I was unsure if I needed or wanted a day-of-coordinator, but in exploring the idea, we got in contact with Ali last minute, and it was the best decision! She was warm and welcoming - a lovely personality to be spending the whole day with. She was reliable and organized. She effortlessly got to know me and my husband well enough to be able to deliver the experience of our dreams without needing to hear our opinion every step of the way - she was able to understand our unspoken wishes. She helped make decisions and compromises happen when we were feeling indecisive or stuck. It was a HUGE relief to have her there, she took amazing care of us, our vendors, our guests, and our wedding party. We couldn't have done it without her - 10/10 would recommend! BEST DAY EVER -

Working with Ali was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding planning experience. From our very first conversation, she brought a level of professionalism, warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm that immediately put me at ease. She truly listened to my ideas and inspiration and somehow transformed them into the floral masterpiece of my dreams.
Every arrangement was stunning, but the ceremony backdrop was beyond anything I could have imagined. Ali created something completely unique and breathtaking, and it became one of the most talked-about elements of our wedding. We received countless compliments from guests about how beautiful, original, and striking it was.
My bouquet was a true work of art. It had the perfect balance of natural movement and intentional structure, and the blooms were absolutely flawless. I wanted bright, vibrant colors, and Ali executed that vision perfectly. Every flower felt thoughtfully chosen, and the colors were exactly what I had envisioned.
What impressed me most was how Ali thought about every detail of the overall design. She sourced the most beautiful vessels for our centerpieces, each one perfectly complementing the floral arrangements and elevating the entire tablescape. She also selected the perfect colors for our tapered candles, creating a cohesive, vibrant, and sophisticated look that tied everything together seamlessly.
Ali's talents extend far beyond florals. Throughout the planning process, she became a trusted creative partner in shaping the overall vibe and aesthetic of our wedding. She even graciously talked me through my last-minute panic over linen colors and helped me make choices that ultimately brought the whole design together beautifully. Her guidance, expertise, and eye for design were invaluable.
Ali is incredibly talented, but she's also kind, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with. She has an amazing ability to take a vision, refine it, and elevate it into something even more beautiful than you imagined. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Ali and the Planned Perfectly team were incredible from start to finish. As a former wedding planner, I truly believed I had everything under control. But when I realized I couldn't be everywhere at once on such an important day, finding the right support became essential- and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
We were looking for a planner who was compassionate, organized, thoughtful, and proactive. Ali was all of those things and so much more.
From our very first conversation, Ali made decision-making feel effortless. She offered thoughtful guidance, helped shape an excellent timeline, and consistently provided support that was both timely and genuine. She felt like a true partner throughout the planning process. She worked seamlessly with our venue and vendors, ensuring not only that we were taken care of on our wedding day, but also that our guests felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrived until the very end of the evening.
Our vision was to create an intimate celebration that felt authentically “us.” Ali brought that vision to life beautifully. She added so much warmth and flow to the day while lovingly keeping everything on track behind the scenes. She showed up in countless ways- generous, kind, gracious, and completely unflappable.

We were so grateful to have Planned Perfectly as our day-of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. We began working with Ali about a month before the wedding, and from the start she was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. She jumped in immediately to coordinate vendors, finalize and manage the timeline, and handle all the last-minute details that inevitably come up.
On the wedding day, Ali was calm, organized, and completely on top of everything—she resolved issues behind the scenes and made the day feel seamless. She also took care of so many important setup details, including displaying the escort cards, place cards, and other items exactly as we envisioned. Ali was incredible to work with start to finish! I am admittedly a bit of a difficult bride and very controlling, and Ali was so great just rolling with it and being so helpful answering all of my detailed questions and looking through my many inspo pics (and even an inspo powerpoint). I completely changed my color pallet and entire vision after we had already signed the contract and reviewed the proposal in detail, and Ali was so accommodating going to back to essentially start over, and worked with me to get as close to my vision as possible within my desired budget. I really appreciated how creative she was in making things look the way I wanted while being mindful of cost, and she is great about reusing florals in multiple places to get the most use out of what you're paying for (ie florals lining the aisles were reused for centerpieces). She put together the most beautiful flowers and we got so many compliments on the chuppah and centerpieces. I asked for some extra bud vases and flowers for our seating chart about a week before the wedding and Ali had no problem adding it on at the last minute. Would 10/10 recommend Ali!

Ali was so wonderful to work with. We couldn't be more grateful for how beautiful our day was thanks to her! I cannot say enough great things about working with Ali and Michelle on the florals at my wedding. It was the easiest part of my wedding planning by far. Not to mention, they absolutely nailed my vision. Everyone I spoke to mentioned how beautiful the flowers were. They happily worked with other vendors directly as well, which made my part in the planning process much less stressful. Ali & Michelle at Planned Perfectly were a dream to work with for my wedding! From our first phone consultation, I knew right away I wanted to move forward with Planned Perfectly based on her genuine and passionate character. Not only was she super friendly and receptive, but I felt completely comfortable trusting her to turn our vision into a reality after sharing just a few inspiration photos and explaining our ideas. Ali and her team not only did that but they completely exceeded our expectations. When she walked into my bridal suite with our bouquets and boutonnières, she took my breath away. Our center pieces were absolutely stunning as well. And let’s not forget her little added touches to our wedding cake, seating chart, and additional decor tables because she knew it’d dress them up even more! 10/10 recommend them for all your floral needs! I truly don’t think there are any words to describe just how perfect our florals turned out. I messaged Ali in a panic ONE MONTH before our wedding day desperately hoping they’d be able to squeeze us in on such little notice after struggling with our original vendor. We hopped on a phone call that night and immediately I felt a sense of relief- Ali & her team went above and beyond, fully understood my vision, and executed it wonderfully!! Her work was far better than any picture you can find on Pinterest and her passion is unmatched. Before I even talk about the florals (which were genuinely absolutely stunning!) I have to talk about Ali… she was an absolute GEM! Truly an angel of a human she was amazing to work with start to finish. From the first phone consultation we had I knew I could trust her with my vision. She was so receptive, such a good listener, understood my vision, and was flexible in working within my budget, making tweaks to the proposal multiple times, and super easy to communicate with. I never felt worried or concerned leaving everything in her hands. Her work speaks for itself and I fully let her use her judgment in choosing the florals to execute my vision.
The venue we got married at, Kirby Hill Farm, was stunning but Ali’s work really highlighted the beauty of the farm and added the extra pop I was looking for. The floral arch she designed for me was out of the world beautiful, hands down one of my favorite parts of the day. Her creative vision is unmatched and she went above and beyond to make my vision a reality on the budget that I gave her. I also have to shout her out for her professionalism, her hard work setting up the space inside first (because we thought we’d have a rained out wedding) and then moving to set up outside when the sun finally appeared! She truly does it all. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process. A dream vendor, a wonderful human, and a talented florist. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you for absolutely everything Ali, you made my wedding everything and more!

Dreamy Flowers, Professional Coordination
We hired Planned Perfectly Hudson Valley for both flowers and day of coordinator for our Catskills wedding. As a bride who didn't really have a clear vision when she started planning her wedding, Ali and Michelle helped to clarify my vision as it solidified throughout the planning process. They also provided honest feedback about what they thought would work well (and perhaps more importantly- what wouldn't!) while simultaneously being respectful of our budget. They created the dreamiest chuppah surrounded by lilacs for us as well as centerpieces which looked like trees. I had wanted to give out bud vases with our escort cards and Ali had a custom display created for this.
In terms of coordination Ali excelled in a tricky situation. We had our wedding at a venue that provides a lot of coordination and planning support but she seamlessly integrated herself into the team- we got many compliments from the venue staff that they rarely have outside coordinators that they are able to partner so closely with and were very impressed by her. When surprises came up on the day of(as they inevitably do) Ali was on top of the situation fixing the problems and getting things back on track.
If you look at Planned Perfectly’s portfolio you will see that each wedding is entirely unique- there is no cookie cutter aesthetic that they try to curate. If you are a bride with a unique vision who is looking for someone that will work with you and be mindful of your budget, Ali and Michelle are your people! -

On the day of our wedding, every single detail was handled with such care by Ali and her team. I could not have been happier with how our flower arrangements came out for our wedding! Ali was a dream to work with, making sure she captured my entire vision and working with me to figure out the specific flowers that would make that vision come to life. Ali and Michelle are GEMS! From start to finish, working with them was a dream. Going into planning, I didn't know exactly what I wanted for my flowers, and I didn't have a set color scheme in mind. At our first meeting, I had a few key words in mind (romantic, organic, muted but not pastel, greenery) but no clear plan. Ali and Michelle listened to what I wanted and used their expertise to help create our vision, and what they came up with was better than I could have ever wanted.
They were also extremely professional, creative and flexible. Approximately two months before our wedding, we found out that one of the flowers we had created the color scheme around was out of stock for the season (so many 2022 brides!) but they handled the development with grace! They calmed my nerves and provided me with multiple substitutes that could work with the plan we already had, and it worked out amazingly! They also worked within our budget with ease. Flowers can be extremely expensive and we were working with a strict-ish budget and not ONCE did they ever make me feel uncomfortable or push me to increase my budget. They helped me OPTIMIZE my budget, and approached it as a creative exercise, not a hurdle. I couldn't recommend them more. 10/10 -

Beautifully, Wonderful
I first want to say thank you so much to Planned Perfectly Hudson Valley. They were responsive from the beginning. They meet with me and walked through every aspect of my wedding. Even bringing up things I didn’t even think of. They even were super helpful with questions, changes, and repurpose my flowers in such creative ways. They made me feel comfortable the whole way.
I wanted my flowers to be simple but also, to make a statement and that is what they did. I also, loved how they made me feel on my wedding day. They dropped off the flowers and were so happy for me and so excited to show me their beautiful work. It made me feel important and that they truly cared about me and their work. I cannot thank them enough for being part of my day. -

From the start Ali was so responsive and on top of my floral vision! I had changed the vase choice last minute and Ali and Michelle were very understanding and cooperative! When I started working with Ali, she understood my vision right away. She was very conscious of my price range and worked with me to make my flowers look beautiful. Ali and her team we’re AMAZING to work with.
After our first phone call, I knew Planned Perfectly was the florist for Joey and I. She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. As a client that didn’t know much about florals, she walked me through everything and sent me many designs for me to look at. Her thoughtful nature and artistic touch allowed her design florals that truly matched our wedding theme and our personalities. Our bouquets were STUNNING— but I can’t say enough about the boutineers (with hops!), the arch, and my floral crown. I decided last minute that I would love a floral crown, and without hesitation, she created the most perfect head piece. The day of, she was so warm and inviting and you can clearly see that she puts her heart and soul into everything she creates. I can’t say enough about my experience with Ali and Planned Perfectly! -

Beautiful flowers
Ali and Michelle brought my vision to life on my wedding day. they did a beautiful job with the flower arrangements, bouquets, arch, and all of our other requests. Upstate Barn Wedding Sept 2021
I cannot say enough amazing things about planned perfectly. It took me a while to write this review after my wedding because I wanted to take my time and make sure I did this company justice. I used them for both day-of-coordination and for florals.
Day of coordination review:
I worked with Ali as my day-of-coordinator. She is amazing!! My vision was a little non-conventional and she couldn’t have been more excited to take my ideas, collaborate with me and bring them to life. It is so nice to work with someone so positive, encouraging and helpful. She even would talk me down when some family members were a bit pushy with opinions. She wasn’t just a coordinator, she made it personal and quickly became a friend. She was so attentive, quickly answered any texts/calls/questions in a matter of minutes. The amount of relief having her guide me through the wedding process was amazing. She even stayed on top of me to ensure I had all information/vendors/contracts/scheduling completed when needed. Then for the day of the wedding she did not stop running around once and yet at the same time was always available when I needed her. Because of her I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding night that I had spent over a year planning.
Floral review:
Michelle is the main florist and most communication went through Ali. I shared my vision and they were able to explain in depth different styles, flower options and pricing. I sent inspiration photos and they ran with it. The day of, the florals looks absolutely perfect! I did a mix of baby’s breath, black roses, pale roses and ranunculus. Every table looked gorgeous, and every arrangement was high quality. Michelle has a great eye and is very creative. -

Our flowers were perfect!!
Finding a florist was a TASK but I was so happy I ended up finding Planned Perfectly through the process. I was able to do a phone call consultation with Ali to go through my Pinterest board so she can get a feel for our vision. The flowers were magical! Exactly what I wanted and I learned the name of my favorite rose (black magic) without specifying it. Ali was professional and approachable through out the whole process and I felt very taken care of. -

From the beginning, they had their act together - I made a vision board for them and then we had a phone call, and from the beginning I knew I was going to be taken care of very well. On the day of, everything came together beautifully, and Ali waltzing in with corsages for the matriarchs was one of the best moments in the getting-ready process. We are very happy to have chosen Planned Perfectly Hudson Valley for our wedding. Michelle was responsive and friendly throughout the process and made sure every single detail of our wedding floral arrangements was customized exactly to our taste. She did a fantastic job of adapting to our budget as well, without sacrificing any aspect of the design. She even suggested a few touches that my fiancé and had not thought about but then loved, like elegant bud vases for the cocktail tables. The guests especially loved the centerpieces in beautiful silver compote vases. Overall, we were very satisfied both with the process and the results of working with PPHV. Michelle and Ali are an amazing team and I definitely recommend them for your wedding celebration! -

I cannot recommend PPHV enough! They made everything so easy and effortless for me for the day of and throughout the whole planning process. To say that Michelle and Ali captured and brought my wedding flower visions to life, would be an understatement. When I started my flower journey, I knew that I wanted something outside of the box. I hoped for a bunch of greenery incorporated in the bouquets and quite frankly, didn't know what I wanted for centerpieces. Michelle and Ali were so excited to get started, that it was actually contagious. They were so receptive throughout the planning process, even when I completely changed up the centerpieces a few months prior to the wedding. I know that they are ultimately full service wedding planners, but if they did nothing but flowers, they would be beyond successful. I truly admire the passion that they have for their creations, and cannot thank them both enough for creating a bouquet so beautiful it literally made me cry. Would recommend Planned Perfectly Hudson Valley 100x over, for all your wedding needs! -

Not only supplying my stunning florals (which people are still a year late are constantly asking about), but wedding day logistics. If I was having a problem with anything, they were just a phone call away and eager to help and happy to just chat. Planned Perfectly planned my shower florals, wedding florals ( bouquets, boutonnières, center pieces, and even put a lovely rosemary touch on my napkins). They kept a day where so much can go wrong moving seamlessly, kept us all relaxed, and most of all SO happy.
They were the best money we spent, and will honestly make your day perfect and STUNNING. They are something special. -

Great for both flowers and coordination!
We chose Ali & Michelle for both day of coordination and flowers and were very happy with our decision. Despite 'only' being our day of coordinator, Ali helped with a range of questions the whole year leading up to the wedding. She is very personable and down to earth, we really liked her style. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the total package was very reasonably priced compared to the other local vendors I talked to. I appreciated how quickly Ali got the feel I was going for with our decorations (minimalist, yet elegant) and helped to bring my vision together without upselling. Having a single contact for both flowers and coordination turned out to be also a great decision. I would not hesitate to hire Ali & Michelle again for any event!! -

Ali and Michelle were amazing to work with and extremely flexible. Our wedding was originally scheduled for June 5, 2020, but we postponed to October 4, 2020 due to COVID-19 and when I called to see if they could accommodate our new date due to the circumstances, they didn't even hesitate and accommodated our change. With the date change came color scheme change and both Ali and Michelle worked with me to incorporate a more fall vibe. They were very creative and listened to what I really wanted. On the day of our wedding, Ali and her mom were there on time and managed logistics of multiple venue flawlessly. They helped all the guys with their boutonnieres and got them all set to go! I would highly recommend Ali and her flower services at Planned Perfectly Hudson Valley. -

We loved working with Michelle and Ali were awesome! We spoke with a few florists before we reached out to them. They were the first to really understand what we were going for and made suggestions that really emphasized out look! They pulled of the simple but elegant fall look we were going for. -
