Heaven on Earth
We truly can not thank Cindy enough for helping us through the whole process of payments, event planning, coordination of the wedding, vendor suggestions, and overseeing the event. It was the perfect wedding. The flexibility they allowed us helped the day go by without a hiccup. The view was serene! Everyone who attended said the venue was beautiful and how we were allowed to decorate just made it even better. Honestly the venue spoke for itself. The long woodstained tables shined with just a little table decoration, and the chairs went perfect with the nice warm lodge feel of the venue. You can’t go wrong with Point Lookout Vineyards! -

Cindy and the staff at Point Lookout were absolutely amazing to work with. Flexible with other vendors, kept mine and my husband’s vision for our special day and made it come to life! They were exceptionally helpful when it came to clean up and setting up, and I couldn’t have pictured my special day anywhere else!
Special shoutout to Cindy, she is responsive and very knowledgeable when it comes to wedding past at the venue, helped with many things setting up on the day of and rehearsal dinner. She truly cares for each bride and groom with a genuine heart!

Perfect for an Elopement
As the mother of the groom, watching my son get married at Point Lookout Vineyards was incredibly special. The intimate weekday Elopement with our 25 guest was calm, meaningful and beautifully framed by the Mountain View’s. The Point Lookout Staff were exceptional, thoughtful and organized. Everything was ready when we arrived. Cindy was available throughout our scheduled time for anything we needed. It is such a beautiful place to gather, celebrate and to create lasting memories. This will be one of favorite new places to visit as often as we can. -

Cindy and her staff at Point Lookout Vineyards helped to create the most wonderful experience for my daughter's wedding! It is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Southeast and has multiple ceremony sites to choose from all with stunning mountain views. The venue itself is gorgeous with a massive stone fireplace and exposed beams. It's sides are open in warmer weather but can be easily closed in for rain or cold. Plus, their wines and meads are delicious. We all fell in love on the first day we visited!
They offer discounts for weekdays and off-peak times. Chairs and tables are included with the site which makes this venue a better value than most. Plus, with all of the beauty provided by Mother Nature, a lot of decoration is truly not needed!
One thing that we really loved about the venue was the bridal suite complete with a full bath! It was large enough to give the girls a nice place to relax and get ready before the festivities began. There is also a groom's suite complete with TV so the boys could bring their game systems for entertainment. These rooms allowed the bridal party to stay tucked away when the guests arrived.
We hired Cindy as our Day-Of Coordinator and had constant contact with her from the moment we booked the venue. She has a list of preferred vendors so this gave us a starting point for catering, music, transportation, etc. She guided us through the wedding process and calmed this Mama's anxiety more than once!
Cindy and her staff at Point Lookout Vineyard helped to create the most perfectly memorable wedding day for my daughter and her husband. I can't recommend them highly enough!

It was worth the wait!
Our wedding was originally planned for the weekend Hurricane Helene hit. In an instant, everything changed. With heavy hearts, we made the decision to postpone and reschedule our wedding an entire year out. At the time, it felt overwhelming—but looking back now, it was absolutely worth the wait.
Point Lookout Vineyards stood by us through it all with grace, understanding, and kindness. From the moment we chose to reschedule, we felt supported rather than stressed. When our day finally arrived, it felt like it unfolded exactly the way it was meant to.
The setting was breathtaking—rolling vineyards, sweeping mountain views, and a sense of calm that you can’t put into words. After everything we had been through, standing there together felt peaceful, emotional, and incredibly meaningful. It wasn’t just beautiful; it felt right.
Cindy, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding day everything it was. From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of confidence and calm that immediately put us at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in ways that go far beyond a checklist. Cindy anticipated issues before they ever became concerns, handled logistics seamlessly, and quietly solved problems without drawing attention to them.
Waiting an extra year made the day even more special. After the storm, after the uncertainty, we were reminded that some things are worth holding on to—and worth waiting for. Point Lookout Vineyards gave us more than a venue. They gave us peace, beauty, and a wedding day we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

I had toured a handful of wedding venues in the Asheville area but as soon as I came to Point Lookout I I fell in love! It was EVERYTHING I was looking for and the views are stunning! The whole Point Lookout staff was amazing and made sure I had the wedding of my dreams! I can't recommend this place enough, I can't wait to go back just to enjoy the atmosphere! -

Fall wedding
We had our wedding in November 2024 at Point Lookout. We had also had our rehearsal dinner there the Friday before and it was such a special weekend. The wedding was shortly after hurricane helene and we were so thankful we could still have our wedding. Everyone at the winery helped to make everything so special! The planning process was very fun with multiple trips up to taste the wines and make plans for the day. Cindy was very helpful in making sure we had enough drinks for our guest count and answering questions that we had during the entire process. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was! -

Very affordable, and professional.
We were concerned while planning our wedding that we wouldn't be able to afford a nice place, but then we found Point Lookout Vineyards! They worked with our budget and helped us out with anything we needed! Cindy was amazing and very helpful! We didn't even need to decorate due to how beautiful the venue was. Every single one of our guest were mesmerized with the view and the venue itself! -

The stunning vineyard was the perfect location for our daughter's October wedding. The owners are very warm and welcoming and can regularly be seen at the vineyard, the staff and wedding planner Cindy are very accommodating and made the planning process so easy. This was our first planning of a wedding and Cindy made sure the day was flawless and my daughter felt like a princess. The wedding was a few weeks after Hurricane Helene so we were not sure if we would have to postpone as changing to another venue was never an option. Thankfully the venue was spared any great damage and all our vendors were ready to move forward so the wedding took place as planned. We got so many compliments from friends and family on the beauty of the Vineyard and how well run the wedding was. I can't recommend Point Lookout enough to anyone seeking breathtaking mountain views to say their vows in front of. Even though we live 2 hours away, we will definitely be back there in the future to just enjoy the scenery and drink their delicious wines! -

Amazing wedding venue with an even better coordinator!
Bride review: Where do I start!? Point Lookout Vineyards is an absolute gem, I’m so happy I had my wedding there!! Cindy is an angel and was a tremendous help to us throughout our planning and stress. Not only did we not really know how weddings worked, but we were planning from different states and time zones and were bugging Cindy a lot over phone calls. She was so patient, kind, and stress-relieving through it all. She truly had our best interest in mind and went above and beyond in helping to bring our dream wedding come to life with our budget. The venue is so gorgeous with the vineyard, mountain views, and high-ceiling, rustic wooden, open-air cabin vibe. Also, all the guests were surprised how good the wine was! Not to mention the other staff working the wedding were lovely people as well.
The only thing that’s a little weird is the vineyard being open to the public, even during a wedding. But they are kept isolated to the back area and aren’t noticeable other than when leaving the bridal suite or when taking pictures out back with the pretty mountain views. But overall the venue and having Cindy as the coordinator was an awesome experience you will not regret for your wedding!
Groom review: I really don’t think I can put into words how amazing Cindy is. Cindy is one of the nicest, sweetest, most reassuring, and accommodating people I have ever met. My wedding would not have been as incredible as it was if not for Cindy. She was always available to talk on the phone, even when I was 3 time zones away living on the West Coast. She taught me everything I needed to know about weddings and helped my wife and I create the wedding of our dreams. Cindy catered to all of our requests and answered all of our questions. The whole planning process would have been a nightmare without her! And when it came to wedding day she took charge and made sure everything was going just the way we needed it to. The way she helped decorate the venue was out of this world. Point Lookout Vineyards is an amazing venue and it’s lucky to have Cindy in their corner. You cannot go wrong with Cindy :) -

Our daughter had the wedding of her dreams at Point Lookout Vineyards three weeks after Hurricane Helene. What could have been a total disaster was actually the most wonderful, flawless event. Cindy and the Jacksons were attentive to all our needs and were extremely helpful in finding a new caterer at the last minute & picking the perfect wines for the reception. The venue is the perfect location as the view is spectacular and the accommodations for the guests & the bridal party were perfect. We have gotten so many compliments on the choice of venue & we could not agree more.....it was perfect. Point Lookout Vineyards is our first choice when recommending a venue for any event. You will not be disappointed -

Our son married his lovely bride at Point Lookout this Fall. The venue had magnificent Mountain Views with a beautiful rustic vibe. We enjoyed working with the onsite wedding coordinator, Cindy. She was the ultimate professional as we relied heavily on her expertise. It made for coordinating with the other wedding partners such as the Florist, Caterer, Pastry Chef, and DJ a seamless process.
The venue had separate, spacious, beautiful bridal and groom suites for the wedding parties to prepare for the day. The kitchen was well equipped for food preparations. The outdoor ceremony space was perfectly staged for the wedding guests.
The actual wedding day started around 9 am and ended around 11 pm. Cindy and her staff worked effortlessly to make sure the entire day went off without an issue. They were all friendly, accessible, and ready to help with any needs.
Aside from the spectacular venue with its breathtaking Mountain View’s, the wine selection was fantastic. We met prior to the event for a wine tasting and discussion about best wines to offer at the wedding. We received multiple compliments on the wine.
In short, Point Lookout did not disappoint. It was the perfect venue to host your special day.

There is no denying the pure beauty that Point Lookout has to offer. Our guests were blown away on our big day! You simply can’t beat the breathtaking Mountain View’s. We chose a simple minimalistic wedding theme which is easy to achieve at Point Lookout. No need for an abundance of decor because the venue is stunning on its own. Cindy and the Point Lookout staff made us feel like a priority throughout the entire process. They were professional, timely and made our day run so smoothly! Our guests were treated so kindly by the team on our big day. Point Lookout was our dream venue and I would not change a thing! One of the most special memories for us was that our dog was also welcomed to be a part of our wedding. It truly was the best day ever! -

Wedding of My Dreams!
I am SO happy that I chose Point Lookout for my wedding this past September! Working with Cindy was a seamless process. Wedding at Worlds Edge
Point Lookout is a beautiful venue on a gorgeous mountain side. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating for all our needs. There is a pretty room upstairs for the bride to get dressed. There is a beautiful area outside for wedding ceremonies. They can either put an arch or a cross outside with a backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains. If the weather does not cooperate weddings can be held inside by the huge beautiful fireplace. We had our perfect wedding there in February expecting to be inside because of the season, but the sun was shining and the weather was beautiful and we were able to exchange vows at the cross. It was everything I could hope for . There is plenty of room for a band and dancing inside or out . The views are spectacular. -

Phenomenal view
This venue has a phenomenal view. We had a tropical luau in the mountains and it was fantastic. You can have your dream wedding here, even if it is tropical. The wines are so good, several of our guests purchased them to enjoy at home. The owners are great to work with and the staff are wonderful. This venue was spacious enough for us to have a Steele drum band for the ceremony and dinner and then a separate band for the reception. Lindsay did an awesome job working our Tiki bar. The guests loved the spaciousness of the venue and felt they could easily move around. Thankfully the weather was absolutely perfect and we were able to enjoy the view and the outdoors. Although, we did have a backup plan, just in case of rain. There are so many places to get beautiful pictures at this venue, it was hard to pick my favorite. If I had to do it again, I would definitely pick this venue. I will be going back to enjoy some of the great wines. -

The Most Unforgettable and Breathtaking Mountain Vineyard Wedding Venue
From the moment we visited this vineyard, we both knew it was where we wanted to say "I Do" to spending forever with one another. From the breathtaking views and the delicious wine to the wonderful staff - we couldn't have picked a better wedding venue. The owner was even sweet enough to speak to us one of the times we visited and getting to know the history behind the family-owned business made it even more special. And we loved that all the set-up and table and chairs were included in the price. We had so much fun wine tasting and selecting the wines for our special day. Cindy was terrific and we wish we could relive our day over again. -

I couldn't express enough how much we loved having our wedding at Point Lookout. We had to postpone our wedding due to the Pandemic and they were so great with accommodating us for our new date. We felt like family there and they would be there for us for any question/concern we had. They have the best staff! Our wedding was a whole day affair. (Two weddings and a reception in one day!) Everything went so smoothly! The view is absolutely breathtaking and all our pictures turned out so great. The bridal and groom suit was perfect! We worked with Cindy at PLV and OMG was she incredible! Not only does this wedding venue have the most gorgeous views of the mountains, but has an indoor / outdoor space that spectacular for weddings. Perfect Wedding Venue
They are absolutely amazing! When we first drove up there, we knew this was the place for us to get married. They walk you through the whole thing, so you know exactly what you will get on the day of your wedding. The staff are awesome to work with and were great with my vendors that I chose. Before the big day, they help you pic the right wines to match your dinner choice. We still go there just to enjoy the wines and the views. I would recommend to anyone looking to get married to keep them in mind. The guests still talk about how gorgeous it was and how great the venue is. If you want a memorable wedding, this is the perfect place to start the memory of guests never forgetting your wedding. -

My husband and I could not have picked a better place to have our wedding ceremony and reception. Our wedding was all that we imagined it would be and more. We had the best wedding ever and we can’t thank Point Lookout Vineyards enough for all of their help along the way! Point Lookout is a beautiful venue and has the most spectacular views you could imagine. Everyone at our wedding had an amazing time and had nothing but positive things to say. Because Point Lookout is an outdoor venue, it accommodates up to 300 guests, so there is plenty of room for everyone to eat, drink, mingle and dance! It is very open, so everything flows smoothly. Overall, the venue is in a very secluded, private location. However, the wine tasting room is open, even during private events. Although I was a little nervous about having strangers walking around during our special day, I never noticed anyone who had not been invited, so it really was not a problem at all. Our wedding was in the summer, so the natural light was absolutely perfect! The beautiful chandeliers provided ample light after the sun went down. Point Lookout is a beautiful venue and has the most spectacular views you could imagine. The vineyard is gorgeous, and there are miles of mountainous panoramic views. It is naturally pretty. We only had flowers and a few signs for decorations, and that was plenty! Even with having a summer wedding, it was very cool during the reception with the mountain breezes. There were more than enough outlets for everything. There were also 2 screens under the pavilion, which worked wonderfully for our videos that were played during the reception. There is a large parking lot right below the ceremony and reception are. Parking attendants and shuttle service was also offered for those who need/want to be shuttled to the ceremony and reception sites. There is also a Plan B included in the venue price in case of inclement weather. Even with us being outdoors, everyone was able to hear us during our ceremony, and the speeches and toasts given during the reception were just as great! There is a full-service catering support kitchen to be used by your caterer. The bathrooms were very large and super clean! There was an outdoor patio with a fire pit and beautiful rocking chairs. The venue price included the use of farm tables, round tables, and cross-back chairs for the reception, as well as wooden chairs for the ceremony. We were able to use the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Parlor to get ready in. They were on the smaller side, but they were very clean, comfortable, and relaxing before the big moment. They also offer military discounts, which was a huge plus for us. Both my husband and I highly recommend it for an outdoor venue with a perfect mountain view. I cannot say enough about Point Lookout Vineyards....I found them on Instagram and when I came across their very first photo of a wedding setup that they posted I was IN LOVE with this venue. I thought it was going to be WAY TO EXPENSIVE for us but took the leap and messaged them. Not only did they have our date available but the whole wedding experience with them was affordable. We ended up going up a month before the wedding to try out the wines and the view was to DIE for! Not only was the view #1....the wine was #1 out of all of the wineries out there. The best wine I think I have ever had...hands down! Mike and Meagan was so accommodating and really worked with us. I cannot thank them enough for how special they made our wedding. We will never forget how special it was. Thank you so much for all that you did for us. We greatly appreciate all of your hard work and cannot recommend you anymore. If we could give you a 10 star we would. -

We can’t say enough about this venue! Meagan was truly the start to our wedding becoming a reality better than we could have ever dreamed! She was so helpful and Responsive. Even though we hired her only for day of, she went above and beyond and made the wedding planning portion so seamless for us that at times throughout the year we actually forgot we were planning a wedding. Mike(owner) and his family are truly some of the most genuine people we have ever met. They always take the time to chat and welcome you Like a family member every time we come up! We were so lucky to have them pass through the day of our wedding and share in a little dancing :) The meaning behind the vineyard, the attention to every detail (from the building,the wines and thier labels, the employees) this place has become so special to us and our family and we can’t wait to be back for years to come! -

Beautiful!
We are so thankful that we chose Point Lookout Vineyards for our wedding venue! Our guests couldn't stop telling us how beautiful the venue was and posted so many pictures with the mountain background. We got married in early November, so they were able to have the fireplace going and it was just the perfect setting. There was plenty of space for our dance floor too, which was important to us! They were also so accommodating with us having our dog as a part of the wedding, which also helped reduce a lot of stress and was just really thoughtful of them. The bridal suite and grooms parlor were both great. There were 9 bridesmaids plus my mom and I and we all fit and had a great time in the bridal suite! The staff were so great, so helpful, and so friendly. We didn't have to worry about anything and we are just so thankful to everyone at Point Lookout for helping create the best day ever! -

Meghan was delightful to work with, she was so patient with me and my many many emails! This place is beautiful and the wines are just as delicious! Everyone that attended had nothing but good things to say, everyone was so pleasant to deal with! The only thing that was a little strange to me was the taproom being open for wine tastings to outside guests during the entire evening. They were mostly out of site but random people were wandering the property, driving around while we were trying to take pictures. I understand its a business, but it would've been nice to have the venue closed for maybe just the evening part for the private event. I will recommend this place and keep sending people for yummy wine!!

We had a great time at our wedding on 10.19.24! We did have some hiccups due to Hurricane Helene, but everyone at PL was amazing and helped get everything in order! We love it there and plan on going back time and time again!! -

Beautiful wedding in a magical mountain setting!
The staff goes the extra mile to ease any pre-wedding jitters you may have and help to deliver rhe beautiful mountain wedding you are envisioning. Cindy is such a calm bright light pulling off all the little details- even for an out of state bride all the way in California and no family near the venue. You will not be disappointed in this unique mountain venue, it’s lovely ‘like family’ staff, and the delicious wine options at the winery and the quality recommended vendors. We are still glowing from hosting such a fun, beautiful, unique wedding for our daughter. -

We loved having our wedding at Point Lookout. The views were the reason we decided to have our wedding there, as well as the spacious accomodations both indoors and outdoors. We had plenty of space to set up all our tables, our flowers, and a good layout for our buffet. The bridal suite and groom suite on site was really nice, and were decently sized for our bridal party. It did sometimes take a little bit of time for the venue to get back to us, and we were not informed there would be a wine tasting on the day of our wedding, so we had several people wandering through our setup as we were getting everything ready. -

This venue was beyond perfect! Cindy and the owners, Mike and Sabrina, were amazing to work with! They made suggestions to enhance our day that I would never have thought of. We had a small ceremony and only used part of the patio for our cocktail hour. We barely noticed the other guests there enjoying an evening at the vineyard. Even with our small scale event, the crew took care of us like royalty! My husband and I will definitely go back and visit the vineyard in the future!! -

What makes this venue so special is hands down, the view. It is absolutely beautiful and guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. So if you are looking to make a lasting impression on your guests, this venue is the one!
The wedding package does pack a lot of value such as the set up of all your tables, ceremony and reception chairs, a full sized catering kitchen, indoor and outdoor options, a bridal suite, groom's parlor, and a shuttle for your guests to get from the parking lot to the venue. For the bridal suite, there are three windows on the roof and one on the wall in the bridal suite, if any ladies are curious about lighting for make-up there. There is even a full bathroom, yes including a shower, in the bridal suite. Plenty of room for about eight girls in there including two artists.
Their wines, beers, and meads are amazing. I loved our tasting and do recommend bringing a designated driver that day as you will be tipsy if you want to get through it all to make an informed decision of the drinks. They made this amazing spritzer at our wedding that guests kept talking about too.
I have no complaints about the venues layout, it has so many options for your wedding whether it's indoor or outdoor for where the buffet, DJ, and signs and such will go.
You will have to rent decor and linen but they already have a lot of their own beautiful decor too like wreaths on the fireplace and lanterns on the floor mantels, so it is still very reasonable. My issue came with delayed invoices, delayed responses, and repetitive communication that made for some anxiety while planning but Cindy is very understanding, flexible, and she may not always respond on your time, but she responds in time. You can tell by her calm demeanor about everything that she has a lot of experience dealing with weddings so while you are freaking out, she is probably picturing how perfect it is going to be once you get to that long awaited moment. Everything was clarified on our final walkthrough and changes were even made the day of the wedding. The day of she was there early to ask how she can help, she provided us a private water dispenser station, and turned the A/C on blast and added a fan when the bridal suite got a little warm from the sun showing out that day. So she was awesome, super attentive and quick.
One small drawback was being informed that the groom's parlor or bridal suite would be getting remodeled the month of our wedding while doing our final walkthrough, but it really didn’t affect the day any since the boys decided to get ready at a hotel.
A huge drawback was that another couples rehearsal was being held the day of our wedding while we were finishing set up. Being a bride, I could stand in her shoes and say well, maybe this was the only day that worked for her and her wedding party and family, but it still hurt. So if that matters to you, ask if you can expect anybody else to hold a rehearsal on your wedding day and if you don’t want that to happen, have it written in your contract. Fortunately, the couple and their guests didn’t mess with our set up at all and were super sweet, but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that there would be a chance of another couple and their wedding party doing a rehearsal on the day of our wedding. This actually impacted our photographer and videographers schedule greatly and made it difficult to catch pre ceremony footage of the finished reception and ceremony area before guests arrived. It was just a really unexpected stressor that was alleviated only once they left and that I could’ve planned for if I had known ahead of time.
And yes, despite the $6,500 price tag, you will be sharing the venue with the public but I must say the venue and our day-of coordinator did a great job of making sure we didn’t notice! I remember there being a review about taking your stuff from the suites and through the tasting room where the public was at and it being very inconvenient but I did not have that problem. None of the public was in the tasting room, they were all outside but that could change with the weather. We had a beautiful first sunny day of Spring that might have impacted this. There were private event signs, ropes, and verbal reinforcement made by our day-of coordinator to ensure the day remained intimate for us and our guests.
In all, I have no regrets about the venue we chose. It is a blessing of a place and I truly believe God’s hand is all over it from the weather, to the people who work there and visit or live in the area. My guests and I were respected and treated fairly. Everything worked out! I say give it a go if your heart is set on this venue but be patient and pray along the way! You are going to encounter hiccups with ANY venue. That is just the nature of the game of getting married so at least make it memorable with this view and easy to fix with staff that really care about your day like Cindy and her family do!

We recently had our wedding at Point Lookout Vineyard, and overall, it truly was a beautiful day and a memorable experience. The space itself is lovely, and everything came together in the end for a celebration we will always cherish. Unfortunately, a major part of the planning process was made significantly more stressful due to ongoing communication issues with the event coordinator, Cindy, who we also paid additionally to serve as our wedding coordinator. This made the situation even more difficult. From early on, it was hard to get timely responses. There were multiple instances where I emailed and did not receive a response, waited a week or more, and then had to follow up with several texts before hearing back. This made planning feel very uncertain and, at times, overwhelming. While she continuously reassured us that issues were not common and not to worry, the overall experience throughout the process did not reflect that. The situation became even more stressful when Cindy canceled just 6 days before our wedding due to an opportunity to travel to Italy. While she did provide a recommended substitute coordinator and, after some back and forth communication, comped the cost of coordination, the last-minute change created a lot of added pressure. The new coordinator was extremely kind and professional and truly did her best to step in and help, but she was put in a very difficult position having to pick up a situation she had not been a part of planning. Because of this, she understandably did not have the same understanding or expectations of what had been discussed and planned, which meant several things Cindy had originally agreed to help with were no longer going to be done. We ultimately had to step in and figure out many details ourselves during an already busy and emotional time. Because of these communication gaps, our timeline was not finalized until just a few days before the wedding, making it very difficult to properly coordinate with vendors. In fact, several vendors reached out to us directly because they had not been contacted with necessary information. Given that agreements and payments had been in place since March 2025 for an April 2026 wedding, this level of disorganization was incredibly stressful and disappointing. There were also a few execution issues on the day of the wedding, such as the wrong wine being set out initially, which while corrected, added unnecessary stress in the moment. That said, we are incredibly grateful for Sabrina, Mike, and Leslie, along with a few other staff members, who truly stepped up in a big way. They went above and beyond, took on extra responsibilities, and worked hard to make things right. We genuinely would not have been able to have the amazing day we did without their support and effort. While we did have a wonderful wedding and appreciate the beauty of the venue itself, we invested a significant amount for the venue, alcohol, and coordinator. Because of this, we feel it is important to share that we would not recommend working with Cindy specifically, as the coordination aspect did not meet expectations and added a great deal of unnecessary stress. We say this with hesitation, as she is kind and personable, and we truly wish the experience had been different. We hope this feedback is helpful for future couples when planning their special day. -

We wanted to love the venue, but they made sure we did not. We picked the venue 2 years ahead of our wedding date and it was very difficult to get in touch with Cindy leading up the wedding. I had to email her to ask her for the link to pay the rest of the invoice for the venue and she lost evidence of my deposit. I had to go into my bank account and screenshot the deposit to send to her as proof. She did not respond to multiple emails about the alcohol/drinks pricing to the point we had to show up unannounced one weekend to ask for the quote in person. When we received the quote, it was wildly overpriced. Our wedding was in October; the forecast had a cold front coming the weekend of our wedding. We were told there would be space heaters available, and the images of other weddings on their website have space heaters available. They have space heaters, but they did not have any propane to run them. Apparently, they do not know how to check a forecast and prepare for the weather. We and our guests were cold even with the vinyl windows/doors down and the fireplace going. They will force you to pay gratuity for the bartender beforehand yet put out a tip jar during the event. I have no problem paying the bartender, they should get what they deserve to be paid, but do not have us pay gratuity and then ask our guests for tips during the event. The venue is beautiful, the wine is great, but they are not great at running it as a event venue. They had a recommended vendor event at the vineyard but barely advertised it. You would think that everyone who is booked for a future wedding and/or who has expressed interest in the venue would get an email saying hey come look at our recommended vendors at the venue. But all they did was make 1 post on Facebook that my wife just so happened to see about 3 weeks before the vendor event. We were able to shuffle plans around to make it work but it was empty, very few people showed up to look at the vendors. The venue has a lot of potential if they can get someone competent to run the events side of things. We had to get some of our vendors to contact Cindy to tell her to respond to us or get back to us with information. The vendors reaction to us mentioning getting in touch with her is a pain tells us that this is a common issue.
