Best Wedding Coordinator!!
Kathleen and her team are soooo amazing !! She is so funny and spunky and personable and is a perfect planner ! They helped me from day 1! I had no idea what I was getting into but had a dream wedding in my head and she helped bring it to life with recommendations of vendors and ideas and everything ! She helped the day of my wedding go perfectly !!! I can’t recommend her enough !!!!! Call her !!!! -

I was a GUEST at a wedding recently and met a few people wearing the same logo, eventually my friend and I realized they were the magicians running the show.
The evening was beautiful and fun. The Pineapple employees were fast, friendly and helpful. When I found myself need of a "feminine" product, these ladies discreetly hooked me up and sent me back to the hotel with a few extra. Thanks ladies you saved my night!! -

We didn't know that we needed a coordinator until we were a guest at a friend's wedding that was a disaster. I started asking around and our venue manager told us about Kathleen and Carrie. They had solutions for every problem we were stressing about.
That shiny magical toolbox they roll around is filled with everything you can think of to Macguyver a situation. The bling broke off my shoe- they glued it back on. We forgot cake knives- they had extras. My bustle broke- they fixed it right up.
The entire staff was helpful and went above and beyond. -

Understand from the start- they are a partial planner/coordination combo. One meeting/call with them and you will realize how unprepared you are for managing all the wedding day details on your own.
They know so many good vendors, many who aren't visible on web searches. They negotiated pricing on a few contracts and ultimately we saved a bundle. We got discounts on the groom's attire. Discounts on our invitations. A lower rate on our DJ service. AND she hooked me up with a florist I had NEVER even heard of and the florals were gorgeous and about $2k less than what was quoted by others folks we found on Instagram.
The owner hosts a podcast that was loaded with information that every bride needs to hear. She is candid with her communication- but everything proved factual and worthy of discussion.
Other planners start at $4k and up- we got her gold package at $2100 AND we got a discount because the groom is in the military!!

Where do I even begin?! If you are on the fence between getting a wedding planner or not, DO IT. I am so thankful I found Kathleen. From the first phone call, I knew it was an instant connection and knew she was the right vendor for my now husband and me. We had an out-of-town wedding and had no idea where to start with planning and Kathleen guided us every step of the way. She made planning feel like a breeze! Kathleen and her team were so helpful! The first time I talked to Kathleen on the phone we spoke for almost an hour and she gave me recommendations for every vendor I needed for the wedding. She brought up things I didn’t even think about and was so knowledgeable on everything that has to do with weddings.
The amount of help and insight I received from her and her team was invaluable!
On the months leading up to the wedding she was quick to answer any questions I had, communicated and coordinated with my vendors, and created a time line and floor plan for the day of.
On the day of the wedding Caroline and Morgan were the ones to run the show. They set up all our decorations and made sure the day ran smoothly. They even helped my pin my veil and made sure I always had a drink in my hand.
10/10 would recommend! -

She is awesome! She helped me a lot in choosing my vendors. She can suggest a good vendor with good talent in a very good price. She can help you save than spend. Her price is perfect! You will have a best planner in a very good price! My flower, my cake, my dj, my photobooth! My photographer, and my art signage, first dance are all her recommendations! Even my table cloth, napkins and more!

Thanks Pineapple Processions for the most perfect wedding! Not only did they help with the coordination, but they also gave the best recommendations for vendors. I recommend hiring them as the first thing you do so that they can give you the best recommendations for vendors! Kathleen recommended a catering company and I'm so happy I went with them because all everyone talks about is how great the food was! I've also had multiple people tell me that this was their favorite wedding they've been to which shows how great of a job Pineapple did to make it very smooth. Also, I had decorations for them and they set them up perfectly! I had no idea it would look that good because they did such a great job using the decorations I had to make the venue look absolutely beautiful! Also, Kathleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and always responded really quick when I had questions! She is amazing! And the people that work for her are also amazing because they helped me on the day of to make sure everything was great! Thank you for the best wedding!!! -

I have been telling everyone that wedding planning was easy. That’s all because of Kathleen and her team at Pineapple Processions.
We initially told Kathleen our budget, guest size, and overall vision and she took it from there. She would give us two or three vendors in each area. This made wedding planning easy and no longer daunting. All of her vendor recommendations were fantastic.
Also, when our DJ became ill three days before the wedding, Kathleen was there to help find a replacement DJ quickly. A time that could have been very stressful wasn’t, because we had full confidence in her.
I have nothing but praise for the Pineapple Processions team! -

A very smart man told me once, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Good advice! Kathleen and her team at Pineapple Processions was recommended by another vendor I called that had recently stopped the coordinating part of their business. I texted Kathleen, she replied immediately that she would like to talk by phone, we talked for 30-45 minutes. That advice popped in my head. She knew everything, she was talking the talk- but could she walk the walk? The answer was ABSOLUTELY, she defied the odds, she made it all happen. The further we moved along in the planning, the more we talked and met, she proved herself repeatedly. Throughout this crazy year, working with a bride in her last year of law school and a postponement, she never missed a beat. I would text &/or email her questions about things or just advice and she was quick to respond. When we had our meetings, she was well prepared and energetic. We got to know her and enjoy all her crazy stories. She knew exactly what to order for all the last-minute stuff we needed. She has so much experience and has seen everything. Once the wedding weekend got here, it went off perfectly. Her “crowd control” 😊 is excellent, keeping us on track with our events and timelines. The day was calm, no stress or drama. We were able to enjoy the reception with family and friends, Kathleen and her team had it handled. If there were 10 stars, I’d give her 20!!!!! -

The first thing I knew I needed when planning our wedding was a planner! My husband and I live in another city and planned to get married in Memphis so a planner was definitely needed. I spoke to probably 3 or 4 planners and their prices ranged from $1,900 to over $6,000 and none of the packages really provided what I needed. I needed recommendations on the best vendors, suggestions, and a month of person that would really help me figure out what we needed to do and tell me all the little details that you don’t realize exist. All of that changed when I met Kathleen of Pineapple Processions. In our first phone call, she provided venue and catering recommendations based on the theme we were targeting. Our first conversation was so full of information and that was WAY before I even paid her and to top it off - her prices were way less than all the rest. I was amazed by her and her spirit. She tells you exactly how it is, she offers recommendations not based on what she wants you to do but based on what your vision is for your day. I decided that day that she was the planner to go with! From that day - she has been the exact same, guiding me and telling me what we need to buy, how we need to do even the simplest of things. I knew I could call her and ask her any ridiculous question and she would graciously answer it. We were originally getting married early April but corona... Kathleen and I had a few conversations where she had to virtually hold my hand and calm me down. She was always cool, calm, and collected even though this is a very new experience for us all. She had excellent recommendations and ensured that we made decisions that worked for us. She is simply amazing and is worth so much more than her fee and I haven’t even gotten to her staff (also amazing!). She ensured our day was perfect And while she couldn’t be there (which was fine because we all need a vacation during corona) - she made sure to leave me in extremely capable hands and the day couldn’t have been more amazing. They really took all the worry from me and we were able to just enjoy ourselves. If you haven’t hired a planner yet, and you want someone that will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied- then you need to pick Pineapple Processions. All of the vendors I spoke with LOVE her and I now know why - she is simply amazing. Choose wisely, choose Pineapple Processions! -

When I first began planning my wedding, I kept hearing the same advice from past brides, “Hire a day-of coordinator! You will thank yourself later!” I took these words to heart, knowing that this was a vendor that was crucial but not entirely knowing what to expect. I live in New York City and planned my Memphis wedding completely from afar. I took to Instagram one evening and searched #MemphisWeddingCoordinator and by some magical twist of fate landed on the page of Pineapple Processions!
From the moment I first reached out to Kathleen up until after everything was all said and done, her communication, commitment, and her attention to detail was FLAWLESS! This woman is a literal superhero and my wedding would not have been the beautiful day it was without all of her hard work. She never left a text unread, email unanswered, or phone call not returned and remained a rock in all of the wedding planning craziness.
TRUST HER VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS! Kathleen is an encyclopedia for wedding vendors and knows exactly who to reach out to fit your price range and overall wedding vibe. There were a handful of hiccups the week and day of my wedding (including my dress ripping two days before) and Kathleen was always there to problem solve and fix the situation while also making sure we had a wonderful day. She is truly one of the hardest working people I have ever met – trust you will be in GREAT hands if you hire her for your big day.

Let me start by saying that while my wedding was in Memphis (at Annesdale Mansion), I was planning from afar throughout the process. I could not have possibly planned our wedding without the help of Kathleen. She kept us on track, on time, and saved us thousands by recommending vendors at the right price. Seriously, she paid for herself multiple times over in what we saved. So if you are on the fence of whether you need a wedding planner - the answer is you need Kathleen.
From the first time we spoke, she had given us so many tips and recommendations that I knew I could put my full trust in her to help plan our special day. And she did not disappoint. She was able to meet us on site at our venue and vendors when we traveled to Memphis a handful of times leading up to the wedding to help us make final decisions and help to perfect the vision for the day. When issues popped up throughout the process she was right there to help us resolve. She was even Amazon priming last minute items to put out a fire the week of the wedding. She is the most responsive person I have ever met, ready to answers texts, calls, and emails as they come.
Not only will you get a super-woman to help you prep for your big day, but you will get the most incredible team the day of. Kathleen orchestrated our wedding ceremony and reception with the help of Bobby & Tammy and I could not be more grateful. They kept the day organized, put out any fires, kept me calm, and did everything possible to make sure our guests had a great time. My mother has Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and the Pineapple team went above and beyond to make sure the Mother-of-the-Bride could fully enjoy every moment of her daughter's wedding. I am eternally grateful.
Even after the wedding, Kathleen has continued to help in the whirlwind of the aftermath. She is superwoman. And I will miss our Sunday night chats while I sipped my wine and we aligned on all the details. I cannot give her a high enough recommendation. If you are searching for a wedding planner, give her a call, and rest assured that you are in the best hands. -

I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience with Kathleen and the Pineapple Processions team was. I knew I wanted to work with Kathleen after our very first phone conversation. Without any commitment or exchange of money she gave me a wealth of information on different vendors to contact. I was shocked, but that’s just the kind of genuine person she is. I was sold from that moment on because she by no means had to give me that information. From then on we had a lot of phone conversations and multiple face to face meetings. She made sure I stayed on track and was always available to answer questions whether it was email, text, or phone calls. She has been in this business for quite a while and was incredibly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of all things wedding. She was honest and direct and would always tell me the truth if she felt like something might not work + give me additional options for things that could possibly replace it. She is very personable and extremely easy to work with! She knew up front that she would not be the lead coordinator at my wedding due to already having another one previously scheduled that day, but she made sure to include Charlotte in all of our meetings! Charlotte and John were the leads at our wedding, and man were they fantastic! When I say they made our day so easy and wonderful I mean it! Awesome attitudes, awesome personalities, and so attentive and helpful! They both circulated all night making sure everything looked and ran smoothly, making sure my parents and myself had any and everything we needed. She fixed my new husband and I plates of food herself and brought them downstairs so we would actually be able to eat prior to being introduced. I can not say enough positive things about everyone at Pineapple. A great team is reflected by great leadership. If you are on the fence about having a coordinator- don’t be- you need one. The amount of stress lifted off everyone the day of the wedding is worth every penny. If you think you don’t need one— don’t be silly, you do, specifically Kathleen. If you are lucky enough to work with Charlotte and John you will be equally blessed. Rockstars- every single person. -

Absolutely fabulous!! Kathleen will make your wedding happen beautifully without a hitch. If you think you can plan this special day without her, you are soooo wrong! She has the inside track with all the right vendors. She will send ideas, pictures, vendors, even tell you where to pick up all the little things for your special day. Every meeting was well planned and executed. And planning was the key to it all. Neither rain nor wind nor torrential downpour could stop this wedding planner. She had backup plans to the backup plan and when the monsoon hit, we were still able to have a beautiful outdoor wedding, thunder, rain, wind and all! And every time I saw her, she and her staff had huge smiles on their faces as they trudged on through!! Her prices are extremely affordable and she will not let you down. I could not have possibly pulled this off without her. If she has your date available, don't hesitate, book her now, you will be forever grateful!! -

Kathleen helps you set up and mange your wedding very simply. There were numerous things I had no idea I even needed for our weeding (i.e. pipe and drape behind our outdoor ceremony). She is very responsive via a call or text. We also meet in person several times before the wedding to make sure it went off without a hitch. The day of I didn't have to worry about coordinating anything and could just enjoy the time before the wedding with our bridal party taking pictures instead of worrying if this or that vendor had showed up and got their stuff together. She also has many resources for vendors (photographer, videography, catering). -

To write a review would not do Kathleen any justice. Since you have not hired her to plan your wedding yet, I’ll leave one though ,just so you know how good she actually is.
Kathleen is a God send! Kathleen is fabulous. Kathleen is Amazing! Actually, amazing would be an understatement! I never had my “dream wedding” planned out so working with me might have been a bit of a challenge. I only had pictures from Pinterest and what I thought I wanted. Kathleen literally took my vision (Photos/ideas) and turned them into a fairytale. A real life happily ever after! I walked into a venue that was simply breathtaking! Everyone kept telling me how beautiful the venue was!
Kathleen was very helpful throughout the entire process. From meeting at her fave spot, Panera, to meeting at my home.... the planning happened. She recommended so many great vendors as well. They all did such a knock out job.
Did I mention that my mother is going to officially adopt her? 😊
I know I wrote some things down here, but I honestly can’t put into words how perfect she made our special day! I just looked at my husband sitting across from me and said.... and now I tear up as I just typed that sentence?

If you want a mediocre wedding choose anyone.

The most important thing to Taylor and I while planning our wedding was that we wanted it to be as stress free as possible for all of our friends and family. We wanted to have a great time with our favorite people and not have to make a single decision the day of. That is why we decided to look for a wedding coordinator, and a good friend recommended Kathleen to us. We are so thankful he did!! Right away we knew we needed her help. She immediately set us up with some amazing vendors, and we got things marked off our checklist so quickly! She had fantastic ideas, and kept us organized. We didn't have to step foot in the venue until right before the ceremony and it was AMAZING! It was as beautiful as we had dreamed, and we didn't have to worry about it at all that day. We were able to spend the day getting ready with our friends and family, and it just made everything so much more special. Hiring Pineapple Processions was the best thing we did!! My mother in law passed away 6 months before my wedding, and we couldn’t DIY the whole wedding without her. That’s where these lovely women came in! Kathleen (the owner) is an absolute GEM. She was so honest and helpful through the ending stages of wedding planning. She made everything so easy and thought of things that didn’t even cross my mind! Katie, the coordinator of my day, is seriously the sweetest you could ever imagine. She was only supposed to stay for my ceremony and then make sure everything was set for my reception and then leave, BUT she told my mom she couldn’t make herself leave, even though she had somewhere to go! She hugged me constantly and worked tirelessly to make my day great. I have a million words to say how wonderful Pineapple Processions is, but I’ll just leave it with this: I could not have done it without the help of these two beautiful women, and they deserve all the business in the world!!! -

Pineapple Processions was the on of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Kathleen was responsive at all hours of the day and was a calming voice when you're in a moment of panic, and I had plenty of those.
She pointed me to better vendors when the ones I reached out to were unprofessional and expensive. She introduced me to an amazing seamstress who saved the day on my wedding dress and saved me a lot of money.
Kathleen also saved our honeymoon. Covid had thrwarted our plans on two different locations and she pointed us in the right direction to look and we still got to leave the country and chill on the beach for ten days. Mexico was beautiful. And we never would have gotten to go without her :) We love her. (and her cute little doggies)
Our day of was perfect and was everything I ever dreamed it would be. I am pretty non traditional, but I am a DIY gal and love to do it up right and it was really cool to see my vision come together. I made a mistake in a few of my counts and had a little linen fiasco, but Kathleen took charge and fixed our problem right away.
I can't speak highly enough of her, but what I can say is that it is nice to have a new friend in life and its even nicer to look back on my wedding day as the best day of my life. Without her, it wouldn't have been so perfect. -
