We loved our experience at this Hilton resort. The Director of Events, Jane Vukovich, was hands down the best part about our venue and easily the best point of contact we had for any of our vendors. She was extremely helpful in answering our questions and providing suggestions, flexible, fair in negotiations, and responded very timely to emails or phone calls. I would highly recommend the Pointe just so you can deal with her! We held our cocktail hour and reception at the Pointe and were pleased with the look of our ballroom spaces. We also had our room block for guests at the hotel, and the event staff as well as front desk staff were always very accommodating and gracious. We felt everyone went above and beyond to make our guests' stays comfortable and our event flow smoothly. For example, the hotel provided a van and driver to take my husband and I to our hotel room after the reception ended and the driver brought inside our belongings. We chose to serve plated meals of chicken and beef. The food at our tasting was very delicious; however, during our reception, the beef was a little overdone but I feel like that is to be expected when large quantities of food are prepared. If you book with the Pointe, make sure to deal with Jane!!
