Courtney Sent on 04/15/2016Prado's is a very nice dress shop! All of their gowns are unique and gorgeous. The ladies were very helpful with helping me try on dresses. My dress had to be ordered and when it came in, they were again, incredibly helpful with helping me try it on and make sure it was perfect. I love my wedding dress and it's all thanks to Prados! -

They were extremely helpful and very flexible with my scheduling. They were able to help me find the dress of my dreams and even my accessories. They carry gorgeous and unique dresses any bride will love! -

Nicole Sent on 05/28/2015I had a beach wedding and needed a more low key style dress. They set me up with the most perfect dress, it was gorgeous, and I felt more beautiful than I ever have before! I bought the "Angelina Jolie" dress, as they called it :)
The staff is so friendly and helpful, I always felt welcomed and taken care of. -
User1848603 Sent on 10/06/2014They ordered the wrong dress the first time. But once they realized it they got the right one there in less than 2 weeks.. Which was good because the wrong one took 2 months! They were very nice and polite about the situation and handled it well! -
User987324 Sent on 10/23/2012I have purchased my dresses from this business since I was in high school. The owners and employees have always been kind and courteous to me and my family. They helped me find my dream dress and alterations were perfect! The dresses are a little pricey but they have the best selection of upscale wedding gowns in Chattanooga.

Peyton Sent on 09/15/2015Not fun. The customer service from the owner is terrible, he has an over-inflated ego and acts as if he is God's gift to wedding dresses. I had an August wedding but ordered my dress in November because from May through July I work 80+ hours a week and wanted to have it in and all but my final fitting done before then, which we explained when we put down the deposit. By February my dress still hadn't come in and I was told it wouldn't be in until June. It finally arrived at the end of May and I was able to go up for my first fitting at which I was told the seamstress would be. She wasn't. It needed to be taken in in several places and the owner placed a few pins and said between that and the measurements they had taken back in November, it would be perfect. I scheduled my final fitting for early Jul. About 2 weeks before the fitting, it was discovered that the pins and measurements had been lost, or something. It wasn't very clear. I was assured that when I came in for my final fitting, all would be made right and that they would hand deliver it to me if necessary as it was my last chance to get to Chattanooga before heading to FL for my wedding. When I got there and tried on the dress, it had all of a sudden shrunk several sizes and was way too tight in the bust, even though I had been told the bust had only been taken in ever so slightly. When I brought this up, the seamstress (the owner's wife) said that didn't sound right and we hadn't heard that from them. Then she proceeded to argue with me that my bust must have grown (I had lost 6 lbs) and that I was 1.5" bigger than my measurements (which I was told were lost). I had my single bridezilla moment and apologized for forgetting I'd had a boob job the day before and please just fix it! In the end, my MIL picked it up and brought it to me, it fit (they forgot the corset lace and I had to use military paracord) and it was gorgeous, but OMG what a nightmare!! They have a good selection, the end. -
User1574788 Sent on 04/02/2014DO NOT SHOP HERE! Terrible customer service. Dresses are priced high but are cheap quality. Not many wedding dresses (mostly Prom dresses) Very gaudy dresses. Store is dingy and dark. Heard staff complaining due to them always being short-staffed. Mr. Prado is extremely rude. In general, a terrible experience.
