OMG! What an amazing experience we had with Pam and PKs Custom Cakes!
Pam was wonderful, warm and professional from our initial tasting to the secure delivery and presentation, to the delicious seconds most of our guests had. My bride and I could not have had a more positive experience. We could not recommend them more highly! -

My husband and I had a unique vision for our coastal wedding cake, and Pam definitely made our dreams come true with our beautiful 4 tier narrow cake. She even went above and beyond to continue thinking about how to make our design better and more unique over emails, in the months leading up to our event.
From the hand painted seashells to her custom sugar flowers, the cake got so many compliments; and not to mention her flavors are amazing. It was the centerpeice of our small coastal wedding.

Beautiful & Delicious!
Pam did my wedding cake and it's no exaggeration to say she is unbelievably talented - The cake was beautiful! The sugar flowers were so spot-on, they looked real. We ordered red velvet, and it was the most moist, melt-in-your-mouth red velvet cake I've ever had. The cake was so beautiful I had a watercolor rendition put on canvas for me to hang in my coffee bar. We are not from the area and Pam was super accommodating and helped to make our destination wedding a little less stressful. If I every find myself hosting on the coast again, I will undoubtedly reach out to Pam. :) -

Simply amazing

Beautiful done cake
PK’s Custom Cakes worked with my budget and by giving me everything I was looking for in a cake. Everyone loved the flavor, it wasn’t too sweet. The flowers were a perfect touch and beautiful made. Several guest were shocked to know the flowers were hand made. I highly recommend her. I will be order a birthday cake from her soon. -

Beautiful and a joy to work with!
Pam made a stunning wedding cake for my husband and I! She was so nice to work with and took all of our inspiration images and came up with a gorgeous design for us. Before meeting Pam, I had never heard of sugar flowers. When it came to the flowers on our cake, I was a bit apprehensive but after talking things through with her and seeing some of her other sugar flower designs, I was amazed at how realistic she made them look! Not only was our cake beautiful but it tasted even better! Pam is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her for any cake needs! -

Pam was a dream to work with!
Pam (the owner) did an amazing job on our wedding cake. I initially contacted her unsure of what I even wanted in a wedding cake. She is such a professional, she knew all the right questions to ask me to help me come to a decision about what I wanted in a wedding cake. She is a true artist as well and takes such pride in her work. She created a wedding cake that completely fit our personalities and the theme of our wedding. The cake was not only a visual masterpiece but was also delicious. The top two layers were vanilla cake with raspberry filling and the bottom was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling. Both were delicious. Pam was courteous, professional and prompt in all correspondences and she kept me updated on the status of my cake so I had no worries about it in the hectic days before my wedding. I recommend PK’s Custom Cakes to anyone looking for a special occasion cake. -

If you want a wedding cake baked with love then you need Pam's cakes! Meeting Pam and going through the design and tasting process was one of my favorite parts of planning our wedding. She is so personable and puts so much care and attention to every detail that you could want in a cake. My husband and I were so happy with the experience and of course the cake! It was truly a highlight. -

Amazing Beautiful Cake

Beautiful and memorable cake
Pam created the perfect coastal cake for our 10 year anniversary vow renewal. From the beautiful ombré that resumbled the ocean waves, to the white chocolate sea shells and impeccably crafted sugar flowers, the cake was more than I could have ever imagined or asked for. The cake flavor was delicious and the raspberry filling tasted fresh and amazing. My favorite was the white chocolate ganache buttercream icing. I would definitely order from her again. -

We knew right away that we made the right choice when we close PKs to make our cake. Pam was always very responsive and professional. We sat down together and watched as she brought our cake to life on paper. We chose a lemon cake with lemon curd filling and white chocolate ganache frosting.
When Pam delivered the cake on our wedding day, she was right on time. The cake was everything we thought it would be. So beautiful!
The taste was even better! Our guests raved about it. I thought we would have a large amount of cake leftover, but we only had a couple pieces and the top tier! We are so happy everyone enjoyed it.
Pam’s sugar flowers are an amazing work of art. We would highly recommend her to anyone! -

Denise Sent on 09/24/2018What a wonderful experience we had with Pam. The cake turned out great and tasted awesome. She was very accommodating when we wanted to add a few things the week before the wedding! The top layer was gluten free for the bride and tasted great. Everything went perfectly.

She welcomed us into her home to taste all of her delicious cakes and fillings. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and had great attention to detail when it came to choosing special flowers and colors. Her hand made flowers and leaves are so beautiful and realistic looking. I still don't know how she does it!! Pam was so sweet and caring to work with, and our cake was absolutely stunning, and delicious!!

Other bakers made me feel non important and just another dollar sign. Pam took time to sit with me and my husband and drew out different designs to help us decide on what we really wanted. The cake itself was delicious! Every one of our guests raved about the flavors and how they’ve never had a wedding cake taste so good! I would choose PK costume cakes again and again for my wedding cake.

She provided us with an elegant cake tasting meeting so we could compare cake and filling flavors paired together. She was great at combining both our ideas and her own creative talent in designing and assembling the many complex details that made the cake a spectacular addition to our wedding. We highly recommend her for ANY custom cake whether it be for a wedding, birthday or any other special occasion. Pam is clearly a gifted and talented artist and extremely professional.

The cake was decorated with an ocean theme and the homemade shells were delicious. Pam took time to make sure we had exactly what we wanted on our special day. Pam was very friendly and professional.
