Melissa was the absolute best coordinator we could have ever dreamed of! From our very first meeting, I knew she was the perfect person for the job--she was so organized, thoughtful, and always ready with answers to all of my questions. Throughout the planning process, she was a calm and steady presence, especially during those stressful moments when I needed reassurance.
Her recommendations were spot-on, her attention to detail was flawless, and she truly took care of everything. Our rehearsal was seamless and so well organized, setting the tone for the wedding itself. On the day of, even when unexpected things came up, Melissa handled them with complete grace and positivity. She kept me calm, confident, and focused on what mattered most--enjoying the day with my husband and our loved ones. Because of her, our wedding day felt effortless and perfect. Everything flowed smoothly, and I never once had to worry about logistics.
We also loved working with Tiffany as our content coordinator. She brought such fresh, creative ideas for videos and content and was such a joy to be around. She captured our day in such a fun, thoughtful way and added an extra layer of magic to the whole experience.
Melissa and Tiffany were the dream team--we truly couldn't imagine our day without them. Both my husband and I absolutely loved working with them, and we're endlessly grateful for all they did to make our wedding seamless and unforgettable.
I would recommend Melissa, Tiffany, and Pop the Champagne one million times over. If you're looking for a team who will bring professionalism, creativity, and pure joy to your big day, you've found them!-

The Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!
Allie brought incredible positive energy and high level coordination to our wedding weekend, which involved 240 people, multiple food carts, multiple locations, a lowrider car, a dance number, and a parade across Sunset Blvd. It was a lot, and Allie and her team rose to the occasion with a smile. Pop the Champagne thought of everything! Allie was so helpful in the weeks leading up to it, tying up all of the last details and suggesting some critical vendors. We are so grateful for Pop the Champagne Events, and for Allie. I've recommended her to everyone I know! -

From the very beginning, they were always right there when we needed them. Allie was constantly answering our questions, thinking ahead, and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. They take their work seriously in all the right ways, but what makes them so special is how fun, funny, and genuinely sweet they are while doing it. Allie has the absolute best energy: calm, capable, and somehow still light and joyful even in high-stress moments. Our family and friends were obsessed with her.
On the wedding day itself, Allie and team absolutely crushed it. They did an incredible job wrangling our wild group of family and friends, keeping everything on track without it ever feeling rigid or stressful. We felt so taken care of and if we needed something, she was already there. If something needed handling, it was handled seamlessly.
Because of the PTC team, we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our day without worrying about logistics, timelines, or a single detail. That peace of mind is priceless.
If you’re looking for a coordinator who is professional, organized, hilarious, kind, and just an all-around joy to be around, this is your team. We’re endlessly grateful and would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.
If you're going back and forth or if you think you might not need a coordinator (heads up, you do) well, just book them already!!! You will not regret it. Seriously. Go book them now. -

If you do only one thing for your wedding, hire Pop The Champagne. I can't even begin to explain how much I appreciate Dani. I'm not exaggerating when I say she was the best decision for our wedding. The day went so smooth, because of her perfect timeline (even when I, the bride, was running way behind). She knew everyone way before the wedding. She even took a moment for me to reassure me and calm me down before our first look. She made a bouquet for a grooms woman out of flowers from the aisle. SHE HELD A CRYING BABY FOR MY SISTER-IN-LAW'S SPEECH. She went above and beyond from the moment she started till after the wedding even. My day was perfect because of her. I still talk about her nonstop and I really am so grateful for everything she did, behind the scenes and upfront. THANK YOU DANI! for somehow going with the flow and running a tight ship simultaneously. -

Danielle Duenas the BEST coordinator EVERRRR!!
When you start to plan your wedding you feel all sorts of emotions, and sometimes you need those special humans to keep your mind focus. Pop the Champagne are those special humans that makes you feel like you aren’t going crazy, but helps you enjoy the whole journey of being a bride. When i first contacted Allie she responded so fast, so much so i wasn’t even able to feel nervous!!! She got to know me over the phone and what type of wedding i was creating in this funky brain of mine. After our conversation it was the easiest yes to having her team being my wedding month of coordinators. She provides so much resources and is in contact with you for any questions you have.
When my time was approaching to have my Lead Coordinator i was excited about who was going to be with me on my journey. Allie sent over a wonderful email introducing Danielle and with that being my name as well i KNEW this was going to be freaking amazing…. And i was right. Danielle aka Dani aka firecracker aka life saver aka THE BEST COORDINATOR EVER truly made this wedding experience unforgettable and gave me the confidence i needed to plan my wedding. Being in Colorado while planning a wedding in California felt impossible but Danielle helped me with staying on track, getting the right contracts, reining in ideas and also telling me that i am doing a great job. She was a great communicator to me and for me with anyone that needed an email from us.
Fast forward to the day of my wedding… she brought my vision to life with the help of Dee and Courtney which are also amazing women on this team. She kept me on time, made me feel pampered, and calmed all the wedding day nerves. The entire wedding i was able to enjoy and be in the moment without worrying about a single thing because she was there to take care of it. The whole night besides congratulations every guest had nothing but the nicest things to say about her. They were saying, “oh she’s on it” to “wow, she’s goooood” In just 1 evening her energy was so infectious that everyone couldn’t help but notice her when she was in the room. I can talk on and on about how amazing Dani is, without her i truly believe i wouldn’t have had the best day of my life.
If you are looking for a planner or month of coordinator you NEED to invest in Allie and her team. I have confidence that no matter the person Pop the Champagne is always giving their 1000%. You will achieve your dreams with their help. I can’t thank you all enough, from the bottom of my heart!!!! -

I truly truly TRULY do not have the words to thank Allie and her team enough for making our wedding the most PERFECT day. From the first contact, Allie was responsive, positive, fun, and completely understanding of my style and vision. Best Wedding Coordinators Ever!!!
Where do I even begin - I am obsessed with this company, these women, and my #1, KARLA!!! Pop the Champagne is an incredible company! I had an absolute dream experience with them. My wedding venue required that we hired a month of planner, and I'm SO glad they did. PTC was on a list of recommended coordinators and they stood out far beyond the rest. I was sold immediately on their well rounded, boss biash vibe. Many of the others on the list (while I'm sure are very talented) had a stuffy air about them that just wasn't me. PTC is also extremely fair in their pricing, which is a rarity in the wedding industry! They have your back and are transparent from day 1.
At first, being a budget savvy queen, I wondered if this was a superfluous extra. But since I was required, I went with it. My GOD, was I wrong! Everyone - and I truly mean everyone - getting married needs a Karla. I'm an organized, type A planner, but I didn't know the ins and outs the way these pros do. By the time I was a couple months away from the wedding - I had admittedly lost my marbles. The stress mounts, family starts going crazy, vendors throw you curveballs, and Karla was there to save the day when I needed it most. She was there checking in not just with tangible tasks, but emotionally as well. She is organized, hilarious, assertive, caring, and someone you can put your complete trust into.
From the beginning, Allie was there checking in and sending docs - timelines, recommended vendors, etc. VERY helpful info off the bat. I hired one of their recommended HMU vendors (Face it Sugar) and couldn't have been happier. I felt good throughout the majority of the process, but by the time Karla got to me, I needed her so badly! I got covid 3 weeks before my wedding, and she got a bunch of tasks done for me as I got better. I was stressed about saved seating signs, and she took the wheel. Most importantly, I was dealing with a *caterer who shall not be named.* They had been challenging to deal with through the whole wedding process and threw one final nightmare at us very close to the big day. Karla went out of her way to stand up for me and make sure I wasn't overcharged or disrespected. That's her character - she stands up for what is right and fair, even if it's not convenient for her. I couldn't have been more grateful for her support. By my wedding week, anytime a vendor emailed me instead of her, Karla swatted them away from me, like a protective angel. Karla was THE reason I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day. She picked up my remaining decor and had a handle on absolutely everything, no one came to me first to bother me about nonsense. Our venue had a pretty tight timeline, and she made sure we organized the evening exactly how I wanted. The day is (let's be real - very expensive) and goes by SO fast. Being able to be present and enjoy every moment is so pivotal. Plus, you leave with incredible memories with gals you will forever admire! Right before walking down the aisle, she blasted Unwritten and made me and my best friend/officiant loosen up. It was the sweetest, best thing I didn't know I needed in that moment. We got video of it and I'll cherish it forever! This is the longest review of my life, all of this rambling to say, HIRE THEM! You will be so incredibly thankful you did! They are experts, mind readers, and bosses beyond anything I've ever experienced. THANK YOU!!! -

Allie kept us on track, managed the day-of schedule perfectly, and was an incredible resource throughout the planning process and in particular, the weeks leading up to the big day. So grateful for Karla and PTC!
I don't even know how to adequately start this review because I have so many amazing things to say about PTC and Karla. When Allie emailed me to let me know Karla was going to be my DOC for my wedding at Ebell Long Beach, she said "Karla is experienced at your venue, organized and sweet and going to be your new best friend :)" and she was 100% right! She was assertive without being aggressive, which is exactly what you want in a DOC!!
From the moment we met, I immediately got such a good vibe from Karla and felt so at ease - she was on top of everything, kind, and funny. After our first meeting, she sent over a full Google drive of resources and spreadsheets/documents to stay organized. I am a bit of a control freak/Type A person, but literally had no issue handing the wedding planning reins to Karla because I trusted her completely.
Karla once told me that the couple is the biggest priority during a wedding, and her actions showed that. She always, always, always advocated for what I wanted, what I deserved, and continually checked in with me to see how I was feeling leading up to the big day (and even after!). She communicated the timeline and pertinent details to our vendors well in advance and was such a godsend in making sure everything ran smoothly. Furthermore, she set up all the decor beautifully and packaged everything at the end of the night, including details she thought we would want as a keepsake like our special cocktail napkins and newspaper programs. Kim, Karla's assistant that night, was also so sweet and helpful!
My parents, now-husband, and I were so impressed with how she went above and beyond for us. Any bride/groom assigned to Karla is so incredibly lucky to have her as their DOC, advocate, and friend! We adore you, Karla!!! -

MVP of Our Wedding, Hands Down!
It feels wrong to only be able to give 5 stars to Pop the Champagne. Allie and her team brought our wedding to LIFE and we recommend her to anyone looking for wedding coordination. When we were searching for our wedding day coordinator, Pop The Champagne immediately stood out to us. They sounded bold and unafraid on their website and we loved that they worked with couples of various backgrounds. We were especially thrilled when Allie, the founder of Pop The Champagne, told us she'd be our coordinator. We were right to be excited because she delivered on all fronts. From 3 months before our wedding up until we left our venue happily married, she listened to our concerns, offered her expert advice on every decision that weighed us down, juggled our various vendors and chaotic family members with ease, and most importantly, figured out how to serve ice cream cake at our wedding. When planning a wedding, every complication can seem like the biggest hurdle. From the moment we began working with Allie, we felt a mountain lifted off of our shoulders. Even our guests noticed the difference that she and Karla made on our wedding day. We received so many calls and messages from friends and family the next day saying they'd never experienced smoother transitions at a wedding and that everything just flowed so seamlessly. Anyone who was at our wedding would agree that Allie was the MVP of the night. We are so grateful to her and anybody would be lucky to have her as their coordinator. -

Incredible Work
I had the pleasure of getting to have Pop The Champagne be part of my wedding and I’m beyond thankful for that. They are absolutely the best of what they do and really take into account the importance of your wedding day. From the first intro call with Allie to everything after that, was beyond amazing.
But special recognition to Taylor who was my assigned wedding coordinator. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was. She became a friend through the process, was so patient with my overloaded work schedule (that caused delays in my replies to her), and had amazing energy each time we spoke. She took the reins on the weeks leading to the wedding and those around me noticed how calm I was as a bride. That was pretty much because of Taylor. As for the day of the wedding, Taylor was everywhere - magically moving around the venue - and handled anything that came up that day with perfection and effectiveness. Forever thankful for Taylor and her quality of work on our day.
If you are looking for a wedding planning company, pick Pop The Champagne. You cannot go wrong. They are organized beyond measure, while making your partnership with them feel like you are hanging out with friends.
Only regret is not taking a proper picture with Taylor. I’ve added one I found to this review because you can see her smiling, celebrating us like a hype girl would do.

If we could give TEN STARS, we would!
We went back and forth as to whether we wanted to bring on a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, and believe me when I say – Pop the Champagne was the single best investment we made in our planning process and wedding-day experience. From our very first call to our wedding weekend, Allie went above and beyond. She was communicative, responsive, professional, offered expert advice and guidance, and was SO MUCH FUN to work with! She also crafted our day-of timeline, directed our rehearsal, and took over final vendor communication, so that all we needed to do on our wedding day was show up, relax, and enjoy.
She masterfully executed all events on our wedding day, kept us on track and on time, and continually checked in with us, our vendors, and our wedding VIPs to make sure the vibes were immaculate. Our guests could not stop talking about how well everything flowed together at our wedding, and that could not have happened without Allie’s expertise and energy.

Amazing Team!
We booked Pop the Champagne for our August wedding in Los Angeles, and Allie was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to - it was so great to work with someone who is genuine in the wedding industry. In the months leading up to the wedding she provided resources to help us, was always available to help when we got stuck on anything or had any questions, and helped wrangle the vendors. On the wedding day we didn't worry about a single thing - the Pop the Champagne team is so professional and experienced, they moved everything through the day so seamlessly we didn't even notice it happening. Allie and her team also brought a great energy to the day and helped remind everyone that this is a day to celebrate, not worry about little things. I would 100% recommend Pop the Champagne! -

The best coordinators!!
We’re so grateful that we got to work with Allie and her team for our wedding! Taylor was our coordinator and Melissa was the assistant. They were both fantastic - they ran the day perfectly and it went off without a hitch. Taylor kept us on schedule, was responsive to any questions or requests we had, and kept a dozen balls in the air all at once! Leading up to the event she was responsive and helped with any and all questions or issues and was very helpful with our needy/high maintenance venue.
Before Taylor was assigned to us a couple of months before the wedding we dealt with Allie on a fairly regular basis. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and helped us along the way whenever we reached out.
I recommend the Pop the Champagne team 100% - we never could have done it without them! -

We had the pleasure of having Melissa as our day of coordinator. She was responsive, organized, professional, and understanding. From the moment she started working with us, we felt like we could trust her! She communicated with us and our other vendors frequently and also helped us make logistical decisions for our day. She's extremely approachable but knows how to get things done! Lastly, she made sure we both always had drinks in our hands and food in our bellies at the wedding! She was a joy to work with. -

Best money you can spend!
We have little to add to all the other amazing reviews, but we’re writing our own anyway because Pop the Champagne is that good. Hiring Allie + team is the best thing you can do for your wedding and your sanity. For an extremely reasonable price, you get so, so much: resources (like recommended vendors and guidance for stocking the bar), unlimited contact (to ask any and all questions and even have vendor contracts reviewed), and then everything you’d expect from a day-of coordinator — they step in and make sure everything is good-to-go leading up to the wedding, run a rehearsal (and are super flexible about time and place), and then handle the big day flawlessly (so flawlessly that you barely notice they’re doing things). Best of all, the vibes: there is zero judgment. We’re a queer couple who did some very traditional things (walked down the aisle with parents, had a first dance, etc.) and avoided others (no bridesmaids, bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc.). We felt completely comfortable with Allie — she has truly seen it all, so whatever kind of wedding you’re planning, she’s game. She also took great care of us on the actual day by making sure we had everything we needed, taking care of anything that came up, and making sure we ate and drank. We recommend listening to her podcast to get a sense of who she is and then booking immediately. -

You need a DOC and PTC is the best.
My husband and I can't say enough about how much we loved working with Carolyn from Pop the Champagne. She was assigned to us a few months before the wedding to help coordinate, and from the moment we met her at the walk-through to the end of the wedding itself, she went above and BEYOND. She took over all of the contracts and communication with our vendors, and handled it flawlessly. She was also so quick to respond to any questions we had, and to alleviate or strategize any potential stressors. As a person, Carolyn is so sweet and positive, and her energy carried across the entire day. I honestly can’t even imagine what our wedding would have been like without her. We are so unbelievably grateful to have had Carolyn by our side, executing and organizing everything like the ultimate pro she is. We also want to give a shout-out to Allie, who was so supportive and kind to us from day one. We got engaged and started planning in 2019, so it goes without saying that COVID changed everything. Allie was there for us, and helped us figure out a gameplan to postpone over a tearful (on my part lol) phonecall. You can just tell that the company has the best people, and a DOC is one of the most important vendors you have to find. Overall, our experience with PTC was amazing. We were originally supposed to get married in 2020, and they were patient throughout our various postponements and Allie was super responsive when we needed advice. Once our day was on the horizon, we were assigned Melissa who was such a blessing. She worked tirelessly to help us find vendors we were still missing, and worked with all vendors to ensure everyone adhered to our venue's strict COVID protocols. Once the day came, my husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing--she even handled our puppy for a bit! I know our day wouldn't have been the same without her--I highly recommend booking with PTC. -

Best wedding coordinator
Allie and her team went above and beyond for us. From the start before I had even hired her team she was already prompt with her calls and emails. She was helpful through out the whole process and so knowledgeable. Her team is definitely the kind of women you want around you during this time. So helpful and happy I would be there friends outside of this any day! She gave great tips on each area of the wedding details. She also went out of her way several times for us! Day of she was extremely professional and on it. She handled our vendors and really leaded the day. Thanks to Allie and her team we had a great organized wedding planning process and beautiful wedding day! -

BEST BEST decision about our wedding
We planned our wedding during Covid....enough said (lol). But Allie, the POP crew, and Luana were there for us every step of the way. Allie's energy, guidance, and the POP podcasts were exactly what I needed especially in those early stages. Every time there was a Covid mis-step she was right there for me with suggestions and more importantly motivation. Luana was my DOC and she instantly got me! Every insane idea I had, she was right there like "YES I got this for you" and was such a joy to be around. She was beyond amazing and without a doubt created an absolute DREAM of a time for everyone! Being the type of person that literally wanted to emcee her own wedding (yes that's a real story), having Luana let me just enjoy the ride was seriously the best gift I ever received.
Bottom line - these ladies know exactly what to do and how to make your day amazing. Trust me, they'll be the best thing you ever decide about your day! -

Best possible investment for our wedding
Allie from Pop the Champagne was a DREAM. Both my new husband and I agree that this was the best money spent from our entire vendor team (and this is saying a lot, because our vendor team was incredible). Allie was incredibly responsive to all my emails/requests/texts - which I found not to be the case with some other people we inquired with, as well as some of our other vendors. She knew her stuff re: wedding industry and helped us pull together the BEST possible team. She was fun, calming, and totally patient with my type-A tendencies. After Covid made our welcome reception fall through, she helped us plan an incredible party the night before our wedding with around a month's notice. Best of all, we had the most incredible wedding day - it was truly seamless in terms of timeline, vendor delivery, and every small detail. Allie helped pull this off and I could not be more grateful!! My bridesmaids loved her too :)
Simply put: if you're planning a wedding in Southern California, hire this team in a second! You will not regret it!!! -

Outstanding service
My husband and I agree--we don't know WHAT we would have done without Allie's help. WE ADORE HER! When our wedding was canceled due to COVID and we had to pivot to a small backyard affair, it was important to us that we didn't sacrifice having a beautiful and special evening, and, crucially, one that we didn't have to bend over backwards to make happen.
Allie was beyond awesome in helping plan and coordinate day of, she has great taste and is wonderful at providing the calm, supportive atmosphere that brides and grooms need. She was stellar in coordinating vendors and paid for herself in many ways as she found clever ways to cut costs all over the place.
We can't say enough about PTC and recommend them to anyone. Money EXTREMELY well spent. -

Best decision ever
Hiring a coordinator is not easy, especially because this is somebody you will be communicating a lot with and exchanging thoughts with as the big day approaches. We chatted with a handful of coordinators, and PTC boss lady, Allie, was the only one that we clicked with. She was raw, experienced and looking through PTC's IG page, their weddings looked downright FUN! We booked PTC about 14 months in advance and although they are just month-of coordinator, I felt that they were way more than that. During my whole wedding planning process, Allie was always there to answer my one-off questions and provide valuable resources to guide me in the right direction. And then in the middle of my planning, she came out with her OWN PODCAST *mind blown*. Her podcast episodes addressed almost every one of my concerns and probably prevented a lot of more back and forth emails from me (so kudos to you, Allie!).
Allie ultimately assigned herself to us about 3-4 months out and immediately took over the reins of logistics. We had our first venue walk-through with most of the vendors, and she arrived super organized and ready to attack any questions coming her way. We also met for about an hour afterwards to discuss timeline and honestly, she just seems like one cool chick and someone who I'd love to grab a drink with.
As we approached the big day, Allie was there to answer my questions and bounce ideas off of each other to find the best solution. The last 60 days of wedding planning is definitely the most stressful and Allie was my savior during this time. On the big day, i can honestly say that I was not stressed one bit. I knew wholeheartedly that Allie had everything under control and it really put the cherry on top when several vendors commented to me that we were either ahead of schedule and that this was the most "relaxed" wedding they ever worked. This really touched me, because we really wanted our wedding to flow organically and wanted everyone to have a good time. We are so, so grateful to her taking for taking the reins of our wedding day and letting us truly enjoy the day with our loved ones. The hype is real, our wedding day was perfect and we couldn't thank Allie more for it!

Amy is a rockstar day-of-coordinator!
As a bride, you expect nothing but the best for the biggest day of your life. For me, this meant PERFECTION. I'm a control-freak, which means the year leading up to our wedding, I've hand selected EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL. Nothing was overlooked, and I had a large say in what I wanted and how I wanted it. I'm talking about a surprise grand entrance/flash mob that needed to be strategically hidden till the very last second, a billion details (neon signs, large acrylic signs, 6ft escort card displays, how the napkins should be knotted, custom everything, etc.), and having to deal with a bunch of vendors (live water color artists,boba baristas, etc.). It was literally a huge deal!
I was a bit nervous hiring a day-of-coordinator. All my hard work and planning for a whole year put in the hands of one person. My venue (Ebell Club Long Beach) required one, and recommended Pop the Champagne, and so there I was. Let me tell you- Amy was truly sent from HEAVEN! There's no one that could've handled me and my wedding, like she did.
Process: Amy was assigned to me about 2 months before my wedding. She was always available to talk via text, outside of our scheduled calls. The calls that we had were always friendly, and Amy was always on her A-game! She made sure she was aware of everything and helped us make efficient and smart decisions. She was also the point of contact with all of our vendors as the day got closer, which included obtaining contracts, confirming everyone understood house rules, walking us through our design meeting and making sure everyone knew their allotted times. She created a very helpful item/detail list, which made it easy for me to designate what goes where, who takes home what and when things need to be set up. Her process was FLAWLESS!
Rehearsal: Amy was so helpful! Since Ebell had an event the Friday before our wedding, we weren't able to rehearse the ceremony in that space. Instead, we used a conference room in our hotel. Our hotel gave us a different room from the one we booked, and we didn't know until everyone got there. Amy took care of talking to the front desk, and in the end the rehearsal went well. She was able to effortlessly manage a "herd of cattle," as I'd like to call us. We had about 40 people in our bridal party, so being able to communicate to everyone and ensure they were attentive was a hassle, but Amy didn't flinch at all. She also made her personal car available afterwards, and we were able to give her décor beforehand, which saved a bunch of time on the day-of.
Wedding Day: Being hidden away in the bridal suite the majority of the day, I was nervous to see if all my vision and its elements would come together. When I finally saw the decorations and overall space, it was PERFECT! Better than I ever could've imagined. I'm sure that there were some hiccups with vendors, but Amy didn't bother me at all with it. She handled everything herself and was the point of contact for everything and all questions. The decorations were set up perfectly, the vendors were there and ready when they were supposed to be and we were very well taken care of. The day-of, Amy checked on me just the right amount and always made sure I was feeling okay and ABLE TO EAT! We got a bunch of comments on how smoothly our wedding went, and we owe that all to Amy, her VERY helpful timeline and perfect execution of all things.
Amy is everything I could have wished for in a day-of coordinator. I was able to enjoy my wedding day, without being stressed about all the different elements. If I could give her a gazillion stars, I would. She made our wedding absolutely perfect, ergo my need to praise her in this very long review! Thank you to Pop the Champagne for everything, especially to our rockstar coordinator, Amy G.!-

Our Hero: You need Pop the Champagne
Hiring Allie and Pop the Champagne was a slam-dunk in every way. I'm an organized person and felt pretty confident with vendor booking and generalized planning, but trust--no matter how great you are at wedding planning, you're going to need someone like Allie to knit all your plans together and execute on the day-of. We weren't originally considering a coordinator, but our venue required it, so we found Allie, a straight-forward, no bullshit, boss lady and immediately pulled the trigger. When you know, you know, and she was absolutely excellent. We booked her about a year out from our wedding knowing that her services wouldn't kick in for many months, but even in those interim months, she answered every email within 24 hours. We used her preferred vendor lists and rental tips to get all our big rocks situated. When it was time to pass over our plans to her, we felt total confidence. My mom commented that she noticed a newfound lightness and ease in my demeanor when Allie came onboard. Here's a few of the million things she did for us: 1. built and implemented a super detailed timeline of the entire day, starting w/ Hair/Makeup and ending with final venue walkthrough after vendor strike 2. confirmed vendor arrivals and deliveries throughout the day 3. set up and took down all our decor 4. helped us figure out how to best use our venue's mega cinema screen, which ended up in every single photo, so that turned out to be really crucial advice 5. helped us adjust w/ vendors as we had last minute changes to the guest list 6. guided us towards pre-ceremony champagne to allow a cushion for guests to navigate DTLA traffic 7. gut checked us with vendor questions and menu selection 8. helped us pack away all our stuff at the end of the night so none of our family had to "clean up." 9. handled an overly sloshed guest. 10. made sure our marriage license was situated and filed! She did it all--made it so all we had to focus on was enjoying our day. Plus her new podcast is SO helpful. Allie/Pop the Champagne is the gift that keeps on giving. Buy yourself this gift. It'll be the best thing you do for yourself throughout this process. -

Saved the Day
I can’t imagine our wedding without the incredible Pop the Champagne. Originally, a family friend had gifted us her professional services as a day-of-coordinator and then about a month before the wedding, she canceled. I panicked and called every suggested vendor from our venue. Then came Pop the Champagne to save the day with their endless amount of on-demand support, guidance, resources, tips, and suggestions and all-around good vibes.
I was on the phone with Allie the next day and was immediately drawn to her down to earth, realistic personality. The day after, I had a meeting with my Lead Coordinator, Amy, and had a timeline in my hand by the end of the week. These ladies know what they’re doing and are compassionate towards your unique situation, vision, and story, not to mention they are transparent about their pricing and supportive of LGBTQ. I 100% believe that PTC has the best value for a day-of coordinator in Southern California.
Now on to my lovely Amy and her assistant Sierra. With about a month to go before the big day, I wasn’t able to find a time to physically meet Amy until our rehearsal, but I felt like I had known her for years. When Allie introduced me to Amy, she said “Meet Amy, she’ll be your best friend for the next month” and that couldn’t have been truer. Amy was quick to respond to any email or text I sent. She didn’t bat an eye when I changed my mind on things or updated the seating chart 20 times. Amy knew exactly what my husband and I wanted and stayed true to this on the day of the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about any little detail. Our families couldn’t stop raving about how she made sure to take care of our grandparents, offering them earplugs and bringing them their dinner so they were comfortable the entire time. She had her tide pen ready when my bouquet got pollen all down the front of my dress and when my husband, on 3 separate occasions, got bird poop, coffee, and tacos on his suit - all before the "first look." Most importantly, I happened to be running a fever the day of the wedding (probably due to nerves) and she had the Advil and water ready for me every 4 hours on the dot.
It’s honestly the little details that set Amy and Pop the Champagne apart. They gave us everything that we didn’t know we needed and I’m SO grateful that the stars aligned and we were lucky enough to have worked with them. Do not think twice if you have the opportunity to hire Pop the Champagne. -

Best Day Of Coordinators!
Pop the Champagne is the way to go if you need a day of wedding coordinator!
From the very start, Allie, the owner becomes your point person with any and all questions you may have while prepping for your big day. She is so organized, fast at responding, and gave great referrals for vendors.
About three months out from your wedding, Allie introduces you to your day of coordinator and from there on out, that person is your go to for EVERYTHING. So much more goes into this than just the day of. I am absolutely amazed at this company’s expertise. They create your timeline, handle all props and decor, deal with all aspects of managing vendors (insurance, contracts, deliveries, arrivals, and everything else). They work closely with the venue to make sure everything is set and runs smoothly. This took SO MUCH stress off my plate. They also give the coordinator an assistant for the day of so you know that anything that needs to get done will be covered!
I’m sure the whole PTC team is amazing, but my husband and I feel incredibly grateful that Amy was our day of coordinator. She was so organized throughout the whole process. From the moment we met her at our timeline meeting, we felt like she totally understood and listened to everything we wanted. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she put me at ease and worked tirelessly to set us up for success. She managed our rehearsal and was so incredible the day of the wedding. A few things went wrong as they do with weddings, and she was putting out fires and was my advocate for everything. I cannot thank her enough for this. Additionally, guests and family members were coming up to us at the wedding asking who she was and complimenting her. I know my wedding would not be same without her. Not only is she an expert, she is extremely thoughtful, genuine, and understanding.

Most Valuable Vendor!
My Most Valuable Vendor award goes to the Allie at Pop the Champagne! *crowd goes wild*! There is no way we could've done it without her!
Throughout our planning process, she answered all of my questions with awesome advice, assurance, and quick wit. Allie is so personable and easy to talk to! We had our wedding at a venue that was a clean slate and nothing was included, meaning my planning was extensive but I felt supported by Allie the whole way.
The day of, Allie made sure I was stressfree and thanks to her we stayed on schedule to enjoy our wedding (definitely impossible without her). She went above and beyond coordinating all of our vendors and setting up just as I envisioned. I recently learned Allie was on her hands and knees, helping our florist, pick up glass from broken vases that the wind had knocked over... I never knew!
Something to note, I'm definitely a little controlling but Allie was so confident and bright I never doubted she and her assistant would handle everything better than I could! It's obvious that Allie has extensive experience and she can see issues you (or your sister, or your mom, or your really organized friend) can't see coming.
If you and your wedding party want to enjoy this once in a lifetime moment without stress and with an awesome person, hire PTC! -

Great Wedding Planner!
Allie and Pop The Champagne not only salvaged our wedding when our original wedding planner went MIA two weeks before the big day, but led us to having the weekend of our lives. Without getting into all the leftover negatives that Allie made us forget about in no time, Pop the Champagne untangled an absolute mess, and proceeded to take care of every important detail that had been left unattended. Allie did it all with confidence and a great attitude. Not once did we ever leave a conservation feeling as if she and her team weren't on top of it.
She might be the boss of her company, but the word bossy does not describe her leadership style. She's an amazing collaborator, responsive, and our vendors loved her as much as us. My wife and I cannot speak more highly about Pop the Champagne and I'd be happy to speak to anyone personally in greater detail who is on the fence about who to hire for this important position. The best decision you can make!!
Our venue suggesting Allie from POC was the best gift anyone could have given us! From the beginning, I felt so comfortable with Allie -- her warmth and wit kept me sane throughout the planning process. She was always available to answer any of my questions, provide vendor suggestions, share her wealth of knowledge, and so much more. She innately understood when too many other things were going on for me and wedding planning just couldn't be my priority; without asking she picked up the pieces, caught all of the balls in the air and made sure everything was perfect. We will be forever grateful to POC! Just Hire them!
We used PTC as our DOC for our wedding 3 weeks ago, and I could not be happier! My friends and family are still talking about the flow, and ease of transition witnessed. Not to mention we literally had ZERO worries from the moment we arrived on our wedding day. My first 'phone interview' for a DOC was with PTC 11 mo. prior to our wedding and as soon as I spoke with Allie I knew I didn't need to look anymore.
I wasn't in the market for a full on planner, but I am so happy I found PTC sooner in the process because Allie was super helpful with vendor questions, contracts, and just overall 1st time wedding planning questions. She was extremely responsive and also checked in basically monthly to make sure I was on target to book our big vendors in time.
Once we had our actual first meeting I was even more confident in our choice to go with PTC. Allie took on communication with my vendors, built our timeline and brainstormed with me in making sure the order of events was in good flow and fit our vision. We were planning our wedding from cross country so having Allie be so AH-MAZING was beyond helpful.
Day of- My now husband and I literally worried about NOTHING, both Allie and Shauna (asst. for our wedding) were cool as cucumbers through the whole thing and handled all things logistics! They took the 'wedding workshop' that was in my parents living room and brought it to life in the venue along with our florist and I was blown away. Being a planner by nature and very detail oriented, it was tough to hand over a vision- but they elevated that vision and I wish I could live it over and over. My hubby and I truly enjoyed our wedding, ate great food, had ALL the liquids we could want because of PTC. They anticipated our needs that day and made sure we got to live our moment. My only regret is we didn't get a photo with them!

I am a little late on my review, but better late than never. I have nothing but great things to say about Allie and Pop the Champagne! From the beginning when I first got on the phone with Allie I felt so comfortable and at ease. I knew right away her team was just what I was looking for in making our big day a success. Once hired, and the planning process began, Allie was always open to help me out with recommendations and ideas.
About a month or so before the wedding, I was lucky to have Allie selected as my lead party animal. Around this time, my father-in-law was in a very bad accident and we weren’t sure if he was going to make it. At this point, the wedding was the last thing on our mind and we spent most nights in the hospital. What was supposed to be one of the best times of our lives was also very low one. In comes Allie to the rescue. Aware of our situation, she really took control and finished up all that last minute planning and put my mind at ease. She got in touch with all my vendors making sure everyone knew what was going on and where they needed to be. I was really grateful to have her by my side on the big day. Everything turned out beautifully and ran smoothly. I would defiantly recommend POP the Champagne as your party planning people! They are AWESOME!!

My husband David and I got married at Rancho Las Lomas on March 9, 2018 and the day was PERFECT thanks to Allie! We both agreed that Pop the Champagne was the BEST thing that we spent money towards when it came to our wedding.
We’ve been to dozens of weddings as guests, and you don’t realize how much you don’t pay attention to details as a wedding guest until you’re planning your own wedding. Multiple vendors were involved for our big day, and Allie made sure that all the vendors showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. This was a huge relief for David and I because the last thing that we wanted to deal with on our wedding day were logistics.
Leading up to the wedding, Allie was always available via email or phone which was amazing. Allie created our day of timeline, was there for our rehearsal, was there for our walk-through, and was also there for our final meeting with our caterer 24 Carrots. So even though Allie was technically a "day of" coordinator, she was involved with the wedding way more than just a day which was great! David and I honestly don't know what we would have done without her.
Allie is super professional yet fun at the same time which made us feel much more comfortable around her. She reminded us to have fun on our wedding day and I feel that we were able to because we knew that she had everything under control. I would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married! -

My bride and I can't say enough good things about Allie from Pop the Champange. She stepped in over a month before the wedding to coordinate a walkthrough with our vendors. I can't imagine how much work went into wrangling contracts and insurance policies and arrival times with all our vendors, but she did an awesome job. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch - she handled anything and everything that came up and everything flowed perfectly. She was amazing to work with throughout, as was the other person that came to the actual wedding (I can't remember her name). Of all the things we spent money on planning the wedding, this was the best decision we made. -

Working with Pop the Champagne was seriously the best decision I made! I am naturally a very type A, anxious person and the second I met with Sarah I immediately felt 100% better. The month leading up to our wedding she answered all of my questions, dealt with all of the vendors and made sure everything was going to be perfect. I was completely calm and relaxed on my wedding day thanks to Sarah and the PTC team, I felt totally confident that Sarah could handle it all! They are reasonably priced and total day of coordinator rock stars, I cannot recommend PTC enough! -

I am SO glad that we hired Michelle and Pop the Champagne! We were planning our wedding from across the country, and PTC was one of the first vendors that we hired. I had a phone call with Allie, and based on just one conversation I knew she had us covered. We used a number of their vendor recommendations who all turned out to be incredible, and all of their checklists and other resources were so helpful along the way.
Once we were paired up with Michelle, I knew we were in good hands. I am a perfectionist, but I had no interest in worrying about the minute-by-minute details of my wedding, and Michelle took care of EVERYTHING. She confirmed with all of our vendors, ran our rehearsal, worked with our venue to get all our details set up, helped family members, the list goes on... I am a worrier, and Michelle is the reason I was not worried at all (seriously, about anything) on my wedding day.
As a testament to how dedicated she/PTC is, during the ceremony I had a bee in the train of my dress and Michelle was literally on her hands and knees, getting the bee out of my train. I had no idea this was happening. She is committed, positive, and we could NOT have had the day we had without her and all of PTC's help along the way. -

The owner at pop the champagne picked the perfect lady for day of coordinator. Lauren worked perfectly with my aunt ( who did all the decor) and my sister-in-law (who is also a wedding coordinator). They made our wedding beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our wedding ran smoothly thanks to her. -

Allie is my spirit animal.
She just coordinated our wedding last weekend and I could not have asked for more. I'm very type-A, so I was nervous about being able to relax and enjoy the day. But because of Allie, I was basically Buddha and could not have been more chill. Leading up to the wedding, she was always available to answer questions and did an amazing job of getting all of our vendors to communicate with each other and get on the same page. We were a few months away from our wedding and it was becoming clear that we would need a day-of coordinator if we wanted to be stress-free during the event. We learned about Pop the Champagne on A Practical Wedding. One phone call with Allie and it was clear that she knew her stuff and would be a pleasure to work with. We met with one other coordination service, and while that person was also friendly and the company was established, we felt a stronger connection with Allie and felt she “got us” much better. After checking her (glowing) references, we hired her.
Allie sent us a worksheet to help us think through the day, and we went over it with her at our in-person meeting. We continued to handle correspondence with vendors, but had we hired her earlier in the process she would have helped us with vendor contracts.
Allie drafted a timeline with us and worked with our other vendors to finalize it and make sure everyone was on the same page. The day of the rehearsal, Allie wasted no time taking charge of the wedding party and getting us to fall in line. It was a relief to not be the ones who were the “point people.” Once we brought in all the decorations and explained what should go where, she complimented us on being organized (something we needed to hear at that point, as we were feeling quite frazzled) and took over. The morning of the wedding, she and her assistant were hard at work making our centerpieces look presentable and hanging our signs throughout the venue.
Allie stayed behind the scenes, but we knew she was very busy working with our other vendors to keep the day moving. We only saw Allie a few times - once to let us know it was about time to start the ceremony, and again to tell us we were ahead of schedule and make sure we were doing all right. Allie and her assistant did a phenomenal job and we would recommend Pop the Champagne to anyone who is considering day-of coordination services. Trust us, you need them. -

My wife and I hired Allie from PTC as our day-of coordinator while we planned our LA wedding from France. I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it without her help. She helped to recommend vendors, give us advice, keep our plans on track, and just generally keep us sane.
Once we arrived in LA she met up with us at the venue, talking through our plan for the day, suggesting things we hadn’t even thought to think of in terms of layout, rentals, the ceremony… just everything imaginable.
She built us a timeline to help us schedule all the different moving parts we had going on. She answered all our questions about and helped us to edit the exact timing according to our needs.
THEN she helped us run through the ceremony at the rehearsal and made sure everyone in the wedding party knew exactly what to do.
AND ALL THAT WAS BEFORE THE “DAY-OF” IN “DAY-OF COORDINATOR” ACTUALLY HAPPENED, I CANNOT STRESS HOW GREAT SHE WAS
On the day she was there well before we were and coordinated all our vendors for the wedding day, leaving my wife and I free not to worry about a single thing. We just let Allie do her job and keep things ticking along. She got us where we needed to be, helped move people along, oh my god, she was the best coordinator ever. All the stress of organising the day’s events was taken away from us and we could just enjoy our day in newly-wedded bliss.
Also she has a great personality, was super easy to work with, and even managed to handle some of our more, uh, gregarious family members without breaking stride.
Okay, if you are still reading this review and not throwing your money at Pop The Champagne I don’t know what to tell you, just go book them right now. -

If I could give more stars I would :) I had the BEST experience working with Pop The Champagne. During the whole wedding planning process, it is such a relief to work with people who are dedicated, responsive, and just "get it" and these girls totally do!
Initially I was emailing with Allie who responded to emails quickly and was always helpful in helping me with my questions or concerns. I had to switch venues last minute and during this stressful time for me, she even emailed a list of venues she thought could work for me.
I was introduced to our DOC weeks before our wedding. When we met with JENNY we just felt so comfortable with her and she seemed to really understand what kind of vibe we wanted for our party. She helped with our set up the day before- gave the BEST suggestions and recs.. even little details such as adding some extra decor to our aisle or where we should keep our beer pong tables during the night. We wanted a super casual wedding, but Jenny also made sure we had our "moments" together.. which really made it special. Although more casual.. I wouldn't say our party was a easy one to coordinate the day of.. she always made sure we were fed, had a drink in our hands, and ultimately.. were having fun. She even stayed until the end for clean up and made sure all our stuff was packed up.. what a trooper, it was a long day!
Honestly, I hear a lot of bride & grooms are stressed out during their big day.. but I can really say we had so much fun along with my guests and it was because of Jenny & her assistant!

These people are great if you are organized and just need help with the day of so you can enjoy the wedding. I was producing my daughter's wedding and had everything planned down to the last detail, but I haven't done a wedding before and they have done many. Lauren created a timeline for the day, kept all the vendors informed, coordinated and ran the rehearsal, and made sure the ceremony ran smoothly, cueing up everyone and timing the processional. She had everything done before I even knew it needed to be done. Fabulous! -

My only regret is that I won't have a reason to work with Sarah and Pop the Champagne again! Sarah truly went above and beyond time and again. I really feel like I could not have pulled off everything without her. I am a very organized planner, but she is a full-on scheduling master. I highly recommend using Pop the Champagne. Of all the wedding vendors, they were BY FAR the best value. Wedding day was virtually worry-free with Sarah on my side! -

Allie is fantastic. From our initial meeting with her, she was on it! I literally just handed her a rough timeline, a vendor contact list, a layout drawing of the ceremony & reception sites, and answered questions as she read it. We brought décor to our venue, got dressed, showed up to the venue the next day and BOOM, instant-wedding! She kept in touch, was crazy prompt with answering all of our emails and phone calls, and was incredibly personable and professional. She also happens to be a wonderful guest wrangler, iPod controller, and MC. We also had a lot of trouble with our venue coordinator and staff, Allie totally compensated by pouring guests’ water and folding ceremony chairs herself. She made sure that we didn’t even know about any of these issues while we enjoyed our wedding. It wasn’t until we approached her for confirmation regarding these issues that she confirmed our suspicions. So in summary: If you are going to plan your wedding yourself, but want to hand off the day’s reins so that all you have to do is enjoy...do yourself a favor and book PTC! -

I called Allie from PTC three months before our wedding. At first I wasn't sure about the "party animal" vibe I felt from the website, but after having interviewed several day-of-coordinators and reading amazing reviews about PTC (and having seen them on A Practical Wedding), I decided to put aside my preconceived notions and call them. Boy was that the right decision! Allie and I hit it off right away, and it was clear that she was on it and had her priorities in line - get us married and have a party, and for us not to sweat the small stuff while they handled everything day-of. She set us up with Lauren, who we met via Skype, and decided that she was equally as awesome and hired her right away. Throughout the process, she was supportive in addition to being fun to talk to and bounce ideas off of, and was totally cool with doing as much or as little tradition as we wanted, reminding us that it was important that we stay true to what was important to us so that we enjoyed the day. She was also incredibly prompt in responding to emails, even over the holidays! On the day of the wedding, she took ideas from my mom and set up everything beautifully. Most importantly, when it started to drizzle, the venue had not rented enough chairs and moved the ceremony inside without consulting me. Lauren understood my frustration and asked if I wanted to have it outside. I said yes, and instantly she was off with a smile, moved it outside, and it was absolutely amazing! We made sure to have umbrellas on hand, and all of our guests told us that they were so happy we did it in the rain and that it was unforgettable! Lauren stayed all the way until the end and helped us pack up my mom's car, and even our DJ/MC said that she was the most organized DOC he had ever worked with and took her info so that he could recommend her for future events! No one ever expects things to go wrong, but when they do, I would absolutely recommend having Lauren and PTC there to handle it :) -

Hiring Allie/Pop the Champagne was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was impeccable in communicating with us from start to finish, via emails or phone. She is an organizational and coordination genius, magically bringing everything together on the big day. She worked extra hard at getting our decor to look the way we wanted (especially hand-assembling the escort cards - thank you!!!) and she kept everything running super smoothly in the midst of family and friends visiting with each other at the bar and not knowing where they're supposed to go... She made us feel completely at ease and relaxed, and we had a dream wedding with her help. I was already convinced that it was a good idea to hire her prior to the wedding, but I now see that she was truly indispensable. And she does it all while looking good and staying witty ;). What can I say about Pop the Champagne? They are truly what they say they are..."Day of Coordination Experts!" I absolutely love Allie Shane from the moment I found their website...her spunky personality and go-to attitude is just want I was looking for in a coordinator. With our wedding in her hands...I was absolutely the most calm & stress-free bride the days before and day of my wedding! Allie was THE professional and took care of the little details that I didn't even think of. She was responsive via email, as we planned our wedding from England. We finally met in person the month of our wedding and she was simply brilliant. She took care of everything from the morning of wedding day to the end of the night...Allie was there the entire day! Allison of Pop the Champagne and her services were priceless. I cannot imagine trying to coordinate and take care of all the things she did while trying to get ready to walk down the aisle. She dealt with any/all issues professionally and expediently. I didn't even know about little snags because she sheltered me from them. She helped arrange all of my decor, cooridinated with all of the vendors and kept us on-schedule all day long! The list of things she did for us goes on and on. She was my saving grace. I hired Pop The Champagne as day-of coordinators for my destination wedding in California and they were invaluable!! The day went PERFECTLY with no hiccups. Laurie and her assistant took care of everything so that I could enjoy the day.
I know that if I didn't have Laurie I would have been really stressed and would have spent the day running around instead of having the best day of my life. They got there early and dealt with all the vendors, set up and then stayed until late helping to put everything away. Laurie was awesome at taking charge while still being calm, kind and respectful. She is also super organized and had great advice!
In the months leading up to the wedding Allie was always available by email to help me with vendor and logistical questions, which was so important to me since I had very limited knowledge of the area.

One of the best decisions we made during wedding planning (if not, THE best) was hiring Pop the Champagne. We had the most positive, stress-free experience throughout the entire wedding process, thanks in large part to our coordinator, Allie. Our venue had a considerable number of rules and required us to bring nearly all our vendors. Thus, I was nervous going to our venue walkthrough with our venue coordinator and caterer. However, Allie met with us at a nearby coffee shop beforehand, dispelled my nerves, and really took charge during the meeting. I left the meeting feeling as if a huge burden had been lifted from my shoulders!
From day one, Allie was lightning fast in her communication with me. Being Type A, I emailed her many questions (some that were probably trivial/inane), but her replies were always enthusiastic, encouraging, and thorough. We had issues with a couple vendors, but Allie took the initiative to contact them and prevented me from stressing out. On rehearsal day, she once again took charge and conducted a smooth and effortless rehearsal despite the size and rowdiness of wedding party. I think the best way to describe Allie’s coordination style (at least, with us) is that she doesn’t take sh*t, and she gets things done… all with a smile on her face and killer sense of humor. Love that about her!
Thanks to her setting a calm (but prepared) mood, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the wedding week. The wedding went off without a hitch! From Allie setting up our DIY décor, to coordinating the ceremony and reception with our various vendors, to packing up said décor to be loaded into our cars. Our venue was small and packed to capacity with people; yet, Allie somehow managed all the craziness by herself.
Allie, if you are reading this, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! You rock, girl! We miss you!! I wish I could go back in time to when we got engaged and do it all over (even the “F--- It” phase! ;D) and hire you again! Xo, Jeanne & Andy -

My husband and I booked Laurie from Pop the Champagne as our day of wedding coordinator. It was really one of the best decisions we made and money well spent. I can't imagine not having a coordinator on the day of the wedding. It really is a necessity! Also, day of wedding coordinators actually help with way more than just the day of the wedding!!!
Laurie is a top notch coordinator. She was attentive to emails and thoroughly answered all of my questions and helped me to navigate the "wedding world." She helped us to put together a timeline for the day of the wedding, so even though the girls were running late to the wedding venue, we still had plenty of time for photos before the ceremony. Her personality was so even-keeled throughout the wedding and she put us completely at ease throughout the whole day. Anytime we had a question or concern she addressed it immediately. She was always present, but also never in the way of anything and really made our day extra special. We really appreciated her hard work, attention to detail, willingness to listen our needs, and just her overall personality! Allie of PTC was amazing. She thought of everything, checked our APW spreadsheets, asked us the right questions and in turn made sure we were asking our other vendors the right questions. On the rehearsal and day-of, she kept the trains running on time, wrangled all the cats, and when one vendor dropped the ball (the hotel shuttle took our family to the wrong venue!), she handled it like a BOSS and got us a refund. We Everyone planning a wedding for more than 50 guests absolutely needs a day-of coordinator, and PTC is 100% the way to go. -

Hiring Pop the Champagne (and working with Allie specifically) was literally the best decision we made for our wedding. Our wedding was this past Sunday and my husband and I still can't stop talking about all the ways in which Allie was amazingly helpful, both leading up to and during the event. Allie even gave us the recommendations for our photographer & caterer, who were equally wonderful. Her energy during meetings, the rehearsal, and during our wedding day was amazing. Allie is just a fun person to be around and she made everything enjoyable.
Although I could go on for many paragraphs, I'll keep it short and say that we will be strongly recommending Pop the Champagne to any LA friend that's getting married for the rest of our days. BLESS YOU Allie Shane! Sooo happy and grateful to have had her services on our wedding day. Yeah, we've gotten compliments on my lovely dress and the great food and what not, but hands down one of the most frequent compliments we've gotten was how smoothly our day went. They compliment us but really, that was all Allie's doing. She talked us through things we didn't even know we were supposed to be doing (like how many pounds of ice you need per your guest head count. What?!) and really was just on top of everything. We did a site walk through about a month and a half before the wedding, and were in frequent email contact all the time. We chose a semi non-traditional reception site where we basically had to bring everything in, and Allie seamlessly coordinated with every one of our vendors to make sure they were on time and doing what they needed to be doing. All we got was constant reassurance from her on the day of that everything was going as it needed to be, and we need only concern ourselves with being in love. She even brought us beer and wine during a private moment immediately following the ceremony. If we had even tried to tackle our wedding day without her, I fully believe I would have wound up crying in a corner somewhere. -

Allie was AMAZING, and I cannot rate her and PTC highly enough. Despite being a Day-Of Coordinator, she was involved in the months leading up to our wedding; checking in every couple weeks and asking how things were going. We DIY'd a lot of elements (curated our own playlist and didn't have a DJ, had a family member lead our ceremony, and did our own flowers), and I never felt uneasy once I handed the reins to Allie the day before at our rehearsal. Allie was friendly but no-nonsense at our rehearsal and totally took control, wrangling everyone and keeping everyone on-point. I knew everything would run smoothly the day-of, and it did! The only downside of our wedding was when catering staff approached me with issues, despite us having paid a coordinator. I would encourage PTC to be explicit when connecting with vendors that they should be the point person to trouble shoot any issues, and not the bride ;) Despite that, I have zero complaints. LOVE Pop The Champagne! -

I will try to keep it short and sweet: Allie was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. She collaborated with me for months before the wedding, helping to coordinate and organize, and give incredibly valuable advice and recommendations. She served countless roles at the wedding, from emcee to bringing us refills at the sweetheart table. She truly went above and beyond, and most importantly gave me so much confidence and faith that everything would be taken care of, so that I could truly relax and enjoy my big day. Allie brought an assistant, and they were professional, friendly, and took charge as needed! So many worries were sated by having her there, and I would recommend her services to anyone in a heartbeat. Jamie of Pop the Champagne is nothing short of amazing.
She held our hand through the planning process and made sure we were comfortable with things, and answered questions about tradition and etiquette. She was integral in making sure things were prepared perfectly and handled the snags with grace.
When a HUGE unforeseeable setback happened, she worked with us to help make sure we got as much worked out as possible, and she even stayed until the very end making sure things got cleaned up and everyone was where they needed to be.
Honestly, without Jamie, I would have lost my sh-t. . . and came very close to it. She helped roll with everything and what could have ended up being one of the worst memories ever, my now-husband and I can only talk about positive things.

Where do I even begin?! I contacted Allie at the beginning of our wedding planning process and I will be forever grateful that I did. My husband and I live in Arizona and were traveling to Huntington Beach for our wedding and reception. From the moment we spoke and the moment we met Allie has been wonderful. Allie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our dreams for our wedding a reality. For example, our wedding was on the beach in Huntington Beach. Oddly enough most party rental vendors are unwilling to put their chairs in the sand. Allie contacted over a handful of companies until she found someone who would allow their rental chairs in the sand. In addition to this, Allie's vendor list was wonderful and all the vendors we used from her preferred list were amazing and also wonderful to work with. On the day of rehearsal and our wedding day Allie was ON TOP of everything. I can honestly say our day went so smooth and stress free thanks to Allie and her team. If there was a problem I had no idea about it! She made our lives and that day so easy we didn't worry about a thing. She even had drinks waiting for us at our table when we sat down! Allie is a fun, outgoing, professional, and no BS kind of chick. We truly had the BEST day ever and we could not have done it without Pop the Champagne. I HIGHLY recommend Allie and her team. We will be forever grateful for her and our wonderful dream of a day! -

We had Allie as our Day Of Coordinator and we can't thank her enough for such a great job. She really delivered on all counts.
Our first meeting we met at a halfway location and she was early. First impressions she was easy to talk to, funny and got down to business. Since we only booked as a DOC, we had one more meeting a month and a half before the big day to discuss our wedding details and give her all our vendor contacts. Again she was early to the meeting and we really liked that about her. After that we saw her at our rehearsal. There were some parts of our ceremony that we weren't sure how to manage. But she had some really great input and helped to fill in those details we were clueless about. She also made sure that multiple people had her contact information for easy access & to keep us from stressing on the big day. She also is willing to hold onto any decorations you might have to make it easier on you.
On the wedding day, she was every where we needed her to be. Since we handed over all our decorations to her, we essentially trusted her with our vision. To our expectation everything was in it's place just like we wanted and at the end of the night we got everything back. Allie is very intuitive and isn't afraid to be the big voice amongst the noise. We loved her bubbly "I'm the Boss" personality and in between she reminded us to, "... have fun. This is your wedding you can do what ever you want."

Working with Allie was great. She was responsive to the needs of a couple who were 3000 miles away during the planing process. We didn't actually meet in person until the day of the wedding. She was always responsive to my messages, had reliable back-up for when she needed it. She was funny and supportive, and helped make the day run smoothly. Working with Allie and Laurie at Pop the Champagne was an absolute pleasure and made my wedding day extra special. I chose Pop the Champagne because they seemed cool (let's be honest) and their price was the best I could find- much better than the snooty wedding coordinators out there. Pop the Champagne was very easy to work with from the initial planning stages to the actual day of the wedding.
I have bossy and uptight mother and mother-in-law and I was so impressed how Laurie was patient and understanding throughout the day working with them. She also made me feel relaxed and care free throughout the day, with her around I felt like I didn't need to worry about anything.
Laurie anticipated me and my grooms' every need- even before we knew what we needed. She had food when we were hungry, directed me us to where we needed to be, and even had my shoes at the end of the night right when I went to start looking for them!
If you want to feel relaxed and calm on your wedding day -- get the hook up from Pop the Champagne! -

Allie was my Day-Of-Coordinator for my wedding, and she was fantastic! I had heard some horror stories of bad wedding coordinators that couldn't answer any questions and didn't know what was going on, but Allie was the exact opposite! You can email her at any time with your wedding freakout moments, and she will tell you exactly what to do (and you'd better listen, because she knows what she's talking about!) We got together to talk through our timeline, and she gave me a bunch of pointers to help the day go as smoothly as possible. She contacted all of my vendors and let them know what was going on, which was great. And on the day of the wedding, I didn't have a single question thrown at me! She dealt with everyone and everything, gathered up the right people for the right pictures, made sure our photographers were ready for our big moments, made sure our DJ was ready for those moments too...I mean, really, she made it the most perfect day! Everyone was commenting on how well organized everything seemed, and how much they liked Allie. She has that perfect balance of a take-charge attitude without getting too drill sergeant-y, if you know what I mean! Thanks again for doing such a great job! We hired Allie for her day-of plus service. Allie was amazing. From the moment I first contacted her, she was warm, fun, easy going, flexible. She immediately understood what I was going for with my wedding and knew how to help me be most cost-effective while still achieving everything I wanted. After our first meeting, she put together a perfect pinterest board that became a touchstone throughout the planning process. As we approached the big day, she reached out to me at the exact right times - and before I had to reach out to her. She helped talk me off the ledge a few times, reminding me that I really didn't need this, that or the other -- that I was getting swept up in "wedding industry" rather than the things that mattered most. She was awesome.
On the day before & day of, Allie was everywhere and took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I had asked her to allow my new husband and I about 10-15 minutes together privately after the ceremony to take everything in before we joined our guests for the cocktail hour -- and she not only did this, but had 2 glasses of champagne & 2 of each of our cocktail appetizers waiting for us. It was perfect. I highly recommend Allie! -

She is truly a professional! The rehearsal and wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to her organization, attention to detail, spot on coordination, and positive attitude. The little things that pop up on the day before and day of she handled behind the scenes without me even knowing. I wont lie - I can be somewhat of a control freak and obsessed with details and she took to my personality and was on it. I gave her a bunch of set-up decor the day before the wedding with no instruction and not only did she set it all up, but she did it perfectly and exactly how I would have. Also, she handled my family and friends questions and concerns with dignity and grace. We received so many compliments from our guests on how smooth everything flowed and we honestly could not have pulled together our wedding day without her!

I don’t know how we would’ve handled this monster of a wedding without Allie! When you first start planning a DIY wedding, a day-of coordinator is not always something you think you need, but everyone told me I couldn’t do without it. Allie was recommended by our photographer, and after my now husband and I met with her, we fell in love. She anticipated all the questions we were already asking ourselves, from order of our timeline to how much booze to buy, and she even provided a recommended vendor list that saved us countless hours. She answered all my endless questions via email, all part of the package. A month out from the event, we had a check in meeting so she could help us make sure our timeline was doable, but she also helped calm our nerves. She was so much fun to work with from start to finish, but is also so organized and thinks to ask about every single little detail. Not only did she manage the wedding rehearsal, the day of the wedding she set up all our decorations, many in places we hadn’t even thought of, making the venue look beautiful. She made my DIY visions a reality. She and her assistant kept the timeline running smoothly-- from grand entrances to dinner to toasts, there wasn’t a hitch, and I’m sure it’s all because Allie was working her wedding fairy magic in the background. She corralled our giant wedding party with grace. No job was too small- we even saw her taking out the trash to make sure everything looked clean. All this without asking the bride and groom a thing, so that we could truly relax and enjoy our day. We really couldn’t have gotten through this day without Allie’s wisdom, guidance, and awesome organization skills. Hire Pop the Champagne immediately! -

I hired Allie from Pop the Champagne as my Day of Coordinator. I couldn't be happier that I did so. I hired Allie early on so there wasn't much contact at first. As the wedding date approached, Allie reached out and set up an appointment with the groom and me. She worked around our schedule. At the meeting, I had my photographers with me. Allie was great and incorporated them into the meeting - soliciting their ideas and working their suggestions into the timeline. On the day of the wedding, Allie was fabulous. She played point-person, and helped me set up the ceremony and reception site perfectly. I only had to explain once how I would like everything set up and Allie executed it perfectly. She even saved the day - I had a popcorn bar...and forgot to bring the bags for the guest to put the popcorn in. Allie magically produced cellophane bags for the guests! I was 110% happy with my day-of-coordinator, Laurie Rametta. Laurie was knowledgable and responsive to all of my emails during the planning phase. Plus, when we met in person prior to the wedding day, she wasn't afraid to share her opinions and make changes to my timeline. I took her advice and am so happy she felt comfortable to speak up.
On the day-of, Laurie handled EVERYTHING!!! My guests told me about some potential issues that she saw Laurie resolving. Of course, Laurie didn't bother me at all or ask me any questions on the day of - she knew how to make decisions and all of her decisions were exactly what I would have done. She is the perfect balance of being stern and nice. The wedding truly wouldn't have ran so smoothly if it wasn't for Laurie. LOVE HER!
I've been recommending her to my friends, but she's booked frequently. My advice to all brides-to-be are: 1. Yes, you do need a day of coordinator (at minimum) and 2. Definitely book Laurie / Pop the Champagne early. -

Allie is such a joy to work with! For many months prior to my wedding date, she would meet with me and my fiancé (who had no clue what we were doing) and coach us through the entire wedding planning process. All our amazing vendors we chose were from her recommended vendors list which was SO helpful. I was a little nervous that Allie was not actually available to be our coordinator the day of, but Jamie and Laurie (her staff) stepped in to coordinate and everything ran as smoothly as it possible could have. My wedding circumstance was very chaotic because my dad suffered a minor heart attack the day of my wedding and unfortunately could not attend the event. With all that happening, the girls worked VERY well under pressure and I can't believe I ended up having an amazing time and am happy to report my dad is recovered, healthy, and we can celebrate with him many more years to come. Book Pop the Champange and free yourself from a lot of stress! -

I AM IN LOVE WITH ALLIE. I contacted Pop the Champagne and inquired about day-of coordinating services. When I saw their packages, it far exceeded my expectations compared to any other day-of wedding coordinating. From the moment I first emailed Allie, she was quick to respond to any emails I had, sought out my thoughts on everything so that she could coordinate exactly to my liking, assertive in giving her valuable experienced opinions, always carried great joy and energy, and got along wonderfully with everyone she interacted with at our wedding. I wasn't sure if I was going to be anxious or any other negative emotion one could possibly feel on the day of their 400+ guest wedding but Allie was so amazing and I had SO MUCH FUN.
My wedding was in 2 locations - a Church in Bel Air and at the Universal Hilton Hotel. My bridesmaids had brought a dress that I was only going to wear at the banquet into the church and when we were packing up to leave, they forgot to take the second dress with us. We were trying to figure out what to do but we were already running about an hour behind schedule and couldn't delay the dinner banquet any longer. When there seemed to be no hope in sight, ALLIE AND HER ASSISTANT CAME TO MY RESCUE! Allie stayed with me to manage and coordinate this huge banquet reception and her assistant went back to the church and brought the dress to the Hilton an hour before I needed it. This was no small feat because the assistant went from Hollywood to Bel Air and back - in traffic. I am ever SO GRATEFUL from the bottom of my heart.
I feel SO LUCKY I was able to book Allie to run one of the most important events of mine and my husband's life! If this girl is your coordinator, you are ONE LUCKY BRIDE. She is simply the BEST! -

Her services are absolutely priceless. She makes you feel 100% comfortable and confident in her abilities and delivers more then you could imagine. Her pricing is very fair, She handled "month of" planning for my wedding but was more than willing to answer any questions I had in the mean time. She was organized and emailed me monthly to see how I was doing and if I had any questions.
When it came to the big day, she was calm and confident and handled everything perfectly. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I can honestly say it was because of Allie. My husband Andrew and I had an amazing day thanks to her.

Allie did a fantastic job as our day-of coordinator - she is definitely a wedding pro who will help you pull off your big day with no stress.
Right from our first meeting Allie put us totally at ease - she helped us get a handle on what the day would really be like and she had many helpful suggestions particularly about the timing and sequencing of things - we would have never thought of some of those details (right down to making sure the bridal party had some lunch while getting ready so no one would be lightheaded later!) Throughout the planning process she was extremely attentive to all communications and details and didn't miss a beat when some last minute guest list additions and rental changes happened.
We worked very hard to be frugal but still put on a nice party for everyone and when you look back after the whole event you see where your money went and how much value each element really added. Allie was without a doubt the best value for any money we spent - it was clear that although very professional and composed she was really hustling and working behind the scenes to make sure everything was very smoothly coordinated and went off without a hitch. She also had a very positive attitude and clearly knows how to deliver great service. During the driest year on record in Southern California it actually rained on our wedding day - and not just a little but a three-year record rain storm! Everyone took the weather in stride but it was obvious that Allie is good at coping with the unexpected and problem solving on the fly while keeping everyone happy and calm.
Do yourself a huge favor and go with Pop the Champagne for your day-of coordination. -

Allie was absolutely wonderful for day-of coordination for our wedding. Couldn't have managed without her. Always calm, proactive and on point, she kept everything running smoothly even through a mini-crisis with another vendor...I was able to go mingle with guests and my new husband and grab a drink while everything was taken care of without issue. If you are on the fence about whether or not you should hire a professional for day-of coordination, I can whole-heartedly vouch for how important it is and I would hire Allie again in a heartbeat. Hiring Allie and Jaime as our Day of Coordinators was one of the best decisions we made when it came to wedding planning! From our first telephone inquiry through after our event, Allie and Jaime were extremely professional. Not only were they responsive to our questions and concerns, but they provided great recommendations that we defintely utliized. Our venue was very much a blank slate and very much DIY, which we liked, but can be a little overwhelming. Allie and Jaime helped keep us organized throughout the planning process and helped execute and tie together our event so beautifully, adding final touches that really helped make our wedding that much more personal and elegant. We did not have to worry about one thing during the actual day of our wedding - which was exactly what we wanted. Allie and Jaime helped coordinate our wedding ceremony without a flaw and kept the flow going throughout our reception.
We couldn't have been happier with them and would highly recommend their services. -

I could not be happier with Allie's work as coordinator at my wedding. First, she is very reasonably priced. Second, she has a great relaxed attitude and great sense of style. I went for the Day Of Plus and she went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. I was definitely an axious bride with a penchant for over emailing but she could totally handle it. And she could handle dealing with various family members and wedding party members. She was also able to work with well with all my vendors. I strongly recommend you hire her and hire her early on! She'll even help you with any venue issues.
She had recommendations for vendors. Lotsa cool options.
On the day of, she handle any kinks or changes... I don't think I was even aware of any of them. She kept us on schedule. She was very flexible in making things work.
Bonus, after, she does a great recycling/reselling program so your extra wedding items don't go to waste. Keepin' Green (and Economical)! ;) -

I cannot recommend Allie highly enough. She is sharp, experienced, professional, frighteningly detail-oriented and unerringly pleasant. We quite literally could not have had the wedding day we did without her work, and my gratitude to her is boundless.
We worked with Allie as a day-of coordinator (not a full-on planner)—which meant that we arranged everything and then she came in the morning of the wedding to serve as the point-person for all of our various vendors and activities. Allie handled our absurdly detailed (/OCD...) instructions, an amateur crew (our hotel manager's son and two of his friends, none of them trained in hospitality), a late caterer, three lovely-but-let's-face-it-at-times-less-than-graceful families, a venue not designed or intended for event hosting, and a day starting at 5:30am due to a long drive up a mountain...and absolutely nailed every single detail.
My only hesitation in providing a straight-five-star review for Allie was that someone might assume I was one of those people who just sort of clicks 5/5 on things without much thought. I am not that person; I am more than happy to provide constructive feedback and/or shred someone who fails to deliver on things for which they've assumed responsibility. Allie gets 5/5 stars from us in every category because she was nothing short of perfect on our wedding day.
If you are considering hiring a coordinator: Do it. It's the best $X you'll spend on anything.
And if you've decided to hire a coordinator: For God's sake, hire Allie.
Don't make this more complicated than it has to be. Just do it. -

My wife was planning on coordinating the whole wedding, but it was clear to me that it would too much of a task for her to run the wedding, prep, deal with vendors, etc.. I wanted her to enjoy the day, so as a gift to her I decided to hire a day of coordinator for her and its just a good thing that I found Allie from Pop the Champagne on weddingwire. She was absolutely fantastic, responsive with emails, prompted on the meetings and rehearsal, and on the day of the wedding she and her assistant dealt with all the chaos. I lost count the number of times my wife and her bridesmaids would scream or call for "Allie" and like a superhero her or her assistant would pop out of nowhere and ask us what was needed. No matter the problem or task, big or small, they took care of it right away. We are going to recommend Allie to all our friends and family that have a wedding to plan for. -

Allie saved our wedding! I hired her right before the wedding and she was nice enough to meet multiple times at the venue. She took care of everything the day of the wedding such as directing and handing all vendors, decorating the entire venue the outside and inside, coordinating the family photos in front of the venue, and following the timeline of events planned out. While doing all of this, she also checked on us multiple times throughout the wedding. She was AMAZING!!! The place looked 1000 times better than expected, she has such a good eye and she covered everything we asked for on our decor wish list. Allie has such a great personality and is very easy to work with. An added bonus is that she charges less than every other coordinator we checked out online. I would highly recommend hiring Allie if you want a very stress-free wedding. -

I found Allie online at Offbeat Bride. At the time I was overwhelmed and needed some help with my final wedding plans and day of coordination. When I met Allie she was so pleasant and listened to all of my ideas and where I was in the process. She assured me that I was in a great place and to calm down. I knew right then that she would be the Ying to my Yang. I had 2 months to go and she was there every step of the way. I don't know how I could have gotten through the process with out her. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make my day special and It was absolutely AMAZING! Everyone said that it was the best most unique wedding that they have ever been to. Having a day of wedding coordinator is a must and Allie from Pop the Champagne was the BEST!!! I would recommend her to any bride looking for a little help the day of. She made everything easy throughout the entire process of planning and creating a timeline (my least favorite part) for the wedding day and gave me suggestions and input on what might work best. She handled absolutely everything the day of the wedding including setting up the reception site, coordinating the vendors, and making sure the groomsmen were behaving and where they were supposed to be. Thanks to Allie I didn't stress about a single thing on my wedding day and everything was perfect! I can't rate her as high as she deserves because 5 stars clearly isn't enough. Allie was an absolute blessing and her coordinating skills were fantastic. I had 12 groomsmen, who let's be honest act more like 5 year olds that 28 year olds, she was able to corral them during the rehearsal and during the ceremony/reception. This was no easy task and she made my life so much more calm on that day. I never for one second worried about the reception set up, ceremony set up, or vendors because Allie provided me with wedding day comfort (for this control, OCD Bride, when it is normally hard to let go, she made it easy for me to just hand it off). My reception looked amazing and our wedding would not have gone as well, been as fun, and been so easy if not for Allie! I highly recommend her services!!! -

I'm organized. I'm a good planner. For a living, I take care of people and make sure they have what they need to get their job done. So when it came time to plan my own wedding I was ready. I was able to do many things by myself, but I needed someone to run the show for me. I needed someone who was tough, reliable and able to kick some bridal @ss when it was necessary. Ali was awesome.
I hired Ali for day-of coordinating but really she did a lot more than that. I had a lot of questions leading up to the day and she helped me find vendors when I needed to hire them. The best moment was when I met with Ali at my rehearsal and we chatted about the next day. I handed her a binder filled with all the important documents she needed and I walked away. I was confident she had it handled and I would have paid double her fee for the relief I felt after wedding rehearsal.
I'm sure there were a number of things that went wrong on my wedding day that i never heard about. I forgot the pins for the men's flowers, I forgot their flowers too! Someone had to go pick them up! I forgot to make a throw-away bouquet, Ali made one.
You can judge for yourself though. Meet with her, get to know her. She's really kind and relatable. Be honest with her. Let her answer your questions. Give her the freedom to handle the bridal poop when it hits the bridal fan, because it will. She's got your back. Hire her. Now. -

Allie of Pop the Champagne was such a life saver at our wedding!! As a sorta-control-freak-ish bride, I really went back and forth throughout the wedding planning process as to whether or not I needed to hire a day-of coordinator. I essentially knew how I wanted everything to, how I wanted things to be set-up etc. and if I could, I would split myself into 2 people so I could execute my own day. Thankfully, I didn't and hired Allie to run the day for me!! My ceremony location was not ready for me as was promised, but with the help of Allie, she set things right ASAP without us having to worry a tiny bit! I truly enjoyed my wedding day and was able to soak up the moments because Allie did such a great job of handling all the details. Without her, things would not nearly have gone so smoothly!! One of my best vendor hires for our wedding no doubt! Thank you SO much Allie! -

Allie is best decision my husband and I made in planning our wedding. We had a challenging wedding to plan since we live in NYC and the wedding was in LA, but she helped us get through it and make it awesome!!!
Before finding Allie, I was stressed out of my mind trying to make decisions from afar with a short timeline. Allie stepped in like a true professional. She helped us research and select vendors, negotiate when appropriate, keep our heads on straight, communicate with all the parties involved, stay on the timeline, and have fun along the way. Allie knows when to hold your hand and when to make sure things get done. And with her planning expertise, things do get done.
We basically needed help from square one with our wedding, but I imagine that if you are looking for less hands-on, she would no doubt still be just as valuable.

Hiring Allison from Pop the champagne was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I at first did not think I was going to need help that day and if problems came up the person assigned to us by the venue would help...wrong! Allison not only ran the rehearsal and even got all the groomsmen listening but she set up center pieces, pictures, candles, our guest signing area, and more. The best part was when I walked in it was 100% how I told her I wanted it. She was my eyes during set up, which was invaluable. I would have been so upset if I were to have walked in to a set up that I did not want after months of planning. When problems came up she took care of it rather than having to worry me or a family member. My flowers for the vases in our center pieces came uncut to the size of the vases so she cut 18 arrangements of flowers to fit the vases without ever worrying me. She made the guests feel welcome and kept me and our Dj on schedule that night so everything went according to plan. She was worth every penny and more, not to mention she is a blast to be around and she will make your planning and day of stress free!! -

Laurie and her assistant, Lauren, were seriously the captains of the dream team of wedding vendors for my recent Malibu Wedding. Full disclosure, I work as a day-of coordinator assistant where I currently live, and I know the value of a day-of coordinator. For any brides who are doing even an ounce of DIY, I highly recommend a day-of-coordinator. The peace of mind that knowing things will get done without you the day of your wedding is invaluable. That being said, not all day of coordinators are created equal, and finding a gal that will make S**T happen, is essential.
Laurie was the gal to get things done. The company itself provides the most services I've seen for day-of-coordination, at their price point, and with that you also get years of experience in the LA wedding industry. They've worked with the best vendors, they know whats up and can offer really practical recommendations, which was especially helpful as we were planning a wedding remotely.
Laurie made the day something I could just completely relinquish all control of and just let go and enjoy. Her and her assistant from the moment they got their started picking up all of the DIY stuff I had (and seriously I had a lot) and just made my vision into a reality. They required very little direction, which was great, because I literally put things in piles, and they magically made it into an escort sign, centerpieces, table settings, etc.
They also made it so I could completely relax knowing I didn't have to put out any last minute 'fires' during the wedding. They also kept things on time, directing our guests, even my now husband and I through the sequence of events such that we weren't worrying about anything except where we needed to be and when. It was such a beautiful wedding, and a very DIY wedding as it was in a private estate, and I can't say enough of how absolutely invaluable they were. -
