    Best rental company on the market hands down

    Platinum was AMAZZZZZING! More specifically- Sydney E. i found them upon doing some research in the area as I was on a budget and needed to rent virtually everything for my wedding. wow was Sydney just incredible at communicating and staying on top of things. I might have changed my mind maybe 50+ times on all my rental items in the two years I spent planning (due to covid) - and I had to rent nearly everything for my venue as It was a-la carte- Sydney was absolutely SEAMLESS with all my changes and let me tell you— PATIENT and kind! I am SO glad I chose to work with her through platinum. They had beautiful rental pieces and the whole wedding looked incredible. I cannot wait to get photos back :) thanks Sydney for making this such an easy process! Thank you again!

    Great pricing!

    Great pricing and even better communication! It helped that they knew the venue as I showed them inspo pictures from previous weddings and knew exactly what to do making them very easy to work with.

    Professional, prompt, effective and lovely

    This company is AMAZING. After our decorator became a flake, we had to race to find another replacement - and I wish we had hired them up front. I worked mainly with Jessy - and boy, was she a godsend! She was extremely responsive, professional, kind and all the things. Our events turned out absolutely beautiful - even more so than I could imagine, and they worked hard to bring my vision to life. Jessy + team - thank you SO much for making my wedding a dream come true. If you're thinking about hiring them, DO IT. You won't be disappointed.

    One of my favorite vendors!

    Cristin over at Platinum Event Rentals was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I must have changed my wedding rental order 20 times, and she would respond every time with such positivity and promptness. It was truly a joy to work with her. She came to the walkthrough of the wedding venue with us to see how many feet of market lights we would need for outside, and worked with the venue manager to confirm when and where the team could set up. You can tell this company has been around a while, and is truly good at what they do. The prices of their rentals were amazing as well, we got the fruitwood folding chairs for the wedding ceremony and then they were later moved to the dinner tables, and they looked gorgeous up against the ivory tablecloths. This was initially how I found this company, was their pricing for the chairs was cheaper than others and they had good reviews. Well thank goodness I found them because I ended up adding more and more to my order with them instead of other vendors, because of how easy it was to work with them and how competitive their prices were. It was my perfect vision. Our sweetheart table was their farmhouse wooden table, and they draped some ivory chiffon across it, which looked so romantic and beautiful. Could not recommend Cristin and Platinum Event Rentals more, will be using them again in a heartbeat for any event rental needs!

    Fabulous rental experience from the planning through execution

    I can’t rave enough about Platinum Event Rentals! We used them for our wedding setup and couldn’t be happier! And when I say wedding setup we literally brought in everything — it was just an empty ranch until platinum event rentals showed up. Sydney was so flexible and responsive adjusting everything for us with my 5 million emails making changes! And the delivery men who came and spent FOUR hours setting up went above and beyond! Thank you for everything!!!

    Wedding Coordinator Bliss

    I can't say enough good things about the Platinum Event Rentals team! To begin with Jessy, the wedding coordinator at Platinum was the best thing that happened to our wedding. She was a gift from the wedding goddesses for her incredible patience and understanding of our budget. She had endless ideas for where we could safe money but also was clear about where it might be worth a splurge. She transformed our venue into a something from a midsummer nights dream, covered in fairy lights and white linens. Between the equipment set-up, hiring delightful service staff, and event flow I couldn't imagine a more helpful wedding guru to guide us. Thank you for making our day! Much love!

    I'd highly recommend working with Platinum Events. They were very easy to work with and customize my order. I ordered chairs for the ceremony and they were great quality at a better price than I found anywhere else. I needed to narrow down my delivery window more than their standard times and they worked with me with no additional charge. Wonderful vendor!

    Platinum supplied the chairs, farm tables, glassware, flatware, plates, wine barrels & vintage door table top for my wedding. They did a phenomenal job!! I worked closely with Sam who was very attentive and friendly. Compared to other rental companies, Platinum was extremely affordable and the quality was great. I would high recommend using them for event and wedding rentals.

    Our guests repeatedly commented on how incredible the finer details at our wedding were, and it’s due in large part to Platinum Event Rentals and Carla. Everything form the chairs at the ceremony, to the linens at the reception, to the chuppah were perfect. Carla went above and beyond to make our day exactly how we pictured it to be. I found a picture of a chuppah that I feel in love with and she searched high and low to find it since she knew how much it meant to me. When Carla couldn’t find it she didn’t give up! She found a way to modify the chuppah they had to look very similar to what I wanted, and even mocked it up prior to the wedding and sent me pictures to approve. They were a wonder to work with and very helpful every step of the way, always responding to my emails quickly, and arriving promptly day of. We couldn’t imagine our wedding being as successful or as beautiful without them. I cannot recommend Platinum Event Rentals and Carla enough!

    We rented all of our chairs, linens and place setting from Platinum Party Rentals for our ceremony and reception. Their staff did a great job for us. They were responsive to all of my inquiries, they were flexible with our request. They were prompt and efficient with the pick up and delivery. I couldn't have asked for more. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

    Working with Michelle was great. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really made our wedding day run smoothly. I would highly recommend Michelle to other brides looking for a professional, organized and friendly coordinator!

    I highly recommend Platinum Party Supply, Inc. for several reasons. One, they were easy to work with. We booked our rentals the same day because we were able to see the rental equipment. Gary was professional and calculated our costs so we were able to put a down payment on our one and only visit. We found the cost to be competitive and reasonable. By the time I got home I received an e-mail confirmation regarding the itemized version of our rentals. Secondly they displayed great flexibility, we had to change our order several times before our wedding date, and the Platinum staff was immediately responsive and friendly. They confirmed and confirmed until the day before our wedding. I found this reassuring because Platinum seemed genuinely concerned about our event even though it was for a measly 80 people. Our reception died down earlier than expected and Platinum came out earlier than scheduled. That meant we didn't have to wait 2-3 hours until they showed up. All in all, they made us feel like we were the only event they were servicing. My wedding day went smoothly thanks to Platinum Party Supply.

    Sam at Platinum was our point of contact for our wedding. She was extremely communicative, helped me make decisions in areas I wasn't too sure about (how big of a dance floor do I need, layout, etc.), and she worked wonderfully with my coordinator. She was also very patient and helpful with all the little last minute order changes (extra chairs, tables, linens, etc.). The prices were very reasonable. The staff did a great job setting up - everything looked beautiful!! Thank you Platinum Team for making our wedding amazing!!

    great working with this rental company

    We recently had our wedding on 4/16/22 after two postponements due to covid (read three different wedding dates). Throughout the process, platinum was very easy to work with and communicative. They were professional and were there with each postponement which made postponing the wedding less stressful. The equipment rented (chairs, tables, bar tables, market lighting, heating furnaces, draping, etc.) were in great condition and everything looked pristine. We had a couple questions over the items listed in the contract and they went over it in detail with us. The only thing we would have changed is we tried to pay the remaining portion of our bill (to stagger the last payments) however it took awhile for someone to charge the remaining portion to clear our account. Other than that we had no issues! (Of note for the original wedding date, we were going to go with Best Rentals/Mario Hernandez as we were going to split the draping/lighting with the Saturday couple. However with the postponements, Mario stopped responding to our emails and we lost the $600 we put in to split with the other wedding couple... You will NOT have this experience with platinum rentals)

    Out of all the money I spent on my wedding, this was the biggest waste! Michelle is the lady behind Platinum Events and she was rude and pushy. I hired her to do day-of coordination, which included my rehearsal the day before. For $800 (I know... ridiculous) she said she would do menu cards (free of charge), manage my vendors, create a timing schedule for the wedding and reception, and be on-site the day-of to make sure everything ran smoothly.

    I met with her before the event to go over any specifics (seating chart, ceremony music, etc.) and everything seemed to be ready to go.

    Let's start with the rehearsal. She was very adamant that we must be on-time for the rehearsal. Guess what? Coordinating 30 people from out of town, we might be 5 minutes late. We showed up a little late to a very unhappy coordinator, and boy did she let us know! My mom walked up to, "You're late." Not a hello or a smile. I'm so glad we hired this friendly lady to take the stress from my big day!

    During the rehearsal, she yelled at my entire wedding party. She did not smile once. I can understand the need to be firm when coordinating a group of excited people, but she was out of line on so many levels. I was embarrassed by the way she treated my family and friends. Very unprofessional.

    And now for ceremony day:
    We had a few family friends show up to the site to help set-up our tables and decor. Michelle was there to "manage" them. Well, she certainly did a lot of standing around while she managed. When my mom arrived, nothing was set-up right. Our tables did not have the right amount of place settings. Our place cards were not on the right tables. My 85 year old grandmother kicked off her dress shoes and started moving chairs and table settings to get them right before guests began arriving. Basically, Michelle didn't do a thing right. She even forgot to bring the menu cards she so kindly offered to take care of.

    The boys were at the site early to take pictures. Then, I arrived with my girls. Michelle said she would come and let me know when the boys were tucked away so we could get some girl photos before the event. She never came back until it was time for the ceremony so I didn't get any pics of my bridal party before the wedding.

    The DJ got there and had an entirely different reception timing than the coordinator (even though she said she called to tell him of her changes). He also didn't have my music (I sent it ahead of me, but Michelle never thought to ask anyone for it). When the DJ started playing the wrong seating music, I flipped. Michelle got wind I was upset and came and got the CD. Halfway through the seating music, I finally had the right track playing.
    This miscommunication with the DJ made for an awful night. Instead of taking charge of the event so I didn't know of any flaws that were taking place, I had Michelle and the DJ coming up to me throughout the night to ask me when I wanted to do things. Because they're schedules were mixed up, nothing ran smoothly. None of my guests even knew we were having our father/daughter dance or the cake cutting. Michelle didn't even make sure my mom was out of the bathroom before she sent me on the dance floor with my father.

    Overall, I feel like we paid for nothing. If anything, the night was more confusing because of her. Everyone told me to get a day-of coordinator for my wedding, and I chose Michelle because she was a recommended vendor from my venue. I NEVER would have hired her had I known what I was paying for. I STILL don't know what I paid for. Complete waste of money.
