Beautiful venue and outstanding staff

From the moment we first saw Postlewaitt’s Country Wedding Venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our July wedding. The setting was the ideal blend of rustic charm and elegant country chic. Our ceremony took place under the trees, nestled between the fields and vineyards—a truly magical backdrop. One of their cows even joined in to “approve” our vows, which made the moment unforgettable and so uniquely Postlewaitt’s.

Cocktail hour near the ceremony site was serene and inviting, giving guests the perfect opportunity to mingle and enjoy the scenery. The reception in the barn was just as wonderful—the roll-up doors created an easy flow between indoors and outdoors, exactly the atmosphere we envisioned. The farm tables and antique mismatched plates available through the venue were absolutely perfect, adding so much character and completing the warm, inviting atmosphere we were looking for.

Our guests continue to compliment the venue and its idyllic setting. The view of Mt. Hood in the background left a lasting impression and made the day feel even more special.

Jacqueline was a joy to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready with great suggestions. Her recommendation to partner with Carpe Diem Wedding Planning was the icing on the cake and made everything run smoothly.

I wouldn’t change a single thing about our day. We would choose Postlewaitt’s again and again and recommend it wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a stunning venue and a team that truly cares.

Gorgeous venue!

We had a family friend renew their vows at Postlewaits and was recommended to us for our wedding. This venue is so gorgeous! Country, rustic winery vibes at best! Once we toured this venue we knew we had to have our special day here❤️ Jackie was great to work with as well! Family owned venue and you can tell how much they care about the property, very well taken care of!

Dream Location & Best Customer Service

I can't say enough good things about Postlewait's! The location is beautiful, the barn and outside spots made for a perfect wedding. Working with their staff to plan the wedding was the easiest part of our wedding planning. Friendly, professional, and very responsive to your needs. Plus, their Whiskey Hill Winery is just an added bonus, we love their wine and Chris who runs the tasting room. Highly recommend checking this place out, I imagine you will fall in love with it just as we did.

Beautiful and great communication

We didn’t need much more decor for our wedding because the venue was so beautiful by itself. The communication with them was great. They had all the tables and chairs set up before we even got there at 10 am. All we had to do was put the centerpieces and small little decors on the tables and around the room.

What a beautiful venue! We can not say enough on how amazing of an atmosphere this place creates for your wedding day. It is very well kept and looked amazing on our wedding day! With multiple options for the ceremony and reception you really can make this venue fit to any ideas you have for how you want your wedding day to look!

The prettiest venue for indoor or outdoor wedding

I got married here in April so our entire wedding was held inside but we were able to take our bridal party/family photos outside. This venue has many outside locations for weddings (if you get married in months that will allow that) but the inside venue is so pretty on its own. I don't feel like I missed out on anything with having an only indoor wedding. There is the perfect amount of room to give everyone their space but also to make sure no one misses any part of the big day. I would choose this venue over and over. Also, they are very communicative and will help you with any questions you have and will help you figure out your vision and will make sure it comes true.

The perfect Oregon wedding location

Incredibly beautiful location. Meticulous landscaping and gorgeous views of mt hood, grape vines and even cattle.
Not only is the venue amazing, the people working here are top notch. We had a pretty clear vision for our wedding and they helped to make everything, from the table settings to the band set up, even better than we could have imagined.
Can’t recommend Postlewait’s enough.

Amazing, with the support a bride desires!

I absolutely love the Postlewait venue. Two of our children were married there, and another held a reception there. The recent upgrades are elegant, tasteful, and gorgeous, while still maintaining the country wedding experience that is sought after by brides and families. Postlewait’s is a five star country wedding venue!!!

Postlethwait's cares!!!
The entire team from: venue, planning, flowers, and photography cared about making our dream wedding come true! The flowers were overwhelmingly beautiful. We supplied most of our own vases we wanted used, they coordinated and built the flowers inside! I also asked if they could save a few to put on our cake when it showed up for the reception. They not only saved a few, but arranged them on the cake. The venue was perfectly arranged for our ceremony, reception, and dancing!
The venue coordinator cared so much about my dream of a log wall with candles lit she built it herself! I think I still owe her a manicure for it ;)
Needless to say, whatever they can do for you, they will!!!!!!
20/10 would absolutely repeat my wedding day at this location!!!

Stunning Venue!

I think the title says it all! This place is stunning, and the folks running it are friendly, warm, and very receptive to what our vision was. Our entire wedding day, people kept trying us what a good choice we'd made in booking with Postlewait's.

Highly Recommend

Postlewait's was the third venue my husband and I looked at when trying to decide where to get married, and as soon as we got there I knew it was the one. The barn for receptions is beautiful and I loved that they had large doors that opened for our Summer wedding. They offer multiple spots to choose from when deciding on a ceremony location as well. Jacqueline and family keep the grounds perfect, including flowers which meant we really didn't need much decor in order for our wedding to be beautiful. I highly recommend this venue and hiring their suggested coordinator & DJ service, Carpe Diem Wedding and Events.

They exceeded my expectations!

I toured quite a few venues before I saw Postlewait's, but the second I found them on The Knot, I knew they had to be my venue. Touring their grounds for the first time was an absolute dream and Jacqueline is such a sweetheart. She is so helpful and responsive. If you are looking for an outdoor, farm-style, barn wedding with beautiful Oregon views then look no further. I was pleased with all the outdoor locations that were available for our ceremony.

We had originally planned to have our reception inside the barn, but Jacqueline informed us that it would be nicer to have it outdoors with more air flow since it was supposed to be warm that day. I greatly appreciate her reaching out to me about the heat! My guests were very pleased with the outdoor reception since it was in the shade. I could go on and on about the venue, but I just recommend that you visit it for yourself. The grounds are wonderful and the family is even better.

Would Recommen!

My wife and I would highly recommend Postlewaits as a venue for any wedding! The indoor and outdoor space are both stunningly beautiful, with the large barn area a perfect mix of rustic but still modern feeling and up to date. The outdoor space is large and offers multiple areas for a ceremony, giving the opportunity for us to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, dancing, and photos all outside in different areas! The space offers amazing views of Mt. Hood on good weather days, which our out-of-town guests also loved. The venue also had two separate getting ready areas, which made things very convenient the day of the wedding. We got ready, had hair and makeup services, and took getting ready photos there. The getting ready rooms were large and perfect for our wedding party to come and get ready / relax before the wedding.

Working with the venue was extremely easy – we worked with Jacqueline and always had extremely prompt and organized responses when planning, and as such had no surprises on the day off. The venue allowed us to bring in outside catering and bring our own alcohol, which was perfect for us, as we had a specific vision of what food we wanted and wanted to keep costs down for alcohol. Allowing us to bring our own alcohol brought out total alcohol costs down significantly, a fraction of what most venues were asking for. The only thing to be aware of is that the venue is in a remote location (45 minutes from PDX) so we arranged shuttle buses for guests at the end of the night so there wasn’t a rush for Ubers, but this was limited in it’s impact and actually made the ending of the night more fun as it gave us more time to spend together!

Postlewaits also offers a large rental inventory selection which made things very easy for us, to just work with one contact. We rented tables (round and rectangular farm tables), all linens, plates and flatware (they offer very cool mismatched vintage plates as an option, which added a nice touch), and all drinkware.

When we spoke with our guests, they all felt the venue was a beautiful, fantastic space for the wedding day and nothing but positive things to say! We would unabashedly recommend Postlewaits!

Amazing Venue

Postlewaits is such a beautiful venue!! My husband and I just got married at Postlewaits in May and the venue was stunning! Where we had our ceremony was filled with green and the flowers were in bloom. Jacqueline was so easy to work with and always answered my questions in a timely manner. We really enjoyed having our wedding at Postlewaits!

Best Venue Ever!

Postlewait's Country Wedding was amazing! My June 15th wedding was everything I could have hoped for and more. The venue is stunning! Growing up in the Portland area my whole life it really showed the beauty Oregon has to offer. Just 30 minutes away from the Portland Metro Area, it was the venue I had always dreamed of. Jacque is great and easy to work with. I do suggest that if you decide to get married here using the Carpe Diem Events planning is worth every penny, they made my day something I will never forget while still being the least stressful day imaginable.

Postlewaits is such a beautiful wedding and I am so happy we found this gem! It is family run, which I truly enjoyed and the people were great from start to finish. Jacque also did our flowers which turned it beautiful and perfect and just like I pictured. She was so easy to work with and wanted me to have everything exactly like I wanted. We also got the wine from there, which the guests really enjoyed and it is just s wonderful place all around. I would recommend this beautiful place to anybody!

Postlewait's is a family run farm and Vineyard. Supporting local business is key, but on your special day quality, appearance, and piece of mind is priority. The Postlewait family was amazing. They offer just about everything in house if you chose, but if you have your own photographer or other vendors they give you no grief and work seamlessly with whoever you choose. We had a winter wedding, and in Oregon that can be very challenging. We used the main building for our wedding and also rehearsal dinner the night prior.

Jacqueline (family member of the venue) worked with us on flowers, decor and dishes. We had amazing communication, never once worrying about what we would get or if it would be done right. We had no idea about the types of flowers available in the winter time, but knew the colors we wanted. She researched everything and presented us with pictures so we had a visual to see what our options were.

Having our rehearsal dinner at the location the night before was so convenient. Postlewaits provided professional staff and who got the area ready for the following day. Due to having a winter wedding we planned for it to be indoors. The main building is where we had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The staff provided us a seamless transition between the ceremony (row seating), to decorated tables for the reception. The servers were amazing and Natalie (wedding coordinator and family member of venue) kept costs down by helping in every area including sending servers home throughout the night as things slowed down. Postlewaits is also a vineyard (Whiskey Hill Winery) and they have an amazing wine selection. We chose to bring in our own beer/cider but used their wine. The bartenders (provided by Postlewaits) were friendly and efficient. We were able to use the wine tasting room and covered area for outdoor photos when it decided to rain. We would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful romantic setting.

We had such a wonderful experience with Postlewait's Country Weddings. Not only was the venue beautiful, but the owner was so helpful in planning and making sure all of our needs were taken care of for our wedding. We loved the rustic vibe of the venue and were impressed by how flexible the owners were with everything. Plus, their Wedding White wine made for a spectacular toast! We highly recommend Postlewait's.

Absolutely the most beautiful venue. We had a very nice weather in April so we had our ceremony outside and reception in the barn. I honestly couldn't imagine have my wedding anywhere else. Thank you!

This place is beautiful and the staff are super nice! We picked this venue for a variety of reasons, the most important reason being that the barn was large enough to have both our ceremony and reception inside if the weather was bad-----which is was. There was a huge storm the day we got married so the staff set everything up indoors. I was worried that this would take away from the beauty scenery I had originally imagined but everything looked so good! The barn is a lovely, warm space and the white drapery staff added to dress up the walls really brought everything together. The bar staff was fabulous. They were quick, knowledgeable and very accommodating (we added to our order just a few days before the wedding).

At about 110 guests, there was plenty of parking, room for a dance floor, catering, and the DJ. Guests had an easy time finding the venue. The bathrooms were clean, the bridal suite was perfect (space for a good number of people to do hair and makeup + a full bathroom with shower), and the stairs were just the right size (if you don't like walking in heels, you really appreciate a nice wide stair!) Staff was always prompt at returning our calls/emails.

I loved visiting this wedding venue! SO beautiful with great space. I also recommend trying their wine! We had our wedding here and it was everything I hoped it would be. I highly recommend getting married at this family run venue. It is absolutely perfect!

I had my wedding reception at Postlewaits and could not be more pleased. The ground are beautiful and the family was wonderful to my guests. I have been to many weddings at other venues since my own wedding and still am amazed at how lucky I am to be able to get married at Postelwaits.

My husband and I could not be more happy with how our wedding was at Postlewait's. The venue is absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful and our guests could not stop raving about how gorgeous the property was. Jacqueline was so great to work with as she was so hard working and was very attentive to us and all our needs and wants for our big day. She kept in touch with consistently and was willing to help us in any way that she could. The Postlewait's family keeps their property absolutely perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue. Postlewait's made my wedding an unforgettable event. The entire family helped me to plan every detail. The venue alone is beautiful and breath taking but the family commitment to my husband and i's wedding was truly remarkable. Carolyn designed breath taking flower arrangements and bouquets, Jacque organized all of my table settings, rentals, layouts, etc. Natalie and dan were extremely helpful in planning the bar, and Charlene took phenomenal pictures. I can't recommened this place enough.

I had my wedding back in June of 2013 at Postlewait's venue and could not have been more incredibly happy with every single aspect of the experience, venue, and business provided by the owners. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, but the owners were more than welcoming and extremely helpful. Carolyn did all of my flower arrangements and they were exceptionally beautiful. Jacqueline helped me with planning and rentals, setup, service options, and everything else. Charlene Vogel was my photographer and my breath taking photo album also speaks for itself. Natalie and Dan Johnson setup the bar and were incredibly helpful with options and setup and alcohol amounts. It was such an incredible experience having the entire Postlewait family contribute to my husband and I's big day. I would recommend anyone who is looking to make their wedding day intimate, beautiful, family oriented, and their most memorable day yet. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I fell in love with the Postlewait's location when I saw it online the first time. After seeing it in person I was hooked. With a fall wedding I had a dream of colorful leaves and a chance at an outdoor ceremony. I was lucky enough to get a beautiful day in mid-October with blue skies and sunshine. The Postlewait's crew had the entire venue set up and ready to go when I got there at 11:30. The park was gorgeous and still in amazing shape and the barn amazing. Looking back through my photos makes me realize just how beautiful of a location we were lucky enough to get married at.

Everything about the Postlewaits was amazing. It was absolutely gorgeous and Jacqueline was super helpful and knew just how to put the picture in my head together. Jacqueline was our contact at Postlewait's and she is just a delightful person to work with. She was responsive, friendly, and did a great job of checking in with us leading up to the wedding. We got married in September, and weren't certain what the weather was going to be like, so she helped us to develop a couple different layouts for the day off, and called us the night before to confirm. She really made us feel comfortable, and we trusted that everything was going to be taken care of, and it was.

We had a fantastic time at the wedding, as did our guests. We could not have asked for a better space to have our wedding!

I have nothing but good things to say about Postlewait's! This venue is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully landscaped. And the family who runs it is so kind and incredibly helpful! My wedding was perfect! I don't think I could have chosen a better venue. I love the additions they have put in over the last year too (bar area, balcony, groom's lounge). I would highly recommend Postlewait's!

We recently had our wedding here and we are still amazed at how flawless it was. This property is so beautiful, well-maintained, and efficiently run that it guarantees the wedding will be one to remember...with absolutely no added stress for the soon-to-be wedded couple.

The grounds are impeccable, the service and organization (and setup!) is spot on, and the price is beyond reasonable. This family is so accommodating and easy to work with and they strive to make sure everything is the way you want it.

Check them out. You will not be disappointed!

I can't recommend this place enough. It is a family run business that treats you like you are a part of their family. They truly do everything in their power to make sure your day is perfect. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Carolyn is a perfectionist and insists that everything looks its best. For everything that is included in the price you won't find a better place.

We had our reception at Postlewait's! It was beautiful! We also had Carolyn do our flowers through Postlewait's, which was the best decision we could have made. I had SO MANY compliments on how beautiful the reception was. I wasn't super excited about having the reception so far from the Portland area at first, but I fell in love with the beauty of this place! You have to see it to believe it! I highly recommend this location!

Beautiful place for an outside wedding. They just put in bathrooms so its even better. Its great for outdoor weddings, they have so many flowers around the property and on a clear day you can see mt hood in the background. There is a little salon that is the bar area and there is a big barn area that is lovely too for if it rains everything can be moved inside. The girl who sets up the chairs and tables is a perfectionist and she did awesome. Also jackie responded to all my emails and questions promptly and she was super nice to talk with each time I needed to set up a meeting. The Bridal lounge area is really cute and provides enough space for any size wedding party.

Its a lovely place to get married, really great for our outside wedding-I couldn't have had a more beautiful wedding.

This is an AMAZING place to get married. The Postlewait family is very friendly and were a delight to work with! Every time I sent a question via email Jackie would respond pretty quickly. When we had issues with the tables, she troubleshooted and gave me alternative options. I had a perfect wedding at the perfect place. The only thing I was hesitant about booking this venue for was because of the distance from Portland, and the only date that was available was later than I originally planned and a Friday. Both turned out to be not an issue at all and totally worth the amazing place! There are lots of outdoor choices for the ceremony or reception, as well as an indoor area too. My only advice is to book early!! This place is bound to fill up quick once the word gets out. It's a gem in the middle of nowhere. :)

Highly Recommend

Postlewaits offered so many wonderful amenities for such a great price! We wanted a venue that would set up and tear down chairs, tables, etc. and one with an indoor ceremony/reception option in case of bad weather, so this venue fit the bill perfectly. The grounds are impeccably kept, and there are so many places outside to choose from for your ceremony. They were super flexible with us, and kind enough to set up our ceremony at the very last minute because we weren't sure if the rain was going to stop and we really wanted to get married outside. Unfortunately it was too wet, but the indoor space still made for a romantic and beautiful ceremony! Postlewaits has many decor options to choose from to enhance the look of your wedding, and even has nice china for rent. Basically they took care of everything for us and we just had to bring our own personal touches for decor! This took so much stress off of us. Jacque (the contact) was very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about the industry, so we could trust her option on the details. She did not lead us astray! We had a dreaded 2020 wedding, which meant we weren't sure if we would have to postpone due to COVID19 until two weeks before our wedding date. Jacque stayed extremely flexible with us and penciled us in for a backup date just in case, didn't require payment until we were certain the wedding was "on" (even though it was way past the due date in the contract), and she did heaps of personal research to make sure that our wedding would still be able to happen how we dreamed it (legally and safely). In the end, it all came together beautifully! Highly recommend.

Postlewait's is a Class Act

We would recommend Postlewait's to anyone looking to get married in the area. It is an absolutely beautiful venue.

My new husband and I reserved Postlewait's for our 8/2020 wedding in 8/2019. Like so many others, though, we were met with uncertainty due to Covid-19, leading up to our wedding. We were able to communicate with Jacqueline on a regular basis to try to figure out what was happening, what to expect, and how we could proceed. She was honest and provided us with any information she could. Jacqueline even met with us one month prior to our wedding to discuss possible options as we were very conflicted about what to do. After many sleepless nights and deliberation, we ended up changing venues. Jacqueline and Postlewait's were extremely understanding and really seemed to feel for us much more than on a financial level.

We had paid the full amount for our reservation and were nervous about not being refunded. However, Postlewait's remained flexible up until almost two weeks before the wedding. When we finally made our decision to switch locations, they refunded us almost all of our money. They reluctantly kept only a small fraction, out of understandable necessity, and encouraged us to use the venue however we could on our previously scheduled day.

Even though we were not able to have our wedding at Postlewait's, we were still able to have our wedding photos taken there, to have a taste of what our wedding would have been like, had we been able to have it there. If you choose Postlewait's, I don't believe you will be disappointed! It is beautiful and they are a class act. Thank you, Jacqueline!

Amazing venue and service. You’re able to work one on one with Jacquelin and use the entire venue! Can host a little over 200 people comfortably. Multiple spaces for potential ceremony and reception areas. I great place I’d you want both your reception and ceremony at the same venue without feeling crowded. Always making amazing upgrades! The venue hadadded hanging lights and hanging chandelier at our ceremony space since we visited months before. (Also have the option to take down chandeliers during ceremony if we wanted. )

I was so excited when I pulled up to Postlewait's! I instantly knew that this was the place where I wanted to get married. The owners are so nice and willing to work with your needs. We just got married at Postlewait's on July 19th and couldn't have been happier with our venue choice. The grounds and facilities are absolutely beautiful and everything went off without a hitch. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone.

Postlewait’s was an amazing place to have our wedding. Absolutely beautiful! I looked for months for a wedding venue; I wanted to make sure I picked the perfect place for our wedding. I couldn’t have been happier. We used them for plate & glass rentals too, which worked great and was super convenient.

Such a wonderful place to get married! If my husband and I had to do it over again, we would still get married here!! My only disappointment was that bad weather was predicted and so I asked Jaqueline if I should bring in extra lighting and she said it wouldn't be needed. Our wedding day was during a big storm so all pictures were inside and they did not turn out at all.

We had the most beautiful wedding at Postlewaits on June 2nd and the weather couldn’t have been better. The family feeling of the venue is amazing and Jacqueline was so attentive in helping us coordinate everything up to the big day. It’s great to find a location in Oregon that allows flexibility for indoor/outdoor options because you just never know sometimes with the weather. We did an outdoor ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour and the reception in the barn with the dance floor outside. Our friends raved it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and we couldnt’ have been more thrilled to use Postlewaits. Their bar staff was very attentive to the guests and the venue was immaculate and very well groomed. Highly recommend this venue!

It was a beautiful venue that was worth every penny! We didn't need much decorations because the venue had natural beauty with its flowers, large oak trees and beautiful lawn.

It is a very booked venue so you need to be very flexible with your dates.

The downfall were:
#1 They only took cash or check. We really wanted to put large purchases on our credit card so we can earn point for the honeymoon.
#2 They are very limited on days when you can view the venue AFTER you reserve a wedding date.

Overall, I loved the venue and would do it again!

Postlewait's is an amazing venue! The feel of "relaxation" you get while you're there is wonderful. The room to get ready in upstairs for the bride and bridesmaids is extremely nice. The bathrooms are a great amenity for an outdoor venue and the space provided for the many options of where to have your ceremony and reception are all just added pluses. On top of that, you have the barn as a back up for the weather in case you get stuck with a rainy day which is so much nicer than paying for tents. I loved the place as well as all of my guests - It was great!

We got married here last summer and had a wonderful time. This is an absolutely gorgeous setting. The grounds are top notch and I cannot imagine a better place to get married at any price. The park area is very well maintained and the kitchen area and bathrooms were very clean. The grounds have room for even the largest of weddings. One thing I especially liked is that we were not forced to buy their own alcohol or catering at an inflated price, we were free to choose our own services for these items. This is a family run business and the owners treat you like a relative and make this a very special day. The father was especially helpful with everything that we asked. The only problems we encountered were from the young girl that showed us the property and scheduled our wedding. She was very curt and seemed like she was in a hurry to get us to leave. We spoke with her several times from the initial meeting up to the day before our wedding, she always seemed to be abrupt and in a hurry. If you have a chance talk to Gary who is the owner of the place, he is always good natured and will bend over backwards to help you out. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have a beautiful outdoor wedding

Great place to get married! Very affordable and a beautiful location. They are clear in their contract and flexible in what they allow for an event. Perfect for an average sized or small wedding/event. Sometimes a little slow in communication, but they always got back to us and were clear in answering any questions or concerns. Only thing I wish when we came to visit the site someone was with us the whole time to give a proper tour. Thanks Postlewait's!

Very beautiful site. It was perfect for the type of wedding I wanted. The landscape is gorgeous, green and has a rustic country charm. The flowers they plant on the grounds add a lovely touch to the lush green. Our photos turned out beautiful and there were so many great spots to shoot; the saloon, creek, bridge, trellis, trees...etc. I loved this place and they were very professional.

This is a family-owned farm which was nice to support. We worked with one of the daughters of the family (Jacqueline) throughout the whole process. She was always very pleasant and easy to work with. She responded promptly to questions and was willing to help out with a couple random requests of mine (um... could you measure the top of the wine barrels for me). They also hold open houses at least once every two months or so in order for couples to visit the venue to help with their pre-event planning.

Our wedding was April 1, 2017 following a very wet March and a rainy morning so we did both our ceremony and reception indoors but were able to take pictures around the property (including out by the Saloon) without much issue of mud and we hosted our cocktail hour out on the cement patio since the sun came out about an hour before people arrived.

The venue was very willing to work with us on placement of chairs, tables, etc. They set all the tables, chairs and linens up and move things (flip the room) very quickly between ceremony/reception as needed if doing both indoors and you want theater seating instead of people sitting at tables.

They also have bartenders/bussers available ($25 per hour) that are familiar with the venue so we found that helpful. April was half price for us ($2500 for the venue) and then we spent about another $500 in rentals (dishware/glasses) and bartending/bussing fees.

This place is beautiful! We had an August wedding and used the outdoor space for the wedding ceremony and reception. We got a lot of compliments on how beautiful the space was, everyone loved it. All our pictures turned out amazing as well with all the trees and flowers around. I would highly recommend this venue!

The only downside was they were slow to respond to my emails and the day of when us and our vendors were setting up Jaquelin was no where to be found which was extremely frustrating when we had questions, like one of the bigger ones was, where is the water supply once your on the yard? We could not find any water to fill our vases and ended up having to use the small amount of water they had in the stream.

Other then that it was a beautiful venue and we had an amazing time!

This is a full service wedding venue and we wanted to utilize this convenient option. We chose for Carolyn to do our flowers and they turned out beautifully. However, her communication skills are close to none and some of our flowers were in horrible condition however we still were required to pay for them. I'm not sure if this is standard practice but it seems wrong. We also utilized their bar tending staff who were the son in laws of the owners. They served efficiently however towards the end of the evening there was a misunderstanding and the way they treated my guests, my wedding planner, and myself was unprofessional and flat out rude. Cussing and demanding we get our things out by 11pm despite being told by Jacqueline (venue event coordinator) that since it was a Sunday wedding and there would be no event on Monday we would be able to remove our things the following morning. I was then forced to clean up dishes and tables with help from family members and my guests while my other guests were still dancing. Talk about embarrassing and quite a quick stop to our wonderful evening. Our parents, myself and my husband also missed our slide show and the last hour of our wedding. The location itself was absolutely beautiful however due to the way we were treated regarding this "misunderstanding" I would not recommend this venue. On another note, their photographer was wonderful. Our photos turned out beautifully and she was a joy to work with.
