.

Love my robes!

I ordered from Pretty Robes on Nov. 12. I needed 12 for my bridal party (8 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, 1 mother of the bride, and 1 maid of honor). I must say my experience with them was great.

The quality of the robes was fantastic. They were customized and they came out beautifully. I ordered blush robes for my bridal party with metallic rose gold script and I went with an ivory lace robe and metallic rose gold script for myself. The robes were prepared on time and arrived on time.

I will be ordering again in the future because the robes feel amazing. These are the nicest robes I've ever ordered and I was very happy with my purchase. If you're a bride that needs robes for her wedding I would highly recommend them.

Long Lace Robe Love!

I ordered the long lace matinee robe from Pretty Robes and I love it! I wanted something a little more sheer and something I could wear in my home but something that would standout at my wedding. I love the fit and quality of the robe! The robe is really long and runs to the floor. I'm 5'2 and I don't mind the length to be honest, but if I am going to wear it out I have to fold a portion of the the robe over the satin belt, which is a easy fix. I inquired with Pretty Robes and the model in the image is closer to 5'5. Overall this is a lovely robe and I would highly recommend it.

Lace Robes Were Beautiful

The company was great. I didn't interact with their customer service much so I can't speak to the service, but the product selection was really nice and they had what I needed at a really good price point.

I was looking for an elegant lace look and their lace robe offerings fit that look. My wedding colors are very neutral and I have a rustic venue so I went with the champagne lace robes for my bridal party and the ivory lace robe for myself. Love them both!

The robes matched the description of the other reviewers to be frank. They felt great and fit great, but I will need to steam the robes, because they do have some creases from the packaging, which is to be expected.

I would say if you're in need of wedding robes, and want something classy you go with Pretty Robes. I would definitely recommend them to any bride or bridal party I know.

The jersey robes were the best robes i've ever worn!

I needed 12 Jersey Robes and let me tell you something, the robes I received were incredible!!! Seriously the best robes I've ever worn and I have robes from Victoria Secret and Nordstrom.

I ordered the light grey and burgundy robes and the color, feel, and sizing were spot on! Seriously in love with everything I received. The robes were for my wedding, but these robes will last a long time after.

My robes were worth every penny, and they were cheaper than a few other companies I saw on etsy as well. Couldn't be happier with Pretty Robes!

Fantastic Robes

I was very pleased with my robes and so were my bridesmaids. I would recommend them if you need wedding day robes. Mine was ivory and my bp wore blush. The look was delicate and simple which is exactly what I was going for.

I just got my robe delivered to Canada! I love the robes!!!

I ordered the jersey robes in burgundy and light grey and holy shit these robes killed. I kid you not every girl in bridal party cannot stop raining about these robes. They are the softest robes I’ve ever worn. No lie these are incredible!!

Hah ok this may seem like overkill but super happy with Pretty Robes! And ladies get the jersey robes, you will love them as much as I did. I promise!

I needed robes for my bridesmaids for my wedding day and I found you guys through wedding wire. Everything was perfect!

I customized my robes for each girl on the front and back of the robe in metallic gold writing. I ordered 6 blush lace and 1 ivory lace and everything was exactly as I had hoped.

I am loving my prettyrobes! I saw rihanna's post from her friends wedding and I was ecstatic because the robe she was wearing match the ones I got EXACTLY!!! I think she probably got hers from pretty robes too because it literally looked the exact same. I am really happy with the quality, feel, price and how fast they came in the mail! The robes are beautiful! I got several blush for my bridesmaids and one in ivory for myself, and they look lovely together - a great value for the price! I also had an excellent experience with their customer service as I had to return several robes for a different color. They were responsive over email and quickly sent out the new robes after receiving my return (plus a small fee for return shipping). Would definitely recommend!

I ordered 11 champagne robes which I customized and they look beautiful. I loved the quality and they were exactly what I was looking for my friends and family for my wedding day.

I choose 2 youth smalls for my flower girls, 2 1x/2x robes for my moms, and the rest in s/m for my bridesmaids and maid of honor. Each robe was customized with white glitter ink in cursif. I ordered them with standard production and got them in 10 days which was a lot faster than advertised.

I would highly recommend them for the pricing, quality, and production time.

I absolutely loved working with Pretty Robes! My initial bridesmaids gifts ended up being a disaster (poor quality of fabric, etc) when I ordered through another company, that I had to return them. I ended up placing my order and doing rush delivery, and within 5 days I had beautiful silky robes for my bridesmaids! The lady I spoke with at customer service was incredibly helpful and reassuring in making sure I got them on time, and the quality of the product was exactly what I wanted. I ordered 12 blush robes and they turned out fantastic! Seriously love everything about my robes. I also posted a review for them on their web site which was totally unsolicited and they asked me to follow up on Wedding Wire, which I decided to do gladly. Super content and happy with how my robes turned and I couldn't recommend them enough. The robes are lush and feel super great on your skin. They're thick so don't feel over exposed wearing their robes.

All in all, the quality is great, the price points are great, and their customer service is fantastic ... I've already recommended them to friends :)

The quality was incredible for $15 a robe! I purchased some from Amazon in the past and expected similar quality, but these felt SOOO soft. Overall it was a joy to work with Pretty Robes. The robes came as ordered, I had to wait a few hours before I heard back from customer service when I had some questions about the sizing of the robes but that's completely understandable. I ended up ordering champagne robes for my bridesmaids and a white lace robe for myself, and they were loved by everyone in my family.

Pretty robes were the best and my maids and I LOVED the robes. I docked them one star on professionalism because my original order was on back order and when 15 days since my order had past, I emailed to see what was going on. My original order was on back order and they didn't think to let me know. However, once I contacted them, I was able to very quickly edit my order and shipping was very fast!

Everything was perfect!

I ordered some PJs and robes for my bridal party. I gifted them PJs in their bridal box. I had the robes ready and waiting for the girls when they came to my wedding venue on my wedding day.

The shirts were really nice, they have the same touch and feel of the robes so safe to assume it's the same material. The material in general was very nice and sleek. I've had a few satin products in the past and I wasn't happy with the quality. That wasn't the case here. The sizing did run a little a small on me, I'm 5'5 around 125 pounds, the robes were around 2 inches higher than my knee. And my only other issue was getting a hold of a customer service rep. I msged them on live chat and no one responded. I did get an email a few hours later.

I hope this helps! In total, if you need robes or pjs you need to go with Pretty Robes. Def. reliable, and great quality products!

Beautiful Long Lasting Robes!

I needed 7 robes. All of them came out great. I even needed to change a few things in the order, and they were super accommodating. And the robes are great even after the wedding, so I am happy I choose to go them.

I plan to order again in the future and highly recommend them. My only complaint is I messaged them on live chat and didn't immediately hear back. Other than that everything was great :)

Our Pretty Robes were stunning and perfect for getting ready. I ended up getting two different colors; blue floral for my bridal party and blush floral for my "crew." Everyone loved them. The one size (S/M) truly did fit all the body types we had between nine different women. Wearing mine made me feel like a pampered princess while getting ready {which is EXACTLY the way you want to feel on your day!!} . All of my girls felt extra special while getting ready. Overall, these robes are not the best quality. The robes I received were staticky to the point where when I put it on, I was being shocked by electric current. When I emailed customer service, they said this is "typical". Their recommendations were to rub metal on my body or cover my body in body lotion. Additionally, the return/exchange process could be improved with me having to reach out a month after I sent my package to check in on the status. I did not receive any emails from them to indicate the status of my return prior. Overall, these robes are nice, but the static issue needs to be improved.

Didn’t have a great experience with their customer service

I ordered 6 bridesmaid robes and 1 bridal robe (all with no customization) on 8/5. The website said 1-2 days for production and 5-10 days for shipping but I still hadn't heard anything as of 8/15 so I followed up and they said the color was out of stock. After some back and forth about the date I needed it by I asked for a refund the next day and they wouldn't give me a straight answer about it. They asked if I'd be satisfied with a 10% discount if they got the robes shipped out this week and I said I wanted a refund. They ended up shipping the robes out and said that I could return them for a full refund if it wasn’t to my satisfaction. I got the robes on 8/23. The robes themselves are good quality but the refusal to give me a refund and poor communication soured the experience

After reading tons of reviews about other peoples great experiences with this company I ordered my bridal partys robes, my experience was anything but

I ordered my robes on February 8th and in spite of the claims that my robes would be shipped in 5-10 business days they were not. 20 business days from the day I placed my order I finally called to see what was taking so long, I was informed that my robes were "in production" and would be shipped by the end of the following day (which thankfully they were.) I finally recieved my robes today, over a month from the date I ordered them. The robes look nice but their sizing runs small so after all of this I'm not even sure that half of these are even going to fit my girls.

Non Satisfactory

Robes arrived on time, the quality of the material was good. The rest of it was awful I don’t know why they have such good ratings! My bridal robe had black spots all over it and the rest of the robes the personalization was not good quality. Letters were crooked, the monogram was not like the one shown on website. Contacted seller was quick to respond at first but once I let them know I wasn’t happy about any of the robes I received no response or help about an solution to my problem. I even offered to rebuy all 5 of them if they could just adjust price a little since I’m having to rebuy wasn’t even expecting them to make robes again for free. Still no response. I feel like they are ignoring me which is really sad. I would not recommend this company!

I would have loved the robes.

I ordered these robes 8 weeks ago. I loved all of their size options and thought it would be perfect for my bridesmaids. Well, they would have been if they would have ever shown up. The product says 3 weeks to make and then time to ship. After 5 weeks, I reached out and received lots of emails apologizing that everything is delayed due to covid. I said I understood and just wanted the product. We emailed for 3 weeks saying she was reaching out to the production team and it will be mailed any day! We got to the last possible day where the product would have needed to be over nighted for me to have it for my wedding day, and they wanted me to pay an additional $40! The delay was not on my end so I refused to pay and just asked for a refund. I understand covid has delayed and made things hard for everyone. But that should have been said when I bought the product. So just be careful if you are ordering these robes within the last few months of your wedding!

Bad service

I wished I had read these reviews before I made the purchase. I asked for a customized robe was sent a plain robe due to issues on their website and the only thing I am told is to place a new order. I will not give this company any more of my money if they sold the robes for a $1. Karl is so unprofessional as well. Buyer Beware!

Order Never Arrived

I’m so disappointed because everyone else on here has such great reviews! The robes look so cute online and I ordered 7 (for me and bridesmaids) and paid for expedited shipping. My confirmation said the robes would arrive in 3-4 business days, but it’s been 9 business days and they haven’t arrived or even shipped! I have had no communication from the company and with my wedding quickly approaching I’m nervous they won’t arrive!

I ordered robes for my bridesmaids back in May and I was getting married in July. I had made a mistake on my address and I was notified that my product was being shipped back to sender and only the sender could change the address. I didn't get much help from Pretty Robes at this point but they did assure me that they would send them back out and had fixed my address in their system. Since it was now almost the end of June, I realized that I would not be receiving them for my wedding. I asked if they could cancel my order and send me new ones and they said they couldn't since it was customized with initials on the front. I also asked if I could return them so that I could buy new ones locally for my wedding. Again, they couldn't help me or give me any options. This was fine - I realized that this was my fault. It is now August (I ordered them in May and they were returned to Houston at the beginning of July) and I had messaged them three times last week to ask where my robes are since they still have not been sent out to me. I was told that I would receive an invoice soon for them to resend them. Today I received my invoice which was $40.00 USD which is $52.00 Canadian. I spent good money on these the first time and now am forced to spend an extra $52 or lose out on my order all together (since I can't have a refund). Not very good customer service. I would not buy from them again or suggest this company.

Did not display correct processing and shipping Days

I'm sure that these robes are lovely, but I will not be getting mine in time. My confirmation page and the product page stated that shipping would be 5-10 days. (I fairly assumed business days even though it was not stated.) After 12 business days passed, I reached out and was told that shipping is 1-2 weeks ON TOP of 2-3 weeks processing. No where did it say that throughout my buying journey. It was only listed on the FAQ page which customer service argued with me and sent to me three times. My confirmation said 5-10 days. If there is processing time that should be included. This was deceitful and instead of owning/apologizing since I paid for an item that will not be here in time, I was argued with. I have asked to have this expedited because of their mistake and they said only shipping can be expedited and I would be charged! I have now asked to cancel my order twice. First time I was ignored and sent the FAQ page again. Second time-still waiting on a response. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand with COVID things are pushed out but display this information clearly on the buyer journey! And let me cancel for your mistake!!

BUYER BEWARE-items not received

Ordered 12 robes for my daughter's wedding party. She was planning to include these in her MOH, Bridesmaids and flower girl "Ask" boxes. The order was placed nearly three weeks ago. The items we chose did not show out of stock (while others on website did). Received an email that the order was being prepared for shipment with our order confirmation. Shipping said 5-10 days. 2 &1/2 weeks later and no communications, update or robes. I inquired and received unclear answers in the first set of emails. Now I'm being told due to COVID that production has not started. In addition that 9 of the robes are not in stock in the color we ordered and they would like her to change her colors. The colors go with her wedding colors so we do not want to change as the whole box is coordinated. I still did not receive a clear answer as to when they would be produced/shipped. I understand COVID has affected alot of things but communication is everything. We have ordered at least 6 other items for this box which all have arrived including personalized/customized items. Needless to say she is disappointed and since this is holding up her box delivery (with no date or product availability known), we have requested to cancel and will have to find something different to substitute in her boxes locally. I only hope they will handle my cancellation better than my order. Will never shop from them again. They have since updated their website to say due to COVID that production is taking 10-15 days and shipping another 10. Even with their advertised revised policy this does not match the customer service response since 18 days later her order is not started. Buyer beware.
