Great experience

I had a great experience with Premiere Couture- from the shopping experience, to the after-care (they mailed me congratulatory earrings and hosted fun free makeup classes for brides) and even mailed me a card the week of my wedding! Also, they have a great variety of price point dresses to make everyone look and feel like a queen. Thank you!!

Awesome Service!

I bought my dress from Premiere Couture about a year ago, and just had my wedding in September. The service in the store was fantastic. They really cared about what I was looking for in a dress, and they made me and the people who came with me feel so comfortable and welcome. The dress is beautiful and really added a great touch to the day.

Amazing personal shopping experience!

10/10 - highly recommend!

I got my wedding dress, headpiece, veil, custom jean jacket, Mother of the Bride dress, and Mother of the Groom dress from Premiere Couture.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing! I did the VIP experience on a Sunday and brought my family and friends and we had so much fun! They went above and beyond to make the day absolutely amazing. There was food, drinks, I got my makeup done, and personal pictures! It was such a memorable and positive experience.

Their dress selection was big too. It has a beautiful boutique vibe but yet they have so many dresses to pick from. I absolutely love the accessories they had too! My headpiece was my favorite! 😍 I also got a custom jean jacket which was perfect for the wedding (and bachelorette party too!). I got to pick the pearls on the jacket, shade of the material, font, what it said, and I even added the date of our wedding. I loved my jacket and I still wear it all the time!

My stylist was so amazing! She listened to everything I said I wanted. I love that you can browse the dresses yourself and that you have your own dressing room and then come out of the room so your guests can see your dress. I think having personal time with the dress before everyone gives their opinion is so awesome. I’ve been to other bridal shops where your guests are in the room with you while you change and I wasn’t a fan of that.

MOB and MOG dresses both came from them too. They both loved their dresses, thought the selection was good and their dresses arrived quickly too!

Overall my experience was outstanding! I’m so happy I did a one stop shop. It was wonderful to work with only one place to get everything we needed. I highly recommend Premiere Couture!

A dream come true with premiere couture!

Best experience I have ever had! 1st to get a surprise package in the mail (won’t say what it is as I don’t want to ruin it for others) that was super cute and so touching put a smile on my face. The communication from start to end is more than I can ask for. They asked me questions, as an example what my budget was that I prefer and let me tell you they did not disappoint me. They didn’t push me to get something more expensive at all which is the greatest feeling….I stayed at my budget and even had dresses lower than my budget that were stunning. They explained things to me about each dress from taking it in, to having to have it altered at the bottom and so on and I understood what they meant. They took their time to get to know me. They made me feel beautiful from the inside out and let me tell you I lack confidence in myself but I walked out that door that day with the biggest confidence and now can’t wait to be seen in my dress. FYI I never wear dresses, this is my 1st. Thank you Premiere Couture & Jerica for making my wedding dress experience the best I could ever ask for! And Thank You for helping my find my dream dress within my budget! I can’t wait until June, 25 2022 so I can looking stunning in my dress and share my pictures with you all! Best place ever…make your appts ladies they won’t disappoint you!

Perfect dress

Found the perfect dress for the big day, and after a small defect was found on the dress, they fixed it and got the dress to me the very next day!! Wonderful team to work with at Premier Couture!

Premiere Couture was a PREMIERE experience!!

Buying from Premiere Couture was an incredible experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful-- not only were my family and I accommodated during these difficult times, but I ended up buying earrings, my veil, AND my dress from Premiere. They communicated with me several times since I live out of state and got my dress to me ASAP. They also sent me several cards to congratulate me on getting married! I will recommend them over and over again. Thank you, Premiere!!

Over a year later, I can add to this review that my dress was amazing for the wedding day. It was absolutely perfect in every way. I'm so happy with this dress, its everything I could have wanted!

Helped me find my dream dress

The wonderful ladies at Premier Coutour were very helpful, informative, and assisted in every step to help me find my dream dress. The shop is cozy, not overwhelming, variety of dresses, and all very affordable. When I arrived for my appointment, they had a section ready for me and my bridal party, asked my style preferences, and brought me several styles to try on. After finding my prefect dress, they were great at keeping up with my while my dress was ordered. They were fantastic every step of the way!! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find their dream dress.

The only dress shop you will need to go to!

All the ladies were so helpful and extremely pleasant to work with! The energy in the shop is relaxing but energetic at the same time! I recommend their shop to anyone that asks every time because if I ever have to purchase another formal dress or wedding dress again I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great selection, calm atmosphere

I had a great experience with Premiere Couture. I had tried on a TON of dresses already and was feeling pretty confused about what I wanted. They had a great selection, made the shopping experience really laid-back, and listened to what I wanted. Marley was helping me and picked the dress that I ended up selecting. The ordering process was easy, they communicated well, and when my dress came in with a small smudge they worked to get it out. They also suggested a FANTASTIC tailor and have since helped me with bridesmaid dresses for other weddings. I got so many compliments on my own dress and would recommend Premiere to any bride!

They Saved My Wedding Dress!!

This is THE dress shop in the Madison/South Central WI area. If you are a bride, go here to experience the most personalized, kind, and gracious service of any shop within 80 miles of Madison.

Believe me, I went to 5 other shops before stopping here and completely fell in love with the service, selection of dresses, and kind owners and associates at this shop.

They listened to everything I said and made it very easy to find a dress that I loved within my price range--something I had a hard time doing at a lot of other shops!

What's more, when my dress came back from my tailor scuffed up and dirtied after alterations (the tailor wouldn't take responsibility and left me high and dry--yikes!), Mary Jo, out of the kindness of her heart, offered to take a look at my dress and see what they could do to clean it up. Mary Jo did an amazing job, and I couldn't have felt more beautiful and confident on my wedding day.

In short, go here if you want a dress shop that will go the extra mile to make you feel your best on your wedding day!

I had a such a great experience at Premiere Couture. The staff was so nice and helpful. They have a large selection of dresses to fit all budgets. As an added bonus you get a goody-bag when you purchase your dress and discounts on all future purchases. (I went back and got my jewelry there also). I highly recommend!

I found my dress at Premier Couture on Black Friday at their sample sale. It was only the second time I tried on dresses. I didn't expect to fall in love with a dress that day, but I couldn't leave the store without it. The staff went above and beyond to help me that day, they put me in probably a dozen dresses until I came back to the first one. The appointments were only 45 minutes long because of the special sale and they didn't have the veils on the sales floor but the consultant went to get one for me just so I had the whole look. I knew immediately that it was the right one. I am so thankful I choose a small local shop, where you're a person and not just a number!

Having worked with brides and wedding parties, as well as prom and special occasion dress needs for 39 years, I find that Premiere Couture consistently receives rave reviews, and I would highly recommend them for any special event. Everyone is treated with respect and kindness, and concern that they find the perfect dress for their special day. Having worked with the staff on in-store promotions, they are great to work with, and willing to help promote complimentary businesses and services in any way they can. I went to this store multiple times while searching for my wedding gown. I also went to numerous stores in the Madison area. They were always patient and very helpful with each of my visits & not pushy, which I appreciate. I loved the wedding dress that I chose from here & got so many compliments on it! I also got a really nice goody bag with my purchase, that made my decision to shop here really special. I highly recommend them & so happy to have done business with them!

Premiere Couture was the first and only bridal shop I visited. I had such an amazing experience finding my perfect dress. The staff are friendly, helpful, and passionate about their jobs. They even add a special personal touch by mailing a thank you card after your purchase and best wishes card for your upcoming wedding. I highly recommend them!

The best words I have are OMG! I went in to the shop not thinking I would find the dress because I wanted something that would need some customization. One of my bridesmaids lives out of state so I wanted her to be around for the dress finding fun. My consultant worked some serious magic! I am amazed how she just pulled dresses and listened to what I liked and disliked in each dress. She pulled a dress that on the hanger I hated but since she had been listened to everything I said I wanted in a dress and my budget price. She made me try on the dress and OH WOW once I saw myself in it I KNEW! It had everything I envisioned! I refused to take it off! Its the most amazing dress and I felt so gorgeous in it! The staff we so great in dealing with an indecisive picky bride. So happy I went to Premiere Couture! Can't wait for my dress to come in!

The ladies at Premiere Couture were amazing. Laura knew her stock so well and upon my brief, vague description pulled beautiful dresses that were exactly what I wanted. Premiere Couture was fantastic. We had plans at another bridal store for bridesmaids and last minute, despite communications, found out that store no longer had the designer we wanted. We contacted Premiere Couture- got on wait list. They came through with an appointment the same weekend we had planned! The experience there was great fun and the girls found and ordered the dresses! They were also great with billing adjustments. Would highly recommend.

I bought my wedding dress from the Premier Couture in Cambridge, Wisconsin. I bought the first dress that I tried on because of how knowledgeable the sales staff are. They really listened to my style and pulled dresses in my price range and in my style! I loved it so much that I recommended it to a friend and she also bought a dress from them :) It's also really cool you get a percentage off your accessories if you buy a dress on your first visit. I found the perfect pair of earrings from them to go with my perfect dress. I've never seen a wedding dress like the one I bought or the one my friend bought! :) Also, they have great recommendations on where to get your dress altered. Make sure to ask them about that!

My family and I loved Premiere Couture! It was our last stop of the day, but Sarah made us forget how tired we were and we had a truly enjoyable experience! I had wanted to find a dress that wasn't white (in any shade whatsoever), and we finally found the perfect dress that still felt bridal, but wasn't white, ivory, champagne, etc. Choosing a non-traditional dress also helped save a ton on cost, without sacrificing the look I was going for. We did not feel pressured to buy in any way, nor were we dismissed due to the fact that we weren't spending thousands of dollars on dress that would only be worn for one day. I could not have been happier with my dress shopping experience! I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any formal occasion!

Beautiful quality dresses at a great price! Plus a great shopping experience! At Premiere Couture you are free to browse through all the dresses so that you can find your perfect dress. We stopped here after looking at Vera's (where you couldn't really just look at the styles) and David's Bridal (where they don't like you to touch anything and the dresses just feel cheap). Premiere Couture was like a breath of fresh air compared to the other places. The dress styles are beautiful, fun, and made of quality material (I had a destination wedding and despite the flight my dress had minimal wrinkles). The staff is super helpful and friendly!

Premiere Couture is great. I had a really difficult time finding a wedding dress and went to this shop on a quick trip with my mom. The staff there are lovely and very patient. They don't pressure you to buy and let you take your time (and selfies) with the dresses. I ended up getting my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at the store and every visit was wonderful. This small boutique will make you feel like a big celebrity, I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

Premiere Couture was the BEST place that I went to for my dress. The girl that helped me (Sarah?) , Was amazing. She worked with all the girls that I had in the store and truly found the dress that fit my body style, and exactly what I was looking for. Although my budget was fairly small, the owner helped me with buying a dress off the rack to make over budget, not so big! I have shopped at premiere Couture many times for prom dresses, homecoming, and weddings. I absolutely love the unique styles of the dresses because the store sells each style dress to only 1 person from each school which makes your dress one of a kind for your area!

I went to quite a few stores before finally finding the dress at Premiere Couture. Everyone was so helpful and patient with my group. When I was hesitate on the dress due to the price, the owner worked out a deal with me so I was able to afford the dress of my dreams. They even stayed open a little late so that my bridesmaid to pick out their dresses. I am so happy that I decided to stop in to this boutique store!

I found my wedding dress on my first visit to this boutique. Everyone was very helpful and enthusiastic. It made shopping for my special day even more amazing. I even went back and purchased all of my bridesmaids dresses from them as well!

I found Premiere to be professional and down to earth with a great selection of dresses without being over whelming. Also the prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely go back if I had another dressy event to go to.

Premiere Couture was a wonderful place to buy a wedding dress. After a few minutes of talking about what I wanted in a dress they got right to work choosing dresses which fit my body style and the look I wanted. I tried on a number of great dresses and selected my dress the same day. Knowing your stock and what is flattering on different body shapes really made selecting my dress an enjoyable experience. I worried about many details ahead of the day, but I was sure of my dress!

Every moment I got to spend workig with all the amazing ladies over at Premier Couture was a dream come true. Having never tried on bridal dresses before Sarah was very willing to try on lots of styles with me. She listened to everthing I wanted and didn't and after pulling a handfull of dress and trying on only 6 or 7 of them we found the one! Even after I cried like a little girl, Sarah stuck with me and helped my mom and sister mull over our veil and taking picture of me in he dress for quite some time.
We also found the dress my sister and cousin would wear in the wedding that afternoon. Later that night we came back to the store with my cousin and aunt to show them the dress and have them try on the dress we found for her. Sarah graciously helped me back in my dress so they could see it on and put my cousin in what would be her maid of honor dress.
It was an easy order process and everything came in on time, even with ot short 7 month turn around. I cant thank Sarah, Laura and all the girls over at Premiere Couture for making my dress shopping experience the best anyone could ever ask for! :-)

Loved Premier Couture! We got so many compliments on the bridesmaid dresses. Laura was so easy to work with. We had two out of town bridesmaids and a pregnant bridesmaid and she was super flexible with dress fittings. They have an amazing collection. I have also gotten several cocktail dresses from Premier Couture that are very reasonable and stylish.

I do not normally fill out reviews and I never believe it when I see five out of five, but I honestly believe I could not have received better service from Premiere Couture. I called looking for a dress over the phone. I live across the country from them, but the wonderful woman on the phone gave me her full attention. I had a special request so she had to do some extra research before she could sell me the dress from afar. When she said she would call me back, I assumed it would take a while. She called me back within fifteen minutes and the dress was on the way that same hour. I felt I could trust them from my conversation on the phone and that I could trust them with my money-let's be real, wedding dresses are not a small purchase. You will not be mistaken to trust Premiere Couture with your business.

My bridesmaids and I worked with Callie, and she did a fantastic job. We started by just narrowing down the fabric and exact color that we all liked and then we worked on deciding if all the girls would wear different styles or the same style of dress. She did a great job facilitating everything and talking through all the choices. We had a great experience at Premiere Couture!

Rachael was great at helping me find the dress that was perfect for my wedding day. She was very accommodating to myself and the friends and family members that I had with me when trying on dresses. She was very patient, but also helped me from becoming overwhelmed.

Owner of shop was very welcoming and provided helpful feedback for the dresses I was trying on.

Plus the gift bag for purchasing my dress was a great touch. I still use many of the items today!

Everyone at Premiere was super friendly and helpful. I got my Bridesmaids dresses there (probably would have gotten my dress there also, but had already ordered it before knowing about Premiere). I went several times with different bridesmaids to look and try on dresses and each time everyone was so friendly. We also ordered their dresses while they were having a promotion and one of my bridesmaids won a gift card from them, which she graciously gave to me and I was able to find the perfect pearl bracelet and earrings there to match my necklace I had bought prior. I also had them order a tie for my 3 year old nephew to match the girls dresses and the "older" guys and it was all perfect. They emailed me dress prices and styles after each visit so I could look at them more online and decide and share with everyone prices etc. which I thought was awesome because I was really having a hard time deciding on which dress for the girls. Everything was awesome! Have gone back several times just to browse their special occasion dresses for different events.

Wonderful shop with great one-on-one consultation! I feel like I got a one of a kind dress that no one had ever seen before.
Only concern I had was the employee that helped the bridesmaids order dress sizes advised a couple of my girls to buy the wrong sizes. They ended up being too small which led to some un-needed stress for all of us. Bridesmaids dresses ALWAYS run small so be safe and order a size larger than you think.

The ladies at Premiere Couture were beyond helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Callie. I had already found my dream dress at another shop, but I wanted to try dresses on one last time at one last store just in case I passed up something amazing from a shop I had already heard great things about. I went in and immediately fell in love with the simplicity yet elegance of the shop, it was intimate and very welcoming! I tried on many dresses, Callie was patient, knowledgeable, professional but she also made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. She listened to me and my long stories and never once did I feel judged! It was also a breath of freah air not feeling like she was pushing for sales, she seemed more focused on getting to jnow me and my style and also had lots of laughs with my mom and sister! My daughter, daughter in Law , her maid of honor, and myself went to this cute little shop to look at wedding dresses. I really didn't think that we would find a dress on our first stop... but we did. Laura , the owner helped my daughter come up with the dress of her dreams. She liked the top of one and the bottom of another... so they put both dresses on her at the same time.... and we all cried! She looked amazing on her wedding day. Take the trip to this small town of Cambridge and check out this sweet shop, I promise you will not regret it!

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Premiere Couture and had a great experience. I was in the shop multiple times with different bridesmaids and each time the staff was very helpful. They were quick about getting a hold of me right when each dress came in and even helped with extra fabric ordering for one of my pregnant bridesmaids. I walked in not knowing anything about wedding dresses. Laura had pulled three dresses based on some cues that I had given her. I didn't even look at any other dresses after I saw the third dress; the perfect dress for me. You need to stop into Premiere Couture to find your perfect dress for every occasion. If you can't find time to stop, then you have to drive by to check out the fantastic window displays. Their window displays are the talk of the town.

I looked at several places for a wedding dress and found the most unique options at Premiere Couture. This was my second wedding and as an older bride I was looking for something a little different. I found a beautiful, elegant, sophisticated dress that was an extremely good price relative to all other wedding dresses I had seen. We also got all of the tuxedos for the wedding through Premiere Couture.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I even took my daughter back there for her prom dress.

I was very nervous about finding the "perfect" wedding dress. I went EVERYWHERE, including different states. I went to school in Madison, so I walked past Premiere daily. I always noticed the cute dresses inside of the window, but never stopped in. As soon as we got engaged, I made an appt with Laura. She was fantastic to work with. The moment I stepped into the store, I knew I would get my dress there. It was clean, organized, and they truly made me feel special. I got a truck show dress from Robert Bullock and it was hands down the best decision I made. I LOVED it so much. I received many compliments on my dress! I cannot express how much I loved it. The ladies at Premiere Couture were OUTSTANDING!! On my first visit, I tried on my dream dress and fell in love! I had seen it on their Facebook page and knew I needed to visit to see for myself. Although I didn't buy it on my first trip to the store, I was lucky enough to find out that a couple months later they were having a sample sale--wouldn't you know it, my dress was going to be a part of some wonderful savings! Becky was very helpful and remembered me from my first trip. She was very excited to see me and my family again and gave us excellent service.

I would highly recommend the short journey to Cambridge (20 minutes from Madison) because you never know, you could find your dream dress too! Be sure to make an appointment and bring your Bridesmaids to try on dresses too! Thanks ladies!!

From the moment we walked in and throughout our experience, my mom and I felt like we were having the true Parisian wedding gown boutique experience every woman dreams of when shopping for her gown. There were so many gorgeous gowns, including a wide array of very modern elegant wedding party attire. The staff fully respected my price point (which was rather modest) and suggested both a gown and beautifully complimenting veil that perfectly suited my vision, personality and figure. I loved my dress so much, as did everyone else at the wedding. I got so many compliments and people asking where I got my dress. Just amazing!

And while I was picking my dress, I couldn't have been happier with the service. All the dresses I tried on fit me wonderfully and were comfortable but my ultimate decision was perfect for me. I only had a couple months to get the dress done and altered before my wedding and they rushed it for no extra fee and I had plenty of time for alterations.

As with "couture" you will be paying more than David's Bridal but it was worth it to have a unique dress that nobody had seen before.

Because I had emailed information on the dress cut I was interested in, the shop was prepared with that style and other possibilities. She really listened to what I wanted and rolled with the different ideas that came up. She had a great handle on her inventory so she knew what dresses fit the price range and style.

My dress was made in USA, by a NY designer, it might be considered custom as we took the neck line of one dress style to the other. The shop was very professional in asking the designer if that change could be made and make sure all possible charges were known before making a decision.

Because I lived out of town, the store worked with me to have it shipped.

I had ideas for a wedding dress in mind but couldn't find anything remotely like it at any of the bridal stores I visited. One of the owners at Premiere Couture found a dress similar to what I was looking for, then contacted the designer to see if they could customize mine to make it exactly what I was looking for. The designer agreed and I loved my custom-made dress. The shop staff also worked with our wedding attendants - sizes 0, 8, and 26 - to find designers and dress styles that would look good on all of them. The service was exemplary!

Premiere had more sophisticated dresses than any other wedding dress store in my area. I wanted a short full dress and they offered me 4 choices! I also ordered a party dress and when it came in, it didn't fit right. They offered to exchange it for another dress in the store which worked out great.
I was very happy with my experience at Premiere and would recommend it as worth the drive.

Purchasing my wedding dress at Premiere Couture was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, and was very professional. My dress came in quickly and they even dropped it off at the seamstress for me!

I live 2.5 hours away from Premiere Bridal, but I still managed to make it down there a few times before making a decision. Premiere Couture was very flexible, even opening an hour early to fit with my schedule. When I finally went to purchase my dress, another one caught my eye, the consultant I was with stayed with me WELL past my appointment and did not pressure me at all to make a decision before I was ready. Everyone was very helpful and it was a nice laid back atmosphere, they seemed to bend over backwards to be accommodating. Their selection of bridal and bridesmaids dresses isn't huge, but what they do have is original and fabulous!

Great staff and beautiful dresses

Rosemary, Laura and Mary Jo were absolutely amazing when I went to the shop for the first time. I initially thought I was going to get my dress elsewhere, but I had the appointment with Premiere and decided to keep it and just look around, and good thing I did! Within 5 dresses I found "the one"! They listened to what I was looking for, but also took into account their knowledge on a dresses for body shape, their inventory, and the trunk sale they had that day and found me the perfect dress. They were accomodating, understanding of some of my parties lateness, knowledgeable and super kind. We ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses and my mother's dress there, and my MOH found her wedding dress as well! Couldn't be happier and will definitely return for formal wear!

Premiere Couture did a great job with my wedding dress and also the dresses for my bridesmaids. I was very pleased with how they helped with all. The dress that I ended up purchasing wasn't a dress that I had picked out myself but one that was picked out by Laura because she thought that I would like it. When I walked into the store each time I was greeted by my first name and it was a very personable experience. When the dresses did come it I felt the communication lacked a little bit. They stated that phone calls were made and phone calls were never received. In the end everyone received their dresses and we all got many compliments on them.

Everyone was so helpful and nice at Premiere Couture. The bridesmaids dresses I ended up picking out were gorgeous and the color & fabric turned out great as well. They looked amazing on my bridesmaids and I was overall very happy with the experience

The staff at Premiere Couture genuinely cares about each and every bride and I could really feel that every time I worked with them, whether it was a question about my dress, the fitting itself, etc. Great people with beautiful dresses!

Premiere Couture was so flexible with me! I did not even visit the store. I called about a particular dress and they ordered it for me in my size. They even had it shipped to my house. It was perfect!!

I worked with a girl on her third day working at Premiere Couture. You would have never guessed! She helped me design a dress that I loved and was so helpful when I was trying dresses on. I loved so many and they were beautiful!
