  Our first and final pick for our wedding catering!

  Ashley and her team at Plum Street Gourmet were a standout gem among our vendors! Ashley was so receptive to our wants and needs for our wedding, and was so friendly and easy to work with. Her calm and professional demeanor gave us complete peace of mind with our investment in Plum Street- we knew we could trust our wedding dinner to run smoothly and be memorable and delicious because we knew we could trust Ashley! Weeks after our special day, we are still receiving compliments on the dinner, and we have some very discerning palates among our family and friends! Thank you so much to Plum Street for such a wonderful experience on our wedding day!

  Caterer that goes above and beyond

  Ashley and Plum Street Gourmet are hands down amazing. They catered my wedding and Ashley assisted with day-of coordinating. The food was delicious. The wait-staff were courteous and professional. Event set up was organized, well-done and beautiful. Ashley even carried around our 1.5 year old toddler in 110 degree heat, walking around with him on her hip, filling waters, making sure everyone had what they needed. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding catering experience!

  We chose Plum Street Gourmet to cater a post-nuptial wedding dinner buffet for our relatives in the Pennsylvania/Maryland/Virginia/Delaware area this past weekend. All planning had to be done long distance, and we were so appreciative of how helpful and accommodating the Catering Director was! All her recommendations for menu choices and all other details and arrangements were perfect. The staff who worked the event were extremely efficient and friendly, and guests all expressed how much they enjoyed the delicious food, especially the sliced tenderloin of beef!

  I cannot say enough about how great the crew and the food were at my daughter's wedding on August 6th! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented by a small army of professional , efficient and cheerful workers. They not only provided and served the food ,but helped with the overall look of the space with their elegant table settings and Lori's linen suggestions. At the end of the evening, they even helped load our cars with all the left over wedding paraphernalia AND nicely packaged leftover food ! Plum Street Gourmet is the BEST!

We continue to receive rave reviews on the freshness and taste of food selections we served at our wedding and brunch served on the following day. The service staff were professional and kind to our guests. I can't say enough kind words about Ann McCoy, she answered every question with assurance and offered value saving suggestions that added to our wedding.

  I had Plum Street Gourmet cater my bridal shower for about 30 women. The food is absolutely amazing!!! The food was ready exactly when they told me it would be and we had no problems on pick up day! Everyone was impressed! Thank you very much!!!!

  I chose Plum Street Gourmet for our outdoor wedding reception in our yard. It was murderously hot, my yard is a series of giant hills and to top it off...our septic system became overwhelmed before dinner was even served and all the tables and decorations had to be moved. Despite all that, I can't express how happy my family, my new husband and I are with their service. It's what you always hope for when paying for catering but never actually get.
  
  It started with Lori, the planner. She met up with me and we discussed my "dream". Her competence and experience were immediately evident. She had ideas, plans and thoughts that I hadn't even considered. She smoothly navigated my somewhat hair-brained ideas and helped me shape them into a beautiful event. She visited our home on two occasions and really got into the nitty-gritty of how this would all actually work, including a variety of helpful suggestions not directly related to catering. She itemized her quote and even provided maps for table placement, activities, the bar, etc.
  
  The next pro was Nancy, the captain. She also visited the house before the party to hammer out details. She was the lady in charge on the day of the reception. She and her staff are nothing short of magical. They were fast, cheerful, polite and on top of every detail. They handled the potentially disastrous septic system situation so quickly and quietly dinner was delayed only 6 minutes and most of my guests weren't even aware of the situation. They pamper you.
  
  Finally, the food...it was divine. We had a unique menu of hors d'oeuvres that enticed the choosiest of my guests. My guests raved about the meal. It was elegant, delicious and met every dietary need. There was something for everyone, and even some tidy leftovers in my fridge after they left. They also cleaned up after themselves to the degree that it took only an hour for my husband and I to get the rest of the yard in order the next day.

  Plum Street Gourmet was very professional from start to finish. My wife and I did not have to worry about a single thing.
  Food was over the top delicious and they always had our drinks topped off, even if we didn't need it. I would recommend them to any bride and groom not shy about spending a little more for the best gourmet foods and services!
