Not Just Experience—Wisdom
Our venue recommended Prestige to us, and we're immensely glad they did. Gary and Joseph are both experts, and they had great recommendations, but they weren't fazed when we asked for some less usual choices for our more finicky guests. Plus, delivery and pickup/buy-back were totally seamless. All in all, they were perfect partners on our special day. -

Great experience with Prestige!
Easy to work with, prompt with communication. Delivery and pickup service was great. Reasonable pricing and they were knowledgeable about what to buy and how much. Made adjustments when needed. -

Straightforward and Professional
Gary took care of our alcohol order for our wedding. We worked through several supply shortages without issue. When in doubt, call or go to the store. They will take care of you. The bottles were delivered and picked up seamlessly. A refund was provided within a few weeks for all unused items. The online lists were not up to date but if there is a particular product you want, call to ask. Some venue’s charge Prestige a commission on the alcohol delivered. If this is the case they pass the cost on to you. -

Professional and efficient
Spoke with Gary for a majority of our correspondences for our wedding. He was very efficient in our discussions and provided great insight as to the amount of alcohol we would need. He was also flexible with the alcohol level we want. The delivery team was efficient. Will definitely use Prestige for future events -

Everything We Could Have Asked For
Prestige was terrific for our wedding! Straight forward pricing, they quickly put together a menu and quote for us, and even coordinated directly with our caterer to drop off and pick up, meaning there was no additional work for us. Prices were fair, and they picked up everything we didn’t use and bought it back, which saved us a ton of money. I can’t imagine doing liquor for a big event any other way, I highly recommend them for your wedding or event. -

Great experience!
Prestige Liquors was recommended to us as a preferred vendor by our venue The Brix and we couldn't believe how convenient it was to go through them for all of our alcohol! Originally we looked at a different venue and they used an in-house bartender/alcohol and the prices were crazy! But when The Brix told us about Prestige and we looked into how much money we would save, it was more than 1/2 the price per person! We worked with 11th Hour Bartending (strictly bartending service) to create our signature drinks and grocery list (that's another review) and then we just sent the list to Prestige and they called us to discuss quantities on certain items and made recommendations for us, then provided a draft of the invoice, which we later made changes to closer to the wedding and were so helpful in updating. The day after the wedding, they picked up all of the unopened alcohol and refunded us for everything that we didn't use and we received our check within 10 days after the wedding! Many of our friends had to buy the alcohol, bring it to the venue the day before and then pick everything up and return on their own. Working with Prestige was so convenient and I highly recommend them for your event! -

Prestige provided the alcohol for our wedding and they were great! Joseph gave us recommendations on what types/quantities of alcohol we should consider and was happy to let us make it our own with a few changes to his recommendations, even securing us a sale rate for our wedding because one of the products we selected was on sale when we placed our order. Prestige delivered the alcohol to the city for a small fee, and picked it up at the end of the night, returning any unopened bottles (and saving us a lot of money compared to other alcohol delivery companies). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -

Wonderful experience with Prestige Liquors, who were recommended by our venue Room 1520. They talked us through our ordering options and gave us personalized recommendations (especially useful for the wine). They also nailed our quantity needs spot on. They deliver, pick up, and give you a refund on anything you don't use. You can't beat that! -

I recently worked with Gary and Dillon for providing the liquor for my wedding, and the process was seamless!
I got married at a venue in the city, so I was unsure they would deliver that far away, but I called to ask, and they had no issues with the distance. The venue I got married at, and the caterers I worked with did not provide the liquor, but the caterers only provided the liquor license and bartenders. I know a lot of my friends generally use Binny's for their liquor because they deliver, and allow for a full refund of whatever was not used. I heard about Prestige from my venue, so I called just to inquire. Prestige not only allows for a full refund of whatever is not used, they also drop off, and pick up, at the end of your event! They also hold everything for you at their store, until you go back to settle the refund.
My initial phone call with Gary was great. We set up a time to meet up, and he gave me the larger details over the phone, so there were no surprises. When I got there, he walked me through the store, I told him what I wanted, he gave me suggestions, etc etc. A few days later, Dillon sends over a proposal of the costs of each item. I made a thousand changes, but Dillon had no issue with what I needed to change up. In the end, I made a payment over the phone, gave them the contact information of my venue, caterers, day of coordinator, and that was it. Everything was too easy!
After the wedding, I went back to the store, and everything that was opened was sealed and put to the side. They wrote down exactly what was not used, and I was issued a refund immediately.
Prestige, you guys could not have made this any easier! Thank you for making a stressed out bride a little less stressed out on her big day. Thank you! -

Will deliver everything you need! Ice, buckets, all booze and mixers, cups, etc. The best part about prestige is they take back any unopened product and cut you a check! Very nice people to work with. We will be working with them for our next event, whenever that may be! Their prices are reasonable too! -

We had a great experience utilizing Prestige to cater the alcohol for our wedding reception. The fee for delivery and end-of-night pickup was reasonable and totally worth it. We really valued the staff's expertise when it came to the brands and quantities of alcohol to order for our wedding guests - my husband and I are beer enthusiasts so they really filled in the gaps when it came to ordering wine and liquor. The one issue was that we still ran out of a few things only two hours into the reception and needed to have someone run out to restock some of the wine and liquor. Since they do so many weddings we didn't second guess their recommendations, but keep in mind it is worth over-ordering a bit just so this does not happen to you! They do have an excellent policy in which anything unopened comes back to the store for a full refund, so it's really risk-free to order more than you think you will need. Apart from that, the service was excellent and the total price came in less than expected. Would use them again in a heartbeat! -

Service with some disappointment
We booked Prestige's services for our wedding in early August. They were easy to work with in the beginning, promptly giving us our invoice and helping with liquor selection. We ran into issues on the day of our wedding. One of our coordinators contacted Prestige to check in about drop off times. Gary, the main contact for wedding alcohol services, claimed that we did not pay off the remainder of our invoice (even though we paid the remaining balance in early July). When trying to problem solve with Gary, our coordinators were not met with kindness or respect, but rather curtness on top of the insistence that we did not pay. We ended up having to put additional money down to guarantee delivery of the alcohol we ordered two hours before our ceremony began. After the wedding, we contacted Gary who eventually apologized for his error as he realized we did in fact pay off our invoice on time. Somehow our payment was not recorded or communicated to him. Our money was eventually refunded, though there was never recognition on Gary's part in the role he played in making the problem-solving process very stressful for us on our wedding day. There also was no clarity on how there was no follow-up on our "missing" payment prior to our wedding. A lot of this trouble could have been avoided with clearer communication among the staff at Prestige. While we are grateful they worked hard to fix all issues they caused, we are still disappointed in how the whole situation was handled. -

Inconsiderate employees/owner.
Terrible employees they stand in front making fun of the patrons. Avoid at all costs, not worth anyone's time with these complete Assholes. -
