Matt and his team at PJ Parsons Presents truly know the wedding industry and exactly what they’re doing. While we only used their sound equipment and MC services, they were absolutely great — professional, organized, and easy to work with. Everything ran smoothly, and their expertise gave us complete confidence throughout the day. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional wedding DJ or MC services! -

PJ Parsons provided our DJ and MC and they did an INCREDIBLE job! We originally booked with the company because we wanted our gym coach, Jeremy Waller, to be our MC. However, a conflict came up, and we ended up with a different MC/DJ duo. While we were initially disappointed, DJ Matthew and MC Benjamin were wonderful! I especially recommend MC Benjamin, who was quick on his feet and was in incredible combo of being warm and laid-back, which fit the vibe of our wedding perfectly! -

There are not enough words to accurately describe the perfection of the PJ Parsons team. We were lucky enough to work with the team for DJ and coordination services for our wedding and were absolutely blown away by their attention to detail and commitment to providing the most incredible, personalized service.
PJ and Wyatt were our DJs and we were so impressed with their ability to understand our vision for each moment of our ceremony and reception. We were admittedly a little obsessive about the playlists, but they took our notes with grace and executed everything like a dream. They researched our tastes and interests, familiarized themselves with all our music choices, and were especially respectful of our desire to avoid problematic artists. They found the perfect balance of providing necessary information to our guests without making it feel like they were hearing their voices all night.
Candie and Nevaeh were our day-of coordinators, but they functioned as so much more than that. Candie provided us with invaluable input throughout our whole planning process and made sure we had everything we needed to create the event of our dreams. We had the most fun through all our planning meetings, which felt more like hanging out with a good friend. The rapport we developed through the year leading up to our wedding made it easy to trust that she would be able to handle anything on our wedding day – and she absolutely did. The unexpected rainstorms that showed up on our wedding day made our outdoor event difficult, but both Candie and Neveah helped us pivot through changes and made the day effortless. Neveah’s dedication to blow drying our sopping dresses while making sure we each had a beverage to calm us down made all the difference in what could have been a disastrous situation. Their calm demeanor and commitment to hard work truly saved our reception and ensured that both we and our guests had a memorable day.
The PJ Parsons team was one of our best decisions in our vendor team. Their years of practice mean they are prepared for any situation, but their passion and dedication to the client experience continues to create iconic events for everyone they serve. By the end of the night, the team felt like family and we continually recommend them to all of our engaged friends.

We had PJ Parsons as our DJ for our wedding, as well as Candie for our day of coordinator! PJ’s crew was ON IT for MC and DJing! They were fun, polite and knew exactly what the crowd needed, and when. They were just the perfect amount of liveliness and kept our night flowing seamlessly! Candie, our day of coordinator, was so much more than just a coordinator. She answered ALL of our questions with so much helpful insight and tasteful advice! On the day of the wedding, she was everything we needed. We could NOT have gotten through the day without her. We had a maid of honor and best man unable to attend, and Candie went above and beyond, in attempts to have our MOH and best man call in, to talk over the microphone, to deliver their speeches from home. I was so thankful for her idea and suggestion of that. Candie didn’t let anything go, or let anything be any less than it could’ve been - she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, from table settings to placement of signs to when the cupcakes came out from the fridge, etc. She asked questions about and clarified so much that we didn’t even think of. We had a food truck, and instead of us (bride and groom) lining up, Candie offered to order and bring our food to our seats so we could say hi to our guests! She also always made sure we had a drink! And made sure we actually ate our food :)
I am positive she also did a million things we aren’t even aware of. She felt like a best friend throughout the entire process and we truly couldn’t have been more thankful for her. She made our day perfect.
PJ and the crew is top notch and I will tell everyone I know to book with them!! They work wonderfully together. They’ll make your day better than you could have imagined. I promise! -

Seriously, stop looking and hire this company. Beyond outstanding, I had an amazing experience with them. PJ Parsons Presents was recommended to me by my bridesmaid that had used PJ for her wedding. I love that you get a day of coordinator and a DJ when you use this company! I worked mainly with Candie, who I would recommend to anyone for anything until the end of time. She's obvioulsy extremely passionate about her job and can run a wedding like nobody's business. She will talk to you as little or as much as you need prior to your wedding and her entire goal is to make sure you're relaxed as possible and enjoying your wedding and not worrying about anything! I had no one to pick up my dessert, which Candie volunteered to do immediately. Everytime I called her prior to the wedding, anxiety and stress just melted away and she really helped me get my events in order and keep my calm and in the moment to enjoy what really mattered. She was right where you needed her at every point of the evening and truly took care of everything, she even packed up my car at the end of the night so I could head out to an afterparty. The DJ/MCs were absolutely fantastic as well and had such a kind demeanor and played great music. I would hire this company again and again and again. -

Matt and Jeremy did an amazing job at a wedding on 7/30/22. They were kind, professional, entertaining, and went above and beyond. They even started helping put chairs away and clear tables! I really enjoyed seeing them interact with the crowd, they didn't just emcee the evening, but they mixed in activities and performances in a way that worked perfect for a wedding reception while not taking any attention away from the bride and groom. Matt and Jeremy are also super talented musicians themselves! If you are looking for a great team to keep your party dancing- hire them! -

After Monte Cristo Ballroom closed 6 days before our wedding date, we met PJ and she helped pick us up to plan a wedding in less than a week. PJ reassured us that everything would be ok and oh did she deliver! She is so detail oriented and really made sure we had all bases covered by the rehearsal while also making sure everyone was having a good time. Our entire wedding night was amazing in which my husband and I could just enjoy because we knew PJ would keep us on track. We cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for having PJ there for the most important day of our lives. Everyone should hire PJ to coordinate and DJ your event! -

PJ was more help with my wedding than I could have ever hoped for. When things went downhill with our officiant the day before the wedding, she called me to calm me down. When our ceremony fell apart, she got things straightened out. She was SO MUCH MORE then our DJ. She works as a same day coordinator and let me tell you, she seriously kicks ass as that. My husband and I agree that things would not have worked out as well as they did if she wasnt involved. This woman knows her stuff. She was with us from open to close and kept things organized from the moment we stepped on the wedding property the morning of. I dont think I'll ever be able to thank her enough for what she did for us. -

PJ was our DJ and day-of coordinator, and she is AMAZING. She really listened to what we wanted, recommended amazing vendors for us, kept us calm when we were stressed, and made everything so much fun! One of my bridesmaids told me that it was "the calmest wedding she'd ever been in," and that is 100% because of PJ's hard work. She took care of everything, big and small so that we didn't have to worry about it. For example, at some point she literally got buttons sewn on a groomsman's tux in about five minutes -- which I didn't find out about until someone told me the next day.
As far as DJ skills go, I don't think anyone could be better than her and her team. She made the perfect playlist based on our preferences, and even our guests who insist that they "don't dance" were out on the dance floor throughout the night! Overall, hiring PJ was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. I cannot recommend her enough!!! -

Andrea Sent on 06/07/2016I saw PJ at a wedding show, talked with her a bit, and immediately knew she was good people. She's fun and down to earth. She helped up through the wedding dj process and is there to answer any questions. We've had a great experience with her so far!
