Amazing wedding planner!
Patricia put together a wonderfully unforgettable wedding for us, and made the planning process and sourcing vendors in the post-covid wedding boom a breeze. We planned this wedding entirely remotely and didn't tour the venue beforehand or do any tastings, so we relied heavily on Patricia and she pulled through. After understanding our needs, wants, budget, and what we could go without, Patricia sourced lots of options for caterers, photographers, DJs, and all other details (we already had a venue, which she had worked with before). She had great recommendations that fit our theme and budget, and they all worked out fantastically on the wedding day! She also put together great ideas for details and took care of everything after running the ideas by us and incorporating our feedback. The wedding day itself ran seamlessly, and Patricia and her assistant took care of everything. We were absolutely blown away - it surpassed all expectations, which were high! We are so glad we could spend our big day enjoying ourselves and being with our family and friends, knowing with full confidence that Patricia would make sure the day went smoothly. We highly recommend Patricia! -

Patricia the Perfect
I hired Patricia to help as a day (month) of coordinator. She was able to be in touch with the venue and all the vendors to acquire insurance and to make sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when day of. We had a lot of different vendors including dancers, an aerialist, roulette table and live artist and she was able to put together the perfect timeline so things flowed smoothly and guests were able to enjoy each performance without feeling rushed. We had a rainy day so our ceremony had to be moved inside, Patricia was able to make the space so beautiful that you never even missed the courtyard space. The turnover of the room was incredible and the decor came out great, she exceeded my vision. At the end of the night she was able to quietly bring up all our flowers, gifts, and decor without waking my children or babysitter and left everything so organized. My husband and I were over the moon with how our day turned out and Patricia is who to thank for that. THANK YOU -

A delight to work with!
Patricia was a delight to work with on an absolutely gorgeous wedding by the sea in Rockport, MA. She was quick to respond to questions and helped us to navigate a few unexpected logistical challenges that came up on the day of the event. We are fresh off of our wedding weekend and couldn’t wait to write a review of Patricia’s services!
My fiancé and I opted for Patricia’s partial package which worked perfectly for us. We wanted to be involved in the process, but didn’t know where to begin with much of the process and knew we would be in need of the “day of” services. Hiring Patricia was one of the best decisions we could make! We are forever grateful for her industry expertise, sound decision making, recommendations, and overall ability to match my vision for such a special day. We were blown away as we entered into our ceremony and reception space to the timeless, airy feel we wanted and it made all the difference. Amazing Full-Service Planner!
When my fiancé and I got engaged, the one thing we agreed on was hiring a full planner. Patricia from P&P was highly recommended to us by a family friend, so we decided to take the plunge. From the moment we had our first conversation, all the way to our wedding day, we knew that we were in great hands. The level of support we received along the way with venue selection, vendor selection, design, and just your everyday anxieties of “how do I handle this family dynamic?”, was priceless. The process and day would not have gone this smoothly without Patricia’s guidance and friendship. -

Best decision we made for our wedding day
Hiring Patricia was truly the best decision we made in our wedding planning experience. She understood our vision immediately and was able to make it a reality. She was by our side every step of the way even coming coming with us to all of the vendor appointments. She also went above and beyond to nail down all of the details with us. My husband and I are super busy and she was able to take over all of the things that we didn't have the bandwidth to deal with. The day of, we didn't worry about a single detail and Patricia took care of everything. She integrated with our family and friends seamlessly and made sure that we were taken care of the entire night. It was truly perfect and it wouldnt have been possible without her! Excellent experience
As a caterer with over 35 years of experience, we have to say that Patricia is one of the most professional, courteous, pleasant and well organized planners we have worked with. As the primary liason between us and our mutual clients, the wedding couple, the process couldn't have been more seamless. Patricia's attention to detail, prompt follow-up and communication was great. And on day of, she and her team worked so wonderfully with our staff, you would have thought we had worked together for years. We would highly recommend her services. -

Amazing experience!
To sum it up, hiring Patricia as our wedding planner was easily the best money we spent. After seeing several friends and family members get married, my fiancé and I knew that we didn’t want to feel stressed throughout the planning process. Patricia quickly became much more than a planner. She was a great friend, a listening ear, a problem solver. I was constantly surprised at how calm her demeanor was, even when I was feeling anxious about all the decisions that had to be made. From Patricia finding our dream wedding venue, to assembling the most spot on vendor team, to designing our event; the value was unmatched. The day of our wedding I was blown away by how smoothly everything went. All of our vendors told us how she was the easiest planner to work with and how kind and professional she is. No surprise here. My husband and I joke that we need another event to plan so we can have her stay in our orbit. Thank you!! -

Absolutely Amazing!
Hiring Patricia was the best decision I made during wedding planning. I quickly realized that the vendor search was overwhelming and I needed help. I met with a few planners before deciding to go with Patricia. She seemed to best understand the vision I wanted for the wedding and is a rare combination of having both creativity and execution skillsets. She is so detail oriented, and helped with everything from finding the right venue, narrowing down and helping to select our 17 (!!) vendors, and the details I never would have thought of.
Our wedding was stunning, and I truly could not have had the wedding of my dreams without Patricia. Her attention to detail and hard work were evident in the 10months I worked with her. After every phone call, I felt so at ease, knowing that Patricia was always one step ahead of where I thought we should be in the planning process. Everything was perfect and that's thanks to her.

Fantastic day-of coordinator!
I loved working with Patricia! She was an absolutely fantastic day-of coordinator. We hosted our wedding at our family home and were nervous all the responsibility would fall onto us. Patricia was there to make sure the day went seamlessly. I was nervous some of the small details I planned would be missed but she was on every last one. Wedding of my Dreams
As a physician giving up control to anyone is hard but especially for our special day. Working with Patricia was wonderful. She truly listened to the vision we had for our wedding and ran with it. Her presentation of the details was always extremely timely and absolutely elegant and tasteful. And the day of the wedding she was like having a Fairy God Mother. If there were any disasters happening we knew nothing of it because she ran the day so professionally and delivered the wedding we had prayed, wished and dreamed of. We are looking forward to working with her again for a larger event next year! -

Patricia is amazing!
Patricia was such an amazing planner and coordinator for our big day! She presented us with several options for each vendor we needed, helped us compare pricing, and gave us guidance and recommendations when we weren’t sure on some things. She also did such an amazing job capturing our vision for the big day and designing the event, from band to dance floor to tableware.
Our wedding was in a backyard which added a number of complexities, and Patricia helped us work through them all. On wedding day, she took care of everything and made it painless and worry free for us, which allowed us to enjoy the whole experience and take in every moment.
We’d highly recommend Patricia for any wedding or major event. People are still raving about her and the event! -

Patricia made the day everything and more!
Without patricia I’m not sure how it all would have gotten done and come together. Patricia was excellent from the start. She found great vendors, gave lots of options and truly took the time to understand what we wanted.
Getting married in a backyard came with lots of challenges but that didn’t slow her down at all. She made it look effortless. She also designed the event which was flawless. Wouldn’t have known what to do without her!!! -

Hiring Patricia: I have said many times to my husband, family, and friends that hiring Patricia was one of my best wedding decisions. She was phenomenal. I had several calls with potential planners, and I felt like Patricia and I clicked. She has a delightful personality. She is always optimistic, happy and upbeat. It's very calming, as wedding planning can be stressful.
Wedding Planning: We planned a small, intimate destination wedding during COVID, so I had a lot of trust in Patricia. I fully believed that she could execute my vision, and she over delivered. She completed my site visits for me and was my eyes and ears. She absolutely went above and beyond in this area understanding the layout and design of the ceremony and reception I was planning from afar. There were so many moving pieces that having her provided so much peace of mind. Leading up to the wedding we chatted via phone, text and email. It was really nice to have that direct line of communication. After every phone call, I felt so comforted knowing that Patricia was so "on it." Patricia was always one step ahead anticipating problems to make sure everything was perfect. We were planning to bring our own portable speakers for music at our outside ceremony. After seeing the site, Patricia realized this was not going to work, put her thinking cap on, found a vendor and got a quote for me. I am forever thankful that Patricia made sure my music was saved that day. :)
Wedding Eve & Wedding Day: I talked to Patricia several times on the day before the wedding. She was just checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Again, keeping me calm knowing she was on it!
Wedding Day was absolutely perfect. Her timeline was a lifesaver for me, my family and our vendors. Everything went as planned as as scheduled. She was there throughout the entire day directing everything and making sure everything was setup to our liking. My husband, dad and best man are also very thankful she was there to help them with their boutonnières ;)
Overall, we had the most perfect wedding day, and I attribute a lot of that to Patricia and her services. -

Planning & design perfection!
Patricia of Prepped and Primped planned and designed my rehearsal dinner and wedding in Chatham, MA. The amount of coordination, communication, and creativity it requires to produce events as stunning, personal, and perfectly executed is beyond my comprehension.

Exceeded expectations!
Shaenna did an amazing job on my and my bridal party's makeup the day of my wedding! With all the craziness concerning COVID, I was beginning to doubt if I'd be able to get my makeup done, but Shaenna assured me it would all work out. She was extremely clean and careful with the whole process and she did an amazing job. She listened to me at my trial and created a beautiful and romantic look that I loved. On my wedding day, she listened to me explain how the makeup held up on my trial day and made adjustments to make sure everything turned out perfect! Shaenna is so talented and she did a spectacular job! I've never felt so beautiful in my life and my husband couldn't stop looking at me all day. I still felt like I looked like myself, but better! Seamless day-of-coordination
We hired Patricia for day-of-coordination for our September wedding and it was a great decision. Patricia was organized but relaxed throughout the entire process. She met us for an on-site meeting with our caterer and venue and took over all confirmations ahead of the wedding date, which allowed me to focus on other details. Patricia made sure everything went smoothly on the day-of and you barely noticed she was there! Highly recommend! -

Beautiful wedding makeup!
I’m so glad I found prepped and primped! Shaenna did such a good job on my wedding makeup and also my bridesmaids. She was so helpful when I decided to make some last minute changes to the look we decided on at my trial and was so flexible. My wedding makeup was absolutely flawless and Shaenna was so much fun to work with! Not only that but I’m pretty sure we finished ahead of schedule which I did not think would ever be possible. I hope there is a need for me to work with her again someday!! -

Patricia from Prepped and Primped was truly great to work with. We had her as a day of coordinator but she was a big help far before the actual wedding date. In the months leading up to our wedding she gave us advice and recommended awesome vendors that fit our budget and needs. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped us get all the vendor and personal schedules coordinated, kept detailed notes, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks - which as the date gets closer gets harder and harder for the bride and groom to do alone! We felt like we could really trust Patricia's judgment and advice - both in the planning process and on the day-of. We were so glad to have worked with her and appreciative of all her help!!! -

A+ Month of Wedding Planner!
We used Patricia as our month of wedding planner over the summer. Patricia was fantastic during the month prior to the wedding, helping me organize my thoughts, contact vendors, figure out what needed to be done/what I was missing, and overall just keeping me sane during the final hectic days. The day of was a blur but everything went off without a hitch and a big part was due to Patricia's organization. I was able to enjoy our entire wedding day without having to worry about who was doing what, and I would recommend Patricia to anyone looking to do the same! -

Shaenna is the sweetest! She went above and beyond! I'm not a everyday makeup person and she made me look absolutely stunning! She scheduled my trial the day of my bridal shower. She was so accomadating. She was on time ready to go. Even the hair stylist she uses was so professional and was on time ready to go as well! My bridal party loved her so much that my friend used her a few months later at her wedding! I highly recommend her!

Day-of-Coordinator Essential Team Player Even with Hotel Venue
It is all in the details and Patricia was right on top of everything from coordinating with the hotel and all the vendors--hair, make-up, florist, DJ to assure that all went smoothly (or was taken care of behind-the-scenes and kept from us!).
Bride and Groom live out-of-town so majority of planning was done by us--the Bride's parents. After all of our planning, it was great to turn over everything to Patricia and be able to enjoy every moment confident that she was the "go to" person and not me.
Great communication with Bride and Groom and both mothers prior to the wedding weekend with a clear understanding of our vision(s) resulted in a joyous and elegant event from start to finish! In addition to the wedding day, Patricia also assisted the Groom's mother with the Welcome Reception. Literally, she was with us til the very end of the evening and also made sure that the floral arrangements were all set for brunch the next morning--And that all items used in the ceremony and gifts were safely stored. Greatly appreciate her role in providing a great start to a beautiful marriage -

Review of Patricia Dupont's Professional Services
A. Patricia was hired for Event Planning Services for my son's Rehearsal Dinner at the UMASS Club in Downtown Boston on November 9, 2018.
B. Patricia provided some of her decor rentals for the rehearsal dinner. She met with me at my hotel and picked up decor items that I traveled with to be displayed at the dinner. She worked the entire event, set up the slide show that I provided and cleaned up afterwards.
C. Patricia was extremely cordial in performing all of the requests that I made, provided input with helpful suggestions leading up to the day of the rehearsal dinner and on the day of the wedding. Excellent coordinator, highly recommend
Patricia is lovely and worked diligently to make my daughter's day a success. One vendor never showed up and we were left scrambling to find tables, chairs, benches, bars. The Event Company in Gloucester were wonderful and came to our rescue. Patricia went out of her way to find linens for the high top tables. I think Patricia must have walked 10 miles that day covering all areas of the venue to ensure all needs were met. I definitely would encourage any bride getting married to work with Patricia, Prepped and Prime in Boston, Ma. -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patricia. I used her as my day-of-coordinator and cannot express how thankful I am to her. Everything about our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly. Without her I know my wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. Everything from our first phone conversation, to our meeting and emails Patricia was professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy I was able to really celebrate my wedding instead of stressing over dealing with the little things that she took care of. I booked Patricia as my day-of coordinator for my June wedding and it was a fantastic decision! She went above and beyond the role of a DOC and gave me many helpful suggestions leading up to the big day. She put me in contact with vendors who were also wonderful. She is super easy to reach, very organized, and a pleasure to work with. She works very well with all other vendors, but I loved that I could tell that she was ready to advocate for me if needed! I left a lot of decor decisions up to her as far as the ballroom went and she made great decisions, our room looked so beautiful. I highly recommend using her service on your wedding day!! -

Patricia was our day-of coordinator and she was incredible. I honestly don't think I (the bride) even had a good idea of what a day-of coordinator would do - more like an abstract idea that I didn't want my family or me to have to worry about ANYTHING the day of. And Patricia delivered! Throughout the day there were so many moments when I noticed her directing something, or organizing something, or taking care of something and thought to myself - "oh my god, the caterer/band/photographer would have been asking ME that if she wasn't there!" And then I'm sure there were many many other things she did that made the day go so smoothly I'm not aware of.
The only thing my husband and I did the day of our wedding was have a GREAT time and that is due to hiring Patricia. -

It is difficult for me to put into words who thankful I am that I got to work with Patricia as the Day of Coordinator for my wedding a few weeks ago! I initially started talking with Patricia after I had already booked her sister, Shaenna, to do the makeup for myself and my bridal party. I expressed that I was possibly interested in having a day of coordinator and after the initial phone conversation, I knew I had to work with Patricia! Following the initial phone conversation and in-person meeting, she provided us with an extremely comprehensive day of timeline, which was absolutely spot on. She reviewed our contracts with the other vendors and coordinated everything from arrival times to breakdown with them. We emailed and texted back and forth in the weeks leading up to the wedding and going into the day of, I felt confident that if any issues arose, Patricia would be able to handle them without involving me/stressing me out at all. Throughout the day of the wedding, it seemed like she was constantly in two places at once, but at the same time, she was completely unobtrusive and because she had asked me all of the relevant questions before the wedding, she was able to do everything without having to ask me how I wanted things done the day of. She was professional, kind, exceedingly competent, and I felt so relaxed throughout the day because I knew that she had everything under control. One of the best things was that at the end of the night, shea loaded all of the decor, gifts, etc. into her car and dropped them off at our hotel room, meaning that my husband and I could head straight to our after party without worrying about venue breakdown at all. Everything about our day ran so smoothly and I know that Patrica was an enormous part of that. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married and I would use her services again in a heartbeat! -

The best thing we could have done for our wedding was hire a wedding planner. We chose to skip the traditional venue and got married at a family friend’s estate instead. Seeing as it was going to be a tented wedding, we honestly did not know where to begin... that’s when a colleague gave us Patricia’s name. Patricia from Prepped & Primped could not have been a better fit for us. My fiancé and I had a rather short engagement, so we hired Patricia to plan in 9 months time. Not only did she recommend the BEST vendors, her design from presentation to execution couldn’t have been more spot on (not to mention all the details we would have never even thought about)!! We were so happy on the day, everything was beautiful and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Best of all, she is a genuinely nice, easygoing person (I feel the need to mention that because it was a stark contrast from planners we had met with prior to meeting Patricia). If 6 stars were an option... -

Hiring Patricia was one of the best decisions we could have made when planning our wedding. We hired her for day of coordination, and from the start Patricia was very professional, organized, and genuinely excited to help us with our wedding. We loved the flexibility of adding on extra consultation whenever we needed it, as well as the customized vendor referral service. Having Patricia there to communicate with vendors, oversee our timeline, and make sure everything was running smoothly, allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding and not worry about all the little things. We had some issues on the morning of the wedding due to delayed floral deliveries, and for a second I didn't think my reception would be decorated the way I had dreamed. Patricia showed up, rolled up her sleeves, and insisted I go start getting ready. When I entered our reception, I was just blown away. How she managed to make up for the lost time is beyond me! Patricia worked so hard to make our wedding go flawlessly, or if there were any flaws she took care of them without us even knowing. Having her there took so much stress off ourselves and our family, we know our day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if we hadn't had Patricia there to take over. The BEST decision we made during our wedding planning was hiring Patricia from Prepped & Primped! We are still saying we don't know how we could have pulled our wedding off so seamlessly without a month of planner. Our wedding took place on a beach with a non traditional wedding venue, meaning everything needed to be brought in & put in place. The minute I met Patricia, a huge weight was immediately lifted off of my shoulders, she is extremely calm, patient, understanding and detail oriented. Every single thing I told her, was put into place perfectly on our wedding day. I remember pulling into the venue & looking at everything in complete awe of how perfect she put together our ceremony & reception visions. When I explained (in GREAT detail) just how I wanted to look on my wedding day, not only did Shaenna intently listen, she made it come true! My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator; however it was THE BEST DECISION we made! Patricia helped to bring our vision to life and was receptive to the ideas we had, while providing us with direction from her vast experience. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to make our wedding day as stress free as possible. Patricia was the day of coordinator for my wedding this summer, but I feel like that title doesn't come close to summing up all that she did for me! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. She met with us to review what we wanted and also coordinated our rehearsal when our priest was unexpectedly absent. When the weather looked like a hurricane would hit the day of our wedding, she was quick to reassure me with a beautiful picture from a wedding she went to and talked me off a ledge. She dealt with so many difficult family members and my huge bridal party with both ease and professionalism. When some of my other vendors were challenging to work with, Patricia was able to get them in line and keep my day on the timeline we planned. She placed my veil when no one knew how and then glued my veil back together when it unexpectedly broke after my ceremony. She gave me so many creative ideas and executed on them flawlessly. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend Prepped and Primped's services to anyone. My only regret is not hiring her for wedding planning assistance too! -

Patricia was an absolute delight to work with from the beginning. We hired Patricia for our day of coordination as well as her design services. The qualities I most appreciated were her impeccable style and ability to match our laid-back attitude about wedding planning and to take our simple ideas for design and run with them. She has access to many unique rentals (vintage mirrors, teacups, crystal vases etc.) that really took the design up a notch; additionally, the prices at which her rentals are offered cannot be beat.
On the day of the wedding, I literally didn't have to worry about a single thing, as I knew Patricia was handling everything beautifully. There are so many details that you cannot possibly think about that need taken care of on the day of the wedding, and I believe having a day of coordinator is absolutely essential. While many vendors may have on-site catering coordinators, they will not be able to (or want to) take care of all of the small details. Patricia arrived several hours before the ceremony to make sure everything was being set-up as we had discussed, had provided an emergency kit in our bridal suite (that we used many times), ensured all of the bridal party and vendors were in place, took care of needs from our families and bridal party throughout the evening, and stayed until the very end. While we got to leave at midnight and head back to our hotel without any worries, Patricia stayed to collect our personal items, the top tier of our cake, and deliver final payments to all of the vendors. Later that week she kindly dropped off all of our remaining items (she even took the time to collect the faux silk flowers that the flower girl had used) and had wrapped the top tier of our cake in foil to prevent it from getting freezer burn. Overall, she is a absolute pleasure with whom to work and was one of the main reasons our wedding went off without a hitch.

I'm not sure where to begin with this review. After deciding that we would hire a day of coordinator we settled on a price point, looked at dozens of reviews for different business, and had several phone conversations, we decided to go with Patricia, from Prepped and Primped.
From the very beginning Patricia was extremely professional and put me at ease. We emailed back and forth for several months about details for the wedding. About a month prior we met in person and did a venue walk through. Not only was she eager to hear ideas of what we wanted, but she was so organized! After the walk through I felt very confident that she was going to make sure everything and everyone was in it's place on our wedding day. We emailed back and forth during the weeks leading up to the wedding, and I mean a lot. Every time I had a thought or I was panicking about something I would quickly email Patricia and she would get back to me super fast.
At the rehearsal, it was outside and extremely hot. We had a lot of friends from town that were in our bridal party so everyone was ready to chat and have some drinks. Patricia very pleasantly organized everyone in a timely manner and calmly explained how the day of was going to go down. She made sure we were able to practice several times and that she had everyone get in their cars on time to get to dinner.
On the day of our wedding, I arrived about 10 minutes before our ceremony, I almost cried. Everything and everyone was in its place! It happened to be a 93 degree day that day but Patricia did not break a sweat. When I walked into our reception area I could not believe that she set everything up exactly as I had been imagining it for the past one and a half years, just from my description. I could go on, but I'm out of space. I can't thank Patricia enough for being a huge part in making our wedding perfect. -

Shaenna is the best. She does amazing makeup work tailored to each person she's working on and is really receptive to direction and feedback. My makeup looked great and lasted the whole day. I can't say enough positive things about Shaenna! -

Not much to say besides...prefect! My makeup was perfect, as well as my bridal party's, mother and aunts. The trial was perfect and she did it even better on the wedding day. My makeup stayed all day and night, I only needed more lip gloss, which she gave me for touch ups. I purchased my makeup and the trip charge and the girls paid for their own, I didn't require them to have their makeup down. -

I could not have been more happy with my makeup. My makeup came out better then I ever could have imagined. Shi was amazing, she did my mother's, my mother-in-law's and my makeup. My bridal party was small and because of this she was also able to do our hair; and again I loved it. She was so nice and professional, very down to earth and easy to talk to. My partner and I hired Patricia for day-of-coordinating for our DIY intensive wedding. She was absolutely AMAZING! My partner and I both agree that this was the best money spent. Her prices were fantastic, she was incredibly organized and personable, and she dealt fantastically with the problems that arose the day of (bike race at our ceremony site that we didn't know of, uncooperative furniture rental vendors). I am not one that usually wears make up so I was definitely weary about getting it done for my wedding - I also tried 4 other salons before shaenna and she was the only one who got it on point! she matched my skin tone SOOO perfectly and made sure my make up was subtle enough so I didn't look like a clown!! Patricia showed her professionalism under fire. She had to make some fast decisions when the vendor for the tables and chairs, which was chosen by the client, showed up four hours late and was assembling the tables at the same time that the guests were arriving. She made the decision to move the cocktail hour to a different location in the venue out of the sight of the vendor setting up.
The guests never knew what was happening and the rest of the wedding went off as planned. -

Shaenna has done my makeup several times over the years and for other weddings I have been in as a bridesmaid. I knew I was going to have her do my makeup the moment I got engaged. First, Shaenna is extremely talented with makeup. She made me feel beautiful and flawless with the airbrush makeup. During my trial she was patient as I tried a few different styles to see what I felt most comfortable and beautiful in and really listened to what I wanted. On the day of the wedding we went with the style we had decided on during the trial but then I wanted my smokey eye a little bit lighter and she had no trouble adjusting to it. Most of my bridesmaids has no idea what they wanted to for makeup so she worked with their skin type and daily makeup styles to make them feel comfortable and beautiful for the entire day. Secondly, Shaenna is just a fun, cool chick to have around on the day of your wedding. She gets along so well with everyone and adds great energy to the getting ready process. I recommend Shaenna for all your makeup needs and know I will be calling her in the future as well. -

We used Prepped and Primped to help coordinate just the ceremony portion of our wedding. We specifically worked with Patricia who was absolutely fantastic. Our wedding took place in Boston, but my husband and I live in San Francisco. Despite the geographical distance, Patricia was always responsive to our emails and phone calls and was an overall dedicated, meticulous and thoughtful coordinator. The ceremony as far as we know, went without a hitch. Leading up to the wedding, she made sure that every aspect of the ceremony was covered -- from the aisle runner, to making sure all vendors who needed to get paid on the day of were going to be paid, and even having emergency kits and water available for my bridesmaids and me. For the rehearsal, she printed out schedules and contact information for the wedding party to make sure everyone involved knew what the heck was going on. If you're looking for a coordinator who is organized, considerate and conscientious, P&P is the one to use! -

Patricia was very helpful with making our event run smoothly without any worries. Our requests were met cheerfully and she considered our input and followed through so that our guests knew where they could park and where the ceremony would be held. Flowers, guestbook, and all our signs were taken to reception and we did not even know that all had been taken care of until dinner started.
It was great working with her and her timely responses made all the pre-ceremony things to do less stressful. -

I can't say enough good things about Patricia. She goes above and beyond what's expected, and of all the vendors we hired, I would say she is the one who provided the most value, and the one we would most verdantly recommend to someone else.
She is responsive and on-point with communications, she is thorough and detailed, and she goes above and beyond what's expected without asking. For example, we were originally going to have some of our friends set up the signage around the venue, but instead Patricia volunteered herself. When the flower vendor wanted to arrive early to setup, so did she. For the level of service she provides, she could charge a lot more. We were so happy with her that instead we gave her a 30% tip! -

I booked Patricia from Prepped and Primped for Partial Wedding Planning services. My wedding is not until next August, but she has been so attentive and available. When we have had phone conversations, e-mails, or in person meetings.. you would think this is the only thing going on in her life which has meant a great deal to me and my fiance because we wanted somebody personable who wasn't very intimidating to work with! I am so excited to continue planning with Patricia side by side over the next year. She is creative, and a nice combination of laid back personality but very on top of things at the same time! Made the wedding day go so smoothly!
We hired Patricia to be our day-of coordinator, but also wanted to add some extra services during the few months leading up to the wedding. Patricia was able to save us quite a bit of money on certain vendors and all of the vendors she chose were incredibly professional and worked perfectly for our needs. This was a second marriage for both of us and it was held in our backyard, so there were a million things to think about. Patricia made the entire day go so smoothly coordinating the timelines of the officiant, caterer, DJ and photographer so that we didn’t feel like we missed one minute of our amazing day. I felt like every single detail was handled without me even noticing anyone working around me. She made it all seamless and literally the most perfect wedding day we could have imagined! -

Best decision ever!
We recently had the privilege of working with Patricia for our wedding in June of 2023. When I say hiring her was the best decision we made for our entire wedding I mean it! She was calm, knowledgeable, accommodating, and such a breeze to work with. In the final weeks leading up the wedding she was the main reason I felt so at ease. Every time I spoke with her I just felt relaxed and like everything was taken care of! She sourced some of the best vendors for me which made the initial planning period so much less stressful. Her expertise and execution facilitating a full backyard tented wedding for 150 people built from the ground up was crucial! We had multiple guests comment that we did not miss a single step in the execution of our big day, and I attribute that to having Patricia and our incredible team of vendors!-

Excellent service from a wedding professional
Patricia helped us plan our wedding in Boston in a rapid timeframe (6 months). We live in Colorado, so having someone with boots on the ground in the Boston area was critical. She found us musicians, photographers, transportation, florists, and did a venue search and visit which helped us narrow down the chosen location. As the wedding day approached we were in frequent contact to hammer down details. Day of she handled a few unexpected issues with aplomb and calmness. We would not have changed anything about our special day. Patricia's help was paramount to the success of our wedding. We highly recommend her. -

Great vendor lists!
Patricia was overall great to work with. For the most part she was very responsive by email and I think the most helpful thing we got out of working with her was a short list of vendors that saved us a lot of time and also resulted in excellent vendors that we likely wouldn't have found/wouldn't have known about ourselves. The vendor recommendations she gave us were excellent and we were extremely happy with the photographer, band and florist, all of which were picked from short list she sent us. I also have to give her a special shout out for dealing well with stressed out parents on the day of the wedding (it very nearly rained during our outdoor ceremony). Only area to improve would be that when we had months before the wedding, she sometimes would say she was going to send us something (a quote, a list of vendors) by a certain date and then the self-imposed deadline would come and go without any word. I assume this was in part because at the time our wedding date was not imminent, but it would be helpful to have some communication about what's going on (even a note saying sorry, it's going to be another week). Other than that, we were very happy with Patricia and the services she provided (we did a partial planning package). I would recommend her to others. -

Patricia was indispensable, her vendor recommendations gold
We worked with Patricia, and used her "partial planning" package + day-of coordination. From the groom's perspective (i.e., mine), she was amazing. What we pulled off on our wedding day simply would not have been possible without her (and a whole team of others). Right off the bat I want to say that we are so happy we went with Prepped and Primped, and heartily recommend Patricia to anyone else considering her.
Regarding the partial planning: my biggest critique is that we were often given one timeline (in terms of when we would get a list of vendors and the like) and then deadlines would pass without receiving a list and there would be no indication when we might expect it. This repeatedly led to time-crunches for choosing a vendor when we finally did get a list. This was marginally frustrating since we could have more comfortably deliberated had the original timeline been honored.
Nevertheless, Patricia never let things to *too* delayed, and apart from a few times when we wish we had a little longer to sort through vendors and coordinate with parents, there we no meaningful consequences on the wedding day. Perhaps things may have been a little different had we done full, instead of partial, planning, or were working on a shorter timeline (we had 18 months to plan).
Regarding vendor list: AMAZING. Patricia clearly has done her homework, and is careful to include vendors spanning a range of prices. Every vendor that we got through Patricia did their part to transform the event into exactly what we wanted. The band, the florist, the photographer... truly amazing. Cannot recommend her more highly for this.
Regarding day-of coordination: Again, truly amazing. She kept things rolling smoothly behind the scenes. We couldn't really tell you whether anything went wrong behind the scenes, because it was always managed without needing to involve any of the wedding party. From our perspective, the day was perfect and went off without a hitch.
Plus, she had lots of great ideas for including our dog (who could not be there) on the name cards AND had some great decor suggestions that we followed an really helped to make the day special.

BPL wedding
I worked with Patricia for my wedding at the BPL, and I really appreciated her eye for design and strong sense of style.
