    Great place for a wedding

    The views were phenomenal. The staff was so helpful, and well prepared. Aramark did a great job with the food, and drinks. We were extremely lucky to be able to have our Wedding in the same place we had our first date.

    The space is amazing and it was my first option for a ceremony space. For the winter time, the keystone corner is the perfect location.

    Kaitlyn was amazing. She helped me with how the room would look. She showed us around and told us about all the features. She even called to make sure I was ok when the caterer messed up a few days before the wedding. She was the reason we decided to get married at PNC Park. She even suggested wonderful people for other services we needed such as linens and chair covers. This review is only of the coordinator of PNC Park, Kaitlyn. The food is required to be catered by Aramark, who takes over once you book. Aramark is a different review and the opposite score. Kimberly, one of Aramark's catering manager, is the worst person I have ever dealt with in my life. If it wasn't for Kaitlyn being someone reliable to answer questions and get things done I would have been a mess.

    The southern food buffet was delicious. The sign on the sidewalk was an extra touch. The planning and the service the night of our rehearsal dinner was wonderful.

    The food was incredible, service was welcoming and professional! You made our wedding perfect!!! One year later and our friends and family are still raving about it!

    We had our reception in the Hall of Fame Club at PNC Park, and it was fantastic! The staff, especially Mike Shebeck with Aramark, were incredible. They were extremely helpful with everything and really worked to make the day special for us. Our guests were wowed by the location and enjoyed looking out over the field during cocktail hour. There were plenty of options for food and the quality was great! I loved every part of it. Thanks to everyone at PNC Park for making our special day perfect!

    I loved everything about having my wedding at PNC Park. Everyone that worked there was professional and flexible but thorough. Lisa, Laura, and Mike went above and beyond and made sure our wedding day turned out better than we ever could have imagined. The food was great, the atmosphere was fabulous, and all of our guests had a blast!!! Thanks to everyone at PNC that made our wedding day perfect.

    The staff at PNC and Levy Restaurants is amazing. They helped to make everything run so smoothly and maintain a schedule so that things went exactly as we wanted. I would recommend the Lexus Club for anyone who has a larger reception. It is an absolutely beautiful and comfortable room for any type of event. Everyone loved the Gunners Lounge for the cocktail reception. They were able to watch us taking pictures down on the field. The food in Gunners and the Lexus Club was awesome. Levy restaurants really went over the top on our food. Our cake table was beautiful. We had four cheesecakes on glass trays garnished with strawberries, above strawberries in vases, with mini cheesecake shooters all around the table. PNC Park and Levy Restaurants really did help to make our day unforgettable.

    This is not just for baseball fans. I brought my fiance here just for fun before catching a ballgame. I thought it would be great to get a tour, but she seriously would never consider it. After our initial walk through (and realizing the pricing was extremely competitive), this was my wife's #1 choice and it wasn't even close. We wanted to do something different, and PNC Park helped us create a truly memorable event. From getting married on the dugout with string musicians playing for us, to the cocktail hour in Gunner's Lounge with the greatest view in the city, and finally to the classy Lexus Lounge Banquet Hall where the layout is absolutely perfect. I hate going to weddings where everyone is confined to the same room for the entire event. The Lexus Lounge allows those who want to dance to stay on the floor, and all others can either convene around the gigantic bar or lounge in amazingly comfortable chairs by the fireplace.

    The cherry on top for us was (apparently) being the first couple to utilize the press conference room for an actual post wedding press conference. My wife and I came out and fielded questions from our guests, and was the perfect end to a one-of-a-kind wedding.

    The staff - especially Kathy Marshall - were extremely easy to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything exactly how we wanted it for our big day.

    A beautiful love to have a winter wedding at. Is truly was fairy scene for a November wedding in the Hall of Fame club.

    The park was beautiful, and so were the rooms. You have to wait to see whether or not your day is a game day or not... this limits your options. The staff is very nice and seem like they would be great to work with.

    The venue is very different from most hotels/ballrooms in the area. The food was excellent (people that attended the wedding are still talking about how great the food was)! My only compliant is how the timing of our cocktail hour worked out (it wasn't as long as it was supposed to be and there was too large of a gap in between the cocktail time and the bridal party entrance time). Overall, I would definitely recommend PNC Park as a wedding reception venue.

    The staff work with you so much to make sure your day runs smoothly and is everything you want. Our day-of event manager was named Ashley, and she was AMAZING and so helpful. Also, getting pictures on the field was an absolute DREAM!

    The big problem that we had was with the food...some of our guests had to throw away half of their meal because it was so dry and inedible. When you're paying that much for a plate, you shouldn't have to worry about your guests enjoying the meal, much less being able to eat it!

    The staff was always so responsive and relieved many of my stresses. I was fortunate to not have my venue booked the day before so I was able to set up a day early. The pictures were beautiful and my guest loved being at the park. The only complaints I had was that they tried to enter about 10 minutes early and were told to wait outside. Then the ushers were late and my guest were outside waiting in the cold much longer. I don’t entrance ten minutes early would’ve done any harm. It’s not like we were asking to open the bar early.

    PNC Park Keystone Corner Suite has a breath taking view of the city. The food provided by the venue was on par with a 5 star restaurant and was one of the biggest compliments we received from our guests. The staff was extremely attentive to all our needs and requests. I was a little disappointed with the size of the wine and draft pours since we had an open bar and was billed by the drink. But overall it was a spectacular venue

    4/5 was given for responsiveness because the communication between PNC Park and Aramark wasnt always fully completed. I would've liked to have one meeting with both parties instead of separate meetings, since each party deals with so many different tasks- it's hard to keep track of which party does what.

    3/5 was given for value. I thought bar and food prices could've been a little lower on Aramarks part, but the value for the PNC rental was great!

    4/5 was given for flexibility only because of the baseball schedule.

    Overall, Kaitlyn, Michael, and Kim did a fabulous job!

    We were very pleased with each and every aspect of our wedding at PNC Park. We told them what we wanted, and they made it happen :)

    We confirmed our wedding date (7/26/2014) in 9/2013. Received an email in January notifying us of a change our date because of an "event", a country music concert which was announced in 1/2014. It should noted that, because the construction of the stadium was publicly funded, the City owns last rights to the building, and anytime they want to use the venue, they get to. So keep this in mind when scheduling your event there.

    With that said, we took the alternative date(8/16/2014) and couldn't have been happier with the event and venue. Everything went off without a hitch, and in the end we were extremely happy. If you are looking for a downtown Pittsburgh wedding location, PNC is the premiere venue.

    Katelyn was horrible. An absolute nightmare. Thank goodness the rest of the staff was able to save my wedding. The food was unforgettable. Ann and Jim and Chef Adam are fantastic.

    We had our Rehearsal Dinner at Club 3000 in PNC Park. What a wonderful event.

    We wanted our guest (who were mostly out of town) to experience a little bit of Pittsburgh while in the city so we choose PNC.

    The service, food and choices they have a exceptional. Anything you need they will do and all types of events and sizes.

    Overall, I was happy with this venue. The location was beautiful, and the pictures turned out great. At times, it was hard to communicate and some options were not very flexible. I think the quality of communication could have been better as well with the catering manager

    PNC Park chose to eliminate tables from the pre approved floor plan based on my final headcount. The problem was that they chose to inform me of this decision via email at 6:30pm the night before my wedding! Needless to say, I didn't even have a chance to check my email and as a result we had guests looking for tables that didn't exist based off of their place card. There was enough seating, but this decision being made without speaking to me was totally unacceptable on PNC Park's part and caused me a great deal of stress and panic the day of my event. Additionally, we arrived on time for photos, called them when we were 15 minutes away and still had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to open the gate and escort us for photos. This resulted in me missing the receiving line at the start of the reception which was very upsetting to me. They also charged us $250 for a patch in of a slideshow on their TV, which we did not receive. The venue looked nice, but the service and lack of communication was not worth the money we paid.
