Perfection!
My husband and I could not have been any more satisfied with Gaby for our wedding! She was a great communicator during the entire journey, thorough, so kind, provided her expert opinion, and so easy to work with. The flower arrangements were beyond stunning, the aisle ends were dual purposed (after the ceremony, they were taken to the reception venue and when you pulled the ribbon that held them together, they turned into bouquets for each guest table!), and she used pieces from my wedding dress alteration to hold my bouquet together. She also attached the charm I had for my late mother, and it was so special to me. Thank you, Gaby!! -

Gaby and I immediately clicked on the first phone call! I don’t know much about flowers and gave her some ideas and colors but let her have free range! And it was more than what I could’ve imagined! My bouquet was absolutely stunning and my wedding party looked very dapper! -

Gaby was super helpful from the first phone call to the day of the wedding! I had no idea what I was doing when it came to picking a florist and Gaby made me feel comfortable as she explained the process and how she works. She was flexible with me as I changed my mind a few times leading up to the wedding, and she never complained about having to make changes to my original quote. On the day of the wedding, she delivered all of our flowers on time and helped pin boutonnieres on all of the groomsmen. The flowers were absolutely beautiful!! The colors were spot on with what I requested and arranged perfectly. She was nothing but kind, respectful, and so easy to work with. -

Gaby exceeded our expectations!! I didn’t know much about flowers just knew I wanted some big beautiful blooms and she stepped in and created something beautiful. She encouraged my mom to use flowers from her garden for centerpieces and supplemented with her own beautiful flowers creating the most beautiful and vibrant bouquets, arch arrangements, and so many other things. Gaby is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and was the best vendor we hired because she really made our day stress free. If you want someone who goes the extra mile and creates beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price- go with Gaby!! -

Gaby was so amazing to work with! When I had my first phone call with Gaby, I was still at the beginning of planning and didn't know anything about wedding flowers. She was able to ask the right questions to help me to narrow down on the kinds of flowers I wanted! She was always flexible and willing to shift anything I needed, and the flowers turned out better than I had hoped for!! She was on time for the flower delivery and set up super fast and was on top of everything! I would HIGHLY recommend Gaby!! -

Gaby was amazing to work with - she's super talented, responsive, and willing to be creative with ideas if you're on a budget :) She was able to find me natural blue flowers in-season (not easy!); she was easy to communicate with, was able to glean ideas very well from my inspiration photos, and her delivery fee to Madison was exceptionally reasonable! I am so thankful Gaby was my florist for my big day. I had a few changes around number of corsages needed and centerpieces - Gaby was super flexible regarding any changes and was very easy to contact. I highly recommend Gaby and Pink Opal Floral to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding flowers from a creative designer and genuinely kind human being! She is wonderful! -

Gaby is absolutely wonderful. Living in Iowa and planning a destination wedding in Wisconsin was a little scary not knowing anything about any vendors from the area. Luckily for us, Gaby put all of our worries to rest once we started working with her. She is very responsive, informative, and reasonably priced! Not to mention she is an absolute sweetheart and a breath of fresh air to talk with. Like many couples, my husband and I had to push our wedding back a year due to the pandemic. From the beginning of our planning process, through covid, and the time leading to our wedding date, she was 100% there for us and willing to help in any way she could. The pictures I sent to her for my wedding vision was exactly what she delivered. My bouquet was gorgeous and even more beautiful than I’d hoped. I’m sad that my flowers can’t last forever, and that we don’t live closer because I would have her make any arrangements I would need in the future. She is amazing. If you are looking for a dedicated and hardworking florist, book her! You won’t regret it! -

Gaby was recommended to us by our planner/ coordinator, Katie Jensen or Willow and Waylon Events. We were looking for someone who could do something out of the ordinary while staying within our budget. Gaby Bras and Pink Opal Floral Designs fit that bill perfectly.
By the time we came to selecting our florist, we only had minimal ideas about theme and color palette. Additionally, we had the issue of postponing from our original August 29, 2020 date to May 29,2021: a shift from late summer to late spring can wreak havoc on floral choices. Our original honeymoon plans were Hawaii, and we wanted something tropical. (to also give a nod to my husband’s Southeast Asian (Vietnamese) heritage).
Gaby specializes in a Japanese style called “shikimono”. Working with three varieties of orchids, heliconia, birds of paradise, ginger, and greens including various ferns, monstera, aspidistra, and ornamental grasses, Gaby came up with a suite of ceremony displays, chair back sprays, a spray for our unity candle, arrangements for all the tables (dining , head table, bar high-boy, gift, etc.), and boutonnières/ corsages. She even threw in orchid blooms to adorn our cake at no charge, and worked with our baker on the specifics.
Gaby was so easy to work with; we kept feeding ideas to each other and made a few changes as we went along, first with the change of date, and making a few additions as our wedding approached. The result was better than we dared to hope. The flowers were absolutely fresh (our unity candle spray is still on our coffee table more than a week later) and Gaby’s taste, creativity and attention to detail showed in every arrangement.
We very strongly recommend Pink Opal Floral Design. When hiring a wedding florist, one isn’t merely purchasing flowers: it’s a creative process that requires a professional who can take a couple’s vision and her own imagination to create something truly unique and beautiful. Gaby Bras is such a professional.

I couldn’t have asked for a better florist to work with for our wedding day! Gaby was absolutely amazing to work with - not only is she a lovely person but she does great work too! I love how she took ideas from our conversation and my Pinterest boards, her knowledge of flowers and our budget into consideration to make beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding! I still can’t get over how perfect everything was! Along with the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, she also provided some greenery swags that we were able to utilize as decorations at both the church and reception venue and two types of gorgeous centerpieces for the tables. I definitely will be recommending her to anyone looking for a florist from now on! -

Gaby definitely made our winter wedding look fabulous with the flower arrangements she prepared for us! She was also very accommodating with our order after we had to unfortunately cancel our large wedding due to the pandemic and instead have a micro-wedding. Gaby made sure to fulfill everything we asked for and the florals turned out beautifully! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend! -

Words can't express how amazing Gaby is, in creating bouquets and floral arrangements to fit your vision! Originally, my hubby and I were supposed to get married in June 2020, and so had worked with Gaby on flowers to meet a spring vision. However, due to COVID, we had to postpone to November. Gaby was so supportive and professional in recreating the vision to a fall wedding...being open to new ideas and recommending flowers that would be in season. She was also very understanding of budget and worked with us to keep within our price range. I highly recommend Gaby! -

I can not express how perfect my wedding flowers were. I had a vision in mind with only a few Pinterest pictures for examples of what I liked and didn't like. Gaby made my vision come to life! Not only did she make them come to life, she made it even better. She is very knowledgeable and recommended some flowers I would have never thought to use. I trusted her since she is a professional and I am so happy I did!! The flowers she recommended turned out to be my absolute favorite ones! I think the biggest thing is finding someone who is passionate about their "job"; Gaby is your girl! Plus, during this time, it's important to shop local! You won't be disappointed in Gaby! -

Amazing from start to finish
I wish I could post pictures to dude Gabby justice. She was so professional and so reassuring throughout this whole process. I really appreciated some of her extra emails to check in with the brides during the height of Covid and how flexible she was with our venue change and a possible date change. She was an amazing communicator and was timely to deliver our flowers on our wedding day. I Especially appreciated how she sat down and educated me about the flowers that I showed her in my Pinterest photos and explained which ones were in season and how much certain ones would cost. I would 100% recommend Gabby for any floral needs -

Gaby was so fun to work with for our flowers! We booked her almost a year in advance and I still didn't know entirely what I wanted for flowers, but I had found a photo of what I wanted my bouquet to look like. From there Gaby created a vision and we used my bouquet as the driving inspiration and as things evolved, we made changes and everything turned out beautiful! Gaby also offers other a free toss bouquet or cake flowers with orders over $500. I chose to go with cake flowers because we weren't doing the whole toss bouquet/garter thing. She delivered everything to the church (eucalyptus swags, boutonnières, corsages, bouquets). She also hung the swags and helped pin the boutonnières on the guys. She then headed to our venue with our centerpieces and cake flowers (these would be put on later by my husband's aunt). The flowers were beautiful and perfected my vision for our wedding! -

Gaby at Pink Opal is very helpful during the wedding process. I sat down with Gaby and showed her my wedding colors, wedding dress, and what I was thinking. We hooked up Pinterest so she could see my vision! We walked through a lot of different flowers and she showed me pictures of past weddings she has done with that flower. It really helped me visualize what my bouquet would look like. She also put together a flower piece for my dog’s collar! I worked with Gaby and was able to change any details up to a month before the wedding. She was always so friendly and happy to help! She gave me a preview of all flowers the day before the wedding and day of she kept me informed when she would be arriving. She set up the entire venue without me being there and she did a wonderful job! It was everything I imagined! Definitely check out Pink Opal!! -

When I first started planning I wasn't even sure I wanted flowers for my wedding, but I am SO happy that I ended up getting them and even more so that I got them from Gaby. The bouquets and boutonnieres were gorgeous, and the table centerpieces were exactly what I wanted. Gaby was so wonderful and was even able to troubleshoot seamlessly after it turned out that I had told her the wrong number of tables there would be at the reception. Gaby is amazing!!! I sent her an email with my ideas and my budget, and she worked with me every step of the way to make sure the flowers matched what I was looking for! I originally was going to leave out the boutonnieres because I wanted to keep down the cost, but Gaby was able to make the bouquets and boutonnieres with my budget. She was incredible to work with, sent sample pictures to see what I liked, and met with me to talk about my wedding colors and venue. Our end product was BEAUTIFUL and even better than I imagined. Gaby did an AMAZING job with my flowers! She runs a small independent company based out of her shop in Waukesha and home in Wauwatosa. I contacted her and she got back to me immediately and had me and my husband meet with her to discuss our needs and wishes. I showed her a couple pictures of what I had in mind and shared some details about my day, and she knew exactly how to compose everything. Over the course of wedding planning, I would email her a change/update and she would respond right away with an updated proposal. But the flowers when I saw them... oh my. I got so many compliments on them. She made them exactly how I had pictured them. She even put together beautiful vases for the bouquets with accents on them to match my decor. She was easy to communicate with and I can’t wait to see her work in our photos! This small, woman owned business will work with you to fit your needs and budget. I’m so pleased with how it turned out!! -

Gaby was incredible to work with for my wedding on 6/22/19 - I would choose her over and over again! I loved meeting with her in person for our initial brainstorming meeting. She had great ideas and showed me lots of photos of arrangements she has done in the past. She was SO flexible throughout the months leading up to my wedding when I changed my mind about certain types of flowers/colors I wanted in my bouquet. She made multiple drafts of proposals and was always very quick to respond to any question I had. Talking with Gaby felt like I was talking to a friend! Her prices are so affordable, she does incredible work, and was very efficient with her drop off at my venue. She even beautifully draped fabric over our chuppah for the ceremony. I cannot give Gaby a strong enough recommendation! -

Gaby was amazing. She explained everything very clearly and asked all the right questions to make sure we had all of our floral needs met. She gave us plenty of options and suggestions to explore so that our flowers met our "style." Everything was clearly laid out on our invoice and came with photos to ensure we were all on the same page. On the day of our wedding, everything looked absolutely amazing!! Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. She took care of all of our arrangements seamlessly and everything was in place well before our guests arrived. Your search is over! Gaby was by far my favorite vendor to work with (and that was a pretty high bar). She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted & what was within my budget. Gaby talked through what I liked and what I didnt and showed me pictures to get a good idea of what I would want. She sent me a quote shortly after our first meeting. The days before the wedding she kept me updated and made sure to tell me when she would be arriving, what she would be doing, etc. The night before she even texted me a photo of one of the bouquets to make sure i loved it! Working with Gaby was absolutely wonderful! My mom and I were able to visit and share ideas/pictures of what I was looking for, and she was able to turn that into reality for my wedding! The bridal party bouquets/bouts as well as the decor at the reception turned out beautifully and was exactly what I was looking for! Gaby has multiple service options, and I appreciate her adding her special touch to the items at the reception. Pricing is very affordable, and Gaby is great about sticking to your budget! -
