Poppy Lane is the absolute best!!

I truly cannot recommend Poppy Lane enough! Kelly is so kind, creative and passionate about her work. She made all of my wildest dreams come to life! She was a huge part of our special day and I will forever be grateful for her bubbly personality and beautiful florals.

Everything Was Perfect

Absolutely loved working with Kelly and all of the floral designs on my day! She is the sweetest and has an incredible eye! My mom took home so so many arrangements because she couldn't stand to throw them out because of how beautiful everything was!

I can't give these girls enough LOVE. I loved them when they were Dutch and I could stop in and buy flowers and I LOVED everything they did for my wedding. They knocked it out of the park. My bouquet was breathtaking. All the touches they left from the flower girl's kissing ball, the ceremony arch, the head table runner and all centerpieces it was everything I could of wanted. Thanks PLD <3

Going with Poppy Lane Design was one of the best choices I made when planning my wedding! They were STUNNING! We had a late November wedding and our bouquets included the most gorgeous peonies, garden roses and unique flowers that I was sure would be out of season. I worked with Jessie and loved working with her so much. I didn't give her much guidance and really only told her the general colors, that it was a winter themed wedding and showed her a few pictures of bouquets I liked and she did the rest and I was floored when I saw the bouquets! Jessie also created the most stunning floral piece for the cake, the most precious floral crown for my flower girl and at the last minute she added a floral crown for me to wear to the reception (it ws GORGEOUS). I would recommend Poppy Lane to any bride. The florals will always be such a large part of the memory of my wedding because of how stunning they were. These girls are so talented!

My flowers turned out exactly how I wanted!! Very simple but beautiful. I know NOTHING about flowers so when I went in for a consultation, Shelly was very helpful in guiding me to the right flowers for what I was wanting. Thank you Floral and Hardy!

I am so excited to work with Poppy Lane for my upcoming wedding in April. Poppy Lane was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process! Kelly and Jesse are fabulous and really did an incredible job of making my vision come to life! They were so patient and flexible and I would recommend them to anyone! Our day was perfect and they even came in on a holiday to make me a bridal bouquet on VERY LATE notice. (Not to mention my wedding was on a holiday and they agreed to help me then too)

My husband and I used Poppy Lane Design in Oklahoma City, and I'm so glad we did. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were perfect! I absolutely loved the huge arrangement Poppy Lane Design made for the wedding ceremony. They really listen to the theme or type of arrangement you want and put it together beautifully.

Kelly is an amazing woman!! She knows what she is doing and she is very kind! When we met, I knew right off the bat that she was going to be my florist! She has an awesome personality and she makes your special day complete with her amazing designs. She actually helped me decided on my wedding colors when she had a bouquet saved from pinterest on her phone. WE loved it!!! Thanks to her and my wonderful wedding planner, my wedding was BEAUTIFUL!

My daughter somewhat knew what she wanted in floral arrangements and it was if Kelly read her mind. When she saw her bridal bouquet, she cried because it was exactly what she had wanted. The arrangements for the ceremony and reception were very artistic with beautiful, fresh blooms. We also had tables with glass candle arrangements and others with lanterns and petals. It made the reception room interesting but not busy looking.
Kelly also has an enchanting sense of humor which makes the planning of the flowers a memorable experience .

Kelly is absolutely fabulous!! She made everything so easy and exactly like I wanted! My flowers turned out even better than I could have imagined. I knew the colors I wanted and the look I was going for and she took it from there - I'm so glad that I trusted her instincts because she was spot on. Kelly thought of everything -- I mean everything -- for our wedding. Not only did she help me stay on or under budget, she provided the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets for our special day. Our venue coordinator flaked out before our wedding day, so when Kelly got to the reception site she and her assistant went above and beyond to make everything seamless.
When we finally made it up to our room, we found that that she managed to get us the President's suite (because again, the venue dropped the ball) and had strewn rose petals in the room. She also had ordered us much needed food and drinks that were waiting on us when we walked in.
She is a dream.

Before I met for my consultation with Kelly, I had already had an appointment with another local vendor. He told me some names of some flowers, and didn't really involve me in a lot, or kind of just said flowers I could do with some of the ideas I had. Kelly, on the other hand, had vision. She had ideas, and got excited when she talked about what all we could do in our ceremony and reception areas. She gave me more ideas than I could imagine, and when we got the quote back for what all my flowers would cost, I was amazed at how reasonable it was!

Most of all, Kelly was a champ when it came to wedding day. She put her hand in everything, and made my day a dream. She was perfection.

Kelly was everything I could ever ask for in a florist. She is so creative, her vision is like no one else. She created something that even I couldn't have ever imagined for my wedding. PERFECT. I would definitely recommend using Kelly as your florist! My husband still calls her up for special occasions and i'm still blown away by her work. LOVE LOVE LOVE her!

We love Kelly from Poppy Lane Design!!!! She recently did the floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. I gave her a general idea of things I liked for the wedding and let her do her thing. Everything turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. For our rehearsal dinner, neither my mother in law nor I had been to the venue so we let Kelly, again, do her thing and just send us the bill. Her prices are very, very reasonable for the service and quality that you receive in return. She is just great!

Kelly was an absolute delight to work with!! She is a fun individual with such a talent that cannot be topped! Her work is so beautiful and romantic. It was EVERYTHING I wanted for my special day! Kelly with Poppy Lane Design went above and beyond for me, literally. I was 100% satisfied with all of my floral; I thought that it was ALL beautiful and stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. From the bridal floral to the cernterpieces to the isle, I was so happy. I felt like her #1 priority and I was so impressed with her staff as well. My wedding day was absolutly dreamy and a perfect replica of my vision and it wouldn't have been possible with out her. Anything and everything Kelly Long touches turns to gold and if I could, I would give her 6 stars!

Kelly was so wonderful to work with. She really listened to what I wanted and made the reception and my bouquet absolutely beautiful. I wanted a "lounge" feeling at the reception and it was in a very industrial style building. We used galvanized tins for the flower holders and you would be amazed at what she did! Fantastic.

Best wedding floral imaginable

Her work is absolutely amazing. She is flexible and will work with you to find the best design for your day, and then likely go above and beyond what you imagined. I had many compliments on her work. She will do smaller orders which is also nice (in comparison to the huge wedding florals).

I was so pleased with all of the florals at our wedding. The Poppy Lane listened to our vision for the day and created beautiful bouquets and arrangements to fit our budget! I was so happy with how everything turned out on our wedding day and know that many of my friends have also used them without any complaints! They can occasionally be a little hard to get in contact with but they will not disappoint you on your big day!

Kelli did a fantastic job on the flowers for my daughter Halie's wedding. The were gorgeous and very original. I had never seen anything like these before. Halie had asked to have some decorations hanging from the tree at the ceremony site and Kelli's ideas were perfect. We used alot of mason jars and Kelli's designs were perfect.

I have never seen flowers so BEAUTIFUL! I had visions in my head of what I wanted and they more than exceeded them! The most gorgeous peonies I have ever seen! The venue looked magical with all of the flowers!!
The only setback I found was having a good way to contact them. There were a couple different times where emails went unanswered and I could not find a working number for their shop. They apologized and gave me the number after my wedding planner contacted them and all was good! They let me add things at the last minute, no questions asked!! It was absolutely breathtaking, and I could not be happier with all my floral arrangements!!!

I chose Poppy Lane for our wedding floral because I love the look of their arrangements and the kinds of flowers they use. I'm not big on tight/ uniform/neatly organized bouquets and arrangements. I really love that loose, asymmetrical, more natural look -and that's what I loved about Poppy Lane Design! We wanted big blooms and summer tones for our wedding floral. I was so excited to see my cascading bridal bouquet so I have to admit I was a little heart broken when I found out it was nosegay shaped... the flowers were still beautiful though. Every other arrangement - the alter pieces, centerpieces, bridesmaid bouquets, etc- were all perfect. Communication wasn't the smoothest since we only communicated through Honeybook messages, but overall I'm happy with our wedding floral.

I had really high expectations for Poppy Lane because I had seen so many pictures of their work that I absolutely loved. Kelly was always very friendly but also very difficult to get a hold of and meet with throughout the planning process. I brought her multiple pictures of what I wanted and we talked extensively about color palettes but my actual flowers on the day of the wedding were not what I had asked for. The bouquets were fine but the centerpieces and the flowers on my cake didn't really go with the rest of the color scheme. Ultimately I was a little disappointed that we spent so much and didn't end up getting what we had originally discussed.

I wanted to love them. I had obsessed over Poppy Lane flowers for a long time even before being engaged because I follow them on social media and saw all their gorgeous flowers for weddings. I was dead set on having them do our wedding flowers. I met with the owner and discussed what I wanted and showed her lots of pictures. The meeting went well and I dediced to book. As the wedding day got closer I emailed her multiple times about adding on a boutiner and flowers for my cake. On the wedding day both of those things were forgotten and when called to tell them they said that they never recieved my emails. The centerpieces were not at all like we had discussed and although the bouquets were pretty they didn't even compare to the work I had been expecting. I was very disappointed and wish I would have looked around a little more before I had booked them.

Owner does not return emails, phonecalls for months at a time. After stating that if we use her as the florist at the venue she would be the day of coordinator, she did not even bother to show up. I have text from her stating she would be at the venue within an hour ,but never came.She was at another event. Did send an assistant who showed up at 4:20 when the wedding was scheduled at 5.Total chaos. Not what you want on your wedding day! Did not provide throw away bouquet as stated in contract. Bridesmaid bouquet was not even given to her until after the ceremony. Guestbook table not set up,Bridal bouquet very small. I could go on and on. I see from other reviews she does a good job at other weddings but really,really let us down. Had we known she would not be there we could of made other arrangements. Very dissappointed to say the least!

Like many others have stated below, if I could give Poppy Lane Design zero stars, I would. After signing the contract and paying my deposit, there was little to no communication on their end. I emailed, texted, and called several times with no response. For such a seemingly high end vendor, I expected my inquiries to at least be handled in a timely manner and with a little bit of grace.
My flowers were not dropped off in a refrigerated vehicle as most florals typically are, but rather, in a normal vehicle roughly 6 hours before my ceremony started. Though I do appreciate that they were early rather than late, I wish they would have stuck to the scheduled time as I was married in a hot barn.
To top it off, my florals were nothing like what were promised to me. I was promised Peonies, Dahlias, and Queen Anne's Lace in the colors sangria, plum, and raspberry. I was provided with hot pink, white, and purple blooms. The garters provided for the men in my bridal party were truly pathetic. Before the ceremony had ended, they were limp and falling. Sadly, my wedding video shows blooms falling out of my bouquet while walking into the reception. Lastly, the florals that were to drape over my sweetheart table were uneven. Though it may sound silly, it sticks out like a sore thumb in all of my pictures that I will have for years to come.
Please keep in mind that this was my dream vendor. I had them picked out before I was even engaged, so for them to be this much of a disappointment was heartbreaking. Poppy Lane Design was nothing short of a letdown in every possible area: customer service, delivery, presentation, and attention to detail.
My advise to brides would be to not just look within the Brides of Oklahoma magazine like I did. Do some digging and really look at reviews. Florals were my number priority and they were a total letdown. I definitely felt as if I was taken advantage of.
