I can’t express how grateful we are for the incredible photographer/videographer team that captured our wedding in Cancun! From the very beginning, they were so attentive and genuinely kind, making us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. They were thorough and made sure to capture every precious moment, never missing any opportunity for a great shot. Every detail, from the smallest decoration to the grandest moments, was captured beautifully, allowing us to relive the day over and over again.
What truly stood out to us was their generosity and willingness to accommodate all our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, staying on top of things and making us feel taken care of. Their professionalism combined with their warm, friendly attitude made working with them a breeze.

Working with Playa H Productions was a wonderful experience. We aren’t very comfortable in front of the camera, but they made the process easy and relaxed. They gave clear directions for action shots, helping us capture natural, candid moments. The photos came out beautifully, perfectly reflecting the joy and energy of our day. We are Nicole and Nicolas, and our dream was a Peter Pan inspired wedding with turquoise blue colors at a cenote in Mexico. Planning everything from Australia was challenging, especially since we had to trust our providers completely.
Our planner recommended Playa H Productions, and the moment we saw their photos on social media, we were instantly captivated. Their work radiated romance, professionalism, and creativity and their value for money was outstanding. Choosing them felt natural.
From the first moment, Armando, our photographer, impressed us with his kindness and dedication. On our wedding day, in 35-degree heat and intense humidity, he worked tirelessly, guiding us through each pose with patience and even letting me preview shots to make sure I felt confident and beautiful.
When we received the final photos, we were speechless they are breathtaking. The turquoise water, the natural light, the balance, the emotion captured… everything exceeded our expectations. Armando delivered far more than we could have imagined.
We are endlessly grateful and recommend Playa H Productions a thousand percent!

I had a very specific vision for my elopement, in that I wanted the photos to be incredibly candid, casual, and docustyle. My husband and I wanted to have every detail captured to show our families at home, since the trip was just the two of us. I had discussed my vision with a handful of photographers and the only one to make me feel comfortable was Armando. He was very eager to take on my unique project. We used Playah Productions for photo and video. The price was fantastic and it was easy to contract and make a deposit. Later I also hired his wife, Ana, for assistance in planning the wedding. I am a very hands on person with specific attention to detail. I was often asking Armando questions. He was always there to help through WhatsApp and we had a few video calls prior to the big day. I had hired a wedding planner that did not pan out and the resort was not helpful in my planning at all. That’s when I asked Armando about hiring someone that was local. He suggested his wife, seeing she is an experienced wedding planner. Ana was amazing. Just like Armando, incredibly receptive to my ideas and available to help. Having the two of them leading up to my wedding was a God send. I would not have made it without them! Planning an elopement is hectic because you are not physically in the area. They were there to help every step of the way. I had a beautiful day thanks to them and my husband and I were so happy. On the day of the wedding, all my requests were followed. Everything was perfect. We didn’t feel like we were at a photo shoot, the day wasn’t forced, the photos were incredibly natural, and we felt comfortable to enjoy our day. We had fun with this team! The photos and the video are exactly what I wanted. The quality is perfect. Armando really made the vision that I had come to life. Incredible Team!
Armando and his team were incredible - excellent communication and organization. The quality of the photos and videos speak for themselves. They worked excellently with the resort - they were extremely attentive on wedding day and were very flexible with us.
If you are getting married in Cancun or in the surround area - this is a MUCH better option that the resort team. We were able save money and get longer coverage time with a better quality end result. They showed up early and stayed late - we felt at ease from the moment they arrived.Playah Productions's reply:

Armando and his partner were fantastic! He communicated ahead of time to get a feel for our style and expectations, him and his partner showed up on time and were amazing to work with. They made sure to capture each part of the wedding including getting ready, ceremony, dinner, reception etc. He provided samples in a very timely manner and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience at a reasonable price! We worked with Armando for our engagement photoshoot last year, and Armando and his team of three for our wedding this November. Both times, the experience was nothing short of incredible. Armando is a master of his craft, finding unique ways to harness the natural palette of Playa del Carmen, with its turquoise waters, cotton candy sunrises and sunsets, sandy beaches, and lush green jungle. He and his team work extremely hard to get the best shots without ever being in the way or asking too much. They are also super friendly, fun and genuinely passionate about what they do. Simply amazing!
I have to say I was a little worried going with a photographer who was now with the resort. I was afraid to give a deposit but I trusted and I made the best choice! Armando and his crew were so professional, friendly and I felt so comfortable with them. They took so many pictures and always kept in touch with me until my photos were provided. Armando and his team were beyond fabulous! Communication from day one was on point, absolutely amazing! He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. The day of our wedding, the team showed up and went straight to business, we didn't have to worry about anything! Their attention to detail was perfect and communication was amazing! The whole day and into the night they were in communication with us and making sure everything was up to our expectations. They were super fun to work with and we would def work with them again! BTW their videos were breathtaking! They asked for our song list and picked the perfect songs, pictures and video clips! FANTASTIC work! HIGHLY recommend them!

Armando and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. On top of his great photography, they went above and and beyond in making us feel at home, and facilitating the little details.
For example: we ordered a few color bombs for one part of our wedding, and Armando ensured that one of them was saved for me (the groom). In the process was positioned to shoot the best pictures of my wife and I.
He and his crew even stayed extra hours beyond what was promised in the reception, capturing memories from the late and crazy fun crew.
On top of all of this, his drone video production has provided a FULL perspective of the wedding, going from on the ground, to providing a look at the backdrop as well.

Armando & team were amazing, we are super happy with not only the pictures but the communication and attention to detail he had. He was able to capture many special and genuine moments, his pictures are our favorite so far!
Also, the time from the wedding hill release of pictures was super quick! This is a most point when you are waiting for pics after your big day!

Armando was always there which made the process very smooth, before and after the wedding. He is always willing to help and that’s why we recommend him. There was confusion regarding the video from our part but Armando was able to make it happen and we were able to get the video of the unplugged ceremony which was important to us. He fixed the issue and that, we are very thankful for. The quality of the video was not perfect in our eyes, perhaps because of wind, the voice recording was poorly and there was a lot of movement. But Armando was able to edit the video and by this point, we are just thankful to have the ceremony on video. As for the pictures, he gave us more than expected. I wish I would have been clearer on what shots would be important to me, for example, getting shots of my father and son walking me down the aisle. Overall, there are some beautiful pictures and can’t wait to print the ones I loved.Playah Productions's reply:

We understand your concerns regarding the video and would like to clarify that our contract explicitly outlined that the video service included a teaser, a highlight, and a short 10 min video you receive a 30 min video worth 3 times the value we agree, which are comprehensive summaries of the wedding. We strive to deliver the best possible results within the scope of what was agreed upon. While the full ceremony or specific moments weren't included as standard, we made every effort to accommodate additional requests and ensure you received a wonderful representation of your special day.
Regarding the photography, as discussed, the basic service you opted for included one photographer, which might have limited coverage of certain moments. We always aim to capture every important aspect of your wedding, and we regret if any desired shots were missed.
We're sincerely thankful for your kind words and recommendations, and we take your feedback seriously as it helps us improve our services. If there’s anything more we can do to assist or enhance your memories, please let us know.
