Our guests could not stop complimenting Pinnacle Golf Club after our wedding — whether it was the venue space, the food, and drinks or the service of the staff. Lisa was our coordinate and point of contact and she was AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable of the industry and knows how to help create a memorable and magical wedding day. Our guests also shared stories of the bartenders that went above and beyond to make them a special drink or go find a specific beer so our guests were happy which is a reflection of the service and attention to detail of the Pinnacle staff.
We initially booked Pinnacle because of the outdoor ceremony space, patio and the beautiful marble dance floor, but we have fallen in love with everything else it had to offer. As a bride, it was a huge help to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception all in one place as well as alcohol and catering included.

We live in another state so planning something was putting a lot of trust and faith into wherever we chose. It was a small wedding with 28 people and a dinner afterwards. The ladies were so helpful. Anything from setting up, colors, linens, dinner and giving me some great ideals to make my perfect day memorable. So accommodating and supportive in helping me with anything I needing up until the very end. I appreciate the time and effort she put into making it all possible. The food was awesome and plenty of it. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding.

My husband and I chose Pinnacle primarily because of its classic beauty, it was the perfect venue for the elegant look we wanted to achieve. We also chose Pinnacle because of the staff. We worked with Traci Artist and I cannot imagine that anyone else could have done a better job than she. She was beyond attentive to our needs and always cheerfully ready to discuss options or make last minute changes. She made sure our special day went smoothly and I was very grateful to have her dependability.
The food was divine- we got so many compliments on the pasta bar that we chose. We got constant compliments on our choice of venue. I'd recommend Pinnacle and working with Traci to anyone!

My husband and I got married at the Pinnacle Golf Club on Friday December 15, 2017. We worked with Traci and she was absolutely wonderful and she always responded to my emails quickly! Traci made planning every little detail of the wedding very easy and very enjoyable all at the same time! The Pinnacle staff were wonderful, professional and made me feel like the most important person on my wedding day! Traci and her staff took my envisions for my wedding day décor (from the ceremony to the reception) and made the ballroom look more perfect than I had originally envisioned! Everything was absolutely perfect, including our delicious dinner at the reception (which all of our wedding guests raved about)! Traci and her staff also made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed before, during and after the wedding, as well as making sure we had plenty of food on our plates, cake to eat, and beverages on our table during the reception! I highly recommend working with Traci and the Pinnacle staff to help you make your wedding day perfect!

This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to get married at the Pinnacle Golf Club!! The food was amazing! Everyone was professional, attentive and accommodating. No complaints! Our wedding was an absolute DREAM!!!

Pinnacle made our wedding magical! Lisa Bapst was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect wedding. I definitely recommend sitting down and talking with her, as she is extremely detailed and professional.

I made my mind up about having my wedding at the Pinnacle when I attended my first wedding there. What a class act and beautiful place to have the perfect wedding. I knew from that moment, that this was the perfect place to have our wedding. We had waited 30 years to get married and the Pinnacle and their staff exceeded my expectations. Tina helped us with our wedding as well as the owner, Mrs. Cimenello ,who was there and fine tuned every detail for us. She made sure the wedding parties were comfortable and she sent appetizers and drinks to both bridal rooms before the wedding. No detail was overlooked thanks to her. Tina's help was priceless. She listened to what we wanted and she made it happen. She is such a sweet person and we feel very fortunate to have had her to help us with our wedding. Several people I work with have now had Tina help them.

Our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever attended. The DJ thanked us for allowing him to be a part of our wedding. He said he has seen a lot of weddings but this by far was the best he had ever seen. We released butterflies at our wedding and he said that was very cool.

Our guests said the food was amazing. They loved the appetizers and the main meal. They told us it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. We hired one waiter for two tables so that guests would get served about the same time. That worked out extremely well. Guests also commented how much they enjoyed the drinks and how accommodating the serving staff were.

In my opinion the Pinnacle is one of the most beautiful golf courses. The views are fantastic, many photo opportunities. The ballroom is large and can accommodate almost anything you wish to do for a wedding. We had a modern dancer dance to Minnie Ripperton's "Loving You" which took everyones breath away. If we could rate the Pinnacle we would give them a 10.

We are so blessed to have been able to have both our wedding ceremony and reception here! Every detail was beyond perfect, it felt like walking into a dream! Traci and her team are amazing to work with and so friendly and helpful! From picking out the menu, to picking out linens, to setting up for the big day, Pinnacle made the process so much fun and so easy! The views Pinnacle gives for pictures is amazing! I loved that the decor inside was neutral because it goes with any theme or color pallet you choose. I highly recommend Pinnacle! I'm also thankful for the Bistro that's open to the public so we can go and relive our magical day!!

A must do it was perfect!!!!! Every time I stopped by the venue it had a totally different look. Very beautiful.

The Pinnacle was an amazing venue for our wedding!! It looked absolutely stunning once decorated and set up for our wedding reception. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was!! It truly was an amazing day and I was beyond pleased with everything the Pinnacle did for us on our special day. Our wedding coordinator was Tina and she continuously went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Pinnacle for your wedding and/or reception. They will not let you down.

We just had a small 50 person wedding in the upstairs loft area of the pinnacle golf club. It was beautiful. We got so many compliments from all our guests on how great the pinnacle was. Traci was great. She handled everything so well and was very attentive to every detail. I can honestly say not one thing went wrong. Traci and her staff did a wonderful job and we would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in central Ohio!

The Garden is a beautiful backdrop for any wedding. The ballroom is understated and elegant. We had an amazing wedding planner in Traci. She was always on task and attentive, with great attention to details. Chef Guido is
awesome (which is an understatement)! The food was delicious and creative, one of the most talked about things at the wedding. The experience of working with The Pinnacle was very positive. The wedding was beautiful and a good time was had by all.

Beautiful venue! The only disappointment was the Bridal Suite. They used it as a storage closet for vases, candle holders etc.. I wish I had told them to clean it before the wedding because all our pictures have the mess in the background.

From the moment we met with Traci we knew this was the place. Traci is professional, timely, friendly and most importantly she genuinely cares about your wedding. We felt like we were constantly asking questions and she always put us at ease and took as much time with us to make sure that we felt the day was going to go just the way we thought. I could literally write a book about how wonderful Traci and the Pinnacle staff were to our families but I won't. What I will say is being in a service industry, potential clients require a lot and Traci and The Pinnacle far exceeded our expectations. I see no reason to even look at another location because IMO I don't believe there is another facility or wedding event coordinator better than who we were so fortunate and blessed to work with. Traci, you were such a delight to work with and thank you so much for allowing us all to celebrate the wedding with you and the Pinnacle staff. It was the most amazing day/night.

We absolutely could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding. Traci was amazing and helped us plan the perfect day. We wanted a more intimate experience for our 55 guests so we opted to have our ceremony and reception upstairs in the loft and terrace. Traci made all of our wishes come true - pre-ceremony cocktail hour, outside ceremony, plated dinner, ice cream sundae bar, awesome signature cocktails, etc. The service staff was amazing and made all of us feel like VIP. Our vendors (local to Grove City) were all happy with our selection as they know the drill with the Pinnacle and it made deliveries a breeze. The grounds are beautiful and make amazing backdrops for pictures. Added bonus - Drury Inn is just a few minutes away and was a great hotel for our out of town guests with lots of perks at a good price. We will definitely use Traci and the Pinnacle for more special occasions down the line. Thanks again to everyone for making our day so special!!

Pinnacle’s gorgeous venue coupled with superb staff makes for an absolutely perfect wedding experience. Lisa Bapst is A+. She is responsive, knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly understanding of what a special time this is for the bride, groom and everyone involved. From the time we first toured Pinnacle through our final visit a few days after the wedding to pick up a few things left behind, my husband and I felt like her number 1 priority. Her staff is a talented, experienced group of professionals. The whole day was seamless: the ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour, music, food, the bar, etc. I could not be happier with my experience with Lisa and Pinnacle Golf Club.

I had my wedding here June 21st 2015. I currently live in Orlando, Florida and was planning our wedding from out of state the whole time. Traci was our wedding coordinator here and she was PHENOMENAL. Even being over a year out we met with her multiple times when we came into town, talked over the phone and through emails monthly, and she took care of anything and everything for us. She was always there for me and made time for us whenever we came into town. My day was the most STRESSFREE day I could have ever imagined. Nothing went wrong, everything was absolutely perfect. The brides garden was the perfect ceremony space and the grand ball room is nothing short of spectacular. It was the most beautiful day and so much of that was due to Traci and Pinnacle. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who really wants to wow their guests and have a fairy tale day!

I had my wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! The place is so beautiful, from the large windows, long curtains, beautiful grounds, the enormous romantic chandeliers...I couldn't ask for anything better. It was a large space. We had an indoor ceremony and reception. My husband and myself worked with Lisa from beginning to end. She was excellent!!! i felt so comfortable with every step of the way. The staff was friendly and kept everything running extremely smooth the day of our wedding. I loved every moment of it.

We searched all over Columbus then ventured to Grove City. The Pinnacle Club was 'IT' from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful ballroom with huge glass windows opening to trees and trickling waterfalls. The staff is courteous and professional from every angle. Traci Artist was our event coordinator and she is top notch. She is responsive, patient, informed and the person you want on your event team. The chef is omg incredible. The food was so delicious and well presented. Everyone went back for more! Look no further, book early because it is popular! I cannot say enough about every detail here.

The Pinnacle provided an amazing venue for our wedding. There was even a change with the wedding coordinator and there were no "hiccups" they had everything organized and it went off without a hitch. I have tons of family raving about how great the food was and how gorgeous the venue was. The dramatic ballroom and outdoor ceremony area made for the perfect pictures. The bridesmaids all had lunch at Cimi's (a restaurant in the golf club) and we loved the food and enjoyed sitting out on the patio for a few hours before the ceremony. I loved the venue and would tell any bride to check it out, especially if you want an outdoor ceremony!

There's nothing more to say about this place besides the fact that it is absolutely stunning. It definitely had the "wow" factor that I wanted the first time I visited. I worked with Laura Linn and she was great. Would highly recommend!

I was so happy that I chose Pinnacle Golf Club to be my venue for my wedding reception. The food was fantastic! The linen on the tables was beautiful! The actual building is gorgeous with beautiful golf club scenery that the windows (which are pretty much 3 of the 4 walls) look out to, and classy chandeliers with a high ceilings which makes any room more breathtaking. Colleen and Lisa were great to work with, I got everything that I wanted even more with the beautiful chairs that I got for free from the previous day's wedding. Awesome! The only thing I remember was that there were no golf carts that would pick up guests from the parking lot to the restuarant as promised. But that is a minor detail that if people weren't expecting, they wouldn't even know anything was off :) Thank you Pinnacle for making my day extra special!!

I cannot say enough about Pinnacle! My husband(as of 7/4/12) found them and I love him even more for it :) They worked with us to get us a date that worked, at a price we could afford. Laura was our coordinator and she did a fantastic job. She answered all our questions and always got back to our emails in a timely manner. She put up with all our decision changes and did a great job keeping us all in line on the wedding day. Our guests were amazed at how lovely the ceremony was and how elegant the ballroom was decorated. The food was phenomenal and we plan to go to Cimi's for our anniversary dinner every year we are able to. Thank you Pinnacle! You made our wedding day a beautiful event and I will never forget it! I absolutely recommend this venue!

The moment we pulled up to Pinnacle Golf Club, I fell madly in love with it! The grounds are absolutely beautiful--very Tuscan and sophisticated. Lisa Bapst is a wonderful coordinator--we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Pinnacle Golf Club for making our day so special!

We felt in love with Pinnacle when we first saw the place and we knew we will have a beautiful wedding. The spacious grand ballroom easily fit our 300+ guest and it turned into such a romantic and beautiful dance floor at night. Stephanie has been very helpful all along the planning process and she was very patient in explaining our choices, on the wedding day they have a staff serving us in the bridal room just to make sure the girls don't get starved and pass out. Pinnacle's staff also worked great with my wedding planner I did not notice a hitch, all night long we enjoyed and partied like a King and Queen.

We highly recommend this fantastic venue and thank everyone at Pinnacle for a smooth and beautiful day!

I held my reception at the Pinnacle and it was absolutely beautiful! Everyone who attended had nothing but wonderful things to say about the food and the venue. Lisa helped me throughout the entire process and was very helpful in making sure every little detail was taken care of the day of the wedding!

We couldn't have selected a more perfect place for our reception. With a perfect location for a reception that was part indoor and outdoor on a beautiful golf course, we could have shown up and it would have been perfect without any decorations. The ballroom was beautiful and Lisa stayed for the whole event to make sure everything ran smoothly!

The event coordinator at Pinnacle makes everything so easy to decide without feeling pressured, amazing experience, we booked this venue and cant wait for our big day!!!

First things first... the Pinnacle is a GORGEOUS venue. We had our ceremony / cocktail hour in the courtyard and reception in the ballroom. I cannot imagine a more perfect day. We opted for the gold chivari chairs, which did not disappoint, with white linen and tons of candles / greenery. Lisa was our wedding coordinator and she was FABULOUS. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing! The staff, the ceremony and reception, the food, anything and everything you can think of. Tina was so helpful in making sure we had exactly what we wanted. Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing the food was. (our wedding was in July) We also had our rehearsal dinner there and a brunch the following day. Everything was flawless the entire weekend. I highly suggest Pinnacle for the ceremony and reception!

I LOVED having my reception at Pinnacle. The chandeliers were what made my decision. Tina, at Pinnacle, was so friendly and worked so hard to make sure we received what we wanted.

We loved the Pinnacle! Tina and Lisa were amazing to work with. Very responsive and the ballroom was breathtaking! This is such a beautiful location and the food was amazing!.

I cannot think of a better place to have a wedding reception than Pinnacle. I worked with Lisa and she does everything to make the day perfect. The food was excellent. I am a vegetarian and they had a few options to choose from (something other than the generic pasta that I usually get at weddings). The other two plates we choose were also great. We had the prime rib. Pinnacle orders their meat from Michael’s meats (the same place Cameron Mitchel’s orders their meats) and they also get the top prime rib that Michael’s offers. Pinnacle offers traditional dishes, but they also have some more creative dishes (we chose a ginger crusted salmon for our fish and it could not have been better). I received some feedback from two people who ordered gluten free options of both the beef and fish and they had nothing but good things to say. They both received their gluten free meals at the same time everyone else did, they were correct, and they both raved about the food. One said it was the best prime rib they’ve ever had and the other said the fish was perfectly cooked. We also had a cocktail hour with appetizers. The shrimp was the largest shrimp we’ve ever seen and tasted great. I was too busy to have any of the other appetizers right away, but even an hour later, cold, they were all awesome. The service was excellent. They were a little slow to clear away the plates, but that is the only compliant anyone had. Lisa was very conscious of the budget and her estimate was right on. She approached my father once we had reached a targeted number of mixed drinks and asked if we wanted to limit it to beer and wine. And, at the end of the night, we were less than a dollar off the estimate.

From the start until the end Traci was incredible. She helped us through every step of the process. We ended up utilizing Michelle for our flowers and cake. The two of them together had everything in perfect order for us. The venue is amazing, food fantastic, and everyone had a marvelous time. Can't say enough about how great it was. Also our DJ worked well with Traci and the Pinnacle to make it go off without a hitch!

Amazing venue to host both ceremony and reception. Several of my bridesmaids (who are already married) said that Pinnacle "treats you like gold". Every detail is taken care of on the day of the wedding. Our day was seamless and completely stress free. The only downside is that they will not let you have free range of the beautiful golf course to take your photos. Great staff and location is breathtaking. Prices are lower than I expected for such a fantastic venue. Highly recommend.

My husband and I got married at The Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City. We had our wedding and reception there. It was AMAZING. I don't think there is another place in the Columbus area that is as beautiful as The Pinnacle. They do have a minimum amount that you have to spend to have your wedding there. On the plus side almost everything is included in that minimum: tables, chairs, linens, alcohol, food, cake cutting and ceremony chairs. The Pinnacle makes planning your wedding a lot less stressful because they are pretty flexible and it is so BEAUTIFUL that you don't have to decorate very much. It took a lot of pressure off me as the bride to decorate and be creative (even though you can).

The only downfall with The Pinnacle in my opinion was the wedding coordinators. Once you book your wedding you get assigned a girl to help with your wedding. The gal we loved ended up leaving The Pinnacle 2 weeks before our wedding. Based on what she had told us and what we were hearing from the other coordinators things got twisted on what we could and couldn't do. We ended up being disappointed with the quality of service which could have easily been avoided.

I would still recommend this venue to any bride and if anyone is looking for an elegant/classic/vintage style for their wedding then this country club is perfect!

I cannot thank Lisa and the folks at Pinnacle Golf Club enough. We planned our wedding in 10 days! Not only were they flexible with the dates and times (we were able to slide our outdoor ceremony between another wedding on site and the live music at the outdoor bistro), but when our smallish gathering started to grow they were more than accommodating. Fabulous food, beautiful venue, our family was treated like their family and we could not be more pleased. Thank you Lisa!

The Pinnacle Gulf Club is a beautiful venue! The food was amazing thanks to the Chef that day! My guest really enjoyed themselves and my husband and I had the wedding we will never forget.

We had a wonderful fun time that went off without a hitch. Pinnacle Golf club staff were so efficient. The setup was quick and seamless and the take down was amazing. I thought both would be tremendously time consuming but not with such an effective staff. I left my table covers there the night before with no direction on how I wanted them placed and came in to a wonderful setup. My guest raved about the food. Colleen the even coordinator was on top of things and assisted my hostess in keeping things running smoothly. Best value for such a beautiful place. Wedding date was May 20, 2012

The ladies at Pinnacle were nice to work with. However I felt confused through the whole process. I felt I asked a lot of questions and maybe so many that I felt I was bothering them.

Two things, I used the Flowerman for my centerpieces. To save on money I had 2 friends pick them up and deliver them to Pinnacle. These 2 friends said it was kind of mayhem. They dropped them off probably around 1130-1200ish. And they didn't see me walk down the aisle at 330! So what did they do? Set the whole ballroom up for me? That wasn't what I wanted them to do, or felt like they needed to do that much. So where were the Pinnacle people? How long does it take to set vases in the middle of the tables. I understand my reception didnt start until 6 so maybe the tables weren't ready, but it was understood between me and Pinnacle that they would be there that early....so if they werent going to be ready they should have told me and/or dismissed the girls after they simply dropped off the centerpieces.

Two, the sodas that night were on us. So why were my guests being charged for them? Mutiple people told us after that night they were told to pay for their soda. When I asked the Pinnacle about it, I got "Sorry there was some confusion, hope you had a good night!" Not really what I wanted to hear.

However, the ballroom looked AMAZING! It was everything I envisioned and worked so hard for. Just not sure if I credit Pinnacle or my 2 friends!
I would still recommend and use Pinnacle myself again though! Its an amazing venue. I would just make some things very clear next time.

So I do have to say that Pinnacle is BEAUTIFUL. I thought it was perfect for pictures.
I thought my husband and I were getting a good deal by signing up for the Pinnacle Golf Club's Thursday special... an all inclusive package for 4000. Tina, our coordinator with the club, was SUPER nice, but just not attentive or, frankly, good at her job. I had to call her several days just to make my final payment, during the rehersal I had to run the show (even though I had no idea what i was doing).
At our wedding the photographer needed her to get us out on the greens for pictures (like she said we could do if she was with us) and she was nowhere to be found, so we couldnt make it out there as time ran out, the cupcakes tasted NOTHING like what we taste-tested (they tasted literally like cornbread mix) AND one of my bridesmaids saw Tina tell another worker that she was going to leave early. Also, there was left over wine and I've been trying to get ahold of Tina for 3 weeks now to see if we get a refund for it. Not to mention I was promised IN CONTRACT that we would have short pours of wine as not to waste it and all glasses were filled practically to the top. The servers took MY wine, water, along with everyone elses every time we sat it down for a second.
Then, to top it all off, when I called for these complaints, Tina's boss basically told me I was wrong and they didnt do anything wrong at all. It truly makes me so mad and hurt that I wanted the perfect day and they brushed off my complaints instead of even just listening to me. After reading the other reviews I just cannot believe theres not more bad ratings. I hate to think its because I got the "great" thursday special value, and I was treated like second class because I didnt pay as much as their Saturday weddings. :( All in all, beautiful place, but not worth it for me.
