System crashes and inability to get through to anybody directly is a real problem. I am using them for a charity gala and love the designs and the ticketing availability. The limited guest quantity 2500 is to small for me so my one event needed 5 invites. I don't recommend using for anything very important since it keeps locking up and not allowing my guests to purchase tickets and the non- ticketing invites aren't able to reply. Today I can't send out new invites or even email them from the support menu. I would not recommend for a wedding due to the lack of actual support other than emails, the email responses don't always address the issue and then you have to wait another 24 hrs to get the second reply. The people who trouble shoot and reply seem to not bother to try to find the issue. I am getting emails back like what invite. They are all for the same event and have the same name? My biggest issues with Pingg are there limitations, lack of responsiveness and their lack of communication to inform customers when repairs are happening to the site. The site will be down for 1-2 days sometimes and you never know when. Even when I ask a question via their contact form, I don't always receive a response. Hasn't worked in 2 weeks-
Pingg invites have been down for over 2 weeks. Customer service has been almost unresponsive. They post nothing on the webite not to set up events. They did email and say they are aware it's still down and are working on it. Doesn't help after you send out pingg invitations.Pingg invites have been down for over 2 weeks. Would not choose them again!

I placed an order to have invitations mailed out. I followed up 6 days later and it was confirmed they were printed and mailed and would be arriving 2-10 business days (which it had already been 6). More than 10 days later no one had received an invite so I followed up again to find they had not been mailed yet and that it was the 3rd party printers fault. Needless to say I am out of time now and will have to make phone calls rather than a nice invitation for a wedding celebration.I placed an order to have invitations mailed out.
