Loved working with Poppy Floral!
I absolutely loved working with Meghan and the Poppy Floral team! I had some very specific ideas about the kind of floral installations I wanted, and Meghan did a great job walking me through how we could bring this to life and adding additional touches and details I would never have thought of. She and her team built the ceremony arch of my dreams, and did a fantastic job with our reception centerpieces and TWO hanging installations. We had SO many compliments on the florals, including from a friend/guest who is a florist herself. Meghan was a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process - organized, flexible, and a great communicator. I can't recommend her enough! -

We could not have asked for more perfect flowers or a more perfect experience working with Meghan at Poppy Floral. She was so easy to work with and took our very vague ideas and turned them into gorgeous, unique arrangements for our big day!
She stopped by personally to say hello and wish us luck on the morning of our wedding which meant the world to us. And she made changes to our final order with absolutely no questions asked. Anyone getting married in the Boston area should check or Meghan’s work - her work is one of a kind! -

A Dream Come True!
From the moment I called Meghan, I knew she was the florist for our wedding! She was the first florist I spoke with, and by the end of that call, I was so confident in her abilities that I immediately contacted everyone else to let them know I had already found the perfect florist.
Her ability to listen and truly understand our vision was remarkable. We had a call about a year and a half before the wedding to discuss everything, and then life got busy, and before I knew it, we were less than two weeks away from the big day. Meghan and I had been in communication about the wedding, but I realized I never confirmed with her if she was all set regarding vision or needed anything from me. Meghan, with her signature calm and confidence, reassured me that unless our vision had changed, she was all set—and wow, was she ever!
Meghan didn’t just deliver what we discussed; she exceeded our wildest expectations. I had envisioned an abundance of romantic candlelight (with fake candles because of our historic venue’s restrictions) and soft, white florals with just a hint of blush/pink tones—nothing too stiff, but also not too wild. Meghan took that vision and transformed it into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The florals were breathtaking, and the ambiance she created was pure magic - she even had one person solely dedicated to candle duty. The photos speak for themselves!
When we decided to build an escort wall, but had no idea what to do with it after the wedding, Meghan didn’t hesitate to help. She quickly found another vendor who could take it off our hands that very night, saving us from any post-wedding stress. Every time we needed a suggestion or a bit of guidance, she was there with thoughtful advice, yet she was so quietly professional and drama-free that it felt like everything just effortlessly fell into place.
Meghan is truly in a league of her own—her talent, professionalism, and ability to bring a vision to life are unmatched. Thank you Meghan! -

I am still totally blown away with how incredibly gorgeous all of the flower arrangements were as well as my bouquet. They just totally nailed it and put together a vision I didn't even know could be possible. I had the upmost confidence in them and they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend using them as your wedding florist.

Anna Sent on 08/14/2012Meghan did a wonderful job with flowers for our ceremony, and she went the extra mile on small details for the reception even though we went DIY for most of the reception flowers. She was very easy to work with and offered great suggestions while keeping her costs well within what I had hoped to spend. I was especially impressed with the elegance of the two arrangements she made for the church--beautiful bowls of white flowers with some hanging greenery, perched on tall holders--wish I could do justice to the description! Meghan did her homework so well to figure out what would work for us and for our space--all on fairly short notice--and I was thrilled with her suggestion to donate the arrangements to a local shelter for women and children. I would definitely work with Meghan again and I highly recommend her. -

We got married in Bristol, RI on 6/11/22. Meghan, AKA Poppy Floral, was truly the best of the best. During our initial consultation, Meghan completely understood our vision and most importantly, our BUDGET! She was so kind and willing to work with us about how to best spread out our budget for our wedding floral needs. Meghan was super transparent with her pricing, and her proposals featuring her ideas for how to bring our vision to light were just perfect. The day of, she coordinated with me to drop my bouquets off at our getting ready Airbnb and showed up right on time. When we got to the venue, we were blown away at how beautiful all of the arrangements were. She even went out of her way to add florals to our "in memoriam" table, and it was such a thoughtful touch. We feel so grateful to have had Meghan as part of our special day - anyone would be lucky to have her! -

Consider your search for a florist over!!
I cannot say enough about Meghan! I feel so grateful that I chose her to design and create the flowers for our wedding. She was responsive, professional and so kind. I truly enjoyed working with her. I gave her a vague idea of my vision for the arrangements and she totally transformed it into something beyond my expectations or imagination. Eight weeks after our wedding and people are STILL raving about the flowers!! I was so obsessed with my bouquet, I didn't want to put it down- I actually preserved it so I can stare at it forever :)
Throughout the process- Meghan was a joy to work with. She is clearly experienced, skilled and passionate about what she does- and it shows in the final product. In my in-person meeting with her in her office to go over details prior to the big day, she was attentive and considered all the details I hadn't thought of- like adding blush napkins to the place settings to tie it all together. It all looked gorgeous!! She provided an extra boutonniere in case one was damaged (from hugging)- which we ended up using for my husband who broke his! She has it all down to a science. She is also located next to a flower warehouse where she has close relationships with growers/sellers and gets some choice flowers at good prices!! She was also flexible + patient and understanding when I kept adjusting the number of centerpieces and other items based on our budget.
Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire Meghan!!! She's incredible and you won't be disappointed. -

Working with Meghan was AWESOME. She is SO talented and generous in helping me achieve my vision for old fashioned, classic floral look for my vintage-themed wedding this past April 7th. I got so many compliments on all of the flower arrangements. She did such a beautiful job on the mantel pieces as well and all of the bouquets and table arrangements were just stunning. Thank you, Meghan for your fine work! My wedding was all the more magical because of your special touch! -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Meghan at Poppy Floral! Our wedding was one of the many 2020 postponed weddings and Meghan made the rescheduling process so smooth and made us feel so secure in her ability to have perfect flowers whenever we were able to have our day! And OH MY GOODNESS were they perfect! She took our vision and delivered above and beyond what we could have ever imagined! A few month before we had to move our ceremony from a church to the venue and Meghan effortless added the rather large change including creating a hexagon altar to our order. Everything was beyond stunning and her attention to detail was insane. The most asked question at our wedding was who is your florist!! We all were so blown away and on top of all of that, Meghan is the sweetest, kindest person and so incredibly easy to work with! You need to book her!! -

Poppy Floral far exceeded our expectations with their work. I am not too knowledgable about flowers, but Meghan listened to my vision and made it magically happen. She was very considerate of our budget and even gave us tips on how to stretch it. Our bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony and reception arrangements were truly artwork and made our wedding day that much more special. Located right above the Boston Flower Exchange, Meghan was even able to show us some of our flowers and candelabra rentals during our final design meeting. I would highly recommend Poppy Floral to anyone planning a wedding in New England. Meghan and Brenda were so professional, accommodating, and easy to work with!

I really enjoyed working with Meghan and would highly recommend Poppy Floral for wedding florals. I chose Poppy because I loved the creativity in Meghan's portfolio. She was super responsive to my emails and met me for an in-person consultation at the venue with samples to understand the vision I was going for, and she executed it perfectly. The flowers around the cake was her suggestion and it ended up being my favorite arrangement of the day! -

We are so happy we were able to work with Meghan and her team at Poppy, as we absolutely loved the flowers for our wedding! Meghan helped turn our vague, initial ideas into masterpieces and she was very accommodating when we added one color to our wedding colors in the middle of planning. I was blown away when I first saw the bouquets and knew that Meghan nailed it. The arrangements for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were gorgeous, and we received so many compliments from our friends and family. Any time we look back at photos from our wedding, we fall in love with the flowers all over again. Also, Baron is the best assistant! :) -

Meghan did an amazing job! Now known as MJP Floral. She not only created a beautiful wedding for us, including aisle decor, arch, centerpieces, accents, and wearables, she also worked with me to figure out my vision and how I could get the most out of my budget! And - the flower arch she constructed stayed fully intact and looking beautiful through a thunderstorm! Could not recommend any higher! -

Sara Sent on 06/13/2018Meghan at Poppy Floral was a pleasure to work with, and the flowers turned out BEAUTIFULLY, especially my bouquet and the flowers on our chuppah, both of which were super important to me. We had a great meeting at the Poppy Floral location in the New England Flower Exchange in Chelsea which was also just a cool venue to visit. They were flexible, super mindful of my budget and preferences, and made it easy to finalize our plans via their online payment system and their digital proposal process. The ONLY (very minor) issue we had was that my husband's boutionierre would not stay on his jacket -- since it was a magnet and one of the flowers on it was a heavier variety, it kept falling off and thus didn't make it in most of our pics. -

Alison Sent on 09/26/2017One of the main things that drew me to Poppy Floral when I was looking for floral vendors was the fact that they would deliver the flowers to a women's shelter after the wedding. This charitable gesture really attracted to me to them, but it was their design and creativity that made us choose them. And boy, are we glad we did!! I didn't even have to come to Meghan and her team with a specific picture. Instead, they were able to take elements from my Pinterest board and other inspirational pictures and pull it together to create the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! When my bridesmaids got their bouquets, they were raving about them and didn't stop all night! And let me tell you about my bouquet - it was SO beautiful that I am having it freeze fried and preserved so I can continue to enjoy them for the rest of my life. They are so much more than I could have ever imagined - I wanted to hold them all night long!! Meghan and her team are innovative and fresh, and know how to really execute the clients' ideas. She was truly amazing, and I will definitely be reaching out to her for other events in the future!!!
