Amazing NYE Wedding with Steve!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Orlando World Center Marriott on 12/31/20 and we heard from the event planners who work there that Steve was the best DJ and could keep a party going! As we worked with him, it became clear why he was rated so highly. We were planning a FL wedding from CA and he was so responsive, organized, and easy to work with. Also, he is a super interesting person and takes the time to share his background with you and genuinely get to know you. Steve arrived hours early to make sure the equipment worked properly and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flowed perfectly with him in charge. He played every "must-play" song on our list and with a smaller wedding of 60 people, he had 90% of the people on the dancefloor the entire time. If you are up in the air on your decision, please choose Steve! It was our best decision and we will be hiring him for any event we put on the future. We cannot thank him enough for making sure our New Year's Eve wedding was the best event possible!

Steve. Is. Amazing!!!!

Steve was absolutely without a doubt the best DJ we could have had at our wedding! He was such an outstanding person and was so easy going! I live out of state and he made it so easy to contact him with any questions or concerns we had leading up to the big day!
There are two things guests will remember most about your wedding: the food and THE MUSIC. This holds true to my guest! They all LOVED Steve and still talk about what a fun time he was! He really made our wedding reception a fun time we will always remember!

Steve was great too work with. Had patience with our busy schedule and made everything exactly how we wanted it. All the music we requested was played and very much more. The guests were on the dance floor 90% of the time the other 10% was in between meals and first dances. was a great experience with great music.

Knows how to get the people going!

Steve was selected to be our DJ by our wedding planner and boy he did not disappoint. We let Steve have his way with the music, we weren’t too picky, just wanted to have a good time and Steve was playing hit after hit. Our guests loved him and had an incredible time. There is nothing to stress over with Steve as your DJ.

Orchestra Prom

Every two years our orchestra travels to Orlando and we always hire Steve and Power Entertainment DJ Service to provide the music and lighting for our special Orchestra Prom! We have between 175-230 high schools students and chaperones at the event and Steve and his staff always help to make it a memorable experience!

Steve was fantastic!

Steve was awesome. We added him to our Disney wedding on short notice (after foolishly thinking we would make playlists) and he came through with flying colors. We gave him a general vibe with some samples of artists and the mix was beyond what we could have hoped for. He took real time, on site, information from us in terms of announcements, pacing etc and it all came off without a hitch.

Best Day Ever!

Steve was our fantastic DJ for our wedding in October! He promptly answered all of our questions throughout the planning process and our day wouldn't have been the same without him. Great energy, knew how to get the crowd dancing. We couldn't have asked for any better! Highly recommend!

A Perfect Disney Wedding

DJ Steve is an absolute blast to have and I am so glad we were able to book him as our first choice! He is professional, courteous to everyone, help everyone when selected or requested songs, and was all around blast to have! If anyone is thinking twice or not sure who to hire for their DJ, just book them and you will not be disappointed. Also if you are like us and not sure where to start with selections or anything, they give you a whole run down of the order of how things go, and it makes it easier and less stressful on both of you. Perfect Wedding Day

Larry was such an amazing DJ! We only had to meet with him once before our wedding to feel completely comfortable and prepared. He had a great website to help plan the music for the wedding! He listened to all of our requests and delivered beyond our expectations! We received sooo many compliments on the music from our guests as well! It was the prefect night!

You need to have steve at your wedding

We LOVE STEVE!
He was extremely reliable, understanding and was PERFECT for our wedding party. He had everyone on the dance floor the entire time! It was amazing. He was super understanding when we were late to turning in the music we wanted. He has the best spirit and clearly loves and really enjoys his craft! WE love him and would recommend him to ANYONE! 10/10 - So professional and so fun! What. a guy.

DJ Larry: What. A. Guy. He was probably our favorite person we dealt with at the entire wedding. The man is such a professional. SO nice, and so accommodating. He was able to make last minute changes (there weren't too many) and be flexible with us. Constantly kept us updated during the wedding on anything that we needed to be aware of, and asked for permission to start the next phase, or accommodate if we requested more time at whatever phase we were on. Great ability at DJing, and great personality. 10/10.

Great fun for all!

We hired DJ Steve for my wedding in September 2018, as he was highly recommended. About a month before the event, DJ Steve reached out and requested us to send him a list of songs both me and my husband liked, and also songs that we absolutely did not like. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. DJ Steve made the reception fun for guests of all ages. He definitely made the reception memorable and special. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced DJ.

Magical Wedding

My husband and I got married at Disney World this past December. Power Entertainment DJ was one of the DJs recommended to us through our Disney wedding planner. As someone who does not live in Florida, I was a little worried that I would not be able to meet our DJ until the day of our wedding. However, I had no reason to worry at all. DJ Steve reached out to us a couple of months before our wedding to start ironing out the details and to make sure that we had everything included at our reception. On our big day, Steve really got the party started! He kept all of our guests on the dance floor and made sure to play a variety of music that all ages could enjoy. I could not have been happier with our experience. I would highly recommend DJ Steve and Power Entertainment DJ for your next event!

DJ Larry was EXACTLY what we wanted in our wedding DJ

DJ Larry spent time with us, completely understood our vision and responded to all our requests. He made a custom clip of music for our entrance at our reception that put everyone in the mood to party! He even helped us with the music we used for our first dance, which we ask him to edit. At our wedding he was punctual, fun and professional. So glad DJ Larry was our man.

Great DJ with attention to detail and good energy!

Steve was booked for us through our Disney Fairytale Weddings planner, and he reached out separately to us on his own for announcement order, songs for First Dance, Cake Cutting etc., order of events, and song requests. I also ended up giving him a do not play list which he followed which was great. He was very friendly when we met and even added a few songs into the day that fit our personalities - we loved having the Star Wars Cantina theme playing during dinner at our reception, it was perfect!

A Beautiful Rainy Day Wedding

We loved working with Power Entertainment! Steve made it very easy for us to plan out our special day, and had great suggestions! Our wedding was an outdoor wedding and it rained all day. Steve and his team rolled seamlessly with the new timeline and last minute changes. They are very professional and made our rainy day in December a day that everyone will remember!

Steve was proffessional and fun.

As a wedding planner myself for the past 17 years, I have seen many many DJs. When it was time for my OWN WEDDING...there was only one choice and that was to ensure Steve/Power entertainment was there to keep the dance floor full! Steve brings a blend of professional and fun. He has taste, tact, class but he keeps it fun and energized! I used Power Entertainment for lighting and for DJ services and I was thrilled with both. They also provided the announcements, microphones for the speeches and kept us on track in terms of timing.

Larry is the Best DJ!

This was probably the easiest vendor to deal with for our Wedding. Never had a problem with them prior to the Wedding. They set up a portal for us, witch it was the easiest thing to pick up our songs. Larry was a phenomenal DJ!!! He play all the music we wanted and more. He played every requested song by any of my guest.

DJ Steve was an amazing DJ for our DisneyWorld wedding. He is very professional and friendly and even worked with my matron of honor secretly to help her with a few surprises for me including a rap toast and a flash mob, as well as with out best man to surprise my Husband with a groomsman dance. Steve set up a call to talk to DJ Larry to make sure we were completely comfortable before contracting, provided all of the insurance paperwork our venue required, and communicated by email promptly with all questions. Our event went fabulously and Larry is to thank! His prep with our bridal party prior to reception introductions and his check-ins with myself/husband throughout the night were greatly appreciated. His music choices were fantastic for both the dinner and party portions of the evening. Larry is not just a DJ, he is a fantastic emcee and party activator whose constant care gave a personal touch. We got married May 10 at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake and Larry was our DJ from Power Entertainment. At our first meeting, he explained his services and we were happy with the easy process on the company website of picking specific songs for special dances. We were able to pick songs we wanted played, songs we didn’t. It was easy and fun! Day of the wedding, Larry got our guests out on the dance floor. Everyone had a great time. Many friends and family have said this was one of the best weddings they had been to. A good part of that was because of Larry and his fabulous DJ skills!

Power Entertainment (Larry) was absolutely spot on with everything we envisioned a DJ could be for our wedding. From the up-lighting illuminating the mood and controlling the setting of the beautiful venue to the "Cocktail" hour music setting the guests up for the occasion. Larry was able to bring our ideas to life through his music choice and I could tell through the smiles on all our guests faces and ours as well, he did a magnificent job.

We also thought Larry's professionalism was amazing as his eyes literally never left ours. He knew exactly what we wanted through our body langue and new when to speed up the tempo and slow down at times. We received so many compliments the next day through family and friends on how amazing Larry did at our wedding. On a side note, Larry even would take a few moments to leave his "office" and ask us if we needed any drinks or addition food, that a lone made us feel Larry was there for "us" and that gave us that personal connections with Power Entertainment.

Steve was so wonderful to work with. He was selected through Disney Fairytale Weddings and we are thrilled they chose him. Larry did a great job for our wedding! He was very professional and very sweet and my family, friends and I had a great time! He was very flexible when we wanted to move around the order of things at the wedding and pretty much went with the flow. Services were very professional, I didn't have to worry about anything and I would hire them again for any event. :-) The photo booth was a hit! My family and friends loved it and created an nice "photo" guestbook for us after the event. It's definitely worth it to add the photo booth.

Steve (Power Entertainment DJ & Lighting Service) worked closely with my now-wife and I to plan an incredibly memorable wedding. We used his services not only for our reception, but for our ceremony and cocktail hour.

Steve was actively involved in our planning efforts, working us to ensure that all musical cues for our ceremony, the music for the cocktail hour (including some special themed audio cues) and the music for our reception were all on point! Our guests consistently shared with us how incredible of a job the DJ did to choose music that met the tastes of our large (175 person wedding) and varied audience--and we still receive this feedback weeks later!

I must also commend Steve for being so considerate and collaborative as he consistently communicated with our wedding photographers and videographers to ensure that as the evening's scheduled activities (toasts/speeches, cake cutting, etc...) were about to happened, that they were prepared and ready to be where they needed to in order to guarantee proper coverage.

Steve has been in this business for quite some time--he provided his services for my wife's sister's wedding as well as my own cousin's wedding. Those previous events alone were enough to sell my wife and I on his services. But I have also been fortunate enough to experience his work outside of weddings as well, attending several other local industry events that he has DJ'd... He simply is the best at what he does. He knows how to bring the party and keep it going until lights go out. My Daughter was married in October 2016. The DJ was DJ Danny from “Power Entertainment”. DJ Danny was AWESOME. I am still getting compliments from Family & Friends on the fantastic job he did at the wedding Reception and how much fun they had. DJ Danny was also the MC and did an exceptional job announcing the Wedding Party and each event during the Wedding Reception.

My Husband and I were worried about inappropriate music being played at the Reception that might offend the Wedding Guest. I quickly realized with DJ Danny my husband and I did not have to worry. DJ Danny was experienced in scanning the music to make sure this did not happen. What impressed me was how DJ Danny was able to read the crowd and played the music that kept everyone from the Teenagers to the Adults on the dance floor. It was such a pleasure seeing the Teenagers and the Adults on the dance floor at the same time. When they were not dancing they were singing along to the songs.

It was important to the Bride and Groom that their Guest enjoy the Reception and they did. It was a joy seeing their Family and Friends enjoying themselves in particularly on the dance floor.

If you are looking for a DJ for your Wedding Reception I highly recommend DJ Danny from “Power Entertainment.” DJ Danny was professional, responsive, and above all a fun DJ.

DJ Steve is the best! They did not only my music, but the gorgeous market lighting and chandelier over the dance floor for our reception and the photo booth!! DJ Steve really gets everyone up and ready to dance and he was able to get specific songs for us that were not very common. The lights.....oh the lights! They were breathtaking-there isn't much else to say about them! The photo booth was of course perfect-they provided props and someone to help operate it. At the end of the night we were given a scrap book with the photo booth pictures and notes from our guests and a thumb drive of all the pictures AND videos people left us. It was a fun surprise to look at after our wedding!! DJ Steve and power entertainment are the best way to go!

I am very particular when it comes to music, and my wife and I do have very different tastes.

Since music has always been big part of my life, I wanted to make sure that what we wanted was what we got. I spent the time responding to Steve with his questionnaires and surveys and provided him with a list of songs that we wanted to hear, what we wanted for specific parts of the evening, and some for background while events and activities were happening.

Too much thought went into it all and the day of the wedding as we were waiting to be announced, Steve came back to where we were to go over things. I told him at that moment since things were such a blur that I just wanted him to do what he did best and entertain us.

I was happy that even though we gave him free reign, I heard a majority of the songs that we both requested, threw in ones that matched perfectly with our tastes, but most importantly, got everyone involved and up on the dance floor to really enjoy the evening and have a great and memorable time.

We were very happy with the outcome, and glad that we took the time to go through the lists of DJ's that Disney suggested and chose him for our wedding.

We had a great time, everyone did for that matter and was really happy that he was able to even play some of the few obscure songs that mean a lot to me and thought that I would never hear.

It was great, so I cant thank him enough...

DJ Danny was professional, self-sufficient and a ton of fun! He DJ'd for our company Christmas party and helped with mc'ing the event. Danny gladly helped with announcements & games during our party. He played a wide range of music for our mixed group and played all requested songs.

Awesome DJ! Steve was the DJ for both my and my sisters wedding. He really knew how to read the crowd and get them on the dance floor! He also coordinated the timeline of the wedding and was very professional. Great quality and sound system. We also had uplifting that really helped set the mood. He arrived on time to setup. Highly recommend and so happy we chose this DJ!!!

We purchased a package through Weddings, Inc. which included DJ services from Power Entertainment. We are a lesbian couple, so we are happy to say that Power Entertainment is LGBT-friendly!

Our first point of contact was Steve, and our DJ was Danny. These guys are super professional and accommodating, but also a ton of fun to work with. We gave Danny a huge list of song requests and a schedule of how we wanted the night to pan out, and everything went super smoothly despite the fact that we went about everything so last minute. A few days before the wedding, we decided that we wanted market lighting at the venue. Steve booked it for us, Danny set it up on the day, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I was impressed with their ability to accommodate our last minute needs. I would definitely recommend them & book them for another event if I had the opportunity!

Our wedding was 11-16-2016
Steve was AWESOME !!!! He had everyone up dancing especially when he started playing freestyle !!!! We had an amazing time . Thanks again Steve !!! I would highly recommend him to anyone planning a Disney Wedding .

We had Steve as our DJ for our wedding and he was absolutely great! He was easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted for our playlist and added to it perfectly. The whole evening flowed great, and he kept the guests dancing and involved! And not only we as the bride and groom feel this way, but we've had people comment on how the music was a great blend for everyone and how good of a job he did. We would highly recommend him for anyone's special event.

DJ Steve was great to work with! Super nice guy! He has a great ability to read the crowd, and play music to get the dance floor packed! He also helped me set up a screen and projector to show cartoons for the kids. Very professional, and all around fun DJ! Definitely recommend him!
