Pinecroft Estate was a beautiful venue for our wedding, resplendent with hundreds of sparkling lights, rich in character, and nestled in towering maple trees beside the French River. My wife and her bridesmaids enjoyed a luxurious bridal suite for their preparations, replete with a private restroom, ample sofas and seating, and a loft reached by spiral staircase. My groomsmen were treated to an equally luxurious and comfortable suite, with direct access to the screened-in front porch, television, piano, and refined masculine décor throughout. The venue also offered a sprawling green where our guests relaxed with lawn games and cigar circles. I can’t praise the venue itself enough.
However, that amounts to less than half of what made Pinecroft Estate such a spectacular venue for our wedding. The venue’s owner, Shelley, and her staff were indefatigably professional, eagerly serving our guests throughout the night and navigating through the phases of the event seamlessly; it seemed no task was too small nor daunting for Shelley and her team. What’s more, they truly appeared to be enjoying themselves as much as anyone else present!
Of great importance to me, Shawna, the day-of coordinator, and truly the entire staff eased my beloved bride’s mind of her concerns around coordinating everyone and everything on the wedding day, taking care of it all and making the day effortless for her and I. And as if their stellar performance wasn’t enough, they did so in apparently perfect synchrony with all of our other vendors, who also worked so well with each other that we might have thought them all long-time friends. Altogether, they gave a life to the wedding from behind the scenes that elevated the experience to heirloom quality.
We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for crafting such a perfect day for Nicole and I, and delivering to a degree that we thought we could only dream of. Deepest blessings to Shelley and her family, Shawna, the Pinecroft Estate staff, and any other beloved couple to walk through those barn doors.

In the long process of finding the perfect wedding venue, I stumbled upon a small town in a rural corner of Connecticut. A beautiful estate with a historic barn, sitting on a river. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect.
Leaving the venue after our tour, my husband and I had all but decided that this was the venue we wanted to use. The barn was the perfect backdrop for the vintage wedding we so desperately wanted to plan. Shelley and Shauna worked tirelessly through the almost 18 months we were in contact leading up to the wedding.
Determined to make sure that every aspect of our wedding was going to be perfect, they made every resource available to us. Menu options that span for pages, we were able to fine tune and hand pick every single element of our dinner, and oh boy, our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was. Everything was moist, tender, and absolutely delicious.
Knowing that our wedding was going to be the last of the season, we wanted to try and do things that no one else was doing, and Shelley and Shauna were on board for every single crazy idea I had. Adding curtains, sectioning off part of the barn for a grand reveal, timed to music, bringing antique crystal and my own salt and pepper shakers. Nothing seemed to be beyond what they deemed to be anything less than necessary.
As stressful as planning a wedding already is, planning one from the opposite coast where you are forced to be more hands off was the absolute death of me, and yet when it came down to the day, every single minute detail went off without a single hitch. My husband and I cannot thank Shelley, Jeff, Shauna, and the entire team enough for making our wedding day truly the happiest day we have ever had. -

Do yourself a favor and include Pinecroft Estate on your list of venues to check out. We are still in a cloud over the day we had there. The place is so charming, that barn could woo anyone. Absolutely had the best day of our lives. Shelley and Shauna are wonderful, just wonderful. They took great care of us and it was clearly obvious that this wasn't their first rodeo. They run Pinecroft like a well-oiled machine, which doesn't sound sexy, but you'll find is much appreciated when it comes to the whole day running smoothly. Food was top notch and every person who worked there was a consummate professional. Cannot speak highly enough about Pinecroft being a perfect place to have a wedding!!! -

As soon as we toured Pinecroft Estate and met with Shelley, my husband and I knew that we had found our venue. Shelley was wonderful in coordinating every last detail, from our decor, to our menu and weekend schedules, she had everything covered. We loved that they had so much decor inventory to choose from that made it easy to personalize our day. Our guests raved about the food, the ambiance, and how beautiful the entire day was. Our bridal party was in such good hands with our day of coordinator Shauna, everything ran smoothly and we were able to be fully present and enjoy our day knowing that they had everything under control. I can’t sing their praises and recommend them enough, our wedding was truly incredible thanks to Shelley, Shauna and the staff at Pinecroft Estate! -

Pinecroft Estate absolutely exceeded our expectations for our wedding and I can genuinely recommend this venue to any bride out there! This venue offers so much for an engaged couple and the barn is absolutely stunning on its own. The food was something our guests absolutely raved about and the wedding day service for guests AND for bride and groom with our wedding day coordinator was phenomenal. Shelley and Jeff put their hearts into every single wedding and it absolutely shows on your special day. Shelley’s communication was impeccable and she was accommodating to everything a bride could want. The bridal suite is also stunning and all of my girls were comfortable and at ease while getting ready. Pinecroft Estate is the venue that will impress every one of your guests and I cannot recommend them enough. Honorable mention to Shauna, my day of coordinator who put me first in every detail and ensured my day was as perfect as can be. Do not pass up this venue!!! -

From the very beginning, our experience with this venue was nothing short of amazing. Communication was incredibly easy—every email and question was answered quickly, which made planning so much less stressful.
Shelley and her husband, the owners, truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. They are not only kind and professional, but genuinely passionate about making each wedding unique and memorable. They’re incredibly flexible, and their vision for your day is always centered around yours. It felt like they were just as excited about our special day as we were!
Shelley’s entire team was phenomenal. They were attentive, organized, and worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding, our coordinator, Shawna, was an absolute superstar. She handled every detail with grace and calm, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the day. Since our ceremony was held off-site at a church, Shawna and Shelley attended the rehearsal to make sure everything went smoothly. On the wedding day, Shawna was there to keep everything in order and on schedule, and we were so grateful for that extra level of care.
We’re still getting compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue is and how incredible the food was. Even when a little rain came into the picture, the Pinecroft team didn’t skip a beat. Nothing affected how seamlessly everything came together. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to book this venue, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, magical wedding experience! -

Absolutely beautiful venue for our fall wedding
We had our wedding at Pinecroft Estate in late November and it was truly a wonderful experience! Shelley, the owner, made the entire planning process a breeze, meeting up with us several times during the year and answering our many questions. She held a tasting event in the spring so we could try a bunch of entrees and appetizers for the menu, helped us in choosing decor and in general worked closely with us every step of the way. Shauna, our day-of coordinator, was also amazing to work with and really knows what she's doing. Everything went very smoothly and we were so impressed with the staff! The service was first-class, and even a week later we still have guests raving about the food. We opted for an indoor ceremony, due to weather, and the lighting and setup inside the barn made for an intimate, magical atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Pinecroft for helping to make our day so special! -

Pinecroft Estate outdid themselves with making sure my husband and I had a fantastic wedding day. Everything was displayed and ready to go the day of. Our only job on wedding day was to walk in, get married, and enjoy our day.
Shelley was amazing to work with! She was beyond organized and quick to respond with any information needed throughout the whole planning process. Shauna is also wonderful. They are a dream team together. Both made sure our day had zero hiccups and if there were any then we for sure had no clue about them! We wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding. Also, extra points for letting couples include their fur babies! We can’t thank and recommend Pinecroft Estate enough for their beautiful venue and dedicated workers! -

Truly Amazing Fall Wedding!
Pinecroft Estate is an absolute dream come true! Shelley (the owner) has true insight and is a master of her craft. She worked with us and made our wedding perfect right down to the smallest detail and addressed every question we had and replied no matter how many we sent her (there were a lot...lol!) Her team is also a pleasure to work with and we didn't have to worry about a thing as they made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. They even personally checked with each of our guests that had food allergies to address each individual's needs! The food was excellent, literally five-star quality, and the amount of apps you get is astounding! All of our friends (and us too!) are still raving about how perfect everything was! We would absolutely recommend Pinecroft Estate without hesitation. Truly an amazing venue! -

I cannot RAVE about Pinecroft Estate enough. From Start to the end of our night was absolutely perfect. The venue is amazing, when you go for your tour, you are like this is beautiful, and then you see it a few more times, you see the videos of other weddings and think how beautiful it is. Then your day comes, and you see your vision that Shelley and Shawna created in this barn and you are in awe of it all. From details to food ( food is delicious)and everything in between. Shelley, really does take it all on so you do not have to. Her staff is absolutely amazing, I stopped 3 of them as I was standing outside taking it all in that night so they could see what a beautiful thing they created for us. We are a week since our wedding and I still have people talking about how amazing our night was. I loved how my husband and I were making our rounds when dinner was just getting served and Shelley became our bouncer, making sure we ate. There are no hidden fees, there is no second guessing Shelley is upfront on everything. I literally could go on and on, if you have questions feel free to reach out to me if I didn’t put something in this. I’ll leave with this. If you want a absolute beautiful venue, a caring venue owner and a wedding you DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY about anything, then this is your place. If you choose to have your wedding here, you will not be disappointed and it will be everything you could have dreamed of in this beautiful quaint barn. My son & daughter In law were married at this beautiful venue in August of 2024. The day was beautiful, the grounds were spectacular and the service from start to finish was remarkable. My husband and I shared an unbelievably memorable day yesterday at the Pinecroft Estate. It still brings me to tears to think of what they made possible. Pinecroft Estate was the most magical perfect place! It is absolutely beautiful, the entire place is breathtaking, from the gorgeous bridal suite that we were able to get ready in, the field by the house that had freshly fallen leaves where we took photos, to the floating deck where we held the ceremony and said our vows, each spot had its own qualities and all were beautiful! The barn is something to speak of in itself! The lights they added to it made you speechless! All of our guests have been raving about how beautiful it was! It is completely unforgettable!
Shelley and her husband were the sweetest couple and made all of the planning a breeze! I could be completely stressed out from wedding planning but then talk with Shelley and suddenly felt at ease. They were very attentive, understanding, accommodating and they had great ideas and so much available for use! The wedding would not have been the same without them! I am so happy that we chose Pinecroft for our wedding venue, it was actually the first place we looked and I immediately knew this was it! I am still stunned at how perfectly everything went! Their wedding coordinator, Shauna, was AWESOME! I have never felt so stressed in my entire life, but with her guiding me throughout the process, it was such a relief! We were able to enjoy the night and let the evening flow thanks to all of them! The day and night was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough good things about Pinecroft Estate. We cannot wait to go back there and visit for the After Party Cafe nights! -

Our wedding was at Pinecroft Estate two weeks ago, and people are still talking about it! Everything came together perfectly. We rented the estate house for our bridal party for the weekend and everything from the house, the bridal suite, the ceremony, barn for reception, and staff… just perfect! People have been raving about the food. We have a two year old and I’d also like to say that the staff went out of their way to help keep him entertained during important moments. The ceremony site was beautiful and the barn is just incredible at night. It’s the perfect place tucked away for a fall wedding for photos. I wish I could go back and do it again 😊 -
