We can’t say enough how pleased we were with the whole process for our daughter’s wedding. Dony, the wedding planner, was so knowledgeable about everything. We had top notch vendors…Lady Cakes, Floral Artistry, Hair by Ashley Jo, Brad from A DJ with Class, Steely Pan..(Tim Delaney) on steel drums, and Krista with Impressions Photography, all very professional to work with and flexible with our ideas. Christopher, the Events Manager, had the reception area just as we had imagined it, and the plated dinner was superb!! Our decorations brought from home( Iowa) were placed at beautiful locations in the reception area. We would not change a thing. Our daughter’s dream was made into reality by their special team that has a passion for creating magic and seeing dreams come true.

Dream wedding
Pink Shell was the absolute perfect place to have our wedding! I grew up going to this resort with my family and getting married here was always my dream! Dony made it so easy to plan a wedding from out of state and was SO flexible with me and my family. Dony made the wedding day seamless and handled everything with grace and ease. The accommodations of the hotel and all of the staff were incredible throughout our entire stay. We are so happy and plan to visit again very soon! :)

Dream Wedding comes true because of Dony and the Pink Shell!
Our rehearsal dinner started with a pick up at the Pink Shell Marina and a sunset boat ride. We had a great time and then dropped off at Doc Fords.
The wedding was everything my daughter dreamed! Dony at the Pink Shell took care of every little detail!
She help with the bakery, officiant, and photographer! What a great team everyone works together!!!
We got the flowers from Ft Myers Florist and they were beautiful and fresh. Even donated to church the day after!

Destination wedding!
Pink Shell was an amazing choice when it came to choosing a venue for our daughter's wedding. Especially the coordinator Dony Rivera-Taylor, she was always there to answer emails, phone calls, whatever we needed even on her days off. If we had a question she was there with an answer. Originally, we had planned a Oct. 2024 date, however hurricane Milton had other plans. Within hours Dony had contacted our vendors and we had the wedding rescheduled for May 17, 2025. And I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to show up at the Pink Shell and not have to worry about anything. This was a destination wedding and we had 20± guest rooms booked. Pink Shell treated everyone so graciously and the customer service is second to none. And the rooms... they are so nice and you cannot beat the views.
When it came to wedding day, all we had to do is get ready. All of the vendors had coordinated with Dony and they handled everything from setup to take down that evening. The food was prepared by the chef at Pink Shell it was to die for! The filet was like butter and everyone raved about the Crab stuffed Grouper. Christopher the banquet manager was fantastic, he was close by throughout the reception making sure everyone had what they needed.
If you are looking for a wedding venue in Florida please give Pink Shell a call. You will NOT be disappointed!
Side note - we did a pre-party on Salry Sam's Sunset Pirate Cruise. It was a blast, highly recommended.

Unbelievable Event
We had 44 days to plan our son's wedding and met with Dony at Pink Shell. From the moment we met, I knew we were in good hands. There was absolutely nothing that we asked for that Dony didn't say "We can do that - not a problem!". Can you just imagine my relief in finding this "wedding coordinator ANGEL" on earth - she went above and beyond. The entire staff at the Pink Shell was amazing. A special shout out to Sara our bartender every step of the way too - she is legit an energizer bunny :)
I HIGHLY recommend the Pink Shell for weddings - without any hesitation.

In the end... it was The Perfect Wedding!
To all future wedding couples out there... if FMB is your desired location I highly recommend having your wedding at the Pink Shell. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dony Rivera-Taylor is and the Staff at the Pink Shell. My wedding was the week of June 14th and the seasons first Tropical Storm, needless to say, majority of my year long wedding planning did not go as expected. Every time an event was cancelled due to the weather, Dony & Pink Shell staff figured out a solution and executed it flawlessly. My Husband and I agree that our wedding was more beautiful than we could have imagined and our Dream Wedding was perfect. All of our guests absolutely LOVED the resort and no one had a single complaint. Thank You from the bottom of our Hearts Dony & The Pink Shell Staff... you are all AMAZING!! Our wedding at the Pink Shell was amazing! Dony was the absolute best to work with and she did such a fantastic job planning and coordinating our wedding. I couldn’t say enough great things about her. She went above and beyond, responded to emails in a timely fashion, was so nice and friendly, and very efficient! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. We didn’t have to worry about anything during our wedding. The restaurant staff working our wedding were also so kind. Everything went smoothlyd. I definitely recommend having your wedding at The Pink Shell and will miss working with Dony!

Milly was so helpful! She made everything so easy for me. When I walked into our reception area I was so glad to see everything set up just as I imagined. I enjoyed my stay there without having to worry about all the tiny details. She also kept a close eye on the weather so our ceremony was unaffected by the rain. Beautiful venue
We chose Pink Shell based off the ability to have our ceremony with “sand between our toes”. We loved the experience working with Millie. She was prompt, excellent at suggestions, and flexible. Come the day of it was cold and rainy yet she still tried to get our wedding on the beach TWICE moving the arch decor back and forth with the weather being tricky. Ultimately we had to have the ceremony near the pool in a covered but open air area. You can’t plan the weather but you can plan who you work with and I’m very happy we went with Pink Shell!!

Made Our Wedding Dreams Reality
We were so blessed to have stumbled across the Pink Shell when trying to find a venue/stay for our destination wedding. From the first time we visited, until the day we checked out after our wedding- we were so happy with everything! Our family still raves about the resort & says they will be back- as will we!! It was perfect for people traveling from near & far, for kids, and couples! I can’t say enough good things about Dony, our coordinator. She was such a dream to work with: timely responses, patient with our ever changing plans, and kept me calm when tropical storm Alex rolled in the week of our wedding. Thank God we were still able to have the beach ceremony that we dreamed of & thanks to Dony & her staff at Pink Shell, we had the best day ever. Pink Shell is THE place to have a beach wedding in the Florida area! Worth every penny!

Wedding of Our Dreams!
We looked at 3 venues on Ft Myers Beach and could not be happier we chose the Pink Shell. Right from the beginning, Dony was so easy to work with and so attentive to every detail and bringing the wedding we envisioned to life in a way that felt effortless for us. We were able to do a tasting to choose our menu, and the food is fantastic. The staff is all very kind, welcoming, and catered to any random request we had. There were so many personal touches Dony added on the day of the wedding, including adding extra string lights and repurposing some of our ceremony decorations for the cocktail hour and reception. Soooo many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Even though the Pink Shell has several weddings a week, it always felt like Dony had time for us and was focused specifically on our wedding if we emailed her with a question or wanted to tour the space again. We couldn't recommend the Pink Shell more. It is a 100% personalized experience and we LOVED every aspect of it from the beginning of the planning stages until the wedding day and even the communication afterward. We have already booked a room for our one-year anniversary! Overall, the Pink Shell and Dony made our wedding magical!!

Most amazing venue!
I'm not even sure where to begin, as we're still so overwhelmed with happiness from our wedding day. It was truly perfect, and we cannot thank the staff at Pink Shell enough. It was everything we wanted and more, and the staff went above and beyond. They helped us during a rain delay, and Dony made sure our vision for a beach wedding came true. They were willing to do anything in their power to ensure our day was not ruined. The decor was amazing; the flow of the events; the food; the drinks....all of it. People LOVED our bartenders as well. There was not a rude person to be found and every single staff member could not have been kinder. To mention a few people specifically who made our day epic, I would like to say that Dony, Billy P, Edison, Maria, Ramon, Vladimir, Lloyd, and Pfillany were the most professional, helpful, and devoted staff during our events. You will NOT find a better wedding planner than Dony, and you will not find a better location than the Pink Shell. We are thankful to them forever

Dony and the team at Pink Shell made our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! It was everything we expected after getting engaged there only six months earlier. Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina is AMAZING
We had my daughter's wedding at Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina on Fort Myers Beach on 4/25/21. It was beyond beautiful! Dony was excellent to work with and the staff was very responsive and kind. The banquet room was just redone. Everything is included in the price, arch, chairs on beach, water station, cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, chairs covers and bows, table runners, centerpieces, charger plates, etc. The rooms were beautiful, the pools refreshing, the beach with the chaise recliners and umbrellas was remarkable. I can't say enough good things about it. It was everything I wanted for my daughter's wedding!

Most AMAZING experience ever!
After struggling to find the perfect place for our small destination wedding, I was lucky to stumble upon The Pink Shell. When I put in for an inquiry, Charlotte was so responsive and so helpful that our decision was made during the first Facetime call we had with her! From there our experience just continued to get better! Any question we had, Charlotte was there to answer. When Charlotte got a new job within the resort, Dony took over our event. Dony was equally as amazing and helpful. Since we were out of the state we were a little apprehensive about how things would turn out. Dony and Charlotte never let a detail slip. Honestly if you are looking for the perfect place for your wedding, look no further. Even with COVID, they made this event the absolute best day of our lives!

Dream Wedding
Our wedding couldn't have been anymore amazing. This venue was absolutely perfect. We wanted a relaxed, romantic wedding and it did that and then some. Everyone we worked with at the resort were so friendly and helpful. The day of the wedding was so stress free. I spent the whole day enjoying everything, spending time with family and taking pictures. The staff including Dony set everything up and made sure it was perfect for us. I couldn't have done all of the planning and enjoyed the wedding without her. I was nervous to plan a destination wedding and had a lot of expectations for what I wanted the day of the wedding. Dony truly was a big reason it went so amazing. She checked in all day and added all these little details I wouldn't have even thought of. I can't thank her enough and all the staff at Pink Shell. All of our guests keep saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to. Can't thank everyone enough for the best day of our lives.

Perfect Destination Wedding
We knew planning a destination wedding during COVID was going to be tricky, but Dony at Pink Shell Resort made the process so easy.
I didn't go with every vendor on the preferred list which was okay and wanted to bring a LOT of things to the wedding that needed to be set up. Dony and her took all of my ideas and made the ceremony and reception perfect. She even sent pictures when I was getting ready to make sure that I was happy with the placement of everything.
All of the guests had so much fun. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my wedding. It really was a dream come true, everything was exactly the way I had always dreamed. Dony and this resort went above and beyond to make our stay and wedding perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was beautiful! Dony did everything for my husband and I and our guest. Her and the resort staff went above and beyond to help my mother who was on oxygen who couldn’t go very far walking and personally escorted her around the resort on the golf cart. The food was amazing. The resort staff was right their as soon as you called or needed something. Every single person congratulated us.

She answered all my questions and was super responsive. Everything was a dream come true! The set up was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went. Fairy tale wedding
We decided to have our destination wedding at Pink Shell and we're so happy we did! Charlotte, our wedding coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with and really made our vision a reality!! We can't thank her enough!! From last minute changes (due to weather) to simple surprises (chocolate covered strawberries in the room after our wedding) made our wedding that much more smooth and special.
Our ceremony took place on the beach (nice private setting with the natural enclosure). We had our cocktail hour on the beach with a few fire pits (weather took a turn to a chilly side, low 60s) and moved our reception indoors to the Lido ballroom. Our first look was in the butterfly garden, great diversity of backdrops for a wedding! All went smoothly and the set ups were awesome!!
Pink Shell's staff was friendly, accommodating and the accommodations were top notch!! We can't say how happy and grateful we are that we chose PSR for our wedding and our family and friends who attended also agreed. We highly recommend them for any special occasion.

The best day ever
We cannot say enough great things about having our wedding at the Pink Shell Resort! Charlotte (PSR wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the entire year leading up to our big day. She truly made the planning process stress-free! The entire staff at the resort is amazing as well. The resort has an amazing beach (of course), but also an adorable hidden garden that was perfect for our first look and bridal party photos. If I could do it all over, I would not change a single thing! Thank you Charlotte, and thank you to everyone at the PSR!

A Little Girl's Dream Come True
I wish I could find the words for mine and my husband's wedding. Our wedding at the Pink Shell Resort and Marina was beyond a fairy tale. It was literally a bride's dream come true. Dony our coordinator was amazing. She was there for us every step of the way through the entire planning process and beyond. I, as the bride was so concerned about every last detail and now looking back I never needed to be! She did it better than my vision. For any future bride going for a beach wedding I HIGHLY recommend having it here, it was BETTER than any pinterest wedding. The food, rooms, ALL staff, bar, etc. was more than we could have asked for. They know what they are doing and I wish I could keep reliving the moment again and again. This place will always have a very special place in our hearts.❤

Stunning, fantastic, perfect wedding day!
I cannot say enough good about having my wedding at Pink Shell! I recently got married on Feb. 24th 2019. From the first moment we had communication with Dony (Wedding Planner) in 2018 we knew we were in good hands. Dony alone was one of the top reasons we choose to have our wedding here. This was a destination wedding, my husband and I live in Chicago, and all family is from the Mid-West or Europe. Dony made the entire process of planning a destination wedding a breeze.
Before we got engaged, we knew we wanted a destination wedding. We visited SW Florida once in Jan 2018; after viewing 3 total venues we were 100% confident we wanted Pink Shell as our venue, and we actually picked it the day we visited. Dony was very easy to communicate with, the resort and beach is beyond beautiful, and we knew everything would be handled professionally and effectively. After our initial visit to Fort Myers Beach, all communication was done through email or by phone with Dony. She took all the stress of planning a destination wedding away, she was always organized and easily accessible to answer all questions and concerns. My husband and I visited once again in Nov 2018 for our own piece of mind, and Dony made time during the busy season to sit down with us and make sure all of our visions of the perfect wedding were complete.
Fast forward to THE wedding day..Our wedding had a total of around 32 guests, traveling from all over the US and Europe. EVERYONE was in agreement that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have seen. All weekend, Dony and the staff at Pink Shell were helpful, calm, and most importantly excited for our big day! Dony assured us from the moment we landed in Florida, EVERYTHING would be handled and it was our job to ENJOY the moment. Dony was just a text away if we needed ANYTHING.
Myself and the girls arrived early on the day of the wedding, and Dony accommodated us is a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom suite that overlooked the gorgeous pool and beach. (The rooms make for gorgeous photography). The staff at Pink Shell was more than accommodating for a crazy wedding party running around making sure everything is perfect and the bar served perfect drinks to our guests who arrived early. Fast forward to the ceremony; we opted for a beach ceremony. The décor was done perfectly, white sand was raked, and shockingly enough we had no interruptions from beachgoers and only a few onlookers who slowly made their way by, but this comes with having a ceremony on the beach. I may be bias but the photography from my ceremony is some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve seen in wedding photos. The rest of the night flew by, but the reception in Banyan Grove was intimate and wonderful. We had no interruptions from resort guests and the staff was very accommodating. I HAVE to mention how DELICIOUS the food was, from the passed Hor Dourves, to the buffet, to the cake provided by Lady Cakes (included in the wedding package with Pink Shell) everything was phenomenal and had wonderful reviews with guests. Also part of the wedding package, we received a night stay in a honeymoon suite (my husband and I stayed in the beautiful suite as mentioned above so we never had to move our bags or belongings around). The room was complete with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, waiting for us when we returned and the Jacuzzi bath made for a perfect relaxing night after our absolutely perfect wedding day.
I may have gone into too much detail, but I’m passionate about giving credit where credit is due and Dony and the staff at Pink Shell made my wedding day beyond what I would have ever dreamed of.

Perfect Venue
It was perfect. The resort, and especially Charlotte Byrne, was so responsive to our questions and concerns, made our special day so care free and worry free, that we just couldn’t have asked for better. The rooms were great, the views were breathtaking and the resort atmosphere was so inviting. The staff was so pleasant and friendly that we felt at home.

The PERFECT experience!
If you want a beach wedding of your dreams, the Pink Shell is the place to go on Fort Myers Beach! This was hands down the most elegant and beautiful day I could have ever imagined! Charlotte at the Pink Shell was so incredibly important in making all of my visions come to light and she was so responsive that I could get multiple emails per day answered when I needed it. This was such a great experience and it was made easy even while planning out of state. It was a little more expensive than the other options, but trust me when I say it was well worth it and we made the right choice.

Our entire group raved about the venue, the food, the rooms and what a wonderful time we all had. The women loved visiting the spa and all the guys had a blast on their marina boat ride. It all went by too fast; I wish we could have stayed longer!!! The pictures we got back from our photographer are amazing. The Pink Shell will always hold a special place in my heart; we can’t wait to go back!!!Everything was perfect!!! Charlotte had everything under control and very well organized. She continuously kept in contact constantly updating you or answering questions. This venue was the PERFECT Place to have a wedding. I can't say enough great things about this resort & my fabulous wedding planner, Dony! The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. Our whole wedding party thoroughly enjoyed their time at the resort. Every day the resort had something different going on for us to do, and we were within walking distance of everything on the island as well. It was exactly what we were looking for, a big vacation with a sunset beach wedding :) The beach was absolutely stunning & I can't wait for our pictures from the wedding to come back so we can relive that night all over again! If you're lucky enough to work with Dony for your wedding at the Pink Shell, consider yourself lucky because she literally handles EVERYTHING! Because of her, my entire wedding day was completely stress-free from the start of the planning to executing the day itself. You always hear stories about how there's some stressful situation that happens on your big day, but I can gladly say that my wedding day was completely relaxing, and myself and my bridal party were able to just relax and enjoy the day leading up to the wedding all because Dony had everything under control. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding ceremony location or coordinator to work with! Our original wedding video (Fajardo, Puerto Rico) had to close down due to the damages caused by Hurricane Maria. We had to start over on our plans with just a few months left to go. My father found the Pink Shell Resort through some research and he expressed that Dony was very helpful and it may be a possible venue to look into. Even before we met Dony, which was only a month before our wedding, we really enjoyed working with her. She was so professional and responsive and really made us her top priority. Dony worked with us to make sure we had a perfect wedding, despite the challenges - and it truly was a perfect event! The weather was amazing, the decoration turned out beautifully, the DJ played great music, the food was delicious, and all the guests were so excited to spend the day on the beach. Dony pulled out all the stops - despite this being her very first Hindu ceremony at the Pink Shell Resort. She helped us coordinate the Baraat, from planning out the docking logistics for the boat, the entrance of the horse, parking the coach buses, set up for DJ and decorator - she made our entire experience SO seamless and we are very grateful to her help. Dony even coordinated a lunch site for us so we could bring food and beverages from an indian caterer and the Florida Coconut company so that our guests could enjoy refreshments following the ceremony. The most special thing, which we will never forget, is Dony offered up her family's Coquito (Puerto Rican dessert drink) recipe in both chocolate and vanilla flavors and had the staff make enough for all our guests to try! This was so incredible because we really wanted to bring in some Puerto Rican culture to our ceremony, and Dony made this possible! She helped set up the decor and even the farewell, which was across the street at Holiday Adventures (we used a boat for our exit). We would HIGHLY recommend this place!

The Pink Shell Resort and Marina was the BEST wedding venue! We visited and made our decision in April and just got married there in January. Florida was a destination wedding location, so we were both cautiously optimistic about planning an entire wedding ceremony and reception over the phone or email. I had nothing to worry about! Dony, our amazing wedding coordinator, knew all of our requests and handled the ordering details prior to us arriving. She even arranged to have swatches of our linens sent to us for review. Talk about relief, the linens were exactly as I imagined!
Everyone raved about the beautiful The Pink Shell Resort! From the rooms to the beach and pool, our guests were absolutely thrilled with their vacation/our wedding. On the day before our wedding, Dony had received all of our ceremony and reception items and had them ready to put out on the Big Day. My fiancé and I had the luxury of relaxing and spending quality time with our friends and family knowing that Dony was taking care of us.
On our wedding day, Dony was right there, taking care of every little detail. As an example, the weather was a little uncooperative and she arranged for heaters. Having four entrees to choose from meant that everyone had delicious food. The entire staff was so accommodating and helpful! We were so blessed to have an amazing experience at The Pink Shell. And yes, we’re planning an anniversary trip already!

So glad we decided on the Pink Shell Resort for our Wedding and Reception! We had our dream Ceremony on the beach, and Reception in beautifully decorated Ballroom. Most of our guests from out of town stayed at the Pink Shell also, we stayed 4 nights. Everyone had a great stay, and the breakfast included in the mornings was delicious, and gave us another chance to socialize with our guests. There are also 2 restaurants serving great food, and several pools for adults and children to enjoy! Shannon was our event coordinator, she did a fantastic job! We are grateful for her professionalism, creative ideas, attention to detail, and taking care of our unique wedding details and guests. Her assistants the day of wedding were very helpful too! We definitely would recommend the Pink Shell Resort, and Shannon for any events. Beautiful property, lots to do including water sports, can't say enough about how much we love the Pink Shell Resort!

My husband and I are beyond happy with our Pink Shell wedding! We still can't believe how well it turned out. Wedding Coordinator Shannon Pool is the best in the business. I have worked on countless high end events and weddings, and have rarely encountered someone as professional, talented, and such a joy to work with as Shannon and her team. We had people flying in from all over the world and several last minute changes, and The Pink Shell more than accommodated everyone and every little detail. Our beach ceremony was beautiful. The rain started coming down immediately after our ceremony, and Shannon and her crew had a back up plan before I could even say the word "rain". All of the servers, bartenders, room attendants, front desk staff, and spa crew did an incredible job of making our "big day" absolutely flawless. Having every detail included - bar, catering, linens, decor, cake, etc - made planning so easy. We only had to seek out a DJ and photographer, and Shannon even helped us with those. I cannot say enough great things about The Pink Shell, the staff, or the event planning team. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Pink Shell Resort. It was absolutely perfect. We worked with Dony who was amazing and truly made the day run so smooth I had no other worry then to have fun! We live out of state so that was a worry of mine with the planning, but Dony does an incredible job and I really trusted her with it all. As for the resort, I found it fun and relaxing. The rooms are nice, staff is exceptional, and there are several things to do such as dining, going to the pool, the beach, kayaking, etc. I found the resort worth the price and would highly recommend this resort for a wedding destination!

From our very first contact, 19 months ago, the entire wedding process has been seamless. The team at The Pink Shell went above and beyond to make our 10-day-stay, perfect. Every step of the way, the staff made sure we were taken care of. No questions asked.
To add the cherry on top, the actual resort is top notch! The grounds, including the beach, were always perfectly groomed and therooms were beautiful. Not a bad view anywhere!
My husband and I can't wait to get back down to The Pink Shell.
We would not have changed a single thing about our entire trip.

My Husband and I got married on April 22, 2017 and Shannon Pool was our Wedding Coordinator. She was so awesome to work with, and knew exactly what she was doing! Any questions I had, she had an answer for. She is so laid back, and so easy to work with. When it came to the rehearsal, she answered the 20 questions our wedding party had with a smile on her face the entire time. It rained the morning of our wedding, leading up to the ceremony, Shannon met me in the parking garage and informed me that the guests had umbrellas provided for them, and there was still the backup hall we could use..."I'm getting married on the beach rain or shine!" she smiled and nodded her head! Thankfully the rain stopped during the entire ceremony, and Shannon was right there through the entire thing to make sure everything went perfectly. We didn't have a reception at the pink shell, just the ceremony, which was great (and affordable) because we didn't have to spend so much money on food for only 50 people.
Shannon helped make our day a day we will never forget, and I would do this again a million times if I could!

Everything was perfect from the weather to the ceremony/reception. Shannon was amazing, not only did she have the mother of the bride to deal with BUT the mother and the stepmother of the groom. This was a destination wedding for the bride and groom so there were many many phone calls and emails sent....thank you Shannon for never losing it (if it was me I would have). The sleeping accommodations (rooms and suites) were very up to date and luxurious!. This deffinately was a wedding that will always be remembered!

My wedding was in June 2016 and I originally booked with Pink Shell over a year before. I am local so that was different for them since most of their weddings are destination. I was originally working with Ashley and there were some issues in the beginning to say the least......but once Shannon Pool was hired to take her place the issues were addressed and I was happy. Basically, the Pink Shell is lucky to have Shannon take over that role! Shannon knows what she is doing and trusting her was easy, she is young and quick, gets the job done no matter what she has to do to get the end result. Shannon made sure my vision came through perfectly in the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Shannon stayed the entire night of my wedding and it really calmed my nerves to know she was on the property all weekend to be there for me! If you are lucky enough to have Shannon as your wedding planner, sit back and relax because she's got this!

My husband and I had our wedding here in May. Working with Shannon Pool was great! She made everything super easy and simple! She helped create the layouts, the design, organize all of the food, the taste testings and making sure every thing we asked for, was taken care of on the next level! It was an absolutely gorgeous day and a little different than your average wedding, which is exactly what we wanted, and we have Shannon and team to thank for it all being truly amazing! Family and friends keep saying how our wedding was so different, and it was the coolest wedding they've ever been to! I would absolutely recommend Pink Shell to anyone looking for a phenomenal venue to get married at and/or have their reception. Thank you Shannon!

My mother found the Pink Shell online – it is just 2 hours south of my sister’s home in FL. It turned out that the niece of a friend of mom’s had her wedding here in May, 2015. After speaking to her in June, 2015, I knew I would be happy with the Pink Shell. We wanted to have a beach/destination wedding, and we only had 6 months to plan it (Nov., 2015). I spoke to Dony, and she walked me through everything from start to finish. From the start, she understood when I was looking for, and gave her advice and guidance in all facets of my planning. Once she understood my taste, she was even able to suggest vendors that would suit our taste. It was fairly amazing how skillful she is. I am an older bride, and we were only having 30 people. We had the ceremony on the beach at 2pm, and then moved to the pool for cocktails and reception. Under Dony’s watchful eye, everything went smoothly, and in our opinion, perfectly. It was a special day because it was exactly what we wanted – casual, fun, EXCELLENT food, even better service. All shared with the people most important to us. In fact, we are returning this November (2016), with some of our guests for a 1 year anniversary celebration! I’m looking forward to it, as I won’t have any planning to do!!

My wife and I got married and honeymooned here at Pink Shell on December 6, 2015, and it was a very beautiful ceremony and our family and friends enjoyed the wedding, hotel and amenities. Dony and her staff went above and beyond and gave us a wonderful wedding at a great price. Our honeymoon was a lot of fun, and we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the beach, pool restaurants and more. We also went to local businesses and Sanibel Island. Thank you!

Pink Shell is a beautiful place to have a destination wedding. Dony Lubig was invaluable helping to organize and recommend vendors for us. Without her help and expertise, my niece's wedding could not have been so wonderful. The staff made my entire family feel welcome. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Shannon at the Pink Shell is absolutely incredible. Planning a destination wedding 1,500 miles away is not easy and Shannon was so patient with me. She made sure to send me emails asking questions, answering questions, clearing things up, sending me pictures through email during the planning and texts during the actual wedding day. She made our wedding on the beach go exactly what I pictured it would be. She came to our room, had special gifts for us, and pretty much planned with me and set up the entire wedding. I could not have trusted anyone more than I do Shannon.
Damian, Lindsay, and John in the food service were amazing. Damian and Lindsay made a point to be our servers during the week and really got to know us. John makes amazing omelets. Check this place out!

The Pink Shell is an awesome wedding venue. Our daughter was married at the resort in late January and we could not be happier. Choosing a venue for a destination wedding can be very challenging but the Pink Shell was the perfect choice. The resort had spacious rooms, all with a beach view, three pools, and several restaurants with great food and included many amenities in the price (breakfast coupons, beach chairs, towels, kayaks, free wifi, complimentary valet). The marina was right across the street. Due to its convenient location, less than a mile from the center of the beach town, guests were able to walk (or take the trolley) to town to explore the pier and enjoy additional bars and restaurants. This environment made it very easy for guests to gather, relax, and enjoy themselves – and they did. From the time we first spoke to Dony Lubing, the wedding specialist/event manager, we knew we were in good hands. She has a charming personality and worked closely with us from the planning to the day after (even delivering the rented table decorations back to the florist and mailing my husband’s sweater that he left behind). She offered a list of local vendors for us to consider, but there was no requirement to use them. She coordinated with all of the vendors to make sure that everything worked like clockwork. The rooms she chose for the bride and groom and parents had spectacular views. She managed around some weather challenges to take advantage of different ceremony locations available on site. She was there behind the scenes at all times. We can’t say enough about the level of service that we received from the entire staff at the Pink Shell. The guests raved about the food prepared by the Pink Shell chef and staff at the wedding. And, most importantly, the bride and the groom and their guests had a wonderful time.

Oh my goodness, this was the BEST place EVER. We are from Ohio and I knew I always wanted a beach wedding. I first started looking around in the FL Keys, which ended up being really stressful trying to plan from so far away. I started searching again, and looked at places in Fort Myers. Found the Pink Shell and inquired to get some info. Dony, who I worked with the entire time, got back to me with in 24 hours. She was so fast and answered any question I had in a matter of a couple hours. Even late night questions! This made the long distance planning SO much easier and SO much less stressful. I actually booked and put down a deposit before going down to check it out because I was so pleased with her communication and willingness/determination to make whatever I wanted to happen, happen. My sister and I went down a month or so later to check out the resort and area. We had never been to Fort Myers and let me tell you, it is the most wonderful place on earth. So much fun and SO many kind people. The resort staff had no one that wouldn't go above and beyond for anything you needed. Dony, who is even more pleasant in person, gave us a tour of the rooms, the exact spot on the beach where I would be getting married, and she even bought us lunch at the restaurant at the resort. The drinks were phenomenal, as well as the food both breakfast-dinner. We were planning to just have the ceremony in FL and a small dinner at a different restaurant, with the big reception back in Ohio at a later date. The ceremony was VERY reasonable price wise, and the discount we received on the rooms was also very helpful. We ended up having 61 people come down, all but 2 families stayed at the resort. One of the families that was elsewhere actually ended up moving to a room at the pink shell after a night else where, because the Pink Shell is THAT AWESOME. We got down to the resort 4 days before my wedding and Dony helped with all the crafts and decorations we still had yet to finish.

We had our destination wedding at Pink Shell Resort on 11/28/2015 and the wedding was absolutely perfect. We traveled from MN for our big day after booking to resort site unseen & saw the location 6 days before the wedding when we got to FL and we couldn't have been happier with our selection. We chose to have our ceremony on the beach around sunset, cocktail hour pool side, and then moved into one of the ballrooms for the reception and the night flowed perfectly. Shannon Pool was our wedding coordinator. Shannon was always available to answer my hundreds of emails and take a phone call at any time for us. When we arrived at the resort Shannon gave me her personal cell phone so I could reach her at any time prior to or on the day of the wedding - which was SO NICE! We used a lot of the resorts decorations and also sent a few of our own down a couple weeks before & Shannon was nice enough to store it all in her office for us before we arrived. The Pink Shell, Shannon, and the entire catering staff was amazing the day of our wedding. Everything was set-up to our expectations and went off without a hitch. We had a buffet dinner that was delicious (especially the grouper), an open bar that served all night (the bartenders were great!) and a late night snack of mac and cheese that was served right on time and yummy as ever! The staff did a fantastic job clearing plates and empty drink cups all night long and the catering manger was always available when we needed him. We ended the night with a sparkler send off & Shannon collected all our gifts and belongs at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about it and we picked them up the next day. The catering staff even boxed up our cupcakes we didn't have a chance to eat that night for us. :) Thanks Shannon & Pink Shell for making the entire day worry free and so convenient for us!

“The Pink Shell rocks!! An Amazing Destination Wedding venue, beautiful sunsets and outstanding service.”
We couldn't have asked for a better destination wedding venue in Southwest Florida. The staff at the Pink Shell Resort & Marina were amazing. Very caring and had excellent service. Comparable to any 5-star resort. Dony Lubig was our event coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very meticulous in her planning and how the event was setup and carried thru the evening. Everything from the beach stage to the reception area was superb and we couldn't have asked for more. The food for the reception was extremely tasty. We loved all of it.
Most of our guests were from out of town so having everyone stay there made the event so much better. My family was impressed with the rooms and service. The group rate was very affordable and Dony placed our guests in 1BR Villas and we were in a 2BR Villa. The rooms were super-clean and modern with outstanding views of the Ocean and the sunsets were awesome. The amenities on the beach like cabanas, paddleboarding, kayaking and waiter services were nice. Many other things to do in the in the area making it an all-inclusive venue.
We are in awe of how our wedding event panned out… couldn't have had a better time anywhere else.
Some other staff that were really awesome and worth mentioning was Bob (Bellman) and Julio (reception bartender). Bob was always there for us.. helpful and kind.
We will be going back there for another weekend just for the heck of it very soon. We can't wait. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding or event needs.

What a great experience! It was a great way to get our two families together and familiarize themselves with one other. The rooms were very nice, each with a great view of the ocean. Dony, our wedding planner, was amazing and had every detail in order. Everyone had a great time and many claimed it was the best wedding they have ever attended. The venue is beautiful. Beach wedding, cocktails on the patio, and dinner in the ballroom. One bit of advice....if you have a group that likes to drink...don't mess around! Pay the $80 per person for all you can drink, you will save money! I wish we would have done that! Food was great too! We used DJ with Class and the dance floor was FULL the entire night! Have fun! (We spent about $15,000 on everything and had 61 guests.)

My husband and I got married at Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina on Fort Myers Beach on June 20, 2015.
We worked with Dony Lubig as our Wedding Specialist and she was absolutely phenomenal. We are from the Chicago suburbs and were planning a destination wedding. Dony helped us from start to finish with every step in the planning process. She had a list of preferred vendors, of which we did not stray, and every single vendor far exceeded our expectations. She was always willing to meet with us when we were visiting the area and promptly responded to all of the many, many e-mails from my mother, husband, and me.
The guest rooms were fabulous - all of them overlooked the beach and everyone was so pleased with them. The days that we stayed there were like a mini party before and after the wedding. We all enjoyed the wonderful amenities the Pink Shell had to offer as well; such as the many different pools, the beach, and the beach activities like kayaking and paddle boarding (complementary with your room).
Our room was outstanding. We stayed in the Captiva Villas on the top floor and we had a view of both the beach and the marina. We had a hot tub and a giant screened in balcony and it was so romantic. All of the people working at the Pink Shell were also fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful at all times and I cannot wait to stay there again!
Last, but certainly not least, our wedding day was AMAZING. It far superseded our expectations and it was all thanks to Dony. She is truly the best at her job and our day was perfect. I did not have to worry about anything, which as a Bride means everything. She stayed in the room all night and made sure everything went smoothly and it did. I could not have been happier with the way our entire trip and wedding went.

Pink Shell is an amazing resort and the weddings are awesome. The best decision we made in regards to the wedding was having it at Pink Shell! Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful the resort and views were.
Also, Dony is an absolute pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond her duties to make sure that your wedding day is perfect.
Anthony, the banquet manager, does an excellent job and was on hand during the reception to ensure everything went smoothly.

I had my wedding at the Pink Shell Resort this month! Being from Wisconsin I was a little stressed with planning a wedding and being in another state. The first email I got from Dony Lubig, our wedding coordinator at PS, I knew my stress would be at ease! She went above and beyond to make our day SPECIAL and everything I wanted! From the perfect room with two views from each side, to the breakfast, to ALL the help, amazing location, and wonderful food, I couldnt have picked a better place I would want to get married! It was everything I dreamed of and wanted!!! Dony set everything up and took everything down at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry and even went out of her way to ship everything back to Wisconsin that we wanted to keep! She was prompt with emails, detailed with every aspect, and if she wasnt sure of something she always asked! She made sure it was the MOST perfect day and for that I am forever grateful we had her to help us!!!! She is beyond wonderful and was such a help! I am honored to have worked with her and have her a part of our day!

My husband and I are from Indiana, so planning a wedding from afar was a bit scary. Dony was absolutely wonderful to work with! She put all our worries at ease! She helped us find the best vendors for our cake, hair, photography, DJ, and pastor. I cannot say enough nice things about Dony and the staff at the Pink Shell. They made sure everything was perfect! My husband and I stayed at the resort for a few days after our wedding and originally they said our room wouldn't be ready before the wedding. That meant that I would have to get ready in a small conference room, which would have been fine, but they made sure our room was ready early. It was such a relaxing day getting ready looking out at the beach from the balcony. The ceremony and reception were beautiful. The food was fantastic. Just everything was so wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay at The Pink Shell following the wedding as well. I highly suggest The Pink Shell for a beach wedding. It was an absolute fairy tale that wouldn't have happened without The Pink Shell and the amazing staff, especially Dony. I can't wait to visit again.

Dony and the Pink Shell are absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was picture perfect. Dony answered every request (even when our mother's called). If anything went wrong no one had any idea. Her staff was extremely professional. All of our guest have said it was the best wedding they had ever been too. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, do it! It was absolutely a dream come true. We plan on going back to stay there again. The keys are wristbands so no one had to worry about losing keys or swimming with them. The guests loved how close the hotel is to local bars and dining options. Our family members had a blast on the paddle boards and kayaks. Some of our guests turned the weekend into a full vacation. We both loved that our wedding wasn't just one day but a full weekend spent with those who love us the most.

They were amazing. There aren't words to describe how amazing Dony and her staff were. When I walked into the reception room before everything started it was exactly what I had imagined. The ceremony site was beautiful. It is obvious that they pride themselves on their work. The food was wonderful. My guests even said it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten. It was just perfect. The rooms were awesome as well. They are huge rooms and the full kitchens make staying for a long period of time easy. We had so much fun at Bongos and renting the water toys. I would recommend the Pink Shell to everyone. They also use a bracelet system instead of regular side keys. No one lost their keys, because it was attached to our guests at all times.

My husband & I were married at the Pink Shell Resort on December 3, 2014.
We had a beautiful honeymoon suite in the Captiva Villas, and the room was beautiful. It was immaculate & had a beautiful view of the bay from one deck & the Gulf from the other.
Ashley Laureano was our wedding planner, and she was amazing!! With it being a destination wedding, I was a little worried about how everything would go since I wasn't local. From the first email I got from Ashley, I was at ease. She is so organized, and she really takes the time to understand her bride's style. I met her in October for a quick meeting, and it was like she already knew me. She took my ideas & ran with them, and she created a beautiful feel for our big day. I was so comfortable with her taking the reins that I was out on the beach until noon before our 4:00 wedding- stress free!! She also gathered shells from where we were standing for the ceremony and sent them home with us to remember our beautiful day. Ashley was absolutely wonderful, and I would recommend her & the entire team at the Pink Shell for your wedding on Fort Myers Beach!
We had a cocktail reception at the Captiva Poolside, followed by a reception in the Captiva ballroom. The food was absolutely fantastic, and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it!!
Our families were also there for the wedding, and there were several children with our group. The resort offers so much for the children to do, and they had a wonderful time as well!! A great resort for family getaways as well!

We got married on Oct. 24, 2014 and we are so extremely happy we choose Pink Shell for our wedding. Michelle and Ashley did such an amazing job they took everything that we had brought for decorations and turned it into our dream wedding! We didn't have to tell them anything they just created the Captiva Ballroom into everything I could've imagined. Ashley included very detail that I brought to her. Michelle was so accommodating and was with us the entire night of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. Michelle did a great job helping us from the very beginning and made sure all of our guests were taken care of as well. Michelle and Ashley truly made our wedding day stress free and they are great at what they do! The rooms at pink shell are amazing and everyone was happy to have an ocean front room! The staff was all very friendly during our wedding and we are very pleased with the whole experience. We would recommend Pink Shell to anyone looking for a beach wedding they make everything you want into your dream wedding and you don't need to worry about anything the day of your wedding!

The final reason we decided to have our wedding at the Pink Shell was because of Dony Lubig, and it was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. I can honestly say my wedding day was perfect in every aspect, and it was in huge part to Dony and the staff at the Pink Shell. They worked with us through every issue in the planning process, and were on top of every detail we may have forgot that made the day flawless. The price was extremely reasonable, and I highly recommend having your wedding here. It was even better than I ever imagined, and Dony is truly the wedding coordinator of the century!!

I was really hesitant at first at spending a lot of money on our reception, however Michelle made everything so beautiful and everything went so smoothly it was completely worth it. I also was amazed at how great our food was. Everything tasted spectacular and I am still getting comments on how good the grouper with the lobster stuffing was. We of course even had a hiccup early in the day and the Pink Shell handled it professionally and promptly. I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to celebrate our one year anniversary there!

I had a fairy tale wedding of my dreams in April of 2014 and that was due in large part to the commitment that Dony Lubig and her team make to their brides and grooms each and every day.
My husband and I chose to have a destination wedding and we traveled to Fort Myers to scope out several venues. The Pink Shell had a slight lead at the time, because I loved the shabby chic vibe that I saw over the internet. Once we arrived, the place exceeded our expectations. The Pink Shell is simply stunning, yet casual. However, the beauty of the place isn't what got them the contract, it was Dony. From the moment we met, I knew that she was passionate about her weddings. I'll never forget what she said when I asked what the bad weather back up plan was. She looked me in the eye, sincerely smiled and said "It doesn't rain on my weddings." We were sold.
The impeccable service of the Pink Shell the day of and the days leading up to the wedding, is a huge part of what made the wedding such a fairy tale. All of our 50 guests stayed and the resort and wanted for nothing. I couldn't have anticipated this, but because everyone was happy, all of our loved ones really got to know each other. We shared drinks and meals and laughs. By the day of the wedding it was like everyone was old friends and I can't describe how moving that was. There was so much love in that room and everyone expressed it. Not to just us, but to each other.
Another reason our wedding was a fairy tale is that we were treated with such specialness by the entire staff. Every concern I had was addressed, any chore that needed done, they saw I needed help, offered to do it and told me to go have some fun at the resort with my family and friends. They day of the wedding, they must have been in and out of our rooms (at our request) to retrieve this or that so we didn't have to and we could absorb and experience every moment.
If you're getting married in Fort Myers, do it at the Pink Shell.

The Pink Shell staff was amazing. They not only made me and my husband feel very special, but our entire extended family and friends as well! Dony went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect, down to the last detail! We had 91 guests that can't stop talking about the great memories we have made at the resort!! Thank you very much!

If you are looking for a wedding location that has amazing food and amazing views-look no further. This place was great-and I'm very picky about food. The person in charge of events-Dony Lubig is amazing. If I could pick a word more amazing than amazing I would. Everything I was worried about-she handled. No questions asked and she did an incredible job. She was great! This was a perfect location for a wedding and all of our guests-who are from chicago-said the Pink Shell was beautiful. We had a great time and the hotel is in a great location. Best night ever!

I cannot express how amazing this place is. We had our wedding on February 7, 2014 with 50 guests. From the first day we arrived at the Pink Shell we were warmly welcomed. This hotel is just beautful. Beautful beach and heated pools. Amazing drinks from the pool side bar, Bongos. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and had wonderful views from the balconies. All rooms had kitchenettes so you did not have to eat out every meal.
The greatest and most valuable (in my opinion) would have been my Wedding Coordinator, Dony Lubig. She was just so amazing. We traveled from Canada to Florida for our wedding, so we couldnt bring everything down with us that we would have liked. She helped us out so much. We didnt know where to get certain items that we had forgotten and she took care of it, even last minute , day of the wedding, items, she ran out and bought them for us so I wouldnt have to worry about it. At the reception she stayed all night to make sure everything was perfect, she even saved my dress when my bussel broke on the dance floor by sewing it in place for me. I honestly couldnt imagin a more caring and professional coordinator than her.
Our ceremony looked amazing on the beach. I can easily say that i wouldnt change anything that day.

The Pink Shell and Michelle the Catering Manager are AMAZING! Our wedding and reception were both on the sand and Michelle took care of every detail, nothing was over-looked. My husband and I found the staff at The Pink Shell helpful, flexible, and accommodating. The reception food was absolutely delicious and we got rave reviews from our guests. Our rooms were wonderful and we had a carefree weekend and wedding, all to due to Michelle and the seamless way our event was handled from A to Z. Our waiters at the dinner were wonderful as well, very on top of things and attentive. Michelle and Dony are both easy to talk to and you feel like you are talking to a friend rather than a corporate wedding-planner type. I would highly recommend The Pink Shell for a beautiful, relaxing, beach wedding - it was perfect!

My husband I got married at the Pink Shell April of last year (2013), and the more I am able to reflect on our experience, the more I have absolute appreciation for them! We could not have been happier with our decision. The resort is a beautiful property on a quiet stretch of Fort Myers Beach, and can stand on it's own- but I must say, Dony Lubig is what makes this venue worthwhile. She is above and beyond the consummate professional, and anticipates your needs and wants before you even do! I could not recommend a better DOC for a wedding day. She is the absolute BEST. She promptly returned every phonecall and e-mail during the planning process, answered all of our questions, and helped make our wedding weekend perfect! She booked us an amazing bridal suite (for myself, mom, and sister, prior to the wedding) right in the center of the main building- so I could see all the wedding set-up going on, out on the beach (which helped give me peace of mind, the day of), and an even better honeymoon suite (Captiva Villa- two lanai's, a hot tub, full kitchen)- it blew our minds! She thought to make us extra plates of food from the wedding, which were waiting for us in the honeymoon suite (the food, btw, is delicous!), along with a bottle of champagne, extra wedding cake, and chocolate-covered strawberries! When I gave her our wedding colors and told her we really didn't need "special" table linens- she worked directly with our florist and coordinated navy blue chairs to go with the scheme (something I didn't ask for, but looked amazing!). The ceremony and reception set-up was EXACTLY as I had requested, without any confusion or loss of materials- and that's saying a lot, b/c I left her more than a few boxes before the wedding day! Trust me when I say, you will NOT regret having your wedding at Pink Shell. You will be in the BEST of hands and everyone on their staff will treat you like gold!

My wedding was held at the Pink Shell Beach Resort. It was absolutely perfect in every way. I dreamed of a magical ceremony held on the beach, a cocktail reception poolside, and dinner and dancing poolside. Everything was top notch all the way. We had appetizers served during cocktail hour by waiters and waitresses. Dinner was exceptional. I've never had better food in my entire life!! Dony does an amazing job of taking care of every detail and making the bride feel like princess. From beginning to end, everything was amazing. Dony stayed the entire time, right up until the reception was over. After it was all over, she helped gather everything up and made sure we didn't leave anything behind. Absolutely the best day of my life. I have so many amazing memories I will cherish forever. Thank you Dony for making my dreams come true!!

Dony and the staff at The Pink Shell is absolutely wonderful and helped to make sure our wedding day was the best day of our lives! Dony was the most friendly, dedicated and talented coordinator we met with and she was the ultimate reason we chose to have our wedding at The PInk Shell. She was very responsive throughout the year-long planning process, which was especially helpful since we were planning from another state. We will definitely be back to stay at The Pink Shell for vacation and can't say enough about our positive experience!

The Pink Shell was the perfect place for our wedding! Dony and her team were everything I could've asked for. Everyone raved about the service, the rooms, and the food (especially the cevice - thanks for not letting me cut it!). With weddings it seems that everyone is trying to give you as little as possible for your money and that just was not the case here! It was really refreshing to have someone value my business and really do everything they could to make our day perfect. With everything that is included in the price of having a wedding here it really is a fantastic value. Most of all the assistance of Dony was priceless. No need for a day of planner here! Thank you so much for making this a day we will remember for the rest of our lives! I also want to say that the hotel staff was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever come across. We will definitely spend future vacations at this lovely resort!

Dony Lubig made our wedding day truly amazing!! My mom and I went to visit two other resort type venues and when we came to the Pink Shell we knew it was the right fit for our wedding. Dony made us feel so welcome and comfortable starting with our very first visit. She provided information and small details that made it so easy to decide the Pink Shell was the perfect place for our special day. Throughout the planning process Dony was great about responding to emails, giving suggestions and helping us through any decisions. Hosting a destination wedding does cost money but I can honestly say our wedding at Pink Shell was worth every penny. Dony is so very dedicated to her job. I couldn’t believe how much she did herself for our wedding. We had about 70 people attend our wedding and they all had nothing but good things to say about the ceremony, poolside reception, the reception food (Key Buffet option), the decorations, the staff, and the rooms. Basically everything at Pink Shell was perfect!! Without any hesitation I would recommend the Pink Shell and especially Dony Lubig. She made the whole experience amazing, not only for us but all of our family and guests. When she says she doesn’t want you to worry about a thing on your wedding day, she really means it and makes it happen. I felt that I was in the best of hands that day and wouldn’t change a single thing. Thank you Pink Shell for a lovely wedding experience and a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO DONY!! YOU WERE AMAZING!!

The Pink Shell is the best place to have a wedding. The entire experience was perfect! Dony handled the every detail when it came to the wedding planning and she is AMAZING! Dony is by far the best in the business at what she does. She can do everything....and deserves so much credit! The entire staff at the Pink Shell is amazing! They have such a well rounded and great staff that go out of their way to make your wedding perfect. The women in the spa were all amazing, and the spa manager is the sweetest woman ever! Ashely, a staff member who served our dinner also did my hair and she is GREAT! Even if another vendor you are working with misses a detail, the staff at the Pink Shell will bend over backwards to try to make things right. I would recommend the Pink Shell to anyone who is even considering a beach wedding. My husband and I were both thrilled with the entire experience at the Pink Shell!

The Pink Shell Resort made all of our wedding dreams come true! Working with Dony was absolutely the most amazing part of all. She always made time for our questions, provided suggestions, and found ways to fulfill all our requests. I feel the time she put into our wedding alone was a full time job and she was always quick to respond. We had a wedding with 50 guests who were equally as pleased. The rooms are spacious and clean and made for very comfortable accommodations for large families and groups of friends who shared rooms. The food is absolutely delicious and possibly the best on the island. The service was always provided with a smile. The wedding was even prettier than we expected. The food during the reception is something my guests are still raving about. A few guests had some trouble booking through reservations the main line, but Dony was quick to resolve any problems that came up. The day of the wedding was one of the most relaxing days of my life since I knew that Dony had it all under control. I was able to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our special day and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. We have been told repeatedly by our guests that this was hands down the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank you Pink Shell and Dony Lubig for making our special day one that we and our guests will never forget.

The Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina is the ideal location for a destination wedding!!! Our family and friends had a wonderful time and will never forget the memories that were created. The Pink Shell staff and amenities were perfect, but Most of all our Wedding Coordinator, Jeff Fisher was absolutely phenomenal! We Thank You Jeff and The Pink Shell for our amazing memories, we will be returning wih our family & friends for anniversaries to come!

We used the Pink Shell for my daughter's wedding and couldn't have asked for a better venue. Jeff, the wedding planner is very easy and fun to work with. He took many a lemon situation and made it into lemonade. He has much expertise re protocol, ideas and food. The food items were very delicious and we received many complements from our guests re the food. It was particularly nice to know Jeff and the Pink Shell have a "backup plan" in case of inclement weather and they are very comfortable watching the weather and working around it, if necessary. The whole affair was done with much class and the bride and I were treated as though we were the only bride and venue they had. Jeff was prompt getting back to us all the time and when we arrived the wedding weekend, we again were treated as though we were the #1 priority for them. Very impressed and would highly recommend the Pink Shell! Additionally, the preferred vendor list proved to be a great asset in our planning and we were pleased with the vendors we chose off the list, i.e., music, cake, hair.

My husband & I recently got married at "The Pink Shell" and it was an absolute dream come true. Our intimate beach ceremony was gorgeous and the reception in the Captiva ball room was perfect. Our guests had an incredible time and would not stop raving about how amazing everything looked. While the resort itself is beautiful, the best part of having our wedding here was working with Dony Lubig, she is the BEST! From the second we met, Dony made me feel so comfortable and certain that she would take care of everything for the wedding. She was easy to reach at any time and never seemed to get annoyed by the many calls from myself or my husband. On the day of the wedding she helps with everything from the ceremony setup to arranging seating at the reception. It was windy during our ceremony and my vail kept blowing awkwardly in the wind, Dony quickly came out of nowhere and tucked it so that it was no longer a distraction and saved our pictures. You could not ask for anything more in a venue, if you are looking for a local or destination, big or small, I would certainly recommend getting married here and working with Dony. Last, but certainly not least, the food was great. My husband highly recommends going with the prime rib!
