    Magic Mirror

    I can't say enough positive things about Denise and Posar Photography. We rented the Magic Mirror from Denise for our wedding on April 30, 2022.  Denise made the process so easy! She has hundreds of templates to pick from and everything is extremely customizable. She also has various backdrops and brings a 6 foot table full of fun props!! People at our wedding loved the taco hat and feather boas! Our guests received print outs of the photos and we added an album for us to take home. It was the first thing we looked at the next day, so many fun pictures and it had a section for a note on the side which were hilarious to read. Denise made the process clear and immediately responded to all emails and texts. If your looking to book a Magic Mirror photobooth you can stop your search here!

    Incredible City Hall photos

    Denise was incredible! Our wedding photos are beyond what I even thought was possible. I am not used to be in front of a camera and she was patient with me and great at guiding me with how to pose. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed beyond expectations. I’m so in love with our pictures and can’t wait to see them hung in our home. I would absolutely recommend Denise for anyone getting married! You will not be disappointed.

    Denise did a phenomenal job capturing our wedding day. I truly felt like a celebrity. My photos came out to look like photos I’ve only ever dreamed of. Truly like out of a magazine. Thank you so much!!

    Our special day

    Working with Denise and her assistant Omar for our special day was everything and more! Denise is very responsive and provided me with a checklist of things that I might want or need to make our photos wonderful. Although I was running late on the wedding day, they were already at the venue and set up by the time I arrived! She was able to capture the special moments that we requested ❤. I can not thank her enough for making our day special and providing us with lasting memories. Denise and Omar were both professional and I highly recommend this small business. Not only did she return our photos sooner than expected, the quality of the photos are great! Denise, my husband and I are so very thankful for your services!

    Late picture delivery and missing items

    I would NOT recommend Posar Photography to anyone. It was a horrendous experience and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication.

    My husband and I contracted Denise for our wedding in July 2022 after researching and reading all of her positive reviews. On our wedding day, Denise and her team did a great job of calming nerves, organizing picture groups, fixing postures, and capturing our special day. We were told that there was an 8 week lead time. At week 6 we received a link to the photo gallery and all the images looked great. At week 13 we received the video and were told that the prints would take longer due to her 3rd party lab. At week 19 she said that the package was in transit to her and that she hoped to have it by the end of the week. At week 20 I asked for an update and tracking #. She responded that the package came in and would drop it off at the post office by the end of the week. On Saturday I asked if she had the tracking # or if I could pick it up in person. On that Monday she sent us the tracking # for the package. We received it Tuesday (week 21) and saw that she had sent it on Monday, adding 2 days to our delay. In my opinion, if I was already 13 weeks past the initial time I gave, I would go to the post office ASAP and not delay it any further, or at least go by the end of the week as promised. When we opened the package we only had 99 prints instead of 400, and on the USB there were only 342 photos when there were supposed to be over 400 in total. The groom's party took some photos while they were getting ready that were not included anywhere. I emailed about this issue and got a response on week 22 that she was on vacation. On 1/17/23, 25 weeks after our wedding, I emailed asking for the remaining photos or a full refund of the services. Denise responded an hour later with 2 replies. The 1st explained that she was still on vacation and that she did not realize that the 3rd party lab was not printing all images, and that all of the images were on the USB. She said that her plan was to reimburse the difference in the prints but that she could only reimburse the initial retainer. The 2nd email stated that Venmo would work best and that she could reimburse the full amount and that she was sorry for our experience. My husband and I decided to accept the refund and settle the issue. She did send us the full refund amount and we did receive it. She also apologized for our experience with her company.

    The picture quality is really good and we are pleased with the video and what pictures we did get, but I’m disappointed that we did not receive everything. You put a lot of trust in who you hire to capture your special day, and I am disappointed that we went with Posar. It is frustrating that we were understanding of the delays, and then we still were missing items. With how much money we paid for the service I was expecting a totally different experience and to not have to deal with any issues at all. I do not appreciate the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, or lack of effort to try and resolve the issue asap. Although I am pleased with the quality of the pictures and that we got a full refund, I would have much rather went with a different company and received ALL of my pictures.

    We again apologize for the experience this couple had . This is not how Posar Photography works . The clients wedding coverage was covered and while there was not the 400 images printed the total amount of images of the wedding was included in the usb and website for download . The amount of images received is based on what is occurring throughout the day and there may or may not be a number of photos as the client indicated expecting . As for the delivery of the photos there is a 3rd party used and the delivery date is not controlled by Posar . In order to rectify this for other costumers this 3rd party will not be used again. This client was reimbursed as we hold the client experience high and this client expressed not being satisfied . This is not a common issue with our business and truly apologize to the client .
