Stunning floral arrangements!
Susan created gorgeous arrangements for my wedding, and brought my vision to life. She has a great eye and brings in interesting textures and details. Everything she created - from the small boutonnieres to the large wine barrel arrangements - was stunning. She also managed all the candles on our reception tables and the gauze table runner for the head table.
Susan is very organized and responsive, and was a pleasure to work with. When the first proposal she shared based on our call was more than I’d budgeted, she was very flexible and immediately helped me figure out a new plan, expertly prioritizing arrangements with the highest impact. I repurposed the arrangements from the wedding for a brunch the next morning, and she kindly allowed me to borrow her vases and return them after the brunch. -

She was very professional, easy to coordinate with, and had everything ready for pickup on the morning of the event. She also accommodated a few last-minute additions which we really appreciated. Susan with PoppyStone Floral Design really made our wedding day vision come to life. We changed our mind and budget a few times throughout the planning process and decided to add florals to our rehearsal dinner- Susan rolled with the changes and listened to everything we asked for. I was even able to drop off buttons from a great grandmother's wedding a few days before our wedding and Susan incorporated them into my bouquet. Additionally, Susan worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and followed the requirements from our venue (very quick setup and cleanup).
I continue to have guests compliment all the florals months after our wedding. -

Poppystone is spectacular!
We were beyond thrilled with everything we ordered for our wedding with Poppystone. Susan helped us create a one of a kind design for our tables using Potter herbs in antique and regular terra-cotta pots. She created the perfect bouquet! I was even more surprised that the mothers florals had magnets instead of pins so their dresses were not destroyed. Such a delicate touch! -

Exceeded my expectations
The flowers Susan designed for my July 2019 wedding exceeded my expectations in every way! She was super accommodating with my requests. I did not have a very clear idea of what I wanted for my florals and I sent her some photos from Pinterest and she took care of the rest! When I saw my flowers on my wedding day they were even better then I could have expected. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a florist in the Napa area. -

Susan was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. Not only did she stay in our budget but the flowers were stunningly beautiful. Susan and the Poppystone team are amazing! I was recommended to poppystone by my wedding planner. When I saw their previous work I was sold. The definitely delivered for my wedding! They made my vision come to life. I wanted a delicate, romantic look with numerals and lots of greenery. My favorite piece by poppystone was my floral chandelier where she applied greenery and florals to a existing chandelier and a 15 foot floral garland. They are amazing! And she stayed outside throughout the ceremony to assure all florals were repurposed correctly. She even added additional florals to our wedding cake even though we didn’t include that in the budget! So sweet. I would definitely recommend!! -

Working with susan from Poppy stone was such a great experience! I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a unique, natural look. I sent her my color scheme and general vision for the day of and she absolutely knocked the bouquets and the floral arch out of the park. When I was first looking for a florist I couldn't believe how expensive it was, but I soon realized if I wanted quality I was going to have to pay for it. I had our bouquet's preserved and they still look absolutely gorgeous. -

Susan was amazing...i had this far out idea for a part-art-installation-part-chuppha that involved a bunch of flowers...she made it come to life and it was an incredibly important and beautiful part of my day. We were ecstatic with our wedding flowers thanks to Susan. We know next to nothing about flowers so relied heavily on her recommendations. We couldn’t have been happier with the designs and quality. It was 100 degrees on our wedding day yet all the arrangements stayed perky and fresh looking through the entire event. All our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. -

I was a little disappointed with my bouquet at first but they were more than happy to fix it in time for the wedding. The pictures turned out stunning.

When you book a florist, you leave a lot of trust in them to bring that dream to reality. This is a scary feeling, but I promise, Susan will make all your dreams come true. We shared with her our thoughts and pictures of what we wanted, but could have never imagined she would not only nail what we wanted, but exceed our expectations all around. She made time to speak to us to ensure we felt heard, she didn't over look a single detail and was a complete pleasure to work with all around.

Stunning florals!
Wedding florals was one of our more difficult vendors to book, mostly because there is so much chatter around how expensive and fleeting florals are. Luckily for us, we had budgeted for this because we felt it was important for the design and feel we wanted during our ceremony and reception.
We ended up working with Susan, the owner, as our wedding coordinator works frequently with her and felt her style was consistent with what we wanted. While there was still a good amount of sticker shock from our initial quote, Susan listened to our vision and budget, and was able to modify the cost and specifics of some of our line items to fall within a budget that we were comfortable with. When we saw Susan and her associates' work on our wedding day, we were blown away. From the bouquet, to our ceremony arbor, and the table centerpieces, it was everything I envisioned and then some. Between the pops of color, to the texture, and the beautiful gold accents consistent with our overall design, I had total heart eyes. I never thought I'd be the girl that becomes attached to her wedding bouquet, but I was clutching onto it for dear life and immediately started looking into ways to preserve or otherwise make a keepsake out of it!
If you are debating on whether or not to inquire or book, I would take a close look at Poppystones' portfolio of work. I have yet to see a bouquet, boutonnière, arrangement, that isn't just stunningly beautiful and unique. Our wedding florals contributed greatly to the look and feel of our day, and they're forever memorialized in our beautifully captured wedding photos. We have no regrets booking with Poppystone! -

Gorgeously wonky florals
Working with Susan was incredible. Not only is she delightfully warm, but she also listens to your wants and needs. My wants were no roses. Bleh. I wanted my arrangements to be dripping in ranunculus and dahlias and anemones--you know the "wonky" flowers. Boy did she deliver. My flowers were heavenly...she even snuck in some fun ferns. Overall I was super happy with my flowers and they made my tent and decor look super chic. -
