    Jennifer was a lifesaver!

    My mother suggested that we look for a day-of coordinator for our wedding because she lives out of town, and from the very first email with Premier Weddings, I knew we would be in good hands. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and professional. From how the bridesmaids should hold flowers and the most efficient entry and exit to the number of appetizers we needed, she was our go-to for just about everything in the months leading up to the wedding. We ran into several problems with our vendors, and Jennifer handled it all without breaking a sweat. Our wedding day was the most perfect day, and I know it’s because Jennifer was in the background making sure everything ran smoothly. I don’t know how we would’ve made it through the final days of wedding preparation without her! She’s absolutely phenomenal, and you won’t regret choosing Premier Weddings for your coordination. I only wish we’d had her with us every step of the way!

    We are beyond grateful to have had Premier Wedding Events help us with our wedding. From our first consultation to the final moments of the reception, Jennifer and her team went above and beyond in every way — truly heaven-sent! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our vision made our wedding day unforgettable.

    Pre-Wedding Coordination:
    We hired Jennifer just three months before our wedding as a day-of coordinator, but she quickly became so much more. She attended vendor meetings, helped us navigate contracts, and ensured every detail was perfectly in place. Her calm demeanor, expert advice, and seamless coordination gave us peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. As a Type-A planner, I was nervous about letting go, but Jennifer’s clear communication and dedication made it easy to trust her completely. She also provided us with excellent online planning tools that helped us stay on top of updates and any changes needed, keeping us organized and connected. Additionally, Jennifer provided a fantastic list of preferred vendors, which helped us find the perfect caterer to bring our vision to life with delicious Cajun food.

    Wedding Day Execution:
    On our wedding day, Jennifer and her assistant Andrea managed everything with grace and precision. With over 165 guests, we couldn’t have asked for better support. They coordinated with all vendors, kept the timeline on track, and handled any unexpected challenges, allowing us to fully enjoy our day. They also checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Our guests were so impressed by how smoothly everything went, and we received many compliments on how well-organized the event was. In fact, the day after our wedding, one of our friends who is getting married asked for their contact information!

    The Bittersweet Goodbye:
    As the wedding ended, I found myself feeling a bit sad — not just because the day was over, but because I truly enjoyed the three months leading up to the wedding and the entire planning process. Jennifer truly felt like family, and we will always cherish the experience.

    Professionalism and Patience: I went with a different wedding planner initially, and it was a horrible experience, so I made the hard decision to find another wedding planner within a few months before my wedding. Jennifer came highly recommended and from the moment my husband and I met her, we knew she was exactly what we needed. Jennifer patiently answered all our many questions, both during the planning process and in the days leading up to our wedding. Her expertise and professionalism made our day truly amazing. It was everything we wanted our wedding to be and more.

    Premier Weddings and Events was nothing other but AMAZING!!

    Mrs. Jennifer Tom was more than just our Day of Coordinator. She was a friend, pray partner and now she's family. Her professionalism was above and beyond. She is very transparent and straightforward when it comes to her services. My husband and I wedding journey started very rocky. We knew it was time to get some assistance. Mrs. Jennifer walked us through her services, throughout the process we had several meetings and updates, to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Nothing was over looked every detail was in place. She made sure all of our vendors services were aligned with our contact. Mrs. Jennifer understood that the day should be special.     Jennifer was a DREAM to work with.     Without reservation, I highly recommend Jennifer and her team at Premier Events to plan your events and make your dreams come true. It is my honor to recommend her to others who expect excellence for their events.

    Jennifer Tom is absolutely amazing! We contracted Jennifer for her full-service package. This means she was involved in planning our wedding for an entire year, leading up to the wedding ceremony and reception.

    You expect professional service, but Jennifer was that and more. She took us on 3-4 venue selection tours, she asked the questions we did not know to ask, advisor on our decor and floral decisions as we met with each vendor, she did a contract review on our behalf, and served as a liaison between us and the vendors. Jennifer was a life-saver in helping us get the Save The Date and Invitations in the mail. Jennifer even assisted with planning my daughter's bridal shower. Jennifer coordinated the planners from the venue, The Carriage House in Conroe, Tx. Indeed, it was extraordinary full-service planning.

    It was important to my daughter and I that the wedding be rustic glam, romantic, and an on-time start. We had to have strong communications. For the day of the wedding, I loved the timetable Jennifer prepared so that all wedding participants would know what to do and where to be by when. The wedding rehearsal always come with challenges, but that's why you have them! Jennifer lived up to her promise for day of the wedding -- it started on time. Jennifer also promised that as the mother of The Bride I would not have to lift a finger that day!

    Many, many thanks to Jennifer! My daughter's vision and happiness came true on the day she married her true love. Our friends and family enjoyed themselves and they are still calling to say how beautiful the wedding was. My daughter and now son-in-law were so happy and that's what mattered most!

    Wedding Review

    My now husband and I found Premier Wedding Events through a Houston bridal extravaganza and used them as our planner/coordinator for our dinner rehearsal and wedding. We worked with Jennifer, and if it weren’t for Jennifer, our wedding would not have been as seamless and amazing as it was. From the initial call up until the last minute of our wedding, Jennifer was professional, timely and extremely personable. Jennifer helped us every step of the way and really took a lot of stress we were experiencing since we planned our wedding outside of the state we live in.     Bride - Felicia Johnson

    My mom and I had a great experience working with Jennifer Tom of Premier Weddings and Events! We selected the Day of Coordinator Services (which included ceremony rehearsal coordination). This was a perfect fit for us because our venue was all inclusive; which the exception of a DJ, photo booth, and videographer. Three months ahead of our wedding date we began working with Jennifer on the details and timeline of our big day. She became the primary contact for my venue/vendors so that we did not have to worry about a thing. Jennifer was accessible outside of our check in meetings to answer any questions that my mom or I had; she’s very professional and personable. I was anxious throughout the process, but Jennifer took me by the hand and assured me that all will be okay - she’s got this! She communicated our needs on our behalf and she and her team executed the wedding day timeline from beginning to end. Our wedding day was beyond amazing!     Premier Weddings & Events provided exceptional service. Ms. Tom shared transparently and authentically shared her expertise with me in a manner that I could accept and appreciate. I was made to feel as if I was the only client. The planning for the event and day of event service truly exceeded my expections. Ms. Tom was observant, hands-on, and catered to every detail. The grand opening of Mega Beauty Supply was a huge success due to Ms. Tom's attentiveness. It's almost been a year ago and my guest are still raving about the event.

    Awesome Experience

    Jennifer did and amazing job on my wedding. We planned an intimate social with family in our backyard and it was nothing short of amazing. The decorations were beautiful and she made sure to take care of me so I didn’t have to lift a finger. The caterer she chose was also amazing and the drinks were on point. The evening was perfect!
    She has also coordinated my baby shower and it was equally as beautiful and amazing.

    Didn’t Lift A Finger

    I felt like a princess the entire time my wedding planning journey began. Every little detail (some that I would have never thought of) was taken care of. I got the wedding of my dreams and have a fun time planning actually!! Definitely Recommend. 10/10!

    Mrs. Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing. From day one she stayed on top of myself and the vendors to ensure my vision was brought to life. She attended meetings when I was unable to and was extremely patient with my indecisiveness.     Jennifer of Premier Weddings & Events is amazing! We acquired Jennifer's service for day or coordination for our wedding. This was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. During our initial meeting, Jennifer answered all of our questions about how things would flow during our wedding. She asked about things that never even crossed our mind but were vital on the day of our wedding. During our wedding and reception she delivered!!     Premier Events & Décor is absolutely the “go to” business for planning your next special event. Owner, Jennifer Tom is absolutely AMAZING!!!! From conception to execution, Jennifer takes care of EVERYTHING, so that you can enjoy your event. When I went to Jennifer to plan my daughter’s high school graduation party, all I had was a sketchy outline of what I wanted and no idea how to pull it off and bring everything together. Jennifer listened to me, filled in all of the gaps, and brought my vision to life. In her hands, my vision became an absolute DREAM COME TRUE!!!! On the day of the event, Jennifer completed the installation of all the decorations hours before our guests were scheduled to arrive.     Worth Every Penny

    I can't say enough about Jennifer. I hired her for a 50th celebration Party because I did not want to worry or work on the day of the event. No matter what obstacles we encountered before day of event Jennifer was on top of it and took care of it immediately. When she says she wants her customer to be happy and not worry she means it. She was here for every vendor set/up and tear down. All my guests were impressed with the party. I couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Jennifer!

    We reached out to Jennifer just a few weeks before my sister’s wedding, desperate for day or coordination help. It was THE BEST decision we ever made.     2019 Wedding

    Jennifer was a big help with the planning of the caterers and scheduling when people should arrive. She helped set up. It got a little hectic in between wedding and reception. We had to go off schedule a bit. The only thing I would say is she needed to be louder, when thing were happening, people couldn't hear what she was saying. All in all she was pleasant to work with. And one more thing, she had a sense of humor. That is important to me. Thanks Jennifer for a job well done.

    Superwoman

    I hired Jennifer as a month of coordinator, and she exceeded my expectations. We experienced some unfortunate hiccups, and she stepped right in, made some things happen, and has been there emotionally and physically through it ALL (well before her month time should have began). We absolutely could not have done this without her. This just isn't a job for her, she's actually passionate about what she does and calls it her ministry. I was sad to part ways with her as she felt like family throughout this time of working with her. You would be doing yourself a disservice if she isn't your coordinator in any event.

    Perfection!

    Mrs. Jennifer truly was a blessing during the process of planning our wedding! Everyone attending our wedding had nothing but great things to say about her. She was able to keep myself and my husband (groomzilla) happy without any hesitation. Even when there were a few hiccups with the wedding party showing up an hour late to rehearsal, myself being 30 min late to walk down the isle, or even the reception running an hour behind she was able to keep us all on track making everything go smoothly.     Destination Wedding

    The only words I have are WOW! Jennifer was super attentive and supportive throughout this entire process! I didn’t know where to start, but she helped me to plan the wedding of my dreams. I had a destination wedding, so I wasn’t able to see the venue before hand. She helped me choose a venue amongst all of the many other choices I had to make. Her attention to detail is unparalleled! The wedding started on time, and we had a very short window at the reception for pictures. She made sure their was a timeline, and we fit everything in so the pictures were AMAZING! At one point I motioned for my husband to come over during the reception, and she came over and said what do you need because I saw you motioning for something.     Want a stress free wedding day?!?

    If you have any doubts in hiring a wedding coordinator, I can tell you IT’S A MUST! We hired Jennifer for our wedding January 19, 2019. I met her at the open house my wedding venue was having. Right away, I could tell she is very knowledgeable in the wedding industry and has been doing this for many years. She assisted me in creating my ceremony and reception timeline. She also gave me draft that I could fill in additional information she needed. She also provided me with an AMAZINGGG wedding day checklist (SUCH A LIFE SAVER). At my wedding rehearsal, she was able to meet my wedding party, my husband’s and I immediate family. Which was great that she was able to put faces to the names prior to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, when I arrived to the venue not once did I look at a watch or questioned what we had to do next. I knew Jennifer had it under control.     Premier Events and Decor is the Shiz!

    Jennifer, from Premier Events and Decor, is a true pro, and her services were nothing short of excellent. Among the many qualities that define her as a top wedding coordinator, the qualities I most appreciated were her promptness, thoroughness, and her sincere care for the Bride and Groom.

    At the time when planning began, I was working two jobs, and orchestrating a wedding within 7-8 months seemed like an impossible feat. It is during such times that one learns the value of time, and I assure you that Jennifer will respect yours. Whether scheduling a meeting, returning a call, or replying to your email, she is prompt and ready to work with you. Rarely are you waiting on her.

    If you happen to be a Type-A person/perfectionist (like me...ahh!), you will appreciate her ability to make you feel less crazy--because sometimes, you just need someone to tell you that everything is going to be okay. Jennifer genuinely cares about you and the vision that you have for your big day. She is organized and triple checks everything. She will make your vision her vision too. She also cares enough to encourage you to be flexible because things can and may happen, but she will do what she can to ensure that everything runs smoothly (and that you actually get to eat)! My personal goal at the reception was just to be able to taste my food, and I did! I remember everything!

    Best of all, for me at least, was that she exuded confidence in her craft, which allowed me to feel at ease because I trusted in her ability to deliver. And delivered, she did! She loves what she does and it shows. It was a joy to work with her!

    Jennifer was a true professional! I cannot thank her enough for the amazing job she did on our wedding day and in the months leading up to it.     Let me start by saying, Jennifer was amazing... some chaos went down and she was so patient and calm about it that I had no idea what happened. She had everything under control! What I wanted, she made it happen! She was perfect. It was Jennifer’s first Vietnamese wedding and she was ready to learn about it and how to handle 450 guest! She was ready to take notes!     The execution of my wedding was flawless! Jennifer exceeded any and all expectations that I had for my big day. A year ago, my best friend was married and Jennifer was her wedding coordinator. I knew then that I would need her thoroughness, timeliness, and diligence to assist with the logistics of my dream wedding. Soon after my engagement, I was in contact with Jennifer where we met to discuss the many nuances of planning a wedding.     Jennifer was awesome! With only a couple of months to plan due to a short engagement, she made sure our vision for our wedding night came true. She was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. She was very organized and worked closely with us to plan out a schedule so that the momentum of the night flowed.     Jennifer is great in what she does and so easy to work with. She is very professional, very responsive, very flexible. She makes sure that everything will be perfect on your big day no matter what it takes. She made our program, stationary food selection and the table arrangements all last minute and they all came out beautiful.
    From the ceremony to the reception she pulled it off with flying colors without any worries on our part. For any couples out there that is looking for a stress free big day I would definitely recommend Jennifer and you won't regret your investment.

    My wedding was on September 30, 2017 so this review should have came sooner! Jennifer did sun h an amazing job coordinating my wedding! We had a tough crowd and she did her very best to make sure that everything that my husband and I had planned and requested was met. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I could not have ask for anything more!     Service at its best, professional, highly detailed, forward-thinking, amiable, diligent, practical, resourceful, practical, intuitive, and courteous are mere words that can't adequately describe the superior service my husband and I received from Premier Events & Decor. We retained the husband and wife team of Jennifer & Keith Tom to help create the wedding of our dreams. We weren't disappointed! The results far exceeded our vision and was executed without a hitch.

    Jennifer's expertise guided us to make wise decisions, which offered several options allowing us to stay true to our vision. We also retained Mr. Tom to sing for our ceremony. After his last song, many had tears in their eyes, including my own, due to the depth and passion by which it was executed. I consider myself very organized but wasn't prepared for the normal stress planning a wedding would take on one's emotions. We even had a mini-crisis 45 minutes before rehearsal. I called Jennifer, who remained calm, told me not to worry, and had a solution in less than 10 minutes. This was priceless to us and another attribute showing the care taken with clients.

    At almost a month of being married, the calls are still numerous saying how beautiful and expertly all was handled. We were on Cloud Nine that day, and much of that was due to Premier Events & Decor, the only call you need to make to plan your perfect event and much more.

    Thanks for helping create a day we shall never forget!

    I found Jennifer about six weeks prior to my event. She was able to execute a beautiful day of and helped me finalize all the details. I was in awe when I walked into the private dining area. Everything was fabulous!!!

    At first I thought I could do all of the planning myself. Quickly, I found that I needed help. Jennifer Tom was recommended and we were extremely pleased with our choice!     Jennifer was truly a pleasure to work with for our wedding. As our day of coordinator she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was accurate and precise. She did an incredible job organizing the rehearsal and managing our bridal party and family. Jennifer's warm personality made her feel like family throughout the whole process.     It's been almost a month that I got married and I have to say that hiring Jenniffer as my day-of-the-wedding coordinator was one of the best things I did. I still get so many compliments on how everything was perfect, beautiful, and how everything went smoothly and was sooo organized to the very last detail. My wedding reception was very DIY, as I'm very hands on, but I did not want to worry about anything on the actual day of wedding - so glad she was there. Jenniffer made sure that a month out we had all the contractors and plans lined up, and she helped make sure everything was in order before the wedding. She helped coordinate the arrival of the contractors, and organized the set up of all our DIY decorations, making sure to match our plans perfectly. I literally didn't have to worry about anything, she handled everything!! She was so organized, such a perfectionist, so professional, and detail oriented. And if there were any problems - I had no idea because she solved them and never bothered me to deal with them.

    As mentioned above, even before the wedding, she handled all the contractors, was very involved, offered suggestions to make things easier for me- honestly I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed at all. Her professionalism, pleasant nature, and detail oriented work are everything I looked for in a planner, I'm so glad I had her by my side!

    There are not enough words to express the love that Jennifer put into my event. I wanted to surprise my girlfriends this year on our annual trip to Destin, Florida with a lavish birthday brunch. I told Jennfier what I wanted, showed her a picture of the venue and she took it from there. No approvals of color or anything else and she made my event one to remember. Thanks Jennifer!

    First we would like to say that retaining Premier Events & Decor was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during our wedding journey. My husband and I pretty much planned our wedding ourselves, but about thirty days prior to our wedding date I started to feel a little anxiety, and over whelmed. Off impulse on a Thursday night at 11:00 pm I googled "wedding coordinators in Houston" and found Premier Events & Decor on Instagram and followed the stellar reviews on Wedding Wire. I set an appointment and booked her the following day. She is professional, smart, detailed oriented, and made me feel comfortable and calm. I knew we were in good trusted hands. Our wedding day was magical, amazing, and went perfectly as planned and visioned! Our wedding count was over 300 guest with different cultural backgrounds ranging from Nigerian, Jamaican and American, and Jennifer and her team was able to handle it ALL. I adore the professionalism and partnership Jennifer and her husband share. Our wedding ended at 1:30 am. Jennifer and her team stayed with us to the end. She is Amazing at what she does! I was blown away how Jennifer packed the entire venue away. We didn’t just hire a wedding coordinator, we gained a life time fairy god mother who will forever be a part of our lives.     Jennifer with Premier Events & Décor is amazing. I had a traditional Nigerian ceremony/Yoruba Engagement and a multicultural reception. Jennifer attended a family meeting in order to get to know my parents and their expectations. She really wanted to understand the process and traditions. She made calls on my behalf when I was looking for a cake stand just three days before the wedding. She and her assistant ensured things ran smoothly throughout the evening. I was able to truly enjoy my day. My parents were impressed especially when they saw her in her Ankara dress. I look forward to her planning my anniversary parties!!!!

    My experience working with Jennifer was beyond what I expected. I hired her for day of coordinating services, and she was great. She stayed on top of things and made sure we were on schedule with everything on the timeline. Even though I've never worked with another coordinator before since this is my first time getting married, I would without a doubt hire her again for other future events and parties. She's just that good! Some of my bridesmaids who are already married even commented on how organized and nice she was. my matron of honor said, 'i really like her. she's good experienced, professional. she was on point, easy to work with. she did everything you asked her to do. i feel like in the future if you ever need a coordinator for anything, she's good to put in the rolodex' i agree 110% and couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!

    I contracted Jennifer about a month and a half before my wedding because all of the details were beginning to be too much. She stepped in and essentially made my day perfect! I didn't stress for even a moment on my day. My husband even recognized what a great investment it was and so many of our family and friends sung high praises about her and her attention to every detail.     Jennifer was amazing and I know our day would not have gone as well as it did without her. She is organized, quick on her feet, calming and an incredible person to work with! Both she and her husband were a blessing! I highly recommend her, her work ethic is unmatched! We were blown away by her professionalism, attention to details, flexibility and prompt responses. She has a very good check list that she has built over the years based on lessons learned from previous events and that list definitely was needed for us. She had water ready for the groom at the altar as he requested and she packed all of our wedding belongings in a bin to give to someone to hold until we returned from our honeymoon.
