We had the pleasure of working with the amazing team over at Premier Party Rentals. Scott, Mandy and all of their staff are amazingly professional, courteous and their customer service is absolutely amazing! Being Wedding Photographer we get to deal with many vendors at an event but this company is truly one of the best. We cannot stop raving about them. Super Job! We used Premier Party and they were great! Super reasonable pricing and top notch service. We rented our tents, chairs, linens, dishes, silverware, chargers, glasses, easels, up lighting, and fans from them. I used premier party for my wedding rentals. We rented lighting, a bar, chavari chairs and table linens. Everything turned out beautiful. They arrived on time and worked with my wedding planner for times/details. They were very prompt with all email and phone communication. We needed chairs and table linens on short notice and we got what we wanted on time and at a reasonable price. Hated paying extra for same night pick up but glad we did it bc it was less stressful having to rely on someone else to be at the venue when the items needed to be picked up. I recently used Premier Party for my linens, white resin chairs, cocktail tables and market lighting. I would 100% recommend them for your rental needs. They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process, and their rental prices were incredibly reasonable (I shopped around, and let me just tell you, their lighting prices blew others out of the water). Scott and his team are seriously awesome. From our original meeting with them to the day of drop off and set up, they were very easy to work with and great and making my vision a reality. They had wonderful suggestions for the fall theme that we were going for and were very honest and forthcoming in order to help us stay within our budget. I get annoyed when vendors or salesmen will try to push products on you to make a little extra money, and Premier never at any point tried to push anything we didn't want, which was absolutely wonderful. They set up everything we asked and gave us detailed instructions on how to handle of the rest of it on our own, and brought everything days early!! We got a 40x60 tent, chairs, tables, linens, drink dispensers, fans, dance floor, string globe lights, podium, speaker system and wireless mic, and trashcans from them. We were beyond pleased with every single thing. They even came out to inspect our venue to make sure the tent would fit ahead of time. They promptly replied to every email (and there were several). They showed us the showrooms and demonstrated the speaker systems and mic ahead of time. They were NOT pushy to add things we did not want. They were completely on board with trying to save us money as much as possible (which was HUGE to us) (hanging our own lights vs having them hung, etc). They were exactly on time and always communicating about delivery times and pick-up.Sent on 10/11/2014

I rented the wine glasses, outside ceremony chairs, high top tables, and cake stand from Premier. They were so easy to deal with by email. I called told them what I needed, they sent me a quote and I rented everything in one day by email. The delivered everything on time, and set up the chairs exactly how I wanted them. This place is great! It is the best price in town for sure! We did a backyard wedding, at a friends lakehouse, so we had to rent EVERYTHING. I called them so many times to add things, and take things off, readjust head counts, and add more things, and they were patient and kind the whole time. They came out and set up our tent 2 days before the wedding giving us time to do extra set up. Then came out and took it down the day after the wedding. The place looked great! The staff was great! Prices good. Worked with us on drop off and pick up times. Everything came out great! They were a big help because we were trying to have a wedding reception at our house and didn't know how much we could fit. Got our gold Chivari chairs with ivory pads, and strings of lights from this vendor. Only bad thing I have to say about them, is that they accidentally charged my card an extra $1000 than what it was supposed to be charged for. They put an extra "0" after the correct number. They ended up writing me a check for $1000, to make everything all even, it was just a big inconvenience. They accommodated, and gave me a discount, which was very nice. chose premier party rentals as our exclusive rental company (Over 1000 dollars in rentals). They were awesome up until the day of the event. The delivery time was completely ignored. We were told that they will deliver at 11am. They delivered well before 10am. We were told that when it was delivered we will be shown how to work the projector and PA system and because they delivered it before time we were not shown how to use it. All of the rentals were scattered throughout the building. We could not find everything. We called Premier Party Rentals back to ask the "whereabouts" of a bar skirt and they came back.... awesome service there. However, what we were not told is that we will be charged a separate delivery fee for them returning because we had found it. I called and spoke with Scott to find out why I received an additional charge and he was completely rude. This could have been avoided if he had simply called and informed me that I would charged and the reasons why.....Sent on 04/19/2016

PREMIERE PARTY RENTAL truck parks across three HANDICAP PARKING SPACES at Lake Mirror
So May 19th, at about 4:40pm my husband and I went to Lake Mirror to participate in Community Day for the PokemonGo game.
We parked in the parking lot in front of the Magnolia Building.
Most parking spots were full, but there are 5 handicap parking spaces. As we were pulling into one I looked over at the other 4 handicap spaces and saw a delivery truck parked across 3 spaces!!!!
I went inside to find the driver to ask them to move.
I encountered the person in charge, wedding planner maybe.
When I told her there was a truck parked across the handicap parking spaces her first comment was, "Is it the restaurant truck?"
No, they were parked in the space marked delivery. I told her it was a Premier Party Rental truck, her next comment was, "They are just setting up a couple of chairs they will only be a few minutes!"
They had at least 75 chairs already set up with a lot more room to fill, so they had been parked there quite a while, with many more to go.
When I insisted that it's wrong no matter how long you are ILLEGALLY parked, the driver started for the door.
The driver started to complain asking what business is it of yours if you got a spot, if anyone else couldn't park they could do what I did and ask them to move.
I watched as he moved the truck, only to come back and find 2 trucks blocking 2 spaces instead of 3.
I started taking pictures as another driver started yelling and swearing at me. I suggested that the company might not approve of their behavior. He told me that his boss was the one swearing at me.
I called the company and left messages detailing everything expecting this family owned company to care what their employees were doing. I called almost a dozen times with no response from anyone.
