Fantastic Planner!

Kayla at Pop + Fizz helped ensure our wedding day was absolutely magical! She was so friendly, communicative, and overwhelmingly patient with all our many questions throughout the wedding planning process. Pop+Fizz = Fabulous

Payton Winchester, with Pop+Fizz, was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. Payton is incredibly organized, thorough, and quick to respond to questions. Payton's recommendations for our other vendors were beneficial because I was unsure who to select. I truly felt Payton was the team leader for a "well-oiled" machine. Payton (along with Luxe and Blume, Endive Catering, and Hannah Forsberg & Corey Clouser Photography) helped my daughter's wedding vision come true. My daughter's wedding was on September 28, which was the day after Hurricane Helene blew through Atlanta with a great deal of wind and rain. Payton remained calm and never expressed a reason for us to worry. After a year and a half of planning, Payton's calm and steadfastness was exactly what we needed! Amazing Team!

Our wedding was this past weekend, 6/1/24, and we are so incredibly grateful to Karen and the Pop + Fizz team! We had a fusion Hindu-Christian wedding weekend and from start to finish, Karen was amazing to work with. Our family and friends have raved about how smoothly the weekend went even with the multiple days and events scheduled. As the bride, I was so worried I’d feel stressed and like we were rushing from thing to thing but Karen was so calm and professional, I felt so at ease all weekend and really got to slow down and take everything in. Honestly hiring pop & fizz was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Thank god for Payton

We literally would not have had a wedding without Payton. She took care of every detail and made the day of our wedding completely magical. From navigating a lost wedding dress months before the wedding to an audio mishap the night of, no problem was too big or too small for Payton. Our Favorite Day

Karen completely exceeded our expectations! She was able to adapt to our unique styles and create our dream wedding! Karen was always professional. She kept us on track during the many months of decisions. I specifically appreciated how she would help us narrow down the many vendor choices to the 1-2 best options. I’ve had friends who’s planners don’t voice strong opinions about the best vendor, and I really appreciated her decisive input. She helped us make all the right choices. We had so many friends and family members message us saying they had such a fun time! She made us both feel comfortable and special on the best day of our lives!

Well worth it!!

We chose the full service planning package from Pop + Fizz and it was well worth it!! We had monthly check-ins with Payton to keep us on track and on budget. She communicated with all of our vendors for us and made great recommendations due to her wealth of knowledge of the industry. She made a detailed timeline for our day and kept everything on track and running smoothly. I truly don't know what we would have done without her! Pop + Fizz was fun and professional to work with and I would recommend them to anyone

Best Day of our Lives - Thank you Pop+Fizz!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Pop+Fizz - Our planner Karen was AMAZING. We are all basically best friends after our 13 month planning journey together. There were so many logistics to work through, and we also invited over 250, so there was so much going on. Karen and her team crushed it! They have so many relationships with local vendors, and whenever my wife and I were super overwhelmed with planning, Karen and her team always were there to figure it out. Karen always had wonderful suggestions and recommendations, and did whatever she could to make our lives easier. Everything from the food, band, venue, etc. - top notch. And the design Karen curated was so beautiful and so our vibe. When I felt super stressed about forgetting to do something planning related, Karen would have already taken care of it. She was organized, punctual, professional, and super fun. The wedding was the best day of our lives, and it would not have been possible without Karen and the Pop+Fizz team.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Pop + Fizz was an absolute dream to work with. We used Pop + Fizz for month of coordination because that was really all we needed. We worked with Karen and Sydney. I cannot say enough good things about them both. They were extremely professional, so kind, and amazingly responsive. They were great at checking in and making sure we were on task. Their Aisle Planner tool was amazing and so nice to have. It came with a super detailed check list and many other helpful tools, but the checklist was mainly what we used it for. Sydney was on site the day of our wedding and she was amazing. She kept everyone on task at the rehearsal and made sure our day ran so smoothly. She was with me all day and kept all my nerves and jitters at rest while making sure everything was going to plan. She truly went above and beyond for us. The day was flawless and so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

Best money we spent

I will probably never have enough words of praise to describe how good this company is. They plan everything with absolute precision and build in enough flexibility to adapt to anything. They are so professional and they stay calm even as I, mother of the bride, panicked at one point. They were kind, personable, smart in every way, poised and I can't imagine how it would have been a success without them. You should hire them without a doubt or hesitation and a word of advise from someone who just went through it, don't worry about a thing, they got it. Do not attempt a wedding without a wedding planner and Pop and Fizz is the way to go.

Best wedding planner!!

We decided to go with the month to month wedding planner/month of coordinator. This was exactly what we needed. Their preferred vendor list was amazing, and almost all of our vendors came from it. For their planning website, they use Aisle Planner - it has a budgets, checklists, seating layouts, guest lists, and truly any part of the planning process.

We worked with Payton and absolutely loved her!! She exceeded our expectations. While we got the month of coordinator, Payton was there for us every step of the planning process. She would send us to-do lists for each month and was always open to answering any questions throughout the entire process. Looking back, we can’t image trying to plan our wedding without her, especially getting closer to the wedding when she took over all of the vendor relations. She guided us through deciding on specific vendors and even gave guidance on different wedding advice we needed. She was attentive and organized with everything! Payton is the best! We are so grateful we had the pleasure of working wither. She truly helped make our wedding perfect and everything we have dreamed for.

So helpful !

We began working with Karen after we lost our first event coordinator unexpectedly. She jumped right into our current wedding planning status and was incredibly resourceful. She was responsive to our questions and the month of excellent at coordinating with vendors. The night of our wedding she handled a “little slip up” from one of our other vendors like a pro! She also was so helpful afterwards with clean up and coordinating returns while we were out of town. I would highly recommend working with Pop and Fizz for your wedding!

Seriously the BEST!

There aren’t enough words to express how great Karen and the Pop + Fizz team are! Karen made me feel so comfortable from our very first phone call, and I could tell that her experience in the industry was unmatched.

We hired Karen as our design coordinator, as well as our month of coordinator, but I truly felt like she was much more than that! As a design coordinator, she took my vision (which was sometimes hard to explain in words) and made it come to life - she understood exactly what I wanted and was able to help make my dream day come true!

As our month of coordinator, Karen went above and beyond always. She checked in every month leading up to the wedding (not just the month of) to make sure we were on track and was always there to answer any questions we had. When we postponed our wedding due to COVID, she helped coordinate with all of our vendors to make sure they were available for our new date and gave us advice on new contracts and how to update guests on the new date. The month of the wedding she was super hands on and I was able to trust that everything was being handled behind the scenes, which took so much stress off of my plate. The week of our wedding, a winter snowstorm was predicted, and Karen was there with different solutions for every scenario, and then was able to coordinate with each and every vendor so I didn’t have to. I know I would have been in full panic mode if it wasn’t for Karen and her great ideas and suggestions to keep me calm.

I can say without hesitation that Pop + Fizz was one of the best decisions we made when choosing our vendors! We had the most amazing day thanks to Karen, her professionalism, attention to detail, and her sweet personality! Thank you for everything, Karen!

TL:DR: Pop and Fizz was amazing to work with and so glad we hired them. Even before we were forced to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and cut our guest list drastically, I was so thankful we had decided to hire a wedding coordinator to help us out. My now husband and I had no previous wedding planning experience, not much spare time, and being new to the area, we didn’t have any family or friends physically nearby to help us out. Payton was kind and communicative, super organized, didn’t pressure us to do any traditions we didn’t want to do, and it was a huge relief to have someone to answer all our many, many questions! I cannot recommend Pop and Fizz enough. We interviewed 10 wedding planners and the second we spoke to Karen, we both knew we found the perfect partner. We did full planning with Karen and it was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. She saved us more than her fee through her existing relationships and her impressive negotiation among different vendors. She not only made our entire vision come true, she was a guiding factor through every decision, answered my one million emails throughout the process, down to every detail even as far as which things to buy off of Etsy to match our aesthetic. It was a complete joy to work with her on the most important day of our lives. She handled every detail for our entire wedding weekend, she stored ALL of our decor the week ahead of the big day and the entire two weeks we were on our honeymoon. My husband and I seriously didn’t have to lift a finger. All of our friends and family said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too and it was all because of the vision she helped us build over the year plus prior. She also became a great friend throughout the process. I seriously cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Pop + Fizz made wedding planning such a breeze and made my wedding so enjoyable

Kristin at Pop + Fizz was my month of planner and helped me tremendously to stay on track while planning with monthly check ins with lists of tasks to complete and then handling every little detail the month and day of in order to make everything the day of run so smoothly. The day of my wedding I didn't have to worry or stress about a single think Kristin had everything covered so all I had to do was show up and enjoy the day. Everyone noted how calm we were the month leading up to the wedding and day of and I attribute that to how professional and on top of things she was.

Simply Incredible! Karen is the best!

You must book Pop + Fizz for your wedding! They are simply incredible. Karen is an absolute dream to work with and makes the entire process stress free. Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our wedding for 2021 and Karen was so supportive and helped us navigate that process like a pro. She was so attentive and has a great “can do” attitude. Her positivity and friendship were much needed during a crazy time. We felt comfortable asking any questions we had and Karen was always so professional. All of our vendors love working with her!

We also added the Design to our package. The venue looked so beautiful and I cannot thank Karen enough for knocking it out of the park. Every guest has been telling us “that was the best wedding they have ever been to!”

Run, don’t walk to Pop + Fizz for your wedding coordination!!! It was an amazing experience.

Hands Down Best Investment we made on our wedding day!!

Karen is genuinely the most incredible planner and person you could ever work with. She stood out immediately from the top 10 planners we interviewed and did not disappoint. We did full planning services for our wedding weekend and everything went so well! We are quite detail oriented people and Karen was in them and here for it the entire way. She absolutely saved us more money than we paid her in negotiating our contracts throughout the height of covid and from a time savings perspective, Karen kept us focused and diligent on what we needed to do. Pop + Fizz is absolutely the best investment we made in our planning process and could not recommend them more!

We were scrambling to find a Day of Coordinator for our rescheduled wedding. Kristin came to our rescue and we are SO thankful for her. She went above and beyond to help us the month of, recommending vendors as needed, and always willing to talk through our questions or concerns for the big day. The week of, she was extremely helpful and made us so calm on the day of our wedding - which is exactly what we needed! Without a doubt a NECESSITY for your wedding!

I'd like to start by saying Kristin is PHENOMENAL. Our wedding was almost 2.5 years in the making thanks to Covid and Kristin stuck with us through it all! She also gets bonus points for always accommodating time changes as we live on the other side of the country! She kept me on track as we were picking vendors for the original date, and then worked with all of the vendors again to reschedule. Her vision board really brought all of our scatter-brained ideas together and the execution of the vision was amazing. As we got closer and closer to the rescheduled date, Kristin put up with me texting and FaceTiming her at all hours of the day. On the day of the wedding, she was Wonder Woman. If anything went wrong that day, I had no idea! She created a detailed schedule for the weekend and you better believe she kept everyone on track! Overall, the day was beautiful and I could not be more happy with how it went. I highly recommend working with Pop + Fizz!

Best team out there!

WHERE DO I BEGIN?! We worked with Kristin for a month of planner and she was absolutely AMAZING. Like over the top. Each month she would check in with us and always kept us on track. She was able to handle rescheduling our wedding due to COVID and always with a smile on her face and with positive energy. Karen (owner) was also amazing where she had to step in to ensure our wedding perfect and we appreciate all the support the Pop and Fizz team showed us throughout our 1st, (almost) 2nd and 3rd weddings! Fantastic Experience

We worked with Payton for the past 10 months to help make the wedding of our dreams a reality! She was a pleasure to work with and both of our families couldn't speak more highly of her as well. Without Payton's monthly check ins, supportive attitude, and fantastic organization, we would've been lost trying to plan a wedding during COVID and for 200 people at that.

On the wedding day, Payton and her assistant were there to make sure everything went smoothly. From making sure we were on time and where we needed to be throughout the day to working with our vendors to ensure we were all on the same page and following the schedule, she was on the ball. Incredible Support and Organization

Karen with Pop + Fizz made our wedding so beautiful. We booked her month-of-coordination services, but she was so helpful throughout our entire planning process. Karen provided a comprehensive list of recommended vendors and monthly planning checklists to keep us organized. Karen is the best!

Honestly I cannot recommend Karen and her team enough. I ended up looking for a new wedding planner once I had to postpone our wedding celebration due to the pandemic and my previous one wasn't available on the new date. I was stressed beyond belief and really upset and Karen seriously stepped up and was such an angel. Not only did she come to the intimate ceremony we had in August on our original date, but she stayed with me from the month before that all the way until our reception in February. I had quite a few difficult situations to overcome and she handled them with ease and grace and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. Day of was amazing, even my bridesmaids were in love with her and knew she knew what she was doing. She's also just so cute and fun to have around! I cannot recommend her enough for any bride who might get a little stressed like me and needs someone there for you who can handle vendors, family, friends, minor bumps, etc etc all along the way and still reminds you to step back and enjoy the moment!

Amazing job!!

We hired Payton to be our wedding planner prior to the pandemic and we are so glad we did! Like anyone else who had a wedding during Covid we were very worried about how things would turn our but Payton managed to ease all of our concerns and literally pulled off the wedding of our dreams!The wedding weekend ended up being completely stress free since Payton coordinated everything.. from day of guest additions to multiple groomsman missing rehearsal (classic) Payton made sure our wedding party + guests+ all vendors were completely in the loop which allowed me and my husband to really just enjoy the day. As a Type A perfectionist there has been very few times where I can say everything was perfect, but I can 100% say our wedding day was everything we wanted and more!!!

Cannot recommend enough!

Payton was amazing! We hired Pop + Fizz for the "month of" event coordination but honestly if we'd had the budget we would have loved to have them plan the whole thing! Payton was helpful in helping us set up to-dos and deadlines all the way leading up to the month before our wedding and it helped us stay on track. She was responsive to emails and texts and I always felt like a priority (though I know there were probably plenty of brides that needed her guidance!). Once she took over vendor communications, it allowed us to focus on our own personal to-dos for the big day and she even helped a minor signage issue for us with no complaints! She even baked us some goodies! On the day of, her and Courtney were so on top of it, and I felt like our wedding ran so smoothly. A huge feat in 2020, and I'm so grateful to have had Payton as our planner. Cannot recommend Pop + Fizz enough!

Karen is THE best. Period.

My husband and I consider ourselves exceptionally lucky to have found Karen D'Souza. After chatting with several wedding coordinators, we felt it important we pursue someone who "felt right." Monthly emails in addition to use of an online platform helped us stay organized and ensure no details were forgotten. Karen responded to our many emails promptly. Look no further, you found THE BEST

Let me start out by saying before I hired Pop+Fizz to be my full wedding planner, I had spoken with several other planners and did not feel comfortable with them. The moment I spoke with Karen on the phone, there was a welcomed feeling of comfort and happiness behind her voice. I reached out to previous brides (with all of the planners as well).. and the only ones that had amazing reviews and no regrets was Pop+Fizz. I instantly signed a contract for full planning and design.

I had my first meeting set up with my planner Payton and I was hooked from the beginning. Being a bride that had just lost her father, living in CA and planning a wedding in GA, she had her hands full with me. There were many times I cried on the phone with Payton, which she responded with the best support and solutions. She has walked me off of several "cliffs" and I am so thankful for her.

As far as the planning and design goes, there is NO ONE that can compare to the team and people that Payton and Karen hold and surround themselves with. You know you have the best wedding planner when other vendors get excited they are your planners and say "you are so lucky to have them". Not one detail was forgotten or overlooked. Payton made sure me (the Bride) and my now husband had the most perfect day.

The week before our wedding, we had family issue (who doesn't?? lol) and Payton handled it with grace, made sure I was comfortable and made sure the team took care of me the entire time.

I am literally crying as a write this because I am so sad it is over, but so happy I had the best wedding ever and found a lifelong friendship with Payton and Karen. You shouldn't consider anyone else because POP+ FIZZ is the answer.

I have said it before and I will say it again, the best money we spent!!! I was blown away with Karen and Pop+Fizz: Event Planning and Design. I had no idea how much I needed a Karen in my life. She made the wedding planning process so much easier and enjoyable. Throw a global pandemic in the mix and this review means that much more! A Pandemic Necessity!

Karen from Pop + Fizz was so great to work with! I really enjoyed using the online wedding plan tool provided, which was a bit more thorough than what you'd get with The Knot, so I definitely recommend. We hired Pop + Fizz for month-of coordination, so after an initial in-person consultation, my fiancé and I had a clear map of what we needed to accomplish while wedding planning. It was so nice to have someone to lean on when searching for vendors and figuring out some other logistics, as we were able to email Karen during our wedding planning process. When COVID made us postpone our wedding a month before it was supposed to take place, Karen was right there with us and even reached out to all vendors to secure a new date with them! It took a weight off of our shoulders as we dealt with the huge change and trying to navigate what a pandemic wedding would look like. As we got closer to the date, we had a thorough timeline and floorpan review, where Karen's expertise shined because her attention to detail ensured nothing would be overlooked during the day of. The rehearsal day and wedding day are such a blur and definitely got stressful, but Karen was the calm and steady voice who handled everything and quickly had a Plan B if any hiccups came along. Simply amazing !

Payton did an AMAZING job helping us plan our wedding from start to finish! We really didn't have a clue of where to begin planning after our engagement. Payton was the absolute best! She was so helpful from day 1 and I tell everyone I could not have done it without her. Payton and team are AMAZING!!

We engaged Pop & Fizz for their month of coordination package and could not have been happier. From the initial call with Karen who was an absolute pleasure to talk with to the month of with Payton and the day of addition of Kristin we were just blown away. First off, the team was so helpful even before the month of with answering any questions I had and sending monthly to do lists to focus on. I had originally been hesitant to engage a month of coordinator since I like to plan everything however Payton was an excellent complement. She studied all my plans and understood every detail as if she had worked on it herself. Her taking over coordination of all the vendors was a huge help and seamless. When it came to the day of we ran into several logistical issues from other vendors and she handled every speed bump like a champ and in a way no one even realized there were issues. She adjusted our timeline on the fly to accommodate for some delays and didn't lose any of our key elements. Her confidence was such a calming presence to all of us throughout all the emergencies. Worth every penny!

My daughter got married in Atlanta and I'm in New Jersey and we had Karen D'Souza as our person on the ground and she was worth every penny. She was the perfect mix of nudge, sweetness, and professionalism that made the day (and the months leading up to the event) seem almost seamless. And, her handling of the logistics during the rehearsal and day-of were more than 5 stars!

Her recommendations for other vendors were spot on and we loved all of them. She helped us with things we didn't even know we needed and guided us toward vendors that were terrific.

Best Decision I Made

HIRE KAREN. Bottom Line. Karen was an absolute saving grace when it came to the wedding. We did the full planning option and I worked with her for over a year to make my dream a reality. She did it and then some. I was out of state from the wedding location which made me even more obsessive over every detail. She still answered every email, phone call, text, no matter what crazy hours I contacted her. She recommended amazing companies and would contact them directly if there was an issue. Payton is the real deal!

Payton was amazing. I would recommend Pop + Fizz for your wedding coordination. From the Mother of the Bride perspective Payton allowed all of us to fully enjoy the wedding day. A month prior to the wedding can become a very hectic time. From the moment Payton stepped in (the month of package) we all felt like we could take a breath. Payton was responsive, detailed oriented and calm. Her coordination with our vendors was superb. She worked very closely with the vendors to make sure all persons were coordinated. Everyone received a detailed timeline of events. Payton even had an "emergency wedding box" which we utilized the day of the wedding. One of our best decisions!

Karen was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish in the wedding planning process! We did the month of coordination package, which really felt like more than one month since their very helpful wedding planning website is included! This was helpful in keeping me organized throughout the entire process. Karen went above and beyond by dealing with a crisis that came up just a few days after booking her, even though we were really only supposed to be utilizing her for that last month. She was also available throughout planning to answer small questions that came up, which was super comforting to have someone in our corner.
We had a full vendor meeting in the month leading up to our wedding, which Karen took complete charge of and also created a very detailed timeline to send out to everyone afterwards. On our actual wedding weekend, I was able to hand everything over to Karen and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves, which was our most important reason for hiring a wedding planner! I'm an overly organized person and didn't know if I would be able to give up control to someone else, but I trusted the Pop & Fizz team completely and they absolutely crushed it. We were kept in the dark about an issue with the shuttle which I'm so grateful Karen handled without getting us involved. She also made sure all of the small details I had put time into planning were executed flawlessly that day, which made me SO happy! Payton is Fabulous

Okay - I can not even begin to describe how amazing Payton is! She helped my husband and I coordinate our wedding in Florida through the month-of package. She was amazing at helping us stay organized and think of all the small details months before the wedding. From her monthly to-do lists, many questionnaires, and month prior meeting with us, I felt so prepared the day of the event! All the little details that I were concerned about coming together, she was able to effortlessly create.

Not only did Payton make our day so perfect, magical, and smooth, she was amazing with all of our vendors. Although an out-of-state wedding, she was able to coordinate with all our vendors, meet with them, and answer any underlying questions. I kid you not when I say every vendor could not stop raving about her to me! They were floored by her professionalism, promptness, and get-it-done attitude.

The day of the event, she provided our entire bridal party with a detailed schedule that everyone loved, made each event run smoothly without any questions, and was SO CALM! When people or things got hectic, my husband joked that he just looked at them and said, "find Payton". She truly was made for this job!

Kristin is Amazing!

I photographed a wedding that Kristin Verrone worked on recently, and she was AMAZING! I don't believe I've ever attended a wedding that was so well executed, and every single detail was absolutely gorgeous. Because of this, I was able to capture loads of incredible pictures for my couple. I'd also like to comment on how kind she was to everyone, including all the vendors- wedding days can be terribly stressful, so having an amiable coordinator helps keep everyone in good spirits. Definitely hope I get to work with Kristin again!!

We loved Karen

Karen was fantastic! We figured we needed a day-of-coordinator just to keep things running smoothly on the wedding day but she did so much more. It can be hard to understand what a day-of-coordinator does, but from our very first meeting (~ 6 months before our wedding) we were so relieved and grateful to have her. She knows the wedding industry in and out and was full of valuable tips and recommendations and always available over email (which we took full advantage of). Wedding planning involves a thousand decisions and Karen was super decisive and instilled confidence in us about all the important calls.

It can be tricky to find good vendors even in the internet age. The problem is that everybody online has 5 stars and looks indistinguishable from one another and prices are often concealed. Pop + Fizz has a booklet of recommendations for every vendor category and I can’t stress enough how valuable that was. These were people that they had personally worked with and could vouch for. Using their recommendations had 2 major benefits - it greatly reduced the overwhelming search space on the internet, and it saved us a bunch of money because when you google “photographer in Atlanta”, for example, the ones that turn up are often the most expensive ones (maybe because they can afford to pay for search engine optimization and a big internet presence). We were thrilled with all of the vendors that Pop + Fizz recommended and I seriously think they saved us more money than we spent on their services.

In short, Karen was comforting, competent, helpfully decisive, a great sport, and eager to help. She reduced our stress immensely throughout the whole process and was at the top of her game on our wedding day. We would heartily recommend Karen to others :).

AMAZING, Best vendor I booked

Your Future Self Will Thank You!

Payton is EVERYTHING! So organized, detail-oriented, considerate and level headed. I cannot imagine our wedding without her! As someone who is not familiar with weddings, the tools and guidance given by Pop + Fizz was incredibly helpful - they keep you on track with guides, resources, and a black book of preferred vendors! The relief of knowing that someone else has all details, coordinates vendors, manages schedule and checks in with you is worth every dollar. Our wedding was perfectly ours that we + our guests got to wholly enjoy without stress because of Payton!

Book Pop+Fizz ASAP!

Booking Pop + Fizz may have been the best decision I made after saying “yes” to my fiancée. They were INCREDIBLE! I couldn’t have been happier with how well they took care of us during our engagement. My wife and I live in Boston, which made it much more difficult to plan a wedding in Atlanta, and Karen took care of so much. We received monthly emails that outlined in detail what needed to be done next. She answered all of our questions quickly and facetimed with us a couple of times after hours. During my final walkthrough, she even brought me a gift. Wedding planning is a stressful but exciting time, and Karen with Pop+Fizz truly became our friend. The wedding day went perfectly, and Karen made sure they everything was on time and that all of our requests were taken care of. I can’t recommend her and Pop+Fizz enough.

Pros on every level!

Our band recently had the fortune of working our very first event with Pop + Fizz, and we can't say enough good things! First of all, they're just a joy to work with personally. Karen and Payton actually added to the charm of the day with their presence. Secondly, while they are based in Atlanta, this wedding took place on the beautiful coast of Maine, and you'd have thought they were the local experts! Everything went off without a hitch, and as a band, they made our lives sooo much easier, with a detailed schedule delivered in hand months before the event. They are clearly the best at what they do and we hope we have a chance to work with them again soon!

Any time I talk about our wedding preparations and the day of I always mention what a vital role pop + fizz played in making everything perfect! Payton was absolutely wonderful! Well worth it!

I am so lucky that my friend went with Pop and Fizz for her wedding so that I didn’t have to do any research for my own! Payton was incredible. There was so much negotiating and problem-solving that went on behind the scenes beforehand that I was SO thankful that I didn’t have to take care of myself. Payton dealt with any and all issues that occurred the day of (none of which were any fault of her own), so we were free to just dance our hearts out and enjoy our day! From big—handling the schedule and vendors for the day—to small—bustling my dress when my sisters failed—she took care of EVERYTHING. We are SO grateful for Payton and all that she did to make our day a success, full of love and happiness. We literally could not have done it without Payton’s (and Karen’s, and their assistants’) help. We could not recommend Pop and Fizz enough!!

Wonderful wedding coordinator

Working with Karen was so great! We did the month-of coordination and all her help along the way made such a difference! Flawless Execution

We can’t thank the team at Pop + Fizz enough for their assistance with our beautiful wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Payton. From the beginning, Payton was always available to answer any questions. She provided monthly “to-do” lists that kept us on track with our planning.

When the month prior to our wedding came, Payton took over and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. As our wedding day approached, and with the weather forecast uncertain, Payton created a second floor plan without us even having to mention it to her. She executed our wedding day to perfection and never left a doubt in our minds that our wedding day would be anything less than memorable. We can’t say thank you enough for everything that she did.

I was unsure about hiring a wedding planner or coordinator for my wedding, but from the
moment I spoke with Payton over the phone, I knew how necessary a coordinator was, and that she would be the perfect one!
Payton was absolutely amazing!!! I was able to enjoy my entire wedding day because she took care of every little thing that came up and never came to us with issues that weren’t already solved. Everyone should use Payton!

I have recommended Pop + Fizz to every engaged couple I know, and will continue to do so for many years. Payton was organized, responsive, creative, and always calm. She took some decor items I hadn't planned for and spread them around our venue beautifully; helped cover for me during a melt down before the ceremony by not letting the photographers or wedding party know where the groom and I were hiding; and saw through the whole day from beginning to end so I didn't have to worry about anything. The few times we needed to ask her something during our reception, she was easily located on the edges of the party and quick to jump in to fix or adapt whatever we needed. Fantastic.

Payton and Karen are AMAZING!!!!! I have repeatedly told people that they are the best decision I made while wedding planning. I did the Month of Coordination package. I especially loved how their package worked over other planners I met with because they do an initial meeting to kick things off and provide monthly “task” lists to make sure you are prioritizing. Once we got to a month out, I met with Payton and was BLOWN away by how organized and prepared she was. The level of detail was so impressive. She took care of everything. I honestly couldn’t tell you if anything went wrong on the day of because Payton did such a great job taking care of it that I got to focus on enjoying my day! It is clear they love their jobs and you can’t go wrong with these two!

Karen gave me a magical, secret garden wedding on a budget!!

In my mom's words following the wedding, KAREN ROCKS!

She worked with me on price in the beginning. As a bride on a budget, it was so important that she was willing to be flexible which she always was. We gave her a concept of what we wanted the wedding to look like and she knocked it out of the park, going above and beyond what we expected.

She was a cheerleader, an organizer, a decorator, a planner, a friend, a leader, an adviser in all the right ways, and most importantly, she was someone I could truly depend on during a day where all emotions are high. If there were problems, I never knew about them.

Our day was perfect and I truly believe Karen and her team are to thank for making it that way. It was charming and beautiful with a modern, romantic twist. I felt comfortable giving Karen all creative license to just MAKE IT PRETTY, and boy, did she.

In summary, hire Karen. Unless you want an ugly wedding because I don't think she's capable of doing one of those.

Everyone loved the wedding!

excellent planner!

Karen is incredible! We hired her for month of coordination and design. I am a very detail/design focused person. So not only did I want someone who could help put together all the moving parts but someone who was like minded as far as design execution. I knew exactly how I wanted our wedding to look and feel. I needed someone to execute it to a level I would find satisfactory. Karen did exactly that and more. I was looking to transform our reception space by choosing a table setup and using foliage in a way that had never been done before in this venue. She literally made my wedding vision come true. If you are in the process of picking a planner, do your research, but you will end up coming back to Karen at Pop + Fizz. I had a list of a couple of other planners I contacted when doing my research. One wanted to charge the most outrageous amount I have ever heard of and the other outsourced her design services. Karen's price, services and personality fit the bill. Karen goes above and beyond for her clients and is just overall a super sweet, funny and great human! I am now going to have to make up excuses to email her because I am going to miss communicating practically every day with her!

So organized and wonderful!

We worked with Payton for our wedding at the Foundry at Puritan Mill on 10/6 and she was incredible! I'm pretty detail-oriented, but having her guidance throughout the process and the month-of was so, so helpful. Where do I even begin! Karen was absolutely the most perfect wedding planner for us and has become an even better friend. As someone who over-plans and stresses, Karen kept me calm throughout the wedding planning process. She matched us with perfect vendors to fit our style and brought our entire wedding to life. Karen and Payton were amazing! Karen was with me from the very beginning and when I hired her, it was like we'd been friends for years. I couldn't have picked a better planner for my wedding. Not only did she make me feel secure and stress-free, she completely went out of her way to make sure my guests, who ended up being stranded at my venue got home safely. And by that, I mean she physically DROVE THEM ALL BACK TO THEIR HOTELS! What other planner would do that? And she's just amazing, all around, I had the most perfect day and it's all because of her :).

Please understand this is a review on their service as a quest of the wedding. We were stranded at the venue in Monroe with no lyfts coming. The wedding planner spoke with the caretaker of the Engine Room and they used a bus they have available and me my girlfriend, half the wedding party and the family of the bride! How do you say enough about Karen and her staff at Pop + Fizz. I was initially drawn to the company by their fun name. Karen from the very beginning was an amazing and vital part to my wedding planning. She was our month of coordinator and without her my wedding would have been an unorganized mess. Months before the wedding she was there for any question big or small and gave advice whenever I needed it. She was EXTREMELY responsive to my e-mails and as a bride with one million ideas and questions running through your head she was the perfect coordinator to set my mind at ease. She helped us coordinate a DJ and review quotes from several vendors. She not only was our coordinator but a friend to lean on when the planning became overwhelming and I needed to organize my thoughts better. She used an online planning website for us to coordinate detail and organize information throughout the wedding, this was EXTREMELY helpful and kept everything on track as far as planning and piece of mind. Weeks before the wedding we had many instances we were nervous that our venue appointed coordinator was mixing up details and swapping details for the wedding, Karen was there each step of the way to help us sort through the mess and reassuring me. I trusted her completely with the decor for our wedding and it was a dream come true when we saw the reception space.

Karen, Payton and company ensured that our daughter's wedding day without a hitch!! They worked with us to set at timeline for the day, coordinated the rehearsal, communicated with all our vendors, and then worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly on the big day. That left me to spend quality time with my daughter and the bridal party. At the end of the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had already started packing up items we needed to remove from the venue--so appreciated at the end of a very long day!! Don't know what I would have done without them!!

Karen turned a family member's large backyard space into our dream wedding venue. Couldn't have asked for anyone more patient to work with. She offered her opinion when asked but never pushed anything on us. She was realistic about finding vendors to fit in our budget who all ended up being fantastic. If there were problems on the day of, I never knew about them because Karen handled all the craziness. I was so surprised how smooth everything flowed; I blinked and our ceremony space had transformed into the reception while guests were at cocktail hour. Thanks to Karen, our wedding day was exactly what we wanted- stress free and fun!

I highly highly highly recommend Karen and Pop+Fizz if you want the most personal, fun, and stress-free wedding experience ever!! Karen responded to my initial inquiry within 10 minutes (that's definitely a good sign because you will want to have a very responsive wedding planner!). She and I chatted over the phone for almost an hour to get an idea of wedding I was looking for. The conversation went super well and she sounded very accommodating and resourceful. After that one call, I already made my decision to go with her (she's the first and only planner I reached out). Throughout the entire planning process, she's always on top of everything. She provided us a website (Aisle planner) that helped organize everything you can think of for the wedding (budget/invoice/design board/guest list) at our first in-person meeting. We came up with the color/design theme for the wedding in no time (for some reason, we just loved the same styles and colors and everything). She gave us the best recommendations on food vendors, florist, pastry chef, makeup artists, and DJ. Thanks to her recommendations, our vendor selections were stress-free. She did an amazing job with the coordination and also keeping an eye on our wedding budget! On the day of the wedding, she and her assistants arrived at the venue super early and started her magic work! She coordinated with everyone to make sure every piece of the wedding went smoothly. On top of everything she and her assistants already provided, she went above and beyond! Because the best man planned an after party for us, we couldn't stop by our house to drop off all the stuff from the wedding. Karen and her assistant drove our car to our house, dropped off our wedding gifts, put our wedding cake in the fridge, and unloaded my dresses (two big gowns from the wedding) in our house. On top of that, she got us really cute and thoughtful wedding gifts (she dropped that off at the house as well). Karen is the BEST!

Karen is everything you need and more in a month-of/day-of coordinator! She was great from day one - she is so kind and patient, listens to your wants and concerns, always comes 100% prepared, and is such a dedicated and hard worker. She helped me stay organized and on track with planning prior to the wedding day, and on the day-of, it was reassuring knowing I had Karen and her equally wonderful team member Katie, taking care of everything down to the tiny details. She did a great job ensuring that everything ran as smoothly as possible, which allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the day! I’m so glad to have had her coordinating my wedding; It would have been chaos without her!

Karen is very passionate about what she does. Even though I hired her for the month-of/day-of coordinator, I started talking to her 9 months before the wedding and she did more than what is expected. Even after the wedding, she follows up with you. The ceremony went smoothly and at the end of the day, she packed up everything in my car for me.

Karen was absolutely the best to work with. Our original wedding coordinator cancelled due to health reasons and Karen/Pop + Fizz stepped in and bought our dream wedding to life. I could not have dreamed of a better day and it was pulled off thanks to Karen. She was there to bounce ideas off and to provide wisdom and support during the entire process. I cannot wait for wine nights and seeing what wonderful things she does for future brides.

Karen was so great to work with. We really enjoyed getting to know her too! She was responsive to any concerns and ready to do what was needed, really helped us just enjoy our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone else getting married.

We did a wedding shoot together. The whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were on time, prepared, professional, accommodating to the heat with waters (and even bbq sandwiches!), all while still being a ton of fun to work with. I hope we all get to work together again soon! Truly an amazing team.

Karen was my month of planner and she was outstanding! I was calm and relaxed all day, if something went wrong I didn't know about it because she handled everything. Everyone who came in contact with her, guests, wedding party, friends, and family, all loved her and raved about the awesome job she did.
She was always available for me, whenever I needed her. She made sure everything happened the way I wanted it.
Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I would recommend her to anyone!
Such a lovely person and one of the hardest workers I have ever seen.

I would suggest that everyone use Karen! I am the sister of the groom and friend of the bride and had to write a review of Karen's professional service for this special day in our family. I was heavily involved with the wedding and Karen was calm, organized, positive and caring throughout the entire event. We had a lot of DIY work and she stepped in and took our vision and implemented it beautifully. Karen worked non-stop the entire day never complaining or taking a break. Her Mother came as her assistant and was super sweet. I loved working with Karen because it was like she was a friend we had known forever and she easily fit in with the group. When the alcohol was running low at the reception I had offered to run out and buy more, but she insisted that she go so I could enjoy myself. She somehow found a spot to buy wine in a rural North Georgia town. We also had a small snafu with the shuttle company (they had the date wrong) and without the bride and groom knowing she was able to get a refund and have the shuttle company run extra routes to compensate for the mistake. She brought her own accessories for the photo booth, lights for the reception and other accessories. I would definitely recommend hiring Karen for your special day because you will not have to worry. She will take care of everything for you and make your day perfect!

We could not possilby say enough wonderful things about Karen's service provided for our wedding! We feel like she went well above and beyond our expectations. Her professionalism and calming attitude helped keep our nerves in check throughout the day. We even had a major issue with a vendor the day of the wedding that Karen completely took charge of and handled behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on our ceremony. We are just super impressed and thankful we hired Karen!

We had a wonderful experience working with Karen! She really went above and beyond our expectations for a day-of coordinator. From getting on a ladder to hang lights, to managing problematic vendors, she did everything possible to make sure the day went smoothly. We can't say enough good things about her!

Karen and her team were absolutely amazing at my son's recent wedding.
We were faced with some challenges regarding the weather and changing the site of the wedding reception, but Karen and her team managed everything with a constant smile and a cool and calm presence. Karen and her team worked very hard and long hours to make our son's wedding a fabulous event for everyone. You will definitely want Karen with you at your next event.
