We had a large wedding party of 10 people needing services. Pinup Bridal was very responsive and easy to work with. Especially with last minute changes and additions of services. My trial was so fun and informative. The specialists that I worked with were very receptive to any of my concerns and made adjustments to products to address them. All in all, I had a perfect day and my hair/makeup held the entire time. And my bridesmaids....STUNNING. One of them even asked if they would travel to NY and do all future weddings she will be in (she said they were the best and most efficient she'd ever worked with).
This team is worth it!!! -

Whitney was very helpful in coordinating and making sure my ever wish was met and made the experience great. I am so grateful for having this group of ladies for my wedding! -

Pinup Bridal and Emma are absolutely amazing. 100000/10. She made the morning so much happier and relaxed. She helped me laugh through the nerves and just have a wonderful time. I loved how I paid one price for everything and all was included. I did not have to worry about tipping or any transactions on wedding day. -

I used Pinup Bridal for my July 2023 wedding, and can't recommend them enough! My stylist, Sophia, worked with me to help my vision come to life. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup. The team did a great job with hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and my mother as well! We had a surprise rain shower during our outdoor ceremony, and our hair and makeup stayed in place and didn't smear! Our guests even raved about how everyone looked great after the rain shower! 10/10 recommend! -

Wedding Makeup
We had makeup services for 7 of us for my wedding. I had a trial and they also did my bridal portrait makeup and hair. At my bridal portraits, I liked that girls makeup application more so I asked if I could switch and they said it was not a problem. The girls did a great job and I would recommend them. -

I had a fantastic experience working with Pinup Studios! The bridal coordinator Heather was very responsive and their booking process was overall very easy to navigate. Jen did hair for me, my mom, sister, SIL, and MIL and she was just such a joy the whole time. She traveled out to my venue about an hour out of Raleigh, was on time, and we all had beautiful hair done! I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs someone to come out the venue near the Triangle area and who wants a reliable and responsive team. -

These ladies were so knowledgeable and supportive. They helped a not girly girl feel like she was a star or princess. The hairstylist did a great job with all of my wedding party and me. I got everything I wanted from this vendor and enjoyed all of my interactions with them -

Pinup Bridal did an amazing job on my make up and hair, my bridesmaids, and family members! I could not recommend them enough and made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! The pinup bridal artists were so flexible and open to making the small adjustments I wanted without question! Also my hair and make up as well as my bridal parties hair and make up lasted ALL day! Again pin up bridal is the best and so worth the investment which is also SO reasonable for top notch quality! -

I loved my experience with pinup bridal! Stacie & Paulina were my hair & makeup artists and they did an amazing job. They showed up early on the day of my wedding and got everyone's hair & makeup done with plenty of time to spare. I loved my hair and makeup so much, and it turned out even better on the day of my wedding than it did at the trial. They were both very nice and made any changes we requested quickly & effortlessly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Also, a real plus is that their minimum # of hair + makeup services is lower than a lot of companies. I only had 4 people who needed hair + makeup & it was hard to find a company willing to come out for lower than 5. -

I hired Pinup to do hair and makeup for my wedding and they were fantastic! Sydney and Lindsey were so much fun to work with at my hair and makeup trial. Day of, they and Sophia did amazing work with the rest of my bridal party as well. We all had very different hair and skin tones, but everyone looked wonderful and felt great about how they looked. My mother and mother-in-law also got done up with us, and both loved their final look. I would highly recommend using Pinup as a wedding stylist. -

Run, don’t walk, to book Pinup for your event!
This review is long overdue. Adena and the rest of the team at Pinup is worth 10 stars - 5 stars just doesn’t cut it. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and it was exactly how I envisioned it. At the end of the night, I didn’t want to take down my hair or remove my makeup! And yes, it was still all perfectly intact - after more than 12 hours! They truly are the sweetest people - my bridal party was so blown away by their hair and makeup skills, and we all got so many compliments throughout the day. I look back on my photos now, and everyone looked absolutely stunning for my big day. I cannot recommend this studio enough, and I cannot thank them enough (especially Adena) for making me and my girls feel like superstars on my wedding day. Y’all are truly the best of the best - keep up the amazing work and flawless customer service! -

I had an amazing experience with Pinup Bridal. From the moment we first spoke, the staff has been nothing but attentive and super helpful. As the bride, I wanted nothing but a stress free experience on my wedding day, and these girls understood the assignment. I loved it all! They offered trial hair and make up and I was able to speak to Sofi (our group main stylist) from early on and she made me feel comfortable, helped with my every need and made bomb recommendations. The group that came over to help my 6 bridesmaids, both moms and flower girls did an amazing job! My only regret is not booking the pinup trailer, it would have been so fun to have it at the venue and come in for touch ups. We had a great time getting ready with the Pinup girls and 110% recommend to anyone who is getting married! -

This was the second hair and make-up vendor I booked because I wasn't in love with my first make up trial with the previous vendor. With that being said I was behind the ball getting hair and make-up for the wedding and nervous with how my look would turn out. During my trial Sophia was very attentive to me badly attempting to explain what I wanted because I still don't know exactly what I wanted. When we started if there was something I didn't like she immediately changed it and made notes so wedding day would be exactly what I wanted. Even letting me change my mind wedding day because this bride still had no idea what she wanted. The final results turned out better than I could have imagined. We ended up having to change getting ready locations 2 weeks before, Heather was totally understanding and made the process super easy. I don't have enough nice things to say about the entire team! Highly recommend. -

Bridal & Bridal Party Hair & Makeup
Overall, I am pleased with the services provided by Pinup Studio. I would rate all wedding services as a 7/10. I had 8 people needing a variety of services for my wedding in June. The communication leading up the services was solid and I felt beautiful at my wedding.
However, I would say there are some areas of improvement including punctuality, professionalism, and cost. The hair stylist was 30 minutes late to my trial and the day of the wedding - this was a bit stressful. A few of my bridesmaids weren't happy with their final looks and didn't feel that staff were happy about making corrections. Lastly, bridal hair and makeup was $600 total. I wanted very natural looking makeup and a simpler hairstyle. I wish that Pinup would take style into consideration with pricing. I did not feel that final product was that different from my bridesmaids, but the cost was double.
I love supporting a woman-owned business and will continue to use Pinup Studios for regular haircare needs. -

Brides, DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS.
This is probably the WORST experience EVER and the most stressful vendor we have dealt with. Not only they made my Mother-in-law's trial look absolutely horrible. The entire trial process is lack of communication. This make up artist didn't communicate about she's about to do or what's going to look like at all during the trial. She just simply does what she knows to do. And surprise you with a result you don't want.
The entire experience is just a guessing game. You just sit there and pray that it is not too terrible. And any feedback I give all they did was trying to lower your expectations or gaslight you.
The worst thing is that they send an email for "feedback" after the trial and I gave very detailed and feedback and asked questions. 3 days, I followed 2 times and zero responses until I had to text them asking for a response. And this is 1 week before the wedding day.
The lack of communication and horrible service does not do the pricing justice. Worse than 1 star review.
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK.
