  Could Not Have Been Better!

  I researched a LOT of florists- I plan events for a living (not weddings), so I'm very particular and basically obsessive about this kind of thing, and Posey Floral could not have been a better choice! The longer I worked with them the happier I was that we selected them- professional, RESPONSIVE, affordable but incredibly high quality flowers, sophisticated and creative design, clean and clear process....I could go on and on. Our guests will literally not stop raving about the flowers and our wedding was two weeks ago! Us too- I've already printed pictures of them because they were so dreamy, and I want to remember them forever. They totally understood my vision and were a joy to work with! Thank you. Posey Floral!!!! You MADE our wedding!!!

  Working with Posey for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Every person we interacted with (shout out to Laura and Ashley) were a delight! Responsive, professional, creative and helped us shape our vision. We got tons of compliments on our florals and it was one of the favorite parts of my wedding day! We loved them so much we kept the arrangements for lunch the next day and guests begged to take them home!

  Highly recommend!

  We are so pleased with the florals Posey put together for our wedding! We weren't quite sure what we wanted beyond a general mood and a color palette, and they were able to translate it perfectly, all while staying well within our budget. Laura was wonderful to work with, and I could tell she and her team took great care to make sure everything was on point, from my bridal bouquet, to every centerpiece and table arrangement, to every little boutonniere and corsage. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

After there were some changes with other vendors, Ashley worked closely with us to figure out solutions that were still within our budget. We totally trusted them with our vision and they went above and beyond to deliver! If you are looking for a team that will work alongside you to make sure everything is perfect this is the team for you!

  The flowers for our wedding were BEAUTIFUL! They were truly stunning. I knew the color palette I wanted and had a few example pictures of what I liked, and from that the Posey team delivered a dream display of flowers, candles and greenery. When I entered the reception room on the wedding day my first thought was, “wow I can’t believe this my wedding it’s so perfect and beautiful”. From our first consultation, Bonni went above and beyond to make sure my vision was executed, and she nailed it.   Professional and accommodating, Posey Floral did an amazing job with our bouquets and boutonnieres. The arrangements were simple and elegant, and my wife's bouquet is still gorgeous almost 2 weeks later.

She captured it perfectly and when I saw that flowers for the first time they took my breath away.   Bonni and Madeline at Posey are incredible! You can tell these girls really love what they do and they are GREAT at it! They were able to execute our vision perfectly and all of our flowers and arrangements at the wedding were GORGEOUS! I loved my bridal bouquet in addition to ALL of the attendants flowers as well. Both Bonni and Madeline were SO helpful and sweet and they were so speedy at responding to any of my emails with questions or comments I had throughout the wedding process! We are so happy with everything they did for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough!!!

  Posey Floral and Event Design was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and the flowers made my Valentine's wedding. As a bride, there are so many visual directions to go. My "vision board" had bouquets as traditional as Diana's and some as modern as twigs. I was getting overwhelmed. But my first meeting with Maddy left me wondering why I worried.   My wedding planner recommended we work with Posey and boy am I glad we did! I showed the ladies at Posey photos of bouquets I liked and we discussed my favorite blooms, but I gave them free reign to get creative with the flowers. They had some really creative suggestions and came up with a lot of great cost saving ideas to help us stay within our budget. The flowers looked amazing! We received a number of compliments from our guests and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. The day of the event, Posey was happy to drop off our bouquets/boutonieres at an alternate location (in addition to setting up the wedding/reception) since we were doing first glance photos before the wedding. I would definitely recommend this vendor!

  Terrible Customer Service. Don't expect to get what you pay for with Posey.

  Extremely poor customer service. The bridal bouquet I received was not what I ordered, the additional cake flowers I paid for were nonexistent, and when I called Posey after the wedding to express my disappointment, Bonnie acted like she could care less.
  
  I went back and forth via email with Posey regarding my bridal bouquet prior to my wedding, outlining in great detail what I was looking for - namely, a medium-sized cascading/waterfall bouquet with various flowers. The invoice from Posey even says “Bridal bouquet with cascading greenery-$250”. However, when I arrived at my venue on my wedding day, the bouquet that awaited me was definitely not cascading.

  I went back and forth via email with Posey regarding my bridal bouquet prior to my wedding, outlining in great detail what I was looking for - namely, a medium-sized cascading/waterfall bouquet with various flowers.   It was beautiful, yes, and I was sure to let Bonnie know I appreciated that on the phone, but it was simply not what I paid for. She proceeded to argue that it WAS in fact, cascading (see the picture and decide for yourself), that I had only paid for a “standard” bouquet anyway, and that my bouquet was based on the picture I provided, which wasn’t cascading… (See what she did there? Zero accountability no matter what.) What was the point of all those emails if they were only going to reference one picture?? The picture I provided was only to illustrate the type of flowers and colors I wanted, which I clearly stated in my emails to Posey.
  
  Also, I paid for extra cake flowers, since I increased the size of my cake a few months before the wedding. There ended up being only one large flower between the two tiers, and a couple of small flowers beside it and on top. Look at the picture and tell me that was worth $55. When I asked her what happened, she blamed the lack of flowers on the baker, even though I specifically asked Posey to place the flowers. When I asked her what they did with all the extra flowers I paid for if they didn't end up on the cake, she said they put them in my bouquet. (An obvious lie...cake flowers come in a box without stems.)
  
  Bonnie’s response to all this was that if I had called on my wedding day, they would have come to the venue and “fixed” it. I’m sorry, but who tf calls their vendor an hour before they’re about to walk down the aisle?? It was already too late. She wrapped up our lovely conversation by asking me what the point of my call was...
  
  Bonnie, your honesty and professionalism are sorely lacking.
