Amazing all-around planner!
BreeAnn was absolutely wonderful from the time we started planning our wedding through to the last minute of our big day. She is extremely organized, professional, and an amazing communicator. She made sure all vendors were in the loop and secured a solid timeline (and kept us to it!) on our wedding day to ensure everything happened without a hitch. Our wedding was perfect, thanks in large part to BreeAnn and her amazing planning talents. We would not have had as successful — or memorable — of a night without her help with, quite literally, everything.-

Excellent wedding planning team!
Andrea, BreeAnn and the Pink Blossom team were wonderful to work with and made the final planning process easy. The day-of logistics were incredibly smooth, and Andrea made sure the day was beautiful! They provided a great list of vendors so we could secure our vendors in advance and then 2 months before, we met with Andrea to talk through every single detail and walk through the venue together. It was nice to then hand over vendor communication responsibilities to Andrea to make sure everyone was on the same page before the big day.
Planning a wedding can feel very intense, so Andrea’s positivity and reassurance was much appreciated. We appreciated Andrea’s attention to detail to make sure all the set-up and table settings were perfect and that she also made sure to reuse and move around the florals throughout the event, to make sure everywhere looked beautiful. She even compiled a photo album for us immediately following the wedding so we could see the set-up details. Very much appreciated since we barely got a chance to take any photos ourselves!

BreeAnn is an amazing wedding planner and I wholeheartedly recommend working with her! From the very beginning she understood our garden party wedding vision and worked with me to make the dream come true. With her strong connections with every type of vendor you could think of, her professionalism, her calm presence in each situation, and excellent communication throughout the entire wedding planning process, we were in great hands. It’s so fun for me and my husband being newlyweds now and looking back on our experience with BreeAnn so fondly. Best wedding planner!
BreeAnn and Pink Blossom Events is the planner you want to have for any kind of event! BreeAnn helped me plan the wedding I dreamed of. She was on it with everything; recommendations, calling vendors, organizing mock-ups, and communicating every detail and update to me throughout the whole wedding planning process. Her attention to detail is impeccable and allowed me to be very relaxed during this whole time.
My family and I really enjoyed working with her. BreeAnn is kind, thoughtful, and made this planning experience fun. On the day of the wedding, everything was PERFECT! All the details, set-up, and how the wedding ran, was very smooth and stress-free. BreeAnn took care of everything, and allowed myself, my husband, and family enjoy the beautiful day.

Incredible Experience!!
I feel like I could write an entire novel about how incredible it was to work with Andrea and the Pink Blossom team. My husband and I knew we wanted/needed a coordinator and it was very clear that Pink Blossom had a fantastic history so we were confident it would go well. “Going well” is an understatement. I pride myself on my type-A nature and having things planned out but Andrea is to a whole new level. She asks all the right questions, thinks about details I never would have imagined, and makes sure to have back up plans for everything because who knows what could go wrong? All that to say, she does it in the most genuine, uplifting and NON-stressful way! After my husband, mom and I met with her for our walk through, I had such a weight lifted off my shoulders…I knew everything would go great with her taking care of the details on the big day. When wedding day came around, it was more relaxing than I ever could have imagined. Her help and coordination with the vendors, making sure the boys were getting dressed when they needed to be (LOL), and ensuring we all were marching along to the timeline went flawlessly. She clearly took care of way more than that, but I’ll spare the details. :-) I cannot thank Andrea enough for helping make our vision come to a reality and doing it in such a way that was professional, respectful, FUN, and full of genuine care in making our day so special. -

Professional. Fun. Stress relievers.
A wedding can be one of the most stressful days of your life, but pink blossom truly makes it one of the most happiest easy stress free days. Andrea is a literal god sent to work with and makes life super easy. I had a pretty large wedding party and she rangled us in when we needed it and let us party in the other moments. They are very professional and have a lot of knowledge that helped us pick many of our vendors. I truly appreciated her checkins during the wedding to make sure I had everything I needed, from grabbing me some late night coffee to making sure my dad was on the dance floor for our first dance. Everything felt absolutely seamless and just a breeze. If I ever have an event in the future I know who my first call will be. -

Wonderful wedding planner
Since my daughter was getting married in Seattle but we live in Mississippi it was crucial to have a good wedding planner to help pick vendors and coordinate the endless details for the wedding. Pink Blossom was awesome! They gave us wonderful vendor selections that fit our budget and then helped navigate the process until the last guest left. BreeAnn is incredibly good at what she does. She offered so many suggestions for things we hadn’t even thought about. Andrea was our planner for the rehearsal and the wedding and she was fabulous. She kept everything under control so the bride and groom, as well as the parents could all relax and enjoy the day. I would highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding. -

Couldn't have done it without them!
BreeAnn and Andrea were absolutely amazing and VITAL to our day. We used the kickstart/final coordination package, since we had already selected a couple vendors but were quickly getting overwhelmed by all the questions we had never even considered!
BreeAnn helped us create a gameplan and recommended vendors who fit our budget/style and kept us on track throughout the planning process. Andrea was our day-of coordinator and was an absolute PRO all day and night! She was on top of every detail big and small from stubborn bustles to doggie bathroom breaks always with a smile. She was such a calming presence the whole time and made sure we had several plates of food waiting for us in our suite at the end of the night. -

Worth every penny!
Pink Blossom events was included in our wedding package at Novelty-Hill Winery, and we are so happy that we got to work with them. Our planner was Andrea and she was fantastic. Although planning a wedding during COVID was extremely stressful, Andrea kept us up-to-date on the newest developments, was super-organized and was very flexible as our vision for our wedding changed constantly. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding and everything came together perfectly! -

I Was Able to Enjoy My Wedding Day
I had not realized how important having a wedding planner would be when I first started. BreeAnn was there with me every step of the way, making sure I hadn’t forgotten anything, helping me overcome the many hurdles and changes of having a wedding during a pandemic, and bringing together all of the little and important details on the wedding day. Pink Blossom Events made sure all of the decorations were in place, directed everything so everyone knew where they needed to be, ensured my husband and I had time for food and drinks, and made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy our time together by handling all of the guest and vendor questions and scheduling on the day of the wedding. BreeAnn was a crucial part of the wedding day, making it a relaxing and fun day. -

Highly recommended!
We had such a great experience with BreeAnn at Pink Blossom events. Her expertise, knowledge and advice was priceless! We worked with BreeAnn for a year and a half as we had to push our wedding out a year due to COVID. We were planning for a large wedding in our backyard which required bringing in rentals and vendors for everything. She made the whole process of planning the wedding fun and stress-free! I’m not great with making decisions so I really appreciated being able to ask for expert opinions.
She provided vendor recommendations and was able to find additional suggestions when we needed to fit within a different budget. She asked all the right questions to make sure nothing was forgotten and was so helpful with keeping us on track. She sends frequent emails with summary, updates, and To-Do checklists. I never felt out of the loop or like something would be missed. Her attention to detail and organization is exceptional.
The week of and day of the wedding all of her magic and organizational skills really shine. As a bride, I really appreciated that I was able to go through the day and focus on the joy of the day and getting married. Any questions or concerns were brought to bridal party & mother (I didn’t realize this until after the fact but it was so appreciated!).
We had many guests reach out to us after the day to let us know how smoothly ran & beautiful the ceremony and reception was. We couldn’t have done it without BreeAnn and I would highly recommend her to any future bride planning their wedding or special event!

Couldn't have done it alone
I can't imagine how we would have pulled the wedding off without BreeAnn. Her knowledge of the venue, vendors, processes, were all exceptional. Further, the past year has been the busiest of our lives and without BreeAnn's encouragement I don't know how we would have stayed on task. That, combined with her efforts in helping us completely re-plan the wedding a few months out in light of the pandemic, made her an invaluable partner to our big day. -

Couldn't Ask for a Better Experience
We loved working with BreeAnn! Our planning was particularly tricky in that we had to change almost everything really late in the game due to COVID-19 restrictions, and BreeAnn was with us every step with remarkable agility! She was really understanding that this was all a stressful time for us, and she made it easy to reimagine what was possible. While we’re sad we were unable to have the beautiful wedding BreeAnn initially planned, we also loved the far more intimate event she created for us.
BreeAnn has an amazing list of vendors, and she has a great sense for which ones would be a good fit for our personalities and the event we were planning. We connected well with everyone she helped us select, and she was a great advocate for us all along the way.
She had fantastic ideas to make our wedding a really special day. We loved so many of her suggestions that we never would have thought of on our own.
BreeAnn is creative, organized, great at finding compromises, and willing to go above and beyond to make your wedding the day you’ve always imagined it could be. More than all that, though, she is a really kind and thoughtful person, who we hope to keep in touch with for a long time to come. -

Amazing Day of Coordinator!
I was matched up with Pink Blossom Events through my venue and it was an amazing experience! Andrea was my day of coordinator and she knew the venue inside and out. She was always prompt to answer any questions and had all the details figured out. She made the day run super smooth, even my guests commented how professional she was and how she made sure everything was just right. At the end of the night she sent my husband and I home with a little snack and drink package and when a bridesmaid left her shoes at the venue she dropped them off at the hotel. I could not recommend getting a day of coordinator more and Pink Blossom was a wonderful experience -

Huge help and would highly recommend!
BreeAnn and team at Pink Blossom Events made our wedding planning such a fun and seamless experience. We went with the Kickstart package since we're newer to the area and this was such a big help. They laid out a few vendor options for everything which really took a lot of time and frustrations out of planning. Then, a couple months out, we really started laying out the plans for the big day and she was so helpful locking in the last minute things. The day of, she and her assistant were there to make sure everything went smoothly and it absolutely did. We were able to fully enjoy our day/night. And, we had to change our dinner setting from outdoors to indoors at the last minute and there were NO issues thanks to BreeAnn and team! Would absolutely recommend for event planning! -

BreeAnn is amazing! She remains unphased no matter what happens during wedding planning/day of and has a solution-oriented mindset. During the planning process she helped shape our scattered ideas into a concept that we loved and introduced us to vendors that would help fulfill that vision. While she is great during planning, the day of is where she really shines. No matter what went wrong, she found solutions and didn't let either of us (the bride and groom) know that there was an issue. It really helped us focus on enjoying the day and soaking in all the love without worrying about details. She had a direct impact on how happy we are with our wedding day and we are so thankful for all her hard work and dedication to making our day so special! -

Don't know what I would do without her!
BreeAnn was absolutely amazing throughout the whole thing! And her assistant was great as well! I would say make sure your bridesmaids tell her exactly what's going on so she can help and is not in the dark! We had various things go wrong but BreeAnn was still able to make it look smooth and flawless! I hope to never have to do another wedding, but I would definitely hire her again again in a heartbeat for our next large event! -

Simply put, an extraordinary experience
Simply put, BreeAnn is lovely person and extraordinary at what she does. We worked with her over an 18 month period to plan a multi-day wedding reception at our home hosting friends and family that had flown in from around the world. In this time window we also undertook a major home renovation and were expecting baby (not to mention 2 hectic careers that didn’t slow down!). We are so thankful BreeAnn was there to make every part of the process simple and stress free for us. She understood our needs and did an amazing job efficiently navigating us towards key decisions. Her first recommendations were typically spot-on design-wise and ended up being our final choice. She skillfully and calmly handled our home renovation situation – even though our contractors completed the final touches mere hours before our weekend celebration! Her contacts are phenomenal, and we were truly delighted with every single vendor we selected. The designs, concepts and countless thoughtful touches she dreamed up created an extraordinary event that we will remember for a lifetime. As I reflect on the best weekend of my life, I can’t think of a single misstep. BreeAnn and her team ensured we could kick back and enjoy it all – mission accomplished! BreeAnn was wonderful to work with from start-to-finish. I'm an older bride with not a lot of spare time and BreeAnn guided me every step of the way and took away all of my worries. It was important to us that our wedding show our visiting friends and family why we love the Northwest and we succeeded. BreeAnn was able to take our vague suggestions like, "We want to use Seahawk colors." "We want the ceremony to reflect our love the of the Northwest." She gave us suggestions for how to incorporate the colors discreetly. We said, "We want the entire family to be in new suits, including our teen girls." BreeAnn introduced us to Trillium Tailors and we had a fun family experience picking out the suit, customizing suit linings, ties, etc. BreeAnn is extremely organized and she has a fantastic network. Every single vendor BreeAnn suggested was top-notch and a joy to work with--Fena Flowers, Bugsie Productions, A Wedding with a Heart, Carrol Harrold Photography, and Just Milled. I can't tell you how each and every one of them also BreeAnn rave reviews. BreeAnn was also familiar with the team at our venue, the Alderbrook Resort. Our ceremony was fabulous, the reception fun, we kept it going the next day with a Brunch cruise. I received so many compliments from our guests that they had enjoyed themselves. -

BreeAnn Gale is off-the-charts amazing. Our challenge was putting together an elegant black-tie wedding and reception for 160 friends and family in only two months. Choosing a venue, printing (invites, menus, place sitting, programs, etc., flowers, dinner, a jazz ensemble, live classic music, a top notch DJ. We relied and BreeAnn and her extensive collection of top-notch vendors to make the entire night magical…..and it was. BreeAnn is an excellent communicator and changes were always carefully considered and implanted into the wedding plan in a complete and seamless way. I cannot recommend her highly enough

BreeAnn is an incredible coordinator and a professional planner. We were very worried about planning our event from abroad, but she was there to help us at every step. It was so daunting to think about everything we need to do and how much we needed to spend. Pink Blossom events simplified the process so well! We could visualize our budget in the pdf that BreeAnn regularly updated. We could see our cake, food, and flowers through the pictures she sent us. All the meetings were coordinated and planned well in advance. I was so impressed with the communication and response time provided. I would highly recommend using Pink Blossom events to my friends and family. -

TL;DR: If Jesus was a wedding planner, her name would be BreeAnn. Hiring her was the single most important decision besides the actual proposal. If I had $1,000 to get married, I would spend 99% of it on BreeAnn because the remaining $10 would be epic.
Details: BreeAnn was professional, calm, collected, and experienced. She handled anything and everything and went above and beyond the call of duty with ease, grace and professionalism. The groomsmen wanted to marry BreeAnn. My wedding was planned in every detail and nothing phased or was new to BreeAnn. She took on every detail and tracked it to its conclusion.
My wedding venue and caterer was cancelled 24 hours before the ceremony and BreeAnn had 3 venues and pulled off an even better wedding than was previously planned. I am not kidding that she is the messiah of wedding planners and coordinators. She should get whatever recognition and award there is having to do with wedding planning. All of the recommended vendors from BreeAnn were classy, professional, and top tier. In fact, ever vendor that we came to the BreeAnn with either sucked, flaked out, or were too much of a hassle to work with. Every vendor we came to the table with just wasted our time and BreeAnn's recommendation by contrast not only out performed, but worked like clockwork to make our wedding day the most epic day of mine, my bride's, mother of the bride...in fact I have no idea who didn't have a good time. Even the actor/butler guy we hired was on the dance floor cutting it up.

So glad to have worked with BreeAnn!! Even though we had most of the wedding details planned out before meeting BreeAnn (or so I thought) she was full of additional ideas and suggestions that made the event run more smoothly and/or saved us money. She took the lead in contacting all of the vendors and coordinating their arrival at the wedding. She also took care of set up and tear down of all of the decor which made the day of less stressful and allowed all of our family and friends to enjoy themselves to the fullest. BreeAnn is organized, dependable, and very easy to work with...we highly recommend her services!! -

Our wedding was absolutely wonderful and BreeAnn played a major role in turning my dreams into reality!
Being a connected and go-to person in my profession, I absolutely see the value of experts in areas other than my own. From initial conversations with BreeAnn and her previous clients, I had a great feeling about working with her and that certainly proved to be the case! Engaging BreeAnn as my wedding planning expert was a great investment on multiple levels and our day was a huge success because of her!
We booked our venue and Photographer before hiring BreeAnn and honestly, I was overwhelmed by all the remaining decisions ahead of me – especially the design aspect since art/vision aren’t my strengths. I was a self-proclaimed tough client because of my skimping here, splurging there, ambiguity about this, firm opinions about that, but BreeAnn totally rolled with it and gave great recommendations every step of the way.
I know I wasn’t BreeAnn’s only client during the 7 months we worked together but I felt like I was. She was always so responsive, thorough, friendly, and upbeat in every meeting, conversation, or email.
Not only is BreeAnn is extremely organized, she also has a multitude of relationships with local vendors and a great reputation within the wedding planning community. I heard on more than one occasion that vendors “love working with BreeAnn” and that comes as no surprise. I had initially planned to go another direction with floral, but so glad I went with BreeAnn’s suggestion. There are lots of good reasons why she works with the vendors she does, they’re also experts who will work hard to meet and exceed your expectations.
BreeAnn did a wonderful job keeping everything on track and organized so that our wedding week could be as stress-free as possible. Our wedding was smoother than I could have ever expected and it was the happiest day of my life! I recommend BreeAnn without hesitation! -

We met with Pink Blossoms to discuss having a Day-Of Coordinator for our wedding and were immediately impressed with BreeAnn and Andrea's professionalism! We had already done much of the planning but needed some help with a few loose ends and then wanted someone to take over for the day of the wedding. And Andrea knocked it out of the park! She was incredibly helpful with suggestions but very respectful and supportive of our final decisions. Andrea always had a smile on her face and a cheerful tone. She made sure that vendors understood and accepted our decisions to ensure all was as we expected. She choreographed our entire day starting with a run-through at noon and didn't leave until all the clean-up was done at midnight!
If you are on the fence about spending the money, it is WELL WORTH IT! The peace of mind that we felt on our wedding day still makes me smile :-)

Worth every penny. BreeAnn, and her assistant Andrea, truly helped make our daughter's wedding last week, one of the best days of her and her new husband's life, as well as mine. For my older daughter's wedding 4 years ago we used the planner on site at the venue she had. It was okay but definitely left us with a lot of stressful issues the day of the wedding. I did not want that this time and knew that adding BreeAnn to the budget would probably be more important than many of the other $$$s that are spent on trying to make the day so special. I was right.
I always thought wedding planners were more for those who are not organized at all or for those who want an over the top wedding. What I have come to realize is that they are for those who want a day that feels relaxed to all involved-bride, groom, family and friends, and desire more assurance that months of hard work will come together as envisioned. And that no matter how organized you are, you cannot be as organized as having BreeAnn and her fabulous assistant, helping you.
I also have heard so many stories of planners who "take over" and interfere with the vision a bride/groom/parents may have for the wedding. I think this may be true of some planners, but definitely not of BreeAnn. She respected every opinion we had, and incorporated those desires in her plans. She did not veer off the plan in any way. She remembered every request and because of all her experience was able to recognize other areas those wishes would apply without even needing to consult with us.
Because my daughter and I like the hands on planning of figuring out vendors and decor we had BreeAnn do the 6 week planning and "day of". For us this worked well.
BreeAnn brings a calming, logical, and organized approach to the craziness of a wedding. She is a fantastic communicator with both vendors and the bride/mother of the bride. She can deal with difficult personalities, without adding more drama. She is the best!

What can I say about BreeAnn? Gosh, it's so hard to sum up into words how amazing she is! From day one BreeAnn was organized, attentive, thoughtful, and productive! There is absolutely no way we could have pulled together the wedding we had without her.
I am a very organized person myself, and I have a career as a buyer, so I thought planning a wedding would be a piece of cake. But, after planning a small fundraiser event the previous year and being the MOH at my sister's wedding (no wedding planner), I knew I needed to hire someone. BreeAnn impressed me right off the bat. She was very organized at our first meeting and had a playfully productive style of getting through the meeting quickly but not feeling rushed or too serious.
One of the things that I needed the most help with was the look and feel of the reception hall. My fiancé and I knew we wanted a library/book theme, but weren't sure exactly how to pull off the overall look (especially since we weren't getting married in a library). BreeAnn had so many helpful tips on how to make it all look beautiful in a simple way, which is what we were striving for. She stuck to our budget and made sure to discuss cost with us before we pulled the trigger on any decision.
On the big day everything was perfect! There might have been a hiccup here or there, but I wouldn't know! I spent the whole day enjoying every single moment. BreeAnn and her assistant took care of all the details and stressful situations (if there were any) and made sure that everything was rolling smoothly on schedule. I could not have imagined a more perfect day and I know it would not have been half as great if BreeAnn hadn't been involved. My husband and I often joke about getting married again so that we could have another perfect, fun-fill day.
If you're looking for a wedding planner, hire BreeAnn! She is worth every cent and more! -

Day before the wedding:
My mom and I sit around with this weird feeling we should be doing something... but no, BreeAnn has it covered. We don't even need a check list. It was a wonderful, but odd feeling.
Rewind several months:
From the moment we met BreeAnn she instantly meshed with us. She quickly started to shift and mold her opinions and questions to match our attitude and what we are looking for in a wedding. BreeAnn was with us from the beginning. She pretty much held our hand through the entire process and was an honest to goodness sanity saver.
We quickly came to trust her opinions and her contacts in the industry. The pattern became: 1. She recommends 3 or so companies. 2. We meet with a couple of them. 3. We say yes to one of them.
It was great having someone who knew what decisions were more important to make now vs. ones that could be made later. Who should we book now? How soon should we do cake tastings? Etc. etc.
We hit a point where everything had been booked and big decisions made so things slowed down. Thats when we bought a house. Now normally I would be good with handling a ton of little decisions about the wedding. But with planning for massive house renovations and going through interviews to change jobs, we were overwhelmed. I told BreeAnn this, and boy did she step in. I would get an email from her with a list of just of things she knew were important that we make a decision on. We would say yes to this, no to that. She handled every ounce of communication w/ all the vendors. She even put together the welcome bags that were in everyone's hotel rooms.
The outcome was more than we could have ever hopped for. Everything went so smoothly we didn't even have to think about anything other than the crazy fact that we were getting married. BreeAnn's calm and collected manor just gave us this constant feeling of 'everything is being handled, you don't have to worry about anything'. And we didn't. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

BreeAnn was amazing to work with. She is very organized and made our wedding day perfect. We used the Kickstarter package and it worked out perfectly. When the wedding was 6 weeks away and I was starting to get overwhelmed by the little things that kept popping up for us to do, BreeAnn jumped in and very efficiently helped us tie up the loose ends. There were also a few things that we had talked about having at our wedding when we met with BreeAnn at the beginning that we just hadn't been able to get organized with everything else going on and so we had resigned ourselves to not having them at our wedding. BreeAnn was able to quickly jump in and make everything happen. My mom was worried that she would have to set up all of our homemade centerpieces on the day of the wedding, but BreeAnn and her assistant took care of everything so that my mom could just enjoy the day. I couldn't have asked for anything better. BreeAnn provides an excellent service. -

BreeAnn did an amazing job with our client for her wedding. We own the venue that was home to the wedding, and BreeAnn did all the planning and day-of coordinating.
I just met with the bride this morning (she is an artist, and we have an art gallery) and she talked about what BreeAnn did for her and I was truly impressed. This is the first time I have been moved to review an event planner here on WeddingWire. The bride had to fire her maid of honor a few days before the wedding (long story, and not a crazy bride but a poor bridesmaid) and BreeAnn put together the party for the bridesmaids in a couple of days!
The wedding itself was wonderful, one of the best we have seen in the space. A cultural mix of American, Thai, and Chinese, the wedding came off beautifully and everyone had a great time. I can't wait to see the images.
We can fully recommend BreeAnn without reservation, and we have put her on our preferred partners list. She's awesome, and we can't wait see her in the space again!

This was the first time that I have worked with BreeAnn at a wedding event and how impressive was it that she and a staff member or two converted a difficult narrow L-shaped venue into a workable layout for a fairly good sized crowd with some tricky room changes and food and dessert services. BreeAnn's other vendors were very easy going and upbeat to work with also. The catering was amazing! I look forward to working any future event with her at every opportunity. -

Flawless. Totally flawless. As a clueless engaged couple, we received great advice that included, "hire the best wedding planner you can find." Luckily, we found and hired BreeAnn of Pink Blossom Events right on the spot.
Before we'd even made our initial payment to her, she was already busy confirming appointments and reservations on our behalf! We knew we made a great decision, and as the months of planning went on, there were no hiccups and we had full confidence in her services. The tiniest of details that had to be decided on were handled beautifully and she very quickly grasped our unique nontraditional and modern style.
BreeAnn was amazing through the entire process and even rescued the bachelorette party and bridal shower when the matron of honor sadly proved to be incapable of her duties. The celebration was exactly what I'd hoped for and she was absolutely instrumental in stepping in and pulling it off without a hitch.
On our wedding day, everything was precisely as we'd hoped...only tenfold! The venue was stunningly beautiful and exactly tailored to our tastes. BreeAnn Gale of Pink Blossom was wonderful to work with. We did not want a "hands off" experience and so wanted a "day of" coordinator who would help us have the wedding of our dreams and not try to take over (some of the coordinators and planners we interviewed had great visions but they weren't ours).
BreeAnn was involved almost from the beginning of our planning. She was a great sounding board and had valuable insight regarding vendors we were choosing as well as how best to organize everything and keep things moving along but without making ourselves crazy.
BreeAnn is a professional and she is also very human. Throughout the process she was calm, thorough, and always kept a wonderful sense of humor. She always treated us kindly and with compassion.
Her rates are quite reasonable for the service she provides. I thought I was detail oriented until I met BreeAnn! She worked with us to come up with a sane schedule for the day of the wedding.
BreeAnn was an absolute gem on the day of the wedding. Both my husband and I were relaxed and really got to enjoy the drama-free day. She just took care of everything and made it look easy. Getting to the wedding can be a series of stressful decisions but the wedding day should be memorable for the joy and delight of the moments - BreeAnn enabled that to happen for us. It was magical. -

BreeAnn worked with us as a day of coordinator for our wedding at Lord Hill Farm. We're so glad that she was a part of our day, and we couldn't have done it without her. Everything went so well and smoothly, and we are getting lots of compliments on what a great wedding it was. She is enthusiastic, professional, and very easy to get a hold of. I hired Breeann for my future daughter inlaw as a gift, when my son proposed to her. I have attended a few of Breeanns events, she has always done an amazing job! Right away, she set us up a meeting to help us choose venue's , vendors and all the little details that go into planning a wedding. Over the course of the year. She kept us informed on timelines of when deposits were due, any equipment rentals, and communicated with all our vendors up to the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding she had everyone so organized with set up. She had the wedding party dressed, and ready for pictures. It was a relaxed and calm setting ( includeing Bride and Groom). The wedding started on time, and flowed perfectly the whole evening. She handled everything so professionally and was so nice to all our vendors and guests. Our guests commented on how shes a go getter . They also commented the next day either by phone calls or email, that this was the best wedding they had ever been to! Our families agree. I will definately hire her again for my youngest sons wedding. -

BreeAnn helped me with my initial vendor search during the beginning stages of my planning. As a planner she is detailed, organized and dedicated to making you day special. Since she was busy on wedding day as one of my bridesmaids her associate Andrea Harrison was my Day of Coordinator.
The amount of detail that Andrea went into made my wedding run much smoother than if I were doing it myself. She handled a poorly communicating caterer, limited set up time and a very stressed out bride. Before I planned a wedding I didn't think I needed a planner. Trust me when I tell you that hiring a planner or Day of Coordinator is the best money you can spend. Having peace of mind that things are running smoothly on your wedding day means you can relax and enjoy the day! I didn't have to worry about anything!

BreeAnn and Pink Blossom events made my wedding day a breeze! BreeAnn handled every detail and everything was absolutely perfect! My Mom, my mother-in-law and my husband all enjoyed the day completely stress free as BreeAnn handled everything!
The decision to hire BreeAnn was by the far the best decision I made for my entire wedding. She was worth her weight in gold times a million. I cannot imagine planning an event without her.
My mom worked on a lot of personal touches and details and day of the wedding she handed everything over to BreeAnn and her assistant and they put everything perfectly in place.
BreeAnn was extremely friendly to all of my wedding party and guests and was a fantastic contact for all of my vendors. She is reliable, on-time, professional and is very accommodating and encouraging of all ideas and thoughts.

We had a wonderful experience working with Pink Blossom for our wedding. We decided to book a day-of coordinator fairly late in the process, and BreeAnn (the main gal behind Pink Blossom) was actually a bridesmaid in her friend's wedding that day. So she arranged for her assistant Andrea to be our day of coordinator, but I worked with both of them for all the meetings and kept them both in the loop for all correspondence.
Both of their personalities and organizational styles were just great. They rounded everyone up, kept them in line, helped furnish a schedule and take care of any details, put up with my husband's and my procrastination and last-minute changes, and kept things running incredibly smoothly on the big day. (Andrea even brought me flip-flops when she saw me kick off my foot-killing heels after a couple hours.)
Even though we had some serious curveballs thrown our way on our wedding day (like a groomsman not showing up!), Andrea handled everything with finesse and BreeAnn foresaw and took care of all these potential issues. It really helped the whole thing come together well -- we were thrilled with their whole package and would 100% recommend Pink Blossom to other engaged couples! -

BreeAnn did an EXCELLENT job planning my dad's surprise 60th birthday party - Growing Older but Not Up. Everything was executed beautifully from the moment she showed me the venue in May until we yelled "Surprise" in November, I could not have imagined everything going off smoother. BreeAnn is very punctual, reliable, and gives the best service to her clients. This birthday will be remembered for a long time as a wonderful day, in much thanks to Pink Blossom Events!!!

BreeAnn, the owner of PBE, was quick to get back to me and very professional when I reached out to her about "day of" wedding coordination. We were looking for "day of" coordination (worth EVERY penny spent) and her company's price was very reasonable comparative to others we spoke with. The service provided for day-of coordination was extensive (e.g. they stay through the entire event and also do take down for you). The service delivered was so excellent that I wish I had just used PBE to plan the whole thing! For our event, we worked with Andrea Harrison, who is another event coordinator at PBE. She is BEYOND awesome/amazing/wonderful. I cannot fully express how happy and satisfied I am with the service she provided. Right from the get-go she was professional and organized. She thought of things we never would have planned for. She also has worked with many wedding vendors in the Seattle area and she, as well as PBE, is well respected in the industry. PBE also has discounts with some vendors which saved us some money! Andrea took the time to understand my vision for the wedding and executed it perfectly on the day of. When I was planning my wedding, I heard from a lot of people that "something always goes wrong" - but nothing did on my wedding day (or, I didn't hear about it :)). It was completely stress free! Andrea took care of doling out tips at the end of the night and packaged up everything for us so that we could leave and keep hanging out with our guests. I would whole-heartedly recommend PBE. If you are on the fence about using this service - just DO IT! Best money spent. -

A magical wedding day
BreeAnn is so wonderful to work with and such a joy to spend time with. She is vey creative and her attention to detail and organization skills were exactly what I had hoped for. We were so impressed with how the day of details were managed. We were able to have a very relaxing, stress free afternoon and evening and that was all because of BreeAnn. She anticipated our needs throughout the entire day, especially during the reception. Making sure we had food and wine and making sure that the guests were being cared for, along with queuing the first dance to the last dance and all the items in between made for an absolutely wonderful evening! -

Great to work with
Andrea was the planner we worked with. She helped us out so much leading up to the wedding and helped sort out all the little details I hadn't even heard of. At the rehearsal and the day of, she was absolutely indispensable. I was blissfully ignorant of all the behind-the-scenes stuff on the day of and could just sit back and enjoy, trusting that she had everything worked out, and she did! She was a godsend. She did everything from corralling our wedding party to ensuring vendors knew where to go and when to be there to even cleaning up shards of glass on the dance floor when someone broke a glass. Above and beyond--would highly recommend! -

Very pleased with BreeAnn & Andrea!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Pink Blossom for our wedding. The venue included a package that contracts with Pink Blossom for day-of coordinator services, and after working with BreeAnn and Andrea I was not disappointed.
Our initial meeting was with BreeAnn, who was very friendly and helpful. She was prompt in sending us lots of great email suggestions and referrals after our appointment. We then worked with Andrea for the specific event planning once we got closer to the date. Andrea was on top of every single detail and helped us stay super organized well ahead of the wedding! We also felt like we got to know her personally even though we had just a few in-person meetings.
On the day of, Andrea was simply amazing. She checked in with me first thing in the morning, catered to my every need and request, and if there was a single thing out of place or wrong...I definitely didn’t know about it!! Our guests were raving about the great time they had at the event, and I credit a lot of that to Andrea keeping things together and well coordinated.
I will say that at one point we felt that there was a lack of responsive email communication, but I feel part of that was due to personal vacations and the change over from BreeAnn to Andrea. Don’t be afraid to utilize other modes of communication; Andrea was easy to get a hold of when I reached out to her via text instead. I found it also worked best when I jointly reached out directly to vendors as well as Andrea (can’t expect the coordinator to literally do everything for you).
All in all, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend using Pink Blossom. -
