Paulette is absolutely wonderful!

Paulette is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I used her for our wedding and cannot say enough about how great she was! Her attention to detail is incredible. When we met with her, my mom, husband, and I mentioned a lot of ideas but had no concrete vision for the flowers. Paulette listened attentively, took in everything we were saying, and created absolutely beautiful flower arrangements that were exactly what we were thinking. She even remembered me saying that snap dragons were my favorite flower because they reminded me of my grandmother and added that into all of the flower arrangements. Small details like those is what makes Paulette so wonderful to work with.

Paulette was the florist for my sister’s wedding a year and a half ago as well. My sister had a winter white wedding and I had a colorful spring wedding. Paulette created two incredible floral arrangements for two different weddings and captured exactly what everyone wanted for both events. Paulette’s personality is also so welcoming and caring. She puts her heart and soul into all of her projects and gives her clients her very best work. Since we have been working with her for almost two years, we feel like Paulette has become part of our family! We highly recommend using Paulette for any event. I know we will definitely be using her again!

We couldn't have been more thrilled by the personal experience we had working with Paulette at Posy. She was one of the kindest people we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process, and she was patient as we stumbled to have our vision for the evening come together. Her creative mind took over and she was able to make suggestions and guide us in the right direction. We had a New Year's Eve wedding and she decorated the room in a way that was absolutely perfect. The bridal bouquets also came together exactly as we hoped. Paulette was also very flexible. I was on out of town bride with a very demanding work schedule and did everything she could to accomodate calls whenever my schedule allowed. Following our wedding, my mom reached out to her again to do the florals for my sister's upcoming wedding. I highly recommend working with Paulette for your wedding floral needs!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Paulette during our wedding! She is a real gem, and her talent and honest enthusiasm are amazing. Paulette created gorgeous bouquets of greenery, boutonnieres of fresh herbs, and beautiful table centerpieces and decor to fit our minimal, modern-chic aesthetic perfectly. In addition, she designed and
created a very large, romantic installation of greenery that hung down from a wooden frame above us as the focal point at our intimate ceremony. I had a basic idea of the look and feeling I wanted to achieve, but didn't quite know how to make it happen. During our planning sessions, Paulette was full of great ideas and inspiration. She took my look that was centered on using lots of wild greenery with pops of deep red and ran with it, coming up with a plan to make everything happen and fit together just beautifully for a fall wedding. The end result exceeded my expectations and completely brought my vision to life. The feeling that her work evoked really filled the room with emotion and ambiance, and added so much beauty to our wedding. Our guests all wanted to know who we had worked with. I can't thank Paulette enough for being so creative and easy to work with - we didn't have to worry about a thing and our wedding would not have been the same without her!

Paulette is a wonderful florist and lovely person. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and our vision for our wedding flowers. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have been happier with each floral piece day-of. She had a lovely positive energy and you can tell a passion for her work. She provided detailed floral boards for our review, listened to our feedback and helped us work within our budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Posy to any bride and groom.

Paulette from Posy was fantastic to work with, and the flowers for our wedding day turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined! Paulette was incredibly respectful of our budget, which was something we were not used to after speaking with other local florists. We also had little knowledge of flowers and what would look nice together, and relied heavily on Paulette's advice and expertise. The flowers were just gorgeous, they matched perfectly with everything and Paulette and her team were there on time to help everyone with their bouquets and boutonnieres. I can't recommend her enough, she had the prettiest flowers, the best prices, and was great to work with throughout the process.

I loved Paulette!! She was one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and such a joy to work with. She paid attention to every detail and truly listened to what my fiance and I wanted for our wedding. She was so focused on our vision and making sure we got what we wanted. The flowers turn out beautiful!!! I absolutely loved my bouquet and the center pieces. I would definitely recommend Paulette!!

Paulette was such a joy to work with. She patiently listened to all our ideas and did a beautiful job creating our wedding flowers. There were even a few additional surprises we did not expect to get on our budget. Flowers that I had initially asked for that were not in my budget suddenly appeared in my bouquet. I have to say that Paulette is one of the nicest vendors we met. She has an attention to detail like no other, taking our vision and bringing it to life. The props she loaned along with the decor, spruced up the venue. Another thing to mention is the transparency of the contract. Apparently, her years in the business world has payed off. In the end what we got from Posy were beautiful flowers that made out wedding day just absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this vendor.

Paulette did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. She listened carefully to what we wanted, and created an absolutely gorgeous space for us to get married in - comfortably within our budget. In addition to flowers, she provided lanterns and (electric, as required by our venue) candles to decorate our ceremony space. Everyone agreed it was absolutely magical. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Paulette of Posy is one of the most warm and genuine individuals that I've ever met. She was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Paulette helped us come up with some really great centerpieces that our guests were gushing over. They were extremely tasteful and worked well with our personalities and the look/feel of the venue. The bouquets were wonderful and the non-traditional boutonnieres made of succulents/herbs were awesome. She also created a gorgeous archway for our ceremony. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the beautiful flowers that Posy provided for our day.

My husband and I were incredibly impressed with Paulette and would recommend Posy to any engaged couples. Paulette was very professional while still making the process of planning the flowers for our wedding very personal. I had a general idea of types of flowers and colors that I wanted going into my first meeting with Paulette, and she took my ideas and transformed them into exactly what I wanted for my wedding!

I cannot rave about Paulette and Posy enough. When I met her for a consultation, I knew instantly that I could trust her to help make my wedding beautiful! Her reception was so warm and she is clearly incredibly passionate about what she does. Her planning process is awesome - she comes up with a personalized idea board based on your suggestions, and even includes a flower chart to help you learn what you like. Additionally, she lets you borrow anything she already has at no charge. We borrowed candle holders, pillars, and lanterns for our ceremony and reception. Set up and removal were complete non-issues - she and her staff did everything, making my wedding day (and the week leading up to it) completely worry free. She was with me in the bridal ready room to hand out the ladies' bouquets and make sure everything looked perfect. Paulette is an amazing person and I am SO GLAD I found her!!

Working with Paulette was an absolute delight! I couldn't have wished for a better florist. She transformed my concepts and ideas into bouquets, boutonnieres and floral garlands that were exactly what I was looking for and 100 times as beautiful as I imagined they would be.

Paulette is AMAZING! She is so sweet and really takes the time to create the perfect bouquets for your wedding. It is obvious she really loves what she does! She also did a wonderful job decorating our ceremony and reception space for us. The work she did decorating our gazebo was beautiful! Paulette was a pleasure to work with! She created the most beautiful centerpieces and ceremony flowers for our wedding. She was open to everything I had to say and what she created was true to my vision. Paulette was extremely flexible, I changed and added quite a few elements and she was always quick to respond and incorporate the additions into my estimate. I absolutely LOVED working with Paulette at Posy (formerly the Urban Gypsy Flower Studio). I came to her with a few ideas I had about flowers and centerpieces and talked with her about the feel I was going for. She knew EXACTLY what I was thinking of, and did a fantastic job of making that happen! She was able to suggest a ton of options and ideas to fit our budget. I don't even have the words for how amazing my flowers were for my wedding and how the service was with Paulette. She brought my vision to life and added her own unique sense of style to the work. She gave our flowers a fresh, modern and yet rustic feel. That was exactly what I was going for. She was able to pull in all of my favorite flowers in an affordable way and get the color tones I really wanted. (I didn't want pinky-purples so she helped create a selection of flowers that were more blue-purple without hesitation.) I also appreciated her flexibility with keeping things in budget. By creating a "flower palette", I was able to see my different options and pick and choose what I wanted and what would fit in our price range.

You can see she really loves her work and wants to make each bride unique. Thank you 100 times over, Paulette!

Paulette from Urban Gypsy (now Posy) is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. From the moment I met her, I felt like she just wanted to help make my wedding beautiful, and that's what she did. She looked at my dress and created for me a bouquet that complemented it perfectly. The owner of The Urban Gypsy is AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about her and her business. She is very passionate bout the work and has amazing talents. When I first met with her she was very willing to work with my budget. I told her my visions and when I saw the flowers on my wedding day, it was more than I could have dreamed of. You can always have your dream not matter what price range. She not only did the flowers, but she put together my centerpieces as well. She even put more flowers places that we hadn't talked about! I just can't say enough. It was amazing! I would most DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone! She is better than your run of the mill flower shop I can guarantee it!

I do not even know where to start. Paulette creates the most creative, unique, and downright magical floral arrangements of anyone I have seen in my career as a wedding photographer. Her wonderful personality SHINES through her work. I could have said all of this BEFORE our wedding. After our wedding, it is hard for me to find the words to describe how MAGICAL her work was. The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres were even better than I imagined. But what really took my breath away were her choices of flowers for our centerpieces. When the caterers (and Paulette/her staff) flipped our venue from ceremony to reception, and we entered, everything literally took my breath away. It was MAGICAL. The colors, texture, and the personality of her choices of flowers were absolutely perfect. She took my vision and made it even better than I could have ever hoped for.

We are eternally grateful for all of her help, support, and love. She, along with her husband, son and lovely assistant are wonderful people. I recommend them to all of my clients, friends, and family and always will. THANK YOU PAULETTE for being a bright light in the world!

Paulette from Urban Gypsy Events did an amazing job with the flowers at our wedding. The bouquets were beautiful. We got tons of compliments on them. Paulette was easy to work with and responded to emails very quickly. She was also VERY organized and explained in detail exactly how things would be and what we were paying for. I cannot give enough praise and compliments to Paulette for all of the wonderful work she did for our wedding. Paulette is a saint and her patience and willingness to help was unlike anybody I worked with. She was so sweet, positive, always willing to help and always happy (even when I'm SURE I was frustrating to her). She did an excellent job at communicating deliverables and managing expectations. Paulette and Posy Floral was so much fun to work with for our wedding day at Clear Story Studio this spring! Paulette worked with all our vendors at Clear Story to bring to beauty and warmth to our wedding venue. She worked with all the unique decor items from Vintage Alley to bring pops color throughout the space, tablescapes and in our various lounges. Paulette took the time to get to know us as a couple throughout the planning process, which allowed her to know just want we wanted for our big day! During one of our last meetings before the ceremony, she helped to bring together wall decor as a focal point for our ceremony at the venue - she helped to think of all the details and the last minute changes didn't phase her at all! Although we didn't plan on boutonnieres and corsages for our family, she brought extras on the wedding day, so everyone was included! Happy wedding planning!!

Paulette is the owner/head florist at Posy and I can't rave enough about her. You will be hard pressed to meet a more down-to-earth, warm, generous and enthusiastic individual. She spent 2.5 hours with me the first time we met in order to understand every tiny detail of my vision for our wedding flowers and truly made an effort to get to know me in the process. The flowers were extremely important to me and I had already been down a very frustrating, disheartening, and negative road with our initial florist (Bill Chisnell Productions)...so I was initially nervous about working with Posy. Immediately upon meeting Paulette however, my apprehension disappeared. She also did the flowers for my Bridal Shower and I received so many compliments about how gorgeous they were that I could NOT wait to see what our wedding flowers looked like. I was blown away at how beautiful they were. She listened to my requests and translated them PERFECTLY. They were truly exactly what I had envisioned. If you're looking for a highly responsive, organized, professional, enthusiastic, and honest florist with top quality product (flowers, vases, stands, etc.) then I highly recommend Posy. I am so happy we chose Paulette! My only 'qualm' (and it's a small one)...is that my bridal bouquet was slightly smaller than I expected and one of the roses in it was loose/drooping upon arrival. At the end of the day though, all of the other flowers were simply gorgeous.

Paulette is the sweetest woman. She is just a lovely person to work with and you can feel that she cares and is passionate about what she does. I wanted to mainly have succulents for my flowers/decor and she was very open to that. The decor for my ceremony space was great - she created a perfect layout at the alter for us to get married in front of. Paulette helped us with advice and even a ride when we needed one. These people are total sweethearts who do beautiful flowers. Would recommend for sure!!

Paulette is so sweet and extremely creative. Her shop in Polish Hill is a beautiful little time capsule. I didn't even meet with another florist because I loved her work so much. I actually didn't even push for an estimate up front because I wanted her to do the flowers for my wedding. I gave her some ideas for color and flowers and she created the most beautiful pieces. My bouquet was out of this world with the colors and texture - mini roses, high and low roses, coxcomb, ranunculous, dahlias in purples and oranges. Seriously, it was so gorgeous I almost cried.

I didn't want every centerpiece to be the same and Paulette created unique pieces for each table using a mix of the same flowers. We had barnwood boxes and mason jars on wood slices. My fall wedding was gorgeous. Paulette and her husband helped with set-up and spider removal.

I can't speak to how Paulette's cost compares to others because I did not consult with another florist. I was so happy with what she created that the cost didn't really matter.

Paulette from Posy was incredibly easy to work with and has a great eye for creating interesting and beautiful centerpieces. She was able to incorporate her own antique pieces throughout the floral decorations to match my 1920s themed wedding. Paulette's pricing is very reasonable for what she offers and she was understanding of our budget. My only issue with her service was the flowers she put up for our ceremony pergola decoration. There were supposed to be different flowers and vinery wrapped around the pergola but by the time the ceremony started, much of the flowers and vines were wilted and dying. They unfortunately spoiled some of our ceremony photographs and I wish we didn't have them up. But other than that, our bouquets and the floral decorations throughout the reception were beautiful.

This florist, Posy, is a joke. While Paulette is a sweet lady, she does not know how to run a business and keep track of anything. she takes forever to respond to e-mails and constantly had "personal issues" going on throughout our entire 1 1/2 year experience with her that definately got in the way of her business. She completely messed up the centerpieces for our reception and started crying at my wedding when we mentioned they were NOT what we had discussed in our previous meetings. Not professional at all. Also, her husband jammed his phone into my face as my now-husband and I were taking wedding portraits outside the mansions. I asked him who he was and he grunted “its for posy”. Totally rude and unprofessional- we were shocked!! Furthermore, Posy threw away all of our flowers (INCLUDING MY BRIDAL BOUQUET!!!) after our wedding. We had told Posy that we wanted to keep our flowers, we have contacted her after the wedding but she will not respond to us (still! It has been a month now). We engaged the Mansion at Maple Heights (you have to use Posy if you have a reception there) for help with contacting her but they won’t help us with anything now that our event is over and they are paid. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.
