Pinecroft Estate outdid themselves with making sure my husband and I had a fantastic wedding day. Everything was displayed and ready to go the day of. Our only job on wedding day was to walk in, get married, and enjoy our day.
Shelley was amazing to work with! She was beyond organized and quick to respond with any information needed throughout the whole planning process. Shauna is also wonderful. They are a dream team together. Both made sure our day had zero hiccups and if there were any then we for sure had no clue about them! We wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding. Also, extra points for letting couples include their fur babies! We can’t thank and recommend Pinecroft Estate enough for their beautiful venue and dedicated workers!

I cannot RAVE about Pinecroft Estate enough. From Start to the end of our night was absolutely perfect. The venue is amazing, when you go for your tour, you are like this is beautiful, and then you see it a few more times, you see the videos of other weddings and think how beautiful it is. Then your day comes, and you see your vision that Shelley and Shawna created in this barn and you are in awe of it all. From details to food ( food is delicious)and everything in between. Shelley, really does take it all on so you do not have to. Her staff is absolutely amazing, I stopped 3 of them as I was standing outside taking it all in that night so they could see what a beautiful thing they created for us. We are a week since our wedding and I still have people talking about how amazing our night was. I loved how my husband and I were making our rounds when dinner was just getting served and Shelley became our bouncer, making sure we ate. There are no hidden fees, there is no second guessing Shelley is upfront on everything. I literally could go on and on, if you have questions feel free to reach out to me if I didn’t put something in this. I’ll leave with this. If you want a absolute beautiful venue, a caring venue owner and a wedding you DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY about anything, then this is your place. If you choose to have your wedding here, you will not be disappointed and it will be everything you could have dreamed of in this beautiful quaint barn. My son & daughter In law were married at this beautiful venue in August of 2024. The day was beautiful, the grounds were spectacular and the service from start to finish was remarkable. My family will continue to share the amazing experience we had with family & friends on their special day. We highly recommend Pinecroft Estates to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

My husband and I shared an unbelievably memorable day yesterday at the Pinecroft Estate. It still brings me to tears to think of what they made possible. Shelley and Jeff went above and beyond to provide us the highest services and make sure we had an experience that was truest to us. Their ENTIRE team was kind, respectful, attentive, and deserve praise beyond words. They were flexible from day 1, up until the last moment of our celebration. They truly care in ways I haven’t seen anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!!!!

Pinecroft Estate was the most amazing place to get married! With less than 6 months of planning, Shelley and her team, met with us individually to make sure every step of the planning process was seamless. Day of coordination was amazing and helped us enjoy our day with our family without having any worries. The team was very accommodating with our worries about the weather and even provided additional decorations for our ceremony to make the day even more beautiful. The day of staff provided us with amazing dinner, bar, and dessert service. All of our guest complemented the food especially how fresh and served hot it was as well as well as the quality of the appetizers. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience and would recommend to any of our family and friends

Right when we toured Pinecroft Estate, my husband and I knew it was the one. The property and venue is gorgeous and unique, it was just what we were looking for. The owner, Shelley, was so nice and helpful during our first meeting and we knew we would be well taken care of. Throughout the planning process, Shelley was incredibly organized and responsive, and was able to accommodate what we were envisioning for the day. It felt like a very personalized experience. Pinecroft provides many of the decor you might need, like tableware and ceremony decor. This saved me a lot of time and money! On our wedding day, Shelley, our day of coordinator Shawna, and the rest of the staff (shoutout to Christopher!) made our day perfect. The on-venue bridal and grooms suites were spacious and cozy. Pinecroft brought all of our design and timeline visions to life. The food was absolutely amazing and we got many complements from our guests! Drinks were also amazing! We loved our experience with Pinecroft Estate and can’t recommend this wedding venue enough!

We had our wedding at Pinecroft Estate in late November and it was truly a wonderful experience! Shelley, the owner, made the entire planning process a breeze, meeting up with us several times during the year and answering our many questions. She held a tasting event in the spring so we could try a bunch of entrees and appetizers for the menu, helped us in choosing decor and in general worked closely with us every step of the way. Shauna, our day-of coordinator, was also amazing to work with and really knows what she's doing. Everything went very smoothly and we were so impressed with the staff! The service was first-class, and even a week later we still have guests raving about the food. We opted for an indoor ceremony, due to weather, and the lighting and setup inside the barn made for an intimate, magical atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Pinecroft for helping to make our day so special!

Pinecroft Estate is an absolute dream come true! Shelley (the owner) has true insight and is a master of her craft. She worked with us and made our wedding perfect right down to the smallest detail and addressed every question we had and replied no matter how many we sent her (there were a lot...lol!) Her team is also a pleasure to work with and we didn't have to worry about a thing as they made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. They even personally checked with each of our guests that had food allergies to address each individual's needs! The food was excellent, literally five-star quality, and the amount of apps you get is astounding! All of our friends (and us too!) are still raving about how perfect everything was! We would absolutely recommend Pinecroft Estate without hesitation. Truly an amazing venue!
