The most gorgeous blooms!!

Jackie is extremely professional, detail oriented and creative. She made my type A selffeel at ease because I knew she would execute my vision perfectly and she did just that! I walked into the bridal suite and almost fell over at how beautiful my bouquet was. Jackie is super timely and has many years of experience!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything about our experience with Pondelek’s was incredible! I could’ve spent hours meeting with Jackie about floral designs, she is so creative and such a joy to work with. She is SO detail oriented and as soon as I handed over my floral vision boards, I was completely at ease knowing she would take care of everything and do a beautiful job. When I saw our arrangements the day of, I was blown away! They were more beautiful than I ever imagined! I would absolutely recommend Pondelek’s!

Amazing Wedding Florals

Jackie and her team were so friendly and easy to work with for our wedding flowers. Even with postponing our wedding, Jackie made sure to reach out and make us feel confident that we were in good hands. She is very detail-oriented, so you won’t have any worries. All of our floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières and corsages were exactly what we wanted. It was like seeing your wedding inspiration photos FINALLY come to life. I would definitely recommend Pondelek’s for their great quality of work and amazing staff.

Beautiful flowers!!!

I hired a florist last minute for my September 6th 2020 wedding and Pondelek’s was able to accommodate me for everything I needed! My flowers turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! They did an incredible job! Thank you!!!

Great wonderful to work with

I worked with Jackie and she was great to work with. Her team did a amazing job assembling our arrangements and bouquets just the way we wanted them. She had all kind of great ideas to help make our venue and wedding party pop . I had a Christmas themed wedding and her arrangements made it feel like a nice elegant country Christmas wedding. Could not thank her and her team enough for a amazing job.

Amazing flowers!!

Jackie and her team brought my vision to life, I could not be happier with how it all came together!!

Jackie is very thorough in her process and was very honest about pricing of certain flowers so that we could stick to a budget. I was very particular about the style I wanted, and she was eager to help me create it. Her expertise and wealth of knowledge was just what I needed to bring my vision to light. I enjoyed each time I had to meet with her to plan out my flowers, because each time we were closer to what I was imagining for my day.

I put a lot of emphasis on my flowers for my decor, and I'm so happy that I put that task in the hands of Jackie and her team at Pondelek's. My wedding flowers were absolutely stunning.

Jackie is awesome. She walked me through everything and showed me photos. She even told me to keep track of my ideas, so we can talk about them on our next appointment. She also works with you. I can't wait to see how everything turns out.

Pondeleks was the first florist I met with when researching florists for my wedding. After the meeting I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism I knew I found my florist. Working with Pondeleks was a joy and they made everything so easy. They were able to capture my vision beautifully and everything was handled where I was barely involved in the planning. The flowers were absolutely stunning and decently priced for what I wanted. I highly recommend Pondeleks for anyone looking for fabulous flowers from a professional florist.

We would highly recommend Pondelek’s Flowers to anyone. Jackie was incredibly accommodating to our difficult meeting schedule (we live 5 hours out of town), which we appreciated. Our first meeting, Jackie was very organized and thorough. On the day of our wedding, all flower arrangements came out more beautifully than we could have imagined. Thank you Jackie and Pondelek’s!!!

Jackie was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process for my wedding. She is incredibly detail oriented and made my part easy in figuring out our flowers! I couldn't have been happier with the flowers that arrived on the big day, especially with my amazing cascading bouquet! It was exactly what I wanted. Jackie was amazing !! She knows her flowers and how to work with brides that don’t !! She is very honest and will tell you it’s too busy or let’s not use this flower cause it doesn’t hold up well or we can use another that is less expensive but look just as perfect. I would never have been able to go through the flower process without her. She is did an amazing job with keep on budget. Must use florist !! Thank you

I'm not one to get excited over flowers, but after my consultation with Jackie at Pondelek's Florist, I couldn't stop daydreaming about my bouquet! Jackie is professional and knowledgeable about flowers, and works to get brides their ideal bouquet within their price point. If I saw something I liked, she would tell me if it was the "Ford" or "Cadillac" of that particular flower, and what my other options were that would look similar but fit my budget more comfortably. I received so many compliments on my bouquet, which was absolutely stunning! The flowers were healthy and sturdy, and held up well throughout our big day.

We could not have been happier with our experience with Pondelek's Florist. The service was top-notch, from our first meeting through the wedding day. The owner, Jackie, was able to work with me to create the look I had envisioned, while still staying within my budget. I was referred to and intended to use another florist entirely, but several months into our collaboration, it became clear we did not work well together and had made little progress. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. In my panic, my maid of honor reminded me how pleased we all were with the centerpieces from my shower, which were from Pondelek's. I called Jackie right away. I am so glad I did. During the course of several lengthy consultations, she took elaborate notes, listened carefully, and showed me examples of blooms, greens, vessels, corsage fasteners, and more. She handled my shortened timeline like it was no sweat, guiding me through what steps I would need to take to help her make my day gorgeous -- little details like pictures of my dress and bridesmaids so she could scale our bouquets to our body sizes, since I'm very tall. She always took the time to gently but honestly point out when I was overlooking a downside (or cost!). And when I dumped my totally unassembled brooch bouquet (not even flowers!) on her desk, her staff created the most stunning realization of my dream. From the floating memorial wreaths I requested to the centerpieces to the nosegays wired to our toasting flutes, our flowers were stunning, but Jackie, if you're reading this, that arched swag on the pergola, over the ceremony, was a TRIUMPH. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. And the roses are still fresh after a week.

I chose Pondelek's almost tentatively after reading some of the reviews but I was not disappointed. Jackie did an incredible job for the flowers for our wedding. We had a tiny budget, and by tiny I mean 600$, and we were only doing flowers for the bridal party (14 people) and the altar pieces. We showed her pictures during the consult and she told us how to make a bouquet that fit our vision and our budget. She even made sample bouquets during the consult to show us what the flowers look like in real life! That was key for me as I don't know many flower names and am a visual person. We booked her last minute; due to my military commitment, most things were planned only a couple short months before and she squeezed us in and worked with our schedule. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. We did all baby's breadth for the bridesmaids and she even showed us the difference in how many stems to put in. Everything was transparent, she told us what were the Lamborghini's of flowers and what looked just as pretty that we could afford. Everyone loved my bouquet and the flowers looked beautiful in all the pictures. Jackie may have an abrasive personality but I never once felt uncomfortable or treated with anything other than utmost respect. She is so passionate and genuine I'd book her again. She's so detail oriented and the end result was 5 star quality. I'd recommend her to anyone!!!

Jackie was a huge help to us while planning our wedding! She is so knowledgeable and was able to give us a ton of great advice. Even though we don’t know much about flowers, I was very picky about the look I wanted and Jackie nailed it! Pondeleks was even able to accommodate numerous last minute additions to our order. About a week before our wedding, my mom decided to surprise me and order some additional bouquets, boutonnieres, and altar flowers from Pondeleks. Hope was so helpful and accommodating, and in the end they were able to perfectly match all of the additional flowers to the flowers in our original order. Jackie and her crew at Pondeleks really did a great job. We would highly recommend them!

Jackie was absolutely amazing to work with!! Her attention to detail was on point!! She listened intently to everything I was saying and really captured the same dream/idea I had for my flowers! She did such an amazing job! My flowers were absolutely stunning and I actually cried after the wedding cause I couldn't preserve my personal bouquet. She amazed me with the final result! they were the perfect pops of color and so beautifully put together!!! Also every meeting I had with her was wonderful!! Pondelek's was amazing to work with. I had an image of what I wanted my flowers and centerpieces to look like, brought them a couple pictures and they matched it beyond what I even expected -better than the pictures! Another great thing was they walked me through so many things I didn't think of like flowers for the church pews, or little gifts for people who have a helping hand in the big day! Delivery on the day of was great as I did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot emphasize the amount of compliments we received on both my bouquets and the centerpieces! Jacqueline from Pondelek's Florist & Gifts was a pleasure to work with! When we first met with her for our original consultation, she was very enthusiastic and kept expressing how much she would love to work with us. That enthusiasm carried through the entire planning process. She was professional and certainly is the perfectionist that she claims to be- the flowers were beautiful and far exceeded our expectations!! Also getting in contact with Jackie and her staff was as easy as a phone call which was very helpful as we made little changes all the way up to the wedding. All of the centerpieces, bouquets, and flower arrangements were incredible and we very highly recommend hiring Pondelek's for your event!

We loved Pondelek's and Jackie immediately as our wedding florist. Jackie really knows her flowers and is very organized and on the ball. We loved that she only does a maximum of 2 weddings per day, and has a full 2-hour detailed meeting to go over exactly what you want. Bring her pictures, she'll also show you some, which is very helpful. The only problem was that our final price was a bit more expensive than our estimate, but the finished product was worth every penny!

Jackie and the entire staff at Pondeleks was wonderful! Every detail was accounted for and more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Jackie helped me transform my creative visions into gorgeous works of art that were complimented all night. Jackie and team made my wedding. The flowers on the tables and bouquets were incredible. I got more compliments on the gorgeous flowers than any other portion of my wedding. I went to Jackie with barely an idea of what I wanted. With a smile, a hug, and a lot of honesty she worked with me to create exactly what I wanted and managed to fit it within my budget.

My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the AMAZING service Jackie gave us! She was extremely easy to talk to, and gave us so many great ideas. My wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and it was in part due to Pondelek's wonderful service. I've received so many compliments on my bouquet and the centerpieces (we rented the Aspen bowls), I had a vision of my dream wedding and Jackie helped that vision spring to life!

My family has used this florist for every wedding. Jackie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She takes your ideas and makes it even better than you expected. She is a little pricier than other florist' in the area, but you definitely get much better quality and attention to detail. I would recommend this florist to anyone who is having a wedding.

Pondelek's did a amazing job with our flowers! Everyone commented on how beautiful they were and my bouquet lasted for over a month and a half after our wedding in our refrigerator!! Definitely a great place for wedding flowers!

Jackie helped us numerous times throughout the planning process to make sure we got the most for our budget and explained everything in detail so that we knew exactly what we would be getting the day of our wedding. She even showed us real life arrangements for other people’s weddings rather than samples from a book. The day of our wedding, when I got to the hotel, I was awestruck by the flowers. The bouquets and flower arrangements that the staff created were absolutely stunning and looked so vibrant and fresh in all our photos!

They take an idea and make it perfect! My entire family and several of my friends have gone through her for their weddings, in fact they are the florist we go to for everything. She is meticulous and so is her staff. We were anything but simple in our floral request and they made it more beautiful that I could have hoped for.

Jackie was great, she made our flowers look amazing! She has great ideas and likes to do things big, but that is what we wanted as well. She even went the extra mile for us and used greens from a family's bush that made our arrangements look amazing! She also made sure we got our money's worth when she added in some roses free of charge when our lilly's came in on the smaller side.

Jackie at Pondeleks did such a BEAUTIFUL job with my daughter's wedding flowers! We couldn't be more pleased! We had a fall wedding and Jackie took our ideas, made some suggestions of her own, and the result was pure perfection. The quality of the live flowers and her unique artistic design made for a breathtaking result. Bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, ceremony & reception arrangements were all gorgeous. Our venue has a beautiful, massive fountain in their courtyard. We asked Jackie to fill it with flowers and hanging plants...she had never worked at this venue before, but she took the fountain challenge...and nailed it! We absolutely loved the finished product...Thank you so much Jackie!

Jackie was awesome to work with! She "got" my vision immediately and the flowers were beautiful. A bit on the expensive side (as wedding flowers tend to be), I had a little bit of sticker-shock spending so much money on something that was going to die anyway. But the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and customer service was exceptional!

The flowers from Pondelek's are gorgeous, and when the owner Jackie tells you they will last for 2-4 weeks after the wedding, she's not lying. Jackie takes great care in making sure all of the details are correct (type of flower, location for drop-off, drop-off times, etc.) and follows through with all of her promises to make your wedding day beautiful. I would absolutely recommend booking your flowers with Pondelek's.

Jackie and the staff at Pondeleks provided 6 bouquets, 2 wrist corsages, 8 boutonnieres, 10 centerpieces and 1 altar arrangement for my wedding last month. I chose Pondeleks because I admired Jackie's work from a local bridal expo. Having no knowledge of flowers or cost (only knowing what I liked visually), Jackie was helpful in choosing flowers to suit my taste and budget. Although I didn't receive an official quote/estimate elsewhere, I feel perhaps Pondeleks is on the higher end of pricing. However, I liked Jackie's passion for the business and was willing to pay for the quality. Sadly, on the day of the wedding, my bouquet did not meet my expectations of quality. It appeared some of the roses had already wilted slighted before arrival. By the end of the ceremony, the hydrangea had begun to brown. I understand the delicate nature of flowers, but I expected my bouquet to look fresher longer. When we arrived at the reception, half of my centerpieces were not the color I was expecting. The main component in each (hydrangea) was an obvious shade of blue when I had requested purple. To be fair, Jackie did advise me that dyed flowers are not always an exact color match. I wouldn't go as far as to say this ruined the event by any means, or even that the aesthetic was thrown off. However, an advance notice would have been appreciated since the result clearly did not match the color swatch I provided. Overall, the flowers were pretty and they served their purpose. Although my expectations were not completely met, I would still recommend Pondeleks in the future.

I had only my wedding bouquet made by Pondeleks. I gave them a picture to base their design off of and they did an ok job. I realize it can't be identical because flowers that were in the picture were out of season but what I ended up with looked rather generic. I felt like I could have made the same bouquet myself and done a better job design wise:/ Everything was done last minute so perhaps that is why it didn't turn out as nice as expected.

Jackie was very professional and her shop is gorgeous. I knew they would provide me with the flowers as promised based on their reputation with the venue. However, when I first saw my bridal bouquet (all roses) the white roses were brown at the tips, and the simple ribbon that was tied around the stems had unravaled itself prior to the ceremony. Also the bridesmaids bouquets looked better, but better than mine, which was upsetting considering my bouquet alone was around 150. This is just my experience however.

I believed Pondelek's would do a great job after meeting owner Jackie the first time. At our first consultation, she was friendly, knowledgeable and very detail-oriented. She said I had great ideas for my flowers and knew exactly how to make my vision a reality. She gave me a quote, and it fell within my budget. After meeting with other local florists for comparison, I decided to book Pondelek's based on my quote. Once it got closer to my wedding day, we had to meet again to plan all of the details. I brought her a few pictures of what I liked, and we went through each step of my wedding needs. I was really excited about how the flowers were going to look until it came to figuring out the total cost at the end. She knew my budget, but not once during the two hours I was there did she say what I wanted was getting too expensive. My flower choices were very simple, too. I had a small bridal party and didn't need church flowers because my church provided them, and the final number she came back with was $1000 over my original quote. No part of my flower needs had changed from our first consultation to then, so I was confused why the price was so much higher. The flowers were important to me, but not worth an extra $1000 in my opinion. She would leave the office and consult with her assistant about the price; I felt like I was at a car dealer because it took two or three times before it came closer to(but still over)my budget. I left the consultation feeling disheartened by the whole experience and a little worried that the quality of my flowers would be sacrificed. Once the wedding day came and I saw my flowers, I was satisfied with how they looked. I really loved my bouquet and the BM's bouquets. The reception flowers were pretty, but I felt they were small. Jackie's flowers were nice but overpriced for what I got. I'd still recommend them to future brides since the flowers were pretty, but if you have a budget you need to stick to, just be cautious about the prices.

Pondelek's does beautiful work and is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. I would have loved to give them a higher rating, but I was disappointed by several aspects of the transaction. First, after I booked with Pondelek's and signed my contract, they became extremely unresponsive. I got the impression that the owner, Jackie, quickly moved on to trying to book her next wedding and delegated all the work and client contact for my wedding to her employees. Although I called and left voice messages with Jackie to talk about my order and ask questions, each time one of her employees called me back. Pondelek's also did not call me to confirm anything with me before my wedding. I had to call them, and by the time I called with the total head count it was already too late to change the number of centerpieces ordered for the tables. Yet, other than these small disappointments, I was very pleased with their work. Their flowers were stunning and they really helped put my wedding vision into reality, which I guess is the most important thing.

I had very high hopes with reading others reviews that I would love my wedding flowers. During the initial consult, I felt rushed to make decisions I was not prepared to make. Fortunately, after I thought about what I really needed, I was able to easily cancel a bunch of flowers that I felt weren't needed by making a phone call. I did in fact really like my bridal bouquet, although I felt it was extremely pricey. Sadly, there must have been a serious miscommunication on all my bridesmaids flowers. My family and I had to redo all of them before the wedding, resulting in cutting and throwing away most likely hundreds of dollars worth of flowers. It just wasn't the experience I was expecting.

Definitely not worth the money. Although the flowers looked OK the day of the wedding, I was expecting much more. The flowers used for the altar arrangement were only 1/2 opened, they looked very nice the next day. The mothers corsages were not placed properly on the wristband, so they were flopping around and my mom's did not even make it to the reception. We had a 2x4 cubed arrangement at a cost $25 in which just a few flowers were placed without securing onto the vase. It appears that the oasis used for the centerpieces were not watered since most were dead in two days.

Stressful and outdated business practices

I would not recommend Pondeleks to anyone I liked. Don’t get me wrong Centerpieces, bouquets were beautiful. The boutonnieres and corsages disintegrated by the end of the night. Let’s talk about the owner Jackie….I felt bulldozed/bullied through my consultation and took multiple phone calls and emails in September for her to answer me back to see if there was someway we could get some leeway on pricing. Which she was willing to work with me, but then she doesn’t have Venmo, PayPal or electronic payment in order to pay the rest of the deposit and requested a personal check through the United States postal system. I got multiple threatening phone calls an about the check I mailed not being there and she wasn’t going to order my flowers. One phone call even included a demand from the owner, Jackie, that I overnight a check to her. I wish I could paste the voicemail on the website so you know what you would be dealing with. And the icing on the cake today her Florist van was parked outside the venue. We rented tall vases from her which she refused to take back because the van is “wet”…. However, she was willing to take the vase is back at a charge $150 pick up fee for the vases at my consultation. I have a sneaking suspicion that the tall vases, were transported in the “wet” van yesterday. Bottom line she is a bully and not worth the stress especially when you are planning a wedding.

Awful business.

I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but I have never felt so disrespected by a business owner. Pondelek's raised my prices twice after I signed a contract due to a flower shortage "because of Covid". I believe that there was a flower shortage but I simply don't believe that the prices of my bridesmaids' bouquets, for example, went from $85 to $135 "because of Covid." But that's not even what I was most mad about - every time I talked to Pondelek's I felt like I was bothering them and the owner repeatedly told me that she was "working with me" because I was "soooo concerned about prices" implying that I was being difficult because I asked for the prices to be closer to the original price I agreed to. When you're spending $2,500 on something that is just going to die and $45,000 on one day I think you have the right to be concerned when prices go up twice, the second time being a month before my wedding! Don't go here unless you want to be disrespected and scammed.

Anyone who is having a wedding or looking for a floral arrangements DO NOT go to Pondelek's Florist & Gifts. Super rude and icy to my mother. Pushy and rushed after she made my mom reschedule her m appointment and then made her wait another 40 minutes after her ORIGINAL appointment time. She did not care about my mom due to the fact that she was a older bride and not having a huge wedding. After telling my mom she could not rush a bride, even though she had no problem interfering with my mothers appointment, even though my mom is a bride. Maybe not a glitzy fancy one, but she's a bride. Tried to oversell my mom and made her think what she wanted was going to be ugly, calling my mom fat and saying her bouquet size would just make her look even more fatZ She didn't even honor the $250 credit my mother won FROM HER at a bridal show. She made my parents so upset my father walked out. So unprofessional! Take your business else where and save your money.
