I met Sarah at my best friend's wedding in 2021 as her day-of coordinator and I knew - even before I was engaged - that I wanted Sarah as my future wedding planner. After getting engaged, the first thing I did was schedule a call with Sarah and the rest is history. It truly takes a village to put on a wedding, and Sarah and her team made my dream wedding a reality. Sarah was quick to respond to my texts/calls/emails (this was HUGE for me), genuinely listened to and cared about all of my (sometimes crazy) ideas, and I felt as if she treated my wedding as if it were her own. Plum and Poppy helped give me the wedding of my dreams and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. -

PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire the wonderful team at plum and poppy for your wedding. As an out of state bride, they were an absolute lifeline in helping plan our wedding from thousands of miles away. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them to any in or out of state bride and/or groom :) -

So grateful!
Choosing to work with Plum & Poppy was one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We can’t thank Sarah enough for all she did for us. From the pre-wedding preparations, to guiding us through a 5 month postponement due to COVID, Sarah was on top of everything and relieved so much of our stress and anxiety. Our two day celebration was condensed to a one day celebration that Sarah and her team seamlessly guided us through. She anticipated our needs throughout the day, and even helped sewn on a button that popped off one of the groomsmen’s shirts! I can’t say enough what a pleasure it was to work with Sarah and her team. We’ll always be grateful for the memories she helped us make! -

Through a rollercoaster of an engagement season (COVID), Sarah made my dream wedding happen!
I truly do no have words for my gratitude for Sarah and her team. From a postponement due to COVID to county regulation changes, Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only make our wedding happen, but make it happen how I originally envisioned the day. She is such a calming presence (which trust me - has been much needed during this season!) and knows how to handle every curveball the process brings. She handled vendor changes, last minute supply issues, and my mom's extreme attention to detail like a champ which is a feat in and of itself. Our wedding day was everything I dreamt of and more, and I know that wouldn't have been possible without Sarah. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

During a time (COVID) of uncertainty, Sarah made a dream wedding happen.
I don’t think a review will cover what Sarah and her team did for me. As a COVID bride you’d expect endless amounts of stress or sorrows but Sarah made everything so much easier for me, she became a true friend and confidant during a time of uncertainty and fear. Every PIVOT we experienced felt so smooth and she intimately helped me plan three different weddings, including decreasing our headcount from 150 to 50 two weeks before our wedding. I still get emotional thinking about the journey that brought us to our DREAM of a day and it was all thanks to Sarah. She went beyond her typical day of coordinator and I am so grateful for who she is and what care she provides for each of her brides. Thank you so much Sarah!!!-

Perfect at handling everything!
Sarah and her team were amazing! Leading up to our wedding, she recommended numerous venders, all of which we loved! I am forever keeping my makeup artist that she recommended to us and our DJ was amazing! She helped take care of all the small details. Until 3 months before our wedding, I was fine managing that. But once I started school I did not have the capacity to remember everything we decided on! I was so happy she did because she made the day of so easy! She was there to help with everything, from sewing my mother in laws dress back together to redoing a majority of the flowers since our caterer froze them. She was always available for questions and was great at lining everyone up for the ceremony. One thing I was really concerned about on our wedding day was having my anxiety kick into overdrive with all our family in one location. Sarah and her team made it so that I really had nothing to worry about! It was such a perfect day, aside from melting in 102 degree Indiana heat! I cannot recommend her enough to brides out there! She is amazing with design and execution! -

Incredible support when you need it most
Having worked in the Indianapolis wedding industry, I knew from the moment I got engaged that I was going to work with Sarah, as her professionalism and keen eye for detail are well known throughout the area. While we went with the day-of package, Sarah was a resource for me throughout the entire planning process, offering insight and suggestions while guiding me down the right path on every issue. Once we fell in the home stretch, Sarah became a lifeline. Knowing that she was managing vendor communications and timelines in those final weeks lifted a weight I hadn't even known I was carrying. Then finally on wedding day, Sarah kept everything running like a well-oiled machine. She looped me in on questions that she knew I'd care about, but made executive decisions on the rest, which - for this Type A bride - was such a gift. Her team made every transition happen with ease, so much so that guests commented on the "magical elves" transforming the space. If you're debating getting a planner, DO IT - but if you want the best planner, hire Sarah. -

Beyond, Beyond, Beyond!
Sarah was BEYOND WORDS! She is so cool, calm and collected. She took the pressure of me and my mom for the wedding day and had our backs the entire way. Her organization and attention to detail are exactly what you want on your wedding day, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing on our busy wedding day. Hiccups on your wedding day are expected and Sarah intercepted them and problem solved before I knew they were even an issue. I cannot recommend Sarah and her team enough, they are the dream team! -

Dream come true!
Sarah was a fantastic partner throughout our daughter's wedding planning process! She was patient, reassuring, and conscientious from start to finish as she helped assemble and managed our list of incredible vendors to make our daughter's dream come to life. Sarah is very knowledgeable and knows the industry well which came in handy when choosing vendors. She has the ability to navigate through our daughter's vision, while accommodating the needs of the parents. Throughout the planning process, we were so appreciative of how willingly she accommodated our busy schedules. Lastly, Sarah and the P & P's team ensured that we could truly enjoy the wedding on the day-of without having to worry about a single thing. These ladies are true experts, and we were so blessed to have worked with Sarah and so grateful for all that she did to make the wedding day a beautiful reality! -

We planned our wedding in Indy while living in LA and I can't imagine doing it without Sarah! I found Sarah through The Knot and after reading all the glowing reviews, I knew she'd be the perfect planner to work with for our big day. We booked the wedding coordination package with just seven months until the big day and Sarah was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented from our first phone call. I knew from that first call that I could count on her to pull all the final details together on the day of our wedding. Sarah's also established a solid network of wedding vendors in the Indianapolis area and I was so grateful for her recommendations (floral and pie) since we weren't as familiar with local wedding vendors. My mother-in-law also hired Plum & Poppy to help run our huge rehearsal dinner and we're so glad we had someone from her team there, too!

Sarah and her team were a huge help with my wedding. Pakistani weddings can get complicated with the amount of people invited as well as the amount of events leading up to the big day. Sarah took special care that every event was perfect and always made sure that my husband and I as well as our families had everything we needed. We were taken care of by Sarah and her team and couldn't be happier with her services. Highly recommended! -

Plum and Poppy was the best investment we made for our big day! Sarah and Beth were so wonderful to work with throughout this entire process. They both really made us feel comfortable with everything we were planning for this special day.
Sarah went to all of our vendor meetings and tastings. She helped us stick to our budget and when we did want to splurge on something else (like more flowers) she tried to tell us where we could adjust the price somewhere else.
Sarah and Beth have amazing knowledge and skills in the wedding industry and I am so thankfully they were able to guide us through this process. When my friends and family asked how my wedding planning was going I always laughed to myself because it was a breeze. Never once was I stressed out and that was all because Sarah and Beth. My fiance and I will forever be grateful for them (and so will our Mothers haha). -

I can't say enough good things about working with Sarah and her team. My husband and I were planning our wedding from across the country and hit quite a few road bumps with our venue. Fairly close to the wedding, we found ourselves in a position where we needed to bring in an outside coordinator. Luckily for us, Sarah and her team were still available for our wedding day.
She jumped in right away and was extremely responsive - even when she wasn't available, there was always a message letting us know she was at an event and she would get back to us so quickly every time. She took over the coordination of details with all of our vendors, which was a lifesaver so close to the wedding when our heads were exploding with too many details. She had also worked with many of our vendors before and had such a great rapport with all of them - when we mentioned our coordinator, our other vendors had amazing things to say about working with her.
Having her support with the final details leading up to our wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, but having her day-of was probably the best decision we made. Sarah is so calm, organized, and prepared for anything. We had an unexpected day-of vendor change, which she completely handled. We ended up being short a boutonniere and she crafted an extra from our table flowers. Then when someone stepped on my dress and ripped one of my bustles, she pulled me aside and sewed it right back together in 30 seconds.
Because of her, our wedding day was so relaxed and flowed so smoothly. It was the only day I was home that my head wasn't spinning and I'm so thankful she was there to lift the load of that day so we could be fully present and truly immersed in the celebration with our friends and family.
Sarah and her team are amazing and truly helped make our wedding day so fun, special, and memorable. Think of her team as an early wedding gift to yourself - you will be so thankful to have them there to make your day perfect! -

My fiancé and I were engaged in January 2017 and set a wedding date for June, where we planned to host 300+ people in Indianapolis; we were in dire need of help with our planning as we only had 5 months! After just one phone call with Sarah, founder of Plum & Poppy, my mom and I immediately felt at ease and confident that Sarah would bring the professional input, support, and organization that we needed. Sarah was willing to meet with us as often as we needed to work through details and always gave us her honest opinion about various aspects of the wedding. Our wedding required a unique level of security and Sarah's involvement was instrumental in ensuring all logistics played out very smoothly.
Everything was absolutely PERFECT on the day of our wedding. Sarah was present at the reception venue day-of to ensure the set up at the Scottish Rite was exactly as we had planned, while we were getting ready for the wedding ceremony (held at St. John's). Sarah and her team are extremely well connected in Indianapolis and the surrounding area, which worked very well for us as she was already familiar with many of our vendors. Her input was irreplaceable and each day we worked together she brought her fun, supportive and patient demeanor with her. We are so grateful to have had her help and highly recommend her team to anyone looking to plan a gorgeous wedding! -

When it hit me (and my parents) that I’d be planning a wedding in less than 6 months in an unfamiliar city, I knew I’d need someone timely and organized to help. I’m so happy to say that Sarah has been that and so much more. She made herself available to us from the very first email sent. She is both organized and professional, and yet friendly and easy to talk to (even my husband, who only talks sports and science, and my parents agree). Sarah was careful to help my groom and I plan the wedding that we dreamed of, while being able to offer her own unique insight and connections to help us reach the feel that we wanted to. On the day of the wedding, Sarah’s sense of confidence in how the day would go really soothed my nerves. She was both amiable and prepared with everything, including anything that I asked of her the day of. Sarah was AMAZING and the best money spent on anything for my wedding. My mom and I reached out to her about 6 months before my wedding date with the original intent to hire her as the day of coordinator. After meeting with Sarah, we quickly realized we needed her assistance right away and ended up hiring her for full planning. She was so organized, knowledgeable, and gave such great advise in that very first meeting. She knew what we should spend time and money on and what we should not focus on. She was quick to put a timeline together and really got us re-focused on everything that was still outstanding. I am the first and only daughter in my family, so my mom and I were walking into the whole planning process blind. We quickly became overwhelmed and were clueless with a lot of things. Sarah took the stress away and made the last few months of planning so easy and smooth. She attended all appointments and was available whenever we needed. She was constantly checking in and always reminding us that everything would be taken care of. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. I had been told by friends and co-workers that the day of would never run smooth and that things would go wrong. I prepped myself the week before to just roll with whatever the day brings. I can honestly say, not one thing went wrong in my eyes. The day ran beautifully and I was able to enjoy every minute of it. My mom and I tend to be control freaks and want to get involved with everything, but that day we both enjoyed ourselves and did not worry about a thing. When I walked into the church and the reception venue, it was exactly how I pictured it to be. Sarah kept my entire (large) crew on schedule and I was able to do everything I wanted to that day. It was honestly a dream! Sarah and her team were super organized, friendly, and so calm. They were the perfect people to be around during such a crazy day. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Sarah for your big day. You will not regret it!! -

If you want to enjoy your wedding, use Plum and Poppy. Beth McHugh is wonderful. As a professional DJ, I have been involved in countless weddings good and bad. Beth has now coordinated both of my daughters weddings and they were both magnificent. I always tell my clients to expect something to go wrong, because it usually does. This weekend at my daughter Morgan's wedding I know that there were at least 2 big problems brewing and Beth shouldered the burden and fixed them without my wife and daughter ever knowing about it. I have had many friends and family members tell me they plan on using Beth when their time arrives for their daughters weddings.

Morgan and Michael's day was perfect. However not without the help of our wonderful wedding planner!!!!!! Beth McHugh is the perfect person for this job. Her passion and love for her work just shines through the day. There is no one better. She found her calling and I'm so glad she was here for us. -

We found Sarah via our photographer because they are best friends. From the moment we spoke with Sarah on the phone, the connection was immediate. We hired her that same evening before we ever met her in person. Once we met her in person, it only confirmed our decision to hire her for day-of coordination services because she came with a list of things we hadn't even thought of yet. Sarah was always responsive to any sort of question or concern. She met with us and our florist to make sure everyone was on the same page in terms of the overall look for the ceremony and reception. She created a timeline for our wedding day and communicated it to all of our vendors. She was always timely and courteous. At the rehearsal, she corralled everyone and kept us on track (even though we ourselves were running behind!). She intervened on our behalf when the invitation/printing vendor incorrectly printed items the week before the wedding. The day-of she and her team set everything up and helped our florist make everything look beautiful. All the decorations turned out even better than we anticipated in our imagination, and a large part of that is due to Sarah. We handed her boxes of stuff and just said, "Use your best judgment on where to put things." She knocked it out of the park. Truly, a wonderful experience and worth the money. We were a little hesitant in hiring a coordinator because it is an extra expense; however, after meeting Sarah, we wished we had done it sooner in the process. We honestly can't say enough good things about Sarah and her team. She treated our wedding day as if it were her own. So glad we met her! We give our highest recommendation and would not hesitate to hire her for any type of celebration planning. -

She put lots of effort in understanding every detail I wanted for my wedding and executed it to the best possible. She had great advice on tons of different areas, and was able to suggest the perfect florist for what I wanted. The day of the wedding I did not had to worry about anything, she and her team made sure everything flowed perfectly, even when half of my bridal party did not speak English! Sarah and team helped our wedding run flawlessly. There was a major storm approaching our outdoor wedding venue at the exact start time of our ceremony, and Sarah coordinated a major location change so smoothly that people thought we had always intended it to be in the backup location.
In the time leading up to our wedding, Sarah learned our style and vision and helped ensure everyone at the venue was always on the same page. As an event planner by trade, I knew I needed someone with 1) amazing attention to detail that I could fully trust 2) someone who was fun and would make life easier for the bridal party, not more hectic 3) someone who would take on the stresses of the day for me so that I could focus on having a blast with all of those people most important to me --- I firmly believe our day would have been far less carefree and more anxiety-filled if Sarah and her wonderful team hadn't been by our side. -

We ended up meeting with Beth McHugh and WOW we could not have been any more impressed and happy with her service as well as company throughout the entire planning! From the start, Beth not only listened to everything we wanted and visioned but she also provided wonderful suggestions and ideas to help us reach our vision. Beth met with us one-on-one multiple times while planning for the wedding (I believe 3 times - maybe 4?!). Our family was very used to contacting all of our vendors and updated them with new information from planning my sisters weddings, however, Beth repeatedly told us she could do it all. She really did it ALL - we never had to contact anyone! Beth organized everything with all of our vendors and took several hardships off of our shoulders. Beth was not only exceptional in helping plan the wedding, but she was absolutely incredible on the wedding day!! Beth made sure that I, the bride, knew none of the little drama going on and she fixed every single issue that came our way. To name one unbelievable thing Beth did - the groom had bought a tux and the shirt they gave him ended up being a suit shirt not a tux shirt, so the shirt did not have any holes for studs...Beth drove to a store about 30 minutes before the first look, took Marty's shirt size, and bought him a tux shirt in time for the first look! Beth was amazing and Plum & Poppy is so wonderful! I highly recommend anyone using this company!! :) -

We worked with Beth and she was AMAZING!! Our entire wedding was outdoors with a tent reception and it stormed like crazy alllll day! Not just raining but sideways wind and torrential downpours! Where do I even begin. Sarah was so amazing to work with. I worked with Sarah to plan our entire wedding. From our initial meeting to after the wedding Sarah helped plan every detail and made sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. She met with us throughout the entire wedding process and was extremely quick to respond to emails. She helped us pick an AMAZING vendor team. Sarah and her team helped provide us with so much ease the day of the wedding. She picks some of the best people to work with and truly puts her heart and sole into her company. We worked with Heather the day of our wedding and she was just as amazing as Sarah to work with. You can tell that Sarah loves what she does and works hard to give each bride and groom everything that they wanted on their wedding day. We couldn't be happier with the wedding planning service that Plum and Poppy provided. During our year engagement, Sarah met with us frequently, answered emails promptly, and managed all-things organizational regarding our timeline, correspondence with vendors, and decor details. We live out of town, so having a local voice and decision-maker, especially one with such a fantastic rapport with local vendors, was essential to making sure all loose ends were tied. Sarah helped link us up with amazing vendors--we would not change one of them. She knows the best!!
Looking back, my husband and I have picture perfect memories of our wedding, so much because of the hard work and expertise of Sarah and her team. She kept the day on schedule, but also jived and remained flexible so that the "special moments" that made our day complete could take place naturally.

I used Sarah for day of coordinating and can not imagine not having her services. She allowed me, my bridesmaids and vendors to be stress free as she made sure everything was coordinated and on time. My photographer was even amazed on how schedule we were.
Sarah was more than willing to help with anything I asked at anytime of the day (setting up escort cards, folding programs, taking purses to the head table, getting my flower girl her basket ect.). Multiple members of my bridal party commented on her friendliness and professionalism and I agree to that as well!
I am now telling my bride to be friends that if they can not afford a full on wedding planner, a day of coordinator is a must! Trying to enjoy your day does not include worrying about time and final tasks needed to be done.

She recommended, organized, and attended all of the meetings with my vendors and then facilitated any communication and contracts that were needed. Every vendor she suggested did a fabulous job! A few that I would recommended checking out: Innocenti Strings, Jennifer Van Elk Photography, Two Are Better Videography, Living Proof Band, Accent Floral, Westwood Paper Company, and Something Blue Stylists. Sarah made sure that we stayed on time with when things needed to be done and was incredibly responsive any time I had a question about something. At the rehearsal she kept our entire bridal party (18 people including my husband and I) on task and where they needed to be. The day of the wedding, she did everything from organizing a timeline, to helping set-up everything just as I wanted it so I could be with my bridal party enjoying my morning. When we first got engaged that same weekend I began calling wedding coordinators! In Fort Wayne we don't have many options for wedding planners, and I knew having one for our big day was a must. From Sarah and I's first phone chat I knew she would be the perfect fit for our downtown Fort Wayne wedding. She is from the Indianapoilis area but was more than willing to do an out of town wedding with no hesitations. From the moment that we signed our contract Sarah began helping plan everything from the venue, catering, flowers. You name it, she was on it, and even scheduled the appointments for us. Even though she is not located in Fort Wayne she was able to make it to our flower appointment and cake tasting. For other appointments she made it a priority to be apart of them somehow, Skype, conference calls. She was so attentive to our needs and kept in touch frequently with vendors. When it came do the day of she handled everything! I did not have to worry about a thing! It was a pleasure working with Sarah and now I'm honored to call her a friend. -

I was planning my wedding from over 600 miles away, and I decided a wedding planner would really help me out. I found Sarah Cooper by browsing online for wedding planners and reading the positive reviews. Her prices were very reasonable for the services she would provide (day of coordination and wedding planning services). Our first conversation on the phone made me feel she was the right planner for me- very friendly, easy going, yet also very knowledgeable and organized. Right away, she made sure I got on task (I formally hired her about 6 months out from the wedding date).At that time, I had secured the wedding date, venue (and catering), and dress on my own, but had not yet hired my other vendors. Sarah worked with me to quickly book the other major vendors I would need within 2 weeks. I was very impressed by how promptly Sarah would respond to my emails and how organized she was. She definitely brought me peace of mind in the months and weeks leading up to my wedding. Sarah was very professional, only providing opinions when specifically asked and not forcing me to choose vendors or services I did not want. I very much valued her feedback and suggestions when I was making various selections (which can get a bit overwhelming) and I appreciated her help with logistical planning that was difficult for me to figure out on my own. As for the day of wedding coordination, I was SO happy I could count on Sarah to ensure the details would fall into place. All I had to do was focus on getting myself ready, not needing to call to confirm vendors would be delivering items on time and such....The day went extremely smooth (any issues were minor and not anything I noticed) and the wedding was beautiful and very memorable. I absolutely recommend Sarah Cooper as a wedding planner (or event planner...she even helped us coordinate the rehearsal dinner for a very small additional fee). I cannot rave enough about Sarah Agee and Plum and Poppy. She was amazing and streamlined our wedding preparation experience as our Day-Of Wedding Coordinator.
I MUST share how necessary Sarah's skills and experience were as a wedding coordinator in light of what my family was experiencing at the time of our wedding...My dad (the Father of the Bride) was at the last stages of his terminal cancer and went from being able to walk to needing a wheelchair the day of the ceremony. Sarah notified the appropriate vendors of his needs (so as to make sure he had room to get down the aisle/and participate in the father-daughter dance). Sarah was essential and probably the main reason we didn't go insane that day! Though we did our due diligence, Sarah took care of everything wedding-oriented and we were able to focus on the specialness of the day! How sweet it was!
Her efficiency and expertise cannot be beat. Before and during the ceremony, Sarah kept everyone on track and organized, maintained her calm demeanor, yet remained professionally assertive in directing our HUGE bridal party on their positions under our time constraints. Nearly all my bridesmaids (8 of 10) were not able to attend our rehearsal but Sarah was able to guide them the day-of without issues.
I have already recommended Sarah and Plum and Poppy to friends because it was absolutely worth the value. For us, it would not have been enough to have someone leading and guiding the ceremony. As a day-of coordinator, Sarah was extremely helpful in contacting and coordinating vendors, creating a weekend timeline (literally showing the hourly schedule of the bridal party pre-ceremony as well as the reception timeline), and leading the bridal party through the ceremony. Moreover, she did not micromanage the vendors in their specialties! From the catering, to the flowers, to the cake -- she gave everyone their space to be and do what they do best! Sarah's services were worth the value, and then some!!!-

I would highly recommend Sarah of Cooper Events to any bride in Indianapolis. Sarah was absolutely terrific to work with and helped make our wedding day fantastic. When we couldn't have spared the time away from work to follow up with vendors/venues, Sarah persistently called and emailed to get all of our questions answered. She was instrumental in booking the ceremony and reception venue of our dreams.
While Sarah offered her opinion when asked, she left a lot of decision making up to us. This was both a pro and a con. The open options overwhelmed us at the beginning and we still did a lot of the planning work. But we ended up with a perfect wedding ceremony and reception that reflected us and we were so proud of that.
With her vast experience in the wedding industry, Sarah has a lot of great connections with vendors and she was able to offer us good recommendations. Her experience in the Indianapolis wedding industry made it easier to coordinate among the various vendors, especially with the catering, venue, cake, band, and florist. I couldn't imagine orchestrating everything without someone like Sarah who has knowledge of the wedding industry and the good relationships with everyone.
Sarah was very flexible around our work and school schedules and met with us at locations and times that were convenient to us. She was always available to call, email, or text, which was crucial in the few weeks before the wedding.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience with Cooper Events and I would recommend Sarah to anyone coordinating a large event in Indy. -

Sarah was invaluable as the Day of Coordinator for my Daughter's wedding. I do not live in the Indy area so having her to work with the vendors (that she was familiar with) and allowing me to enjoy the day was perfect! She is very "hands on" and takes charge of all the details or last minute situations that may arise! Highly Recommended! -

The Barn is a beautiful venue for a rustic casual outdoor wedding. It was a perfect fit for our daughter and her husband. It would be a good idea to have your
Caterer come and look at the venue before the big day. Could be a challenge for some. We used Sarah Keeker as our wedding planner for the day. She was wonderful. Her father owns the property and has done many weddings there. So can anticipate and solve any potential problems.

My wife and I were extremely happy to be working with you. Sarah, your ability to connect with us was completely organic, natural, and never forced. When we initially met with you it never felt like a sales pitch but rather a mutual interview. During our planning period we often reminisced that the best decision in our wedding planning was to be working with Plum & Poppy.
You were amazing at keeping us to task and prioritizing what was important in the decision making process yet without giving us too much to think about and overwhelming our already busy schedules.
Moreover as our timelines progressed you began to learn about our personalities, preferences and our tastes and seamlessly guided vendors to options that we would select. We are also very thankful that while our timelines and some decisions changed many many times you remained steadfast and not frustrated (at least not outwardly to us J )
The most impressive part was the execution of all of our timelines and ideas were brought to life through persistence. During the day of the event(s) you were prepared, well-staffed, and made sure that everything we had discussed went as planned. You tied my bow tie, had coffee ready for my bride when she hadn’t slept enough and pins enough for a pin wielding army.
Overall your organization skills were impeccable, negotiating on our behalf was timely and successful, and your overall experience helped us every step of the way. Our wedding would not have been the same without you supporting and helping us and we are so very thankful to you.

I wish I could say that we loved their services, but there were just too many disappointments.
We hired them to help with day of coordination and the design of the wedding venue. HUGE MISTAKE. The seating chart was by far one of the most stressful aspects to our wedding day. I had asked for the diagram well before the big day to ensure that we could fit all guests in the space. To which they reassured this was possible. On 8/11 the rental company showed up, we could NOT fit all guests in there (the way originally laid out by Sarah) and who had to rearrange it…THE BRIDE. I had to redo my entire seating chart the day before my wedding. I just would have hoped that since I had paid for help with the “design” of the wedding that they would have been there to make sure it was OK and being set up the correct way. The day before I had to deal with it, it was very disappointing and stressful.
The florist recommendation. Sarah referred us to a florist, but Sarah never asked about our budget or what we were wanting to spend on the flowers. So, my mom and I took time out of our working day to sit down and talk to a florist for 2 hours! A budget still was never discussed. When we got the quote for the flowers - $4500!!!!! My mom and I had sticker shock. We had planned to spend AT MOST $1000. Sarah did not take the time to get to know what we wanted and most importantly, what our budget was! She made this right by referring a wonderful florist to us and I did appreciate that. I did not appreciate the time wasted when it could have been solved with a simple question, “let’s talk about your budget?”
There were many other aspects that were disappointing. I would not recommend them to any bride. -
