Sydney, co-ordinator, helped to make our entire event seamless and special. She was hands on at the event to make sure the staff was doing ok, and to assist with flow of the party.

We got married at Port Royal on the putting green and had our reception in the clubhouse. The entire experience was seamless, and we had a PERFECT weekend thanks to Sydney, Rob, and the entire staff at Port Royal!! Sydney is so cool calm and collected, and has great attention to details. We also got married in the midst of a hurricane so we had to make multiple back-up plans around the weather. We loved every minute of planning our wedding, and the ceremony and reception were perfect. Our guests are still raving about the food and the bartenders! 10/10 recommend!

Our daughter wanted a destination wedding and we settled on Hilton Head for many reasons, but mostly because it has been a vacation landing for our family for most of her life. We decided on Port Royal Golf Club as the venue. We could not have made a better decision. Sydney Segars and her staff did a wonderful job. She had the rooms set up for both the bride and groom for them to get ready. Her actual wedding was held at Steam Gun Park. Our wedding party and guests were seamlessly shuttled to and from the park efficiently and with no issues. After pictures at the beach the bride and groom had a room to refresh before joining our guest in the reception area, including appetizers and cocktails. We had a made to order pasta bar, that I was concerned with, much to my surprise the two chefs executed quickly and efficiently. And the food was outstanding, from the appetizers to the pasta bar everything was perfectly presented and served. As the evening unfolded Sydney’s staff kept the event on point and seamless. I would highly recommend using Royal Golf Club as the venue for your next event. Sydney and her staff are attentive, courteous, friendly and easy to work with.

Sydney Segars, the event manager was professional, organized, enthusiastic, and so much FUN!! Port Royal was a stunning venue , the staff was incredible, the food amazing… all of which provided for the most magical wedding reception! Not a single detail was missed, and as the MOB, I got to relax and enjoy the entire evening!

Sydney, the Event Coordinator for Port Royal Club was a dream to work with. Incredibly helpful, responsive and thoughtful. The space is very flexible and we had an 11 piece band and dance floor out on the patio and overlooking the lovely gardens. Great venue for photographs and making special memories.

We are so incredibly happy we chose Port Royal as our wedding reception venue! Everything was perfect! Samantha, Anne, and Megan were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our day went exactly how we wanted it too. Planning the wedding from 4.5 hrs away was made easy, thanks to them! They honored all of our food and beverage wishes and the food was absolutely amazing! Chef Eric and his team did a wonderful job! The venue speaks for itself, it's so charming. We had several guests comment it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too! Port Royal is the total package: nice people, beautiful venue, amazing food, and top notch service! Thank you Port Royal for making our special day so wonderful and memorable!

What an amazing and stressless wedding from start to finish! From visiting the venue initially to scheduling tastings and week of walk throughs Samantha Clark and the Port Royal staff made the planning and day of events stressless. The Club House is the perfect inside/outside reception feel, with a grand inside foyer and elegantly decorated dinning area. The covered patio attached to the inside dinning area allowed for our guest tables to flow outside without feeling cut off from the inside tables. The outside fire place and grand outside staircase allowed for a special addition for guests to enjoy and perfect photo backdrops. Couldn't have found a better place to celebrate with family and friends!

Everyone at Port Royal Golf Club was so nice and accommodating. Everything went so smooth and professional. It is a BEAUTIFUL venue, I wouldn't change one thing about our wedding event here. The food was amazing! We had a little over 200 people and it did not seem like it. It was not crowded or crammed at all and everyone had a seat during the ceremony on the green. I highly recommend this venue.

I have learned that you always use some leeway because something always goes wrong with a complicated event with over 100 people. This event was pulled off by these two individuals flawlessly. There was not one single detail that was not carefully planned and magnificently executed. Our guests all raved about our “Kentucky Derby” wedding.

I had my wedding on Steam Gun Beach in Port Royal then my reception at the Port Royal Clubhouse. The staff was incredible and made my wedding the time of my life. I would recommend this venue to any couple. It was absolutely perfect. The wedding ceremony was my dream beach wedding without having a ton of spectators watching us due to the beach being private. The reception was perfect with delicious food and an absolute beautiful setting. We had our cocktail hour outside on the lawn, dinner inside and dancing on the veranda. When it got dark they lit two fire pits on the lawn that had rocking chairs surrounding them and tiki torches around the lawn. The staff made sure that my husband and I were having the perfect day/ night. Anne and Samantha are great and I had many people comment on what a great job they were doing. Thank you Port Royal for making sure our wedding was perfect!

Tiffany was absolutely great. From our first meeting we knew that there would not be any detail to worry about, Tiffany would personally make sure our day was perfect. She always went above and beyond to ensure every detail was thought thru and nothing was forgotten. With the threat of a hurricane on our wedding day, Tiffany continously ensured us that she was monitoring the situation and there were back up plans in place. Our wedding at Palmetto Hall was absolutely perfect, and Tiffany is the reason why!

Our ceremony and reception was at the Port Royal Golf Club on 9/19/15. The entire day was wonderful! The ceremony was on the west lawn over looking the golf course and the reception was inside the clubhouse. Tiffany made sure every little detail was taken care of. As an out of town bride, that was very helpful. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. I couldn't have asked for a better day. I also have to say the food was out of this world! I would highly recommend Tiffany and her staff.

Our Friday night wedding welcome party and Sunday brunch were held at Port Royal Golf Club. Port Royal has gorgeous curb appeal, a large event space and a beautiful back deck for guests to mingle. Everyone raved about the food and the relaxed atmosphere at the events was just what we hoped for. Tiffany Lucca attended to every detail of our events and was responsive to all of our questions during the nearly year-long planning process for these events. We highly recommend hosting your event at Port Royal!

I do not even know where to begin... From the very beginning, it was a true blessing that we somehow got in contact with Port Royal Club House and their amazing staff! Our wedding venue suddenly cancelled on us in mid February and our wedding was set for May 2nd!!! As an out of state bride, I was in a bit of a panic to find something on such short notice, over 8 hours away! We were ecstatic to find out that Port Royal Club House happened to be available our weekend…we never imagined even being able to have our wedding at somewhere so beautiful! It blew our previous venue out of the water by far! The truth is, we were in tears of joy and disbelief that weekend in February after meeting with Anne... She was the sweetest and most caring person imaginable and helped us plan our dream day. We couldn't believe we had gotten to lucky! Then we were contacted by Tiffany to work out all of the details and make our dream day come to life. She is wonderful! She was always there to answer our questions and give us insight. We did not get to meet with her until 3 days before the wedding, but we felt like family the moment we arrived. The entire Port Royal staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Everything was taken care of for us the day of… it was the best feeling, as a bride, not having to worry about the details and just getting to enjoy the day. Having people that we trusted to take care of us on one of the most special days of our lives was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders….and honestly, they exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and we were able to just enjoy the time with our friends and family. The Club House itself is absolutely stunning. It had the southern charm that we love, with a laid back atmosphere that we wanted. Also, the food was AMAZING! If you are considering having your wedding here, don't think twice! I promise that you will not be disappointed!

Amazing, First class, Perfect... these are only a few of the wonderful comments we heard from our guests about our wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and our experience with the Heritage collection. Tiffany was extremely professional, responded quickly to any questions, and made planning our wedding from Minnesota much easier than expected. From our first visit to our wedding day Tiffany was well organized and flexible with our requests. Our wedding was fantastic and Tiffany was the reason everything went so well.
Port Royal was a beautiful location for our wedding and reception. The food, bartenders, and servers were all great. We had a Friday welcome reception at Shipyard golf club and that too was an amazing experience.

I had my wedding at Port Royal Clubhouse...it was AMAZING! The wedding and reception were both there. Tiffany Lucca was the best help ever, assisting us in planning things from halfway across the country!! She was easy to work with, quick to respond via email or phone, and answered any questions we had! We enjoyed the time we spent with her. The venue was amazing. Things were set up perfectly and the food was DELICIOUS!!! If I could redo my wedding, I wouldn't change a thing!!

Where do I begin? My fear is that I will forget to mention something amazing. We chose Port Royal Clubhouse for our daughter's destination wedding without reservation. When I spoke with Tiffany Lucca (the wedding coordinator) initially, she quickly responded and got me all the information I needed. We even changed the date of the wedding early in the process, and she made that easy as well. Each time I contacted her with a question, she returned my call immediately. The venue is beautiful. The ceremony was on the west lawn and the reception was indoor/outdoor. The entire experience was wonderful. The food was magnificent, and all of our guests commented on the awesome variety we had. The one thing that was so obvious to us was the professionalism and friendliness of each and every staff member who worked the day and night of the wedding. They did everything in their power to make the entire night perfect. We also had a brunch the morning after the wedding, and that was set up and presented beautifully as well. Tiffany and her staff are amazing and I recommend them without reservation. After working closely with her for the past year I feel I can call her a friend!

We had our wedding at Port Royal Clubhouse and it was amazing! From the moment we chose the venue, Tiffany (the wedding coordinator) was so helpful and responsive. Any time I had a question she responded promptly. She helped even more as we got closer to the wedding and assisted with EVERYTHING all the small details taking a lot of stress off of my shoulders. The wedding was PERFECT! Tiffany and her staff set it up beautifully, it was more than I could have hoped for. The setting is beautiful, we had our ceremony on the lawn that is surrounded with beautiful flowers, and then had our reception inside/outside. The venue is beautiful and has glass doors that open fully so the inside flows right into the outside. The deck has a gorgeous fireplace, it is warm and cozy! The food was also delicious. Many guests complimented on the food and said they could not find one thing to complain about! It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this venue to other brides who want to get married on the island. Thank you Tiffany :)

When we initially booked Port Royal Golf Club for our wedding and reception venue, it was not only because of the picturesque ceremony lawn and reception area (loved the deck and fireplace!!) – but also (and more importantly to me!) was Tiffany, their Catering & Sales Manager. I’d read reviews on how amazing she was and can truly attest to it! My mom and I checked out several venues around Hilton Head – and after meeting with Tiffany, it was an absolute done deal for me! From our initial site visit and meeting, she was warm, informative and willing to help in any and every way. She even acted as our day-of coordinator which was a huge bonus!!

I’ve had the opportunity to experience other tastings (for friend’s weddings) but must say, our tasting at Port Royal has been my best experience! My fiancé and I were joined by my mom. The kitchen brought out all the hors d’oeuvres and entrees we’d wanted to try and rated them on a scale of 1 to 5. This was an effective way to figure out what we really wanted (although warning – pretty much everything we had was a 5, 4.5 or 4).

Our final walk-thru (a week before the wedding) was yet another great experience. It left me feeling completely confident with the timeline and desired setup. I even showed Tiffany the pictures of how we wanted certain things set up (table arrangements and wall display). Tiffany also contacted all our vendors the week prior to the wedding to find out/schedule their drop off/set up time. All we had to worry about was making sure we dropped off all our decorations.

Once the wedding day came, I had no worries. When I saw everything set up, it was surreal – better than I’d imagined! And the wedding itself – well, let’s just say it exceeded our expectations!! The flow of the event was perfect, the food was wonderful and the staff was top notch! We truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Tiffany was responsive, helpful and flexible! She was always kind, up front and gave her honest opinion while being open-minded to ideas. She is very professional and organized, but also personable. PR was our first and last venue visit - we fell in love!

Tiffany made it easy as a destination bride! She was always available over email or phone and provided vendor recommendations that were all wonderful! Everyone from our music (Harden & Crenshaw played then turned into DJs- perfect mix!), to the flowers (Henry Kretchmer was kind, creative and reasonable), to the Cake (Low Country Flour Girls was delicious!) were excellent! They all knew each other and worked together, making it easy and stress-free! Tiffany also followed up with them to ensure seamless execution! We had a few DIY items that the staff set up, so we could relax on our day while still adding a personal touch!

We were interested in enjoying time with guests and creating a laid back, friendly, romantic atmosphere! When we arrived on the veranda, everyone was mingling, laughing, music going, plenty of service and the firepits/cornhole out back were great! We had picked the perfect venue - something for everyone, lots of smiling faces, and a beautiful backdrop!

The weather got cooler as the night went on, so Tiffany organized tent sides for the veranda - we had cocktails and 1st dance out back, then closed it off so we stayed warm as the night went on. Port Royal is prepared to accommodate!

We opted for chef attended stations/pasta bar as we wanted guests to feel relaxed! The food was awesome! Tiffany was on site to ensure everything went smoothly - we needed it because we were too busy enjoying!

Our vision was executed and our guests had a great time (lots of compliments!). It was a day full of love, laughter, low stress, and lots of time with the people we care about! A huge thank you to Tiffany/Port Royal! Couldn't have been better! :)

Our wedding ceremony and reception were both held at the Port Royal Clubhouse. From the moment we met Tiffany to take a look at the venue, we knew it was it! We absolutely loved the look of the clubhouse and the options that Port Royal gave us. We live in Bluffton and looked at many other venues in the area. We thought the venue itself was beautiful, but the flexibility sold us even further. Tiffany was very thorough and talked us through everything. She is absolutely fantastic to work with! We were able to choose a wedding package but make changes to it (which many other venues would not let us do). We thought this was great, since no two weddings should be the same! We opted to have the ceremony on the lawn, and the reception tables were half inside and half outside with the wall opened up. Our band was set up by the fireplace so we could dance outside. This was also great because some of our older guests could sit inside and talk without the music being too overwhelming. Tiffany had a backup plan in case it rained, which thankfully we did not have to use! Our guests loved the setup as much as we did!

The tasting was a great experience and made us even more excited about the wedding. My husband, my parents, and I were all very pleased with the food selection. We wished we could have chosen everything! Our guests were very happy as well, and we received many compliments the day of the wedding. The hors d'oeuvres were especially a big hit! (I would highly recommend the shrimp and grits!)

The day of the wedding flowed very smoothly. We had about 150 guests. Everything was set up perfectly by Tiffany and her crew. She made sure all the details were exactly as we wanted. There was a timeline of events for the day that were followed so we knew everything we had to do (photos, first dance, speeches, etc.) Tiffany was there the majority of the day and handled so much for us. All in all, it was an amazing day and I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

For 25 years, my family and I have been vacationing every summer on Hilton Head and so it was a dream of mine to get married on the island. Last August, my husband (fiancé at the time) and my mom explored quite a few venues on the island, but once we visited with Tiffany at Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club, we knew this was the right location. Tiffany was dedicated to answering our question, easy to work with and straight forward. The venue in itself Port Royal Clubhouse was so clean, and unique with a spacious lawn, outdoor veranda, fire place, and view. We booked the venue almost instantly, not only for the beautiful atmosphere, but also because the moment we stepped onto their grounds we felt like family.

As we planned from South Florida and Pennsylvania for 14 month, it was so nice to know that Tiffany and Ann understood our vision, paid attention to the details and never discounted a single idea. We had the opportunity to meet on a few occasions, and as the date grew close we had no doubts in our mind that this would be an incredible day.

On our wedding day, the staff went above and beyond our expectations; we had made quite a few DIY projects off Pinterest and they made sure everything was displayed beautifully. The service was impeccable and the food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Port Royal staff also worked seamlessly with our outside vendors the DJ, Florist, Cake and Photographer to make our wedding such a great experience. Chris and I received quite a few compliments on the details, atmosphere and service and we know that is because of the dedicated staff and crew at Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club. Many thanks to Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club, I would recommend this venue to anyone considering a wedding on HHI!

We held our Ceremony and Reception at the Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club on Hilton Head Island. The venue for both the ceremony and reception were perfect. We worked with Tiffany Lucca on planning our wedding ceremony and reception. She was absolutly wonderful to work with. She went over all of the details and agenda of the day with us many times to ensure that we were all on the same page on how the day would flow. She was flexible with us as we do not live in Hilton Head and were only able to get ther a few times during the planning. The staff at the venue was extremely helpful with the set up and layout of our event. Everything turned out better than we could have expected! They really made our day memorable for us!

All of the staff with Heritage Group was exceptional! They helped my my wedding day perfect and I could not image going anywhere else. They answered all questions and helped with every concern. When I came down to understand what I wanted and making it happen Tiffany was the best.
